Rooms - dust Dining - no system. While you wait for your table to be cleaned or while you are looking for spoons og forks - your food become cold. Beach- not enough places to lay on Internet- bad , disapears often. Not 5 stars - may be 3 stars hotel

ROOM: We were in room 6306 and even though it was spacious, it could have been better! ❌Little issues like missing skirtings, marks on walls, broken blinds, bath didn’t drain, no cups for tea/coffee, mini fridge hardly filled up, only 4 beds for 5 people, tv’s didn’t work… ✅ Lots of room, beds made daily, powerful shower, 5th bed brought when requested next day, cups brought when requested same day, 2 large bathrooms, mezzanine was fab for family, nice balcony, garden view (peaceful), air con was good, lots of storage space… CLEANLINESS: ❌Room cleaning wasn’t great standard, blob of suncream or something on staircase in room when we arrived which was there until we left!, a good few days no toilet roll was given, same sand on floor for 3 days, toilets not cleaned thoroughly, sticky hand prints on glass all around the hotel which was there the whole 11 days, piles of plates and rubbish in corridors for days, often dirty cups when handed drinks… ✅Beds made daily (not sure if clean sheets daily!), sinks cleaned, fresh towels daily, thorough cleanliness around the pool, always bartenders collecting cups and plates etc, sun loungers clean.. POOLS: ❌Water slide cut my son’s foot (ripped skin off), busy pool bar- long queues! ✅Beautiful pools, clean, tidy, lots of sun loungers available, lots of umbrellas, lots of choice of pools, relax pool is stunning, lovely water temperature, pool activities great, DJ great, lots of room.. FOOD: ❌Somethings just lukewarm, wouldn’t rate the a

The front desk was terrible, they were not helpful at all. The rest of the hotel staff was great

They hotel is good but what i saw there the staff they were overladed and they couldn’t provide good service to us , also the food in restaurants it was not in good level

Food was bang average, hospitality wasnt great apart from a handful of the staff, ac never worked even after many complaints and nothing was done about it

I liked it because it’s nature around the property. The snacks bar close to the pools are excellent if you don’t like to walk much specially in the hot weather! The food is very good, but the only complaint I could make is to keep the fruit and dessert more cooler in hot season. needs to improve more in cleaning, specially the shower rooms. Water sports too expensive. Very good customer services.

Place is disaster. We had 3 rooms one of the room had no water, the other A/C was not working proparly. Restaurant, lobby common areas no A/C at all. Flies , bugs everywhere. They serve almost same exact food everymeal, No valet and parking space is very limited we parked half a mile away employee entrance uniform changing building between trees. Walk back to room 95F. Adult pool is joke kids, noise. Once we walked to the Sauna place is end of the property basically another half a mile and the answer is Sauna is closed not working. Drinks dont wxpect any brand, eveything they serve never seen in my entire life, Employees mostly young kids they are doing there best but very obvious not trained. Bathrooms are terrible, leaking water we throw toewls on not to slip and fall. There are lot more. Only good thing about this place we checked out and never going back

I think you cant go wrong with regards to all in one place, but i would recommend dont bother july and Aug , as its too Hot ,

10 night stay. Pools were great and beach is lovely. Kids loved the ice cream hut. We enjoyed the night entertainment and dj partys. Foam pool party on Friday and Monday were good fun. The rooms are basic and slightly dated but beds are comfy enough to get a good sleep. Air con was acceptable and did cool the room down enough to sleep comfortably. Lots of choice in food but not to the best qualities. The Mexican and Turkish specialty resturants were no better. We got what we expected for the price we paid and was happy. Staff were friendly and polite. Local taxi were quite expensive for such short trips.

The food didn’t taste good. And they serve the same thing everyday. And also when it is all inclusive usually that includes room service.

Location superb, services good, room hygiene was shocking.hope hotel will improve overall.

We are a family of 4 and really enjoyed our stay. We upgraded our room and it was better for us. The best part was the entertainment staff, in particular Turgay. He was friendly and so helpful! There were lots of activities for us to do. Engaging in these activities helped us meet new people and make friends easily. Our children enjoyed tennis lessons with kids club (and coach Eda). Evening performances were really well done. Some advice would be if you have any concerns regarding the hotel, approach the staff and they take care of it straight away. Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday and enjoyed our stay at Aquaworld Belek!

