Good hotel for the price. Staff aren’t as helpful as I would have liked. Location is not great. Especially when raining as street is flooded constantly with no drainage.

Charming & Quiet Stay

I had a wonderfully quiet and comfortable stay here, enjoying the sense of privacy amidst lush greenery and a charming outdoor space. The breakfast, though limited, was delightful, and the location struck a perfect balance—just outside the hustle and bustle yet within a 25-minute walk to the boardwalk. I appreciated the opportunity to get some exercise daily. The room was well-appointed with a small fridge, a water decanter, and a kimono. However, I did experience some issues with communication prior to my stay, as my emails went unanswered. Additionally, I wasn't informed about the need to order breakfast the night before, and the Wi-Fi password wasn’t provided at check-in. Despite these hiccups, the staff was genuinely friendly. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again.

We loved our stay at Araña Suite. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, allowing us to keep our bikes in the lobby for a couple days. Our room was clean and comfortable and the hotel pool was lovely to relax at in the afternoons. Breakfast was delicious, delivered to our room each morning. The hotel is in a great location to walk to the nearby busier places but set back from the Main Street so still quiet and peaceful.

What a great little place! Perfect for what I needed as it was close to the facility I was visiting for a few days. Would highly recommend if you need to stay in this area of Legian.

Great place to stay. Very quiet area. 15 to 20 mins walk to the shops. 30mins to 66 beach and Krishna Markets.

Friendly relaxed atmosphere with very obliging staff willing to do that little extra for guests. fresh clean linen daily, clean surrounds and lush tropical garden. Will stay there next visit.

Arana Suite, a quiet place in Legian

A quiet charming place, far from the busy area of Legian/Kuta. Room is clean and nice. Staff is responsive and professional. Breakfast was not that generous though.

10 minute walk to everything you need.

Great staff, very welcoming, big beds clean rooms, pool, light menu, breakfast ok. A great place to stay, Easy to get to supermarket, shopping, beach 10-15 minute walk. Room sizes great, looking for a quiet happy place I would recommend, as I 1st time visitor with 3 children was happy with all, kids loved it, (no kids club, pool size great). We had 2 rooms with with own sitting eating area mini fridge,microwave. Definitely will be happy to stay there again.

Diamond in the rough

I was only here for a night, it was a true little gem in what was a pretty decrepit area by the looks of it. The staff were always friendly and smiling and the morning brekkie want too bad. Watch out for the smoke dusting though, it's for the mozzies and is done all over Bali

3 supermarts 2mins walk, central and quite.

i had trouble accessing my gmail acc. the staff at arana allowed me to use their computer, and i would to thank them again for that.

Poor location

Hotel off the beaten track in a very run down area. Taxi drivers didn't know it & had trouble finding it. There is construction in the area & the hotel itself is noisy. There is supposedly a shuttle bus to the shops & beach but every time I tried to get it was told "just left". Staff were not very helpful.

Our second stay at this hotel and we will probably stay there again for our next visit.

The room was clean and tidy, which next to the garden, keep make us fell freshness. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, they assisted us in many ways with warm-fully smiles.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location.

The staff were excellent and very helpful.The family room was great for our family with two older teenage boys.We had two separate lockable rooms with our own bathroom each and shared an outdoor courtyard . Everywhere was clean and well maintained including the pool.

Small hotel

This hotel too many mosquito, rooms too small. But for this price pay for staff services is worth.

Great service, excellent value for money

The rooms were clean, neat and very comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious with a lovely shower. The food on the room service menu was also excellent and turned out to be the best meals we had in the Kuta area. The hotel staff were great - warm, friendly and helpful. Also, they assisted us in booking trips to Tanah Lot temple and Amed at reasonable prices and never tried to charge excessively for these services. All in all, and excellent stay at extremely good rates.

Very nice hotel in Legian

The hotel was off the main road so was very quiet. It had lovely gardens and you could hardly tell there was other rooms close by.. It was close to both Seminak and Kuta and a 30 minute walk to the beaches. The Motel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful friendly staff who smile and mean it. Fresh and clean with beautiful walkway garden and porch. Very comfortable.

very nice hotel with affordable value

If you are renting a car to tour around the bali and save hotel budget, this is the place to be.. quietly locate in small road... but it doesnt matter as all you need in the stay is comfortable, clean and cosy. Arana suites has it all.

Lovely hotel

For the price I paid this hotel was fantastic. Comfy bed and quiet at night. A bit out of the way but taxi only cost $1. Breakfast was small but staff were very friendly. Shuttle bus to main shopping street is a great service. The only issue was the bathroom whilst clean was a but smelly, maybe an exhaust fan needed?

Great little gem, a little of the beaten track.