Loved the area to walk around room was ok the ac was bad first room then got it changed the single beds hard to sleep food was good overall it was good.

The worst hotel, the worst staff ever. I have traveled 71 countries and stayed at thousands of hotel. This is absolutely the worst people.

Clean Rooms, Great Food, Excellent Amenities, Just Perfect

Excelllent Hotel With Excellent Reception Staff, Clean And Delicious Foods, Entertaining Actitivties, Clean Pools and Sea, Spacious Rooms

The property was lovely, could’ve been better if it was up to date. The bathroom doors don’t have locks, the blinds for the bathroom is OUTSIDE of the bathroom!! AC wasn’t working as it should. Housekeeping only done the beds, NOT sweep or clean properly. Having a lovely apartment but we had to compromise on the food. Food was not nice at all! Same food EVERYDAY, very bland. Myself and the kids had chips, pasta and burgers everyday. Being in Turkey you would’ve thought you would get decent Turkish food. The A LaCarte Turkish restaurant wasn’t any better, just food taken from the rest and plated fancier. Would not be returning anytime soon. Different pools were lovely, beach was amazing!! So yes some nice things but the food definitely was a let down…

car rental services war terrible gave me a car too small for my family when I requested a vehicle to fit 6 people while he gave us a small sedan with the petroleum being on empty as well he charged me 15 euros for gas.

The resort needs a major makeover. The kids area outside was fairly dirty and overused. 2 of the swings didn’t have the harness to buckle small children in, the slides need to be re-painted and peeling and chipping off. Most of the staff don’t speak good English, so made it very difficult to get our concerns across. It took 30 mins for reception to send a bell boy to bring our luggage to reception and our transport was waiting to take us to the airport. We made a major complaint about many things wrong with our room - aircon not working properly, shower broken, phone not working. Request for a room on a lower floor and next to our other party. After a few days they listened and compensated us well. This was positive!

The buffet food and Mexican ala carts (only ala carte) restaurante available for us to book) were awful. Luckily the pool side bar that was open from 11am - 2am wasn’t bad which saved us for the week. Room smelt damp. Shower flooded and we had to call reception every day to top up mini bar. Maid knocked on our door every morning at 9am to clean.

We had an amazing 1 week holiday with 2 teenage children. The entertainment was absolutely brilliant. There was a perfect balance of lively places and places to relax and the beach is lovely. Staff were friendly and welcoming. All in all, a great holiday. Thank you Aquaworld Belek x

This is a a very large resort. The beach has lovely golden sand and is very well maintained. There are plenty of loungers for all those who want one. The swimming area is large and roped off. The main pool is well presented as are the gardens throughout the property. The main buffet area and choices are plentiful. Staff friendliness was a mix and should be reviewed. The Fitness Centre is in disrepair and should be invested in immediately. The guest rooms and bathrooms are ok. The waterpark needs more inflatables. All this said, this is not a 5 star property. We rate it maximum 3.5 to 4 stars. Expedia should really reclassify this hotel.to match the stay of the facilities as mentioned.

Amazing place

It was amazing, they also allow us to have an early check in at 10 am, as our flight was in the morning. All of the staff were super nice and helpful. The place is family friendly, all of us enjoyed so much. Yes also the food was amazing and every meal was different and delicious.

Nice staff but not enough staff and you have to wait long for a table to be cleaned. Meal times are very busy and not enough space for all the gusts in the restaurant.Very limited space inside where there is AC while outside space is hot like hell. Food options are very limited and not nice food. No AC available in the lifts. The buildings are far from each other so you have to walk long in the heat to go to the restaurant or bars. Even the spa is far from the building so no point to use the spa because you will be sweating and dirty by the time you go back to the room. Cleaners come to your room just to fold your clothes and fix the bed but toilet/bathroom not cleaned unless you call them or tell them

I liked the pool , staff very polite and friendly but the restaurant was smelling off egg they should do something about it . The hotel very big and the map or directions signs not in every where I lost my way so many times so if you book room it’s better in main building to be close to restaurants, bar and reception because other rooms are out of no where .

Call Kraige, Hotel, and stuff, very clean, beautiful beach, and water park

The hotel is not 5 star. The rooms are very run down and small. The beds are awful. The loud fake bird sound in the pool areas does not allow you to relax at all. The beach is easy to get to and lovely to sit at with bars near by. They struggle to cater for vegans or any allergy related diets. At checkin nothing is explained about what is on offer at the hotel Give you a map and then it is up to you to workout what is around. I would not stay at this hotel.

Most terrible hotel I stayed in my life. We need another holiday to recover from our experience. We were literally stranded there as we could not book bk home. Staff rude, no safety, no ac in rooms or restaurants, food very limited, the same and horrible, we were sent on boat trip where we were return to shore with small inflatable boat witout life jackets and we were left in the middle of no where, staf barely speak English. We are planning to make complain to Expedia and ask for full refund with compensation for flight tickets and the food we had to have outside the hotel and pay, and our leave that we lost.

This property is not a 5*! Food was so bland and same things every time. Rooms at most a 3*. Not very clean. Dirt and dust. We had sewage smell and no AC had to change room 3 times.

The staff were friendly. The property had lot of pools and a very good relax pool for adults. However, the bars around the pools had very limited options although it says ultra all inclusive not sure what the ultra is. Only the lobby bar served some good beverages but it is too far from the pools. The food is not bad but not exciting. Everday the same menu almost. The room is very old and the bed is uncomfortable. Air conditioning at night is automatically shut down not sure why so you wake up all wet from the heat. Many times You have to tell them to clean the room otherwise it was left uncleaned. I was supposed to get a garden view duplex room an upgrade for being a gold member however i got a very bad duplex room with no view.

Overall l wouldn’t class this a 5*,The food selection was ok but ran out of the best stuff once into service, selection of drinks good, room maintenance sporadic, severe lack of beds around pool areas, severe lack of seating in main dining area, tables not cleaned quick enough once free. The coffee shop, ice cream house and Mexican lunch areas were probably the best bits, cocktail guys were good at the evening’s entertainment but lengthy queues. Rooms average for a 5*, air con was poor.

Good experience!

It was a good break. Children's' swimming pools were excellent; the slides were good (proper length and slope), the swimming pool on the top floor of the building was clean and amazing at night. Good beach; good food all day long. Overall, I had very positive experience, except for the intolerable mosquitoes in the room. I hated going to the room to sleep, because i and a child (4 year old) were tortured by mosquitoes (don't ask me for pictures of our swollen faces. i do have them). Oh, yes, I did ask reception for help and they brought me some old fashion plug, that did nothing at all. each night I had to wake up and kill mosquitoes that were buzzing around.

The best beach in the area. Greenest territory around. Very clean. Walking distance to close town nearby Belek. Amazing staff. Delicious food with great choices for all age groups. Water park is a big plus. Many guests but never overcrowded. Amazing place!!!!!

The beds are not comfortable

The resort is big and the main swimming pool is very crowded. The cleaning is below average and the bed is not comfortable at all. The garden room is not coming as double bed and the reception’s staff not speaking English.

Best all inclusive

Great hotel. Most nice and helpful staff. they are really nice and smiling to guests because they are, no because it's their job. Spacy, clean (obvious!) rooms, all amenities. Tasty food (exc. coffee, which is hard to get a decent espresso or cappuccino), great food assortment. food stand/bars are also have good spreading during the hours and locations. Lots of activities for all ages, water park and pools suggest numerous options, age one and up. We surely come back!

Large rooms and great facilities

We just got back from our 4 day trip and our stay there was enjoyable. Friendly staff, good food and kids loved the water slides. My only issue was our room didn’t have air conditioning so it was a little difficult to sleep.

Rooms are very basic. Had to change rooms 3 times for different issues with the rooms. Food is very basic. Very casual buffet nothing special… would not choose to stay here again.

I been in Aquaworld in 09/2016 and 09/2022. Need little bid renovation, but still good. Some items now is not free like water sport (banana, water ski and etc). Food is very good. Perfect nature and view around. Nice to stay with family, my children didnt want to leave hotel. Kindly recommend.