Great hotel, really friendly staff and awesome rooms and outdoor areas (pool etc). A good 15 minute walk to the nearest tourist areas, but a safe area, with plenty of locals about, and a decent supermarket 2 mins away. Pavements around the hotel are pretty bad, with a lot of big holes, ditches, etc, so probably not good if you have young kids, unless you intend to taxi everywhere. We would definitely use this hotel again, as the rates are very reasonable for what you get. Breakfasts were good, but not huge portions if you're used to stuffing yourself at buffet breakfasts! English spoken by staff, and massages available at hotel if required. A good hour long walk to the centre of Kuta, but plenty of restaurants and shops within 15 mins.

Excellent value and location.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay, excellent, friendly and helpfull staff, very quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bussle, but close enough, (walking distance) to everything, shops, restuarants, etc.if you enjoy walking, only approx 1km from main st. of Legian/Seminyak with several great value restaurants/bars along Jalan Nakula, or a $2-$3 taxi fare. I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for somewhere quiet, relaxing, great value and peacful to stay.

Family friendly. Would go back.

This wad our first time to Bali. Staff were attentive, breakfast was on time and good. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and loved the pool. We had a Family room that had a king, 2 king singles and an open terrace Lounge and dining room. Execellent air con to escape the humidity. A good sized pool. Only downside was the location was a 20 minute walk to Legian shops and restaurants. With the exception of local markets and a mini mart 5 minutes away. All in all i would go back. Kids loved it.

Chambre familiale propres et correctes

Nous avons logé en Chambre Familiale, il s’agit de deux chambres séparées avec deux grands lits chacune avec un patio/terrasse privatif, très pratique pour prendre les petits déjeuners car ils sont servis dans les chambres. Très propre.

very nice & quite place to stay

Das Hotel hat ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, der Pool relativ klein, aber da wenig Gäste untergebracht werden können durchaus ausreichend. Außerdem sind es max. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Das Frühstück kann aus verschiedenen Varianten gewählt werden und ist absolut ausreichend. Der Service ist sehr nett.

Bra hotell med tropisk känsla

Bra hotell med alla nödvändiga faciliteter. Dock ganska långt ifrån stranden och centrum, man behövde åka taxi alternativt gå 20 minuter. Hotellet var dock mycket fint och rent, och det hade en fantastisk tropisk känsla med alla växter utanför rummen.

Tolles Hotel, zentral in Seminyak

Wie immer ganz super. War schon häufiger im Arana Suite. Es liegt zentral in Seminyak. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Eben typischer Balistyle. WLAN läuft gut und DW TV ist im Fernsehen verfügbar. Das Frühstück wird im Zimmer oder der Lobby serviert. Ein sehr schönes Set Breakfast. Alle ganz wunderbar. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und kompetent.

部屋は綺麗だが、小さいホテル

大人二人、子供二人で、年末年始滞在するのに、値段的にも丁度良いと思い予約しました。思ったより小さいレセプションとプール（深さもなく浅い）でした。部屋は綺麗で快適でしたが、宿泊棟がコの字に建っているその内側にテラスがあり、日差しが入って来ないのと、景色を楽しむことが出来なくて、残念でした。安宿に慣れている私でも、こちらの朝食は美味しくありませんでした。１２月３１日の夕方から、ひどいスコールで翌日もずっと雨でした。そしたらトイレの壁から雨漏りがしていて、床にたっぷりの水が流れこんでいました。使い終わったタオルでふいていたので、特に不便ではなかったのですが、新しいホテルなのに、残念でした。最終日子供がひどい腹痛で困っていたら、チェックアウトを1時まで延ばしてくれ、病院まで連れて行ってくださり、助かりました。スタッフはカジュアルな服装で、親切でした。雨で退屈な時、色んなチャンネルが映るテレビがあり良かったです。紅白も見ました。すぐ隣のワルンチャハヤのアヤムゴレンが美味しかったです。

深夜到着日の安宿

JL. Nakuraのナイトマーケット通り過ぎてからちょっと入ったところにあるホテル。 値段から考えるととても良い！ 綺麗。設備が。 シャワーが屋内なのも高評価。虫が来ない。 ずっと滞在するタイプじゃないけど、上記のような使い方には合ってる。

Economico, ma qualche incomprensione

Piccoli problemi: posizione non vicina al mare nè alla zona commerciale turistica di Legian, comunque a breve distanza di taxi o navetta. Internet non ha funzionato per 2 giorni, una notte dei clienti asiatici hanno fatto festa alle 2 di notte, insopportabile rumore. Per finire lo staff della reception parla un inglese alquanto approssimativo. Il resto, servizio e cortesia al livello standard indonesiano, cioè ottimo.