I was so disappointed at Expedia rating/promise!!! On your website it has mentioned the propeety is 5.2 star while its was barley a 3 star properties. They gave us an old room very dirty and dusty. Room service barely pick up the phone & the all inclusive food didnt meet the standards. Every where is this hotel you have to spend dollars money. Most of the sport was extra fees. It was a pure rip off.

Worth a visit with some kinks

The bathrooms had no door. Everything else was goos. Food was oky.

A good stay

The hotel was good but i arrived during a storm so was stuck in the resort for 2 days. Unlimited drinks and fully inclusive was good. The hotel attracts mostly Russian and native Turkish so English speaking is limited although staff are really keen to help. The buffet is good and has many choices but make sure that you book at restaurants before 1pm or you will be forced to use only buffet. On one day the food was served cold and I didnt like this but apart from that the stay was good and i would recommend. The spa is good and affordable i got an hours massage and skin treatments for 40 euros. I would return here.

Would recommend this hotel. Large clean resort. Staff were all polite and helpful. Good facilities. Restaurant was good but food a bit repetitive, but a large choice. On the beach and also good pool.

The place looked great rooms were good. They lack customer service and the food was horrible. Breakfast ,salad bar and dessert was great. Mini bar is soft drinks and the regular bars have cheap alcohol. Most places were closed the slides and kids park were closed over all not bad.

Hotel needs to be renewed but it's a nice place to stay

Its a very nice and large resort, there is so much going on. The main problem we faced is lack of English speaking staff. Customer service is below average.

Rude staff, not cleaned

What you are paying is for water park, the rest is just ordinary. Rooms are not cleaned properly, the behavior from some staff were very unprofessional. I have booked the suite hill sea view but the room was given with partial sea view and when I asked for room change, two of the staff in the reception rejected very rudely and given nonsense excuse that it will be extra work for cleaners. It doesn’t worth what you are paying for a suite sea view.

The service from the check in to other aspects of our stay was excellent. It was the best 5 days in a long time and I will definitely be back.

3 Day stay at Aqua World Belek

Lovely hotel with lots of fabulous open spaces, and easy to social distance. Food was good with a decent choice. Not 5 star, but very nice. Drinks were quite good, wine was decent and G&T's were very nice. Room was a bit jaded and in need of an updating, but a very comfortable bed, and it was really clean. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and it was excellent value for what we paid. Would definitely go back. Thank you

Seaside Gem!

Highly underrated! Fantastic value for money! So many activities possible! Totally fun place!

Our room was upgraded to duplex suite, it was fantastic downstairs large bathroom with walk in shower and living room, balcony with sea views and upstairs massive bedroom and jacuzzi bath with shower. The hotel was fantastic with a choice of different pools and a water park. The choice of food was also very good in the main restaurant and we also like to eat in the street food snack bar. We liked the lobby bar the staff were exceptional always made us feel welcome and great service Will definitely return to this hotel

Nothing to write home about. The resort looks ok but it's a bit worn down. Rooms look like they haven't been renovated since the 80s. Food wasn't particularly impressive. Maid came into the room without knocking and caught us naked (hence the rating).

The food was the worst I have ever seen and tasted. It was bland and cheap. They tried to fill us up with cheap pasta dishes that had minimal tasteless sauce, cheap chicken legs, chips, bread and more bread. Lots of salad and melon available which is all I ate. There wasn't enough staff to service the food which meant long queues. They ran out of plates because there wasn't enough staff to clear tables, no tables available either because of the same problem. I walked around with my plate trying to find a table for 20mins. They ran out of food too. Not prepared at all for guests. I booked for 3 people. We got a room with 2 single beds. I asked for another bed at 1.00pm. No bed came. I went to reception at 8.00pm to ask for an extra bed. Nothing. I rang reception from my room at 10.00pm, no bed came. I rang again at 11.00pm, finally got an extra bed at 11.25pm. Poor service. Good points? The ice cream hut and towels for sunbeds and beach available.

It was AWESOME, with one word. Hard to describe everything. Great for kids and families or couples. FOOD IS AMAZING EVERYDAY. We felt so bummed when our time there was up.

Amazing staff and opportunities and acticivities

This is the first time i ve ever been in 5 star all is inclusive hotel. I ve beleived it is legendary vacation. Food has been delecious and unlimited. They ve served us tuna fish beef and calamary I start thinking catamaran license under favor of tui magic life waterworld hotel I ll take the hotel in my follow list Thanks to receptionists whose name are Ilhan and Ozlem life guards whose name are Berk and Caner

Great resort to relax, with range of activities available for the entire family. Amazing selection of food and refreshments, and overall great value. Thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend to all. The only minor downside is that the resort does not arrange complimentary transfers from airport which is about 40min via private taxi, and costs Euro 60 each way.

It was excellent resort, impressive stuff, services, even they have doctor inside of resort, everything was inclusive, with everyday different program and training class which all free. I really enjoyed.

Leider hat dieses Hotel, viele Ecken und Macken. Man merkt das es mit der Zeit runtergekommen ist. Das essen ist nicht das beste und das Aufkommen der Gäste ist dem Hotel zu viel. Jedoch sind hier die a la carte Restaurants recht gut. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind recht freundlich, trifft aber natürlich auch nicht auf alle zu. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen, wenn es weiterhin in diesem Zustand bleibt. Da gibt es definitiv viele bessere Alternativen hier in der Türkei.

Super Hotel

Schade, aber die Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Dreckig, lieblos. Viel zu wenig Reifen an den Rutschen, schlechte Cocktails, dreckige Teller, dreckige Wände ... echt schade. Die Zimmer sind ol, Note 3

Odaya girişin 15:00’te olması ve Restaurantta yer bulma sorunu dışında harikaydı.

Harika bir doğal alan içinde kurulu otelde iş için 2 gece kaldım. Fiyat uygundu. Otel kalabalık olması sebebi ile restoranda rahat yer bulmak sorun oldu. İkram edilen içkilerin markası bildiğim markalar olmadığından çok deneyemedim . Odanın ekipmanları belki de sezon sonu olduğu için biraz yıpranmıştı ama hertaraf temizdi. Cuma akşamı eğlencesi çok iyiydi

Ganz okay - Familienhotel

Personal und Sauberkeit waren okay. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch in Ordnung. Die Aktivitäten finden leider häufig zeitgleich statt und dazwischen längere Leerzeiten (z.B. Bogenschiessen und Dart um 16 bis 17 Uhr). Das Essen schmeckt, die Auswahl ist sehr gross und man kann praktisch den ganzen Tag über irgendwo Snacken. Die Lage ist gut, in 5 Autominuten ist man im Stadtzentrum Belek (Taxi 5-10 Euro). Dort ist es sehr touristisch, alles in Euro bezahlbar und voll mit klassischen Touristenshops. Der Stand war unser Highlight. Sehr sauber, ruhig und man fand meist einen Liegestuhl. Das Hotel ist klassisch auf Familien ausgerichtet, viele Hochstühle und Rutschbahnen/Aktivitäten.

Do not go there. It is dirty, the people are unfriendly and unhelpful, the food is cold and of no quality. On the third day my wife had herpes on her lips. Read recent the reviewes and believe it.

Freundliche, entspannte Anlage mit hilfsbereitem Personal und durchweg freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Sehr gutes Essen und Getränkeangebot, Zimmer groß und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Otelde temizlik namına birşey yok. Havuzların zemini bile pis, Aqua merdivenlerindeki paspaslar yırtık, yemekler sözde çeşitli ama hiç lezzetli değil, yani kısacası hijyene dikkat etmeyen bir yönetimi olan pis bir otel

PİŞMAN OLDUM…

Öncelikle otel Antalya’nın en gözde tatil bölgesinde ve 5 yıldızlı otel olması nedeniyle hizmet ve kaliteli olacağı düşüncesi ile seçtim ama maalesef tam bir hayal kırıklığı ile karşılaştım Yemek kalitesi oldukça vasat her gün tavuk ve köfte den başka ana yemek bulma şansınız yok Oteldeki içki kalitesi oldukça kötü , tüm içecek ve kokteyller kağıt bardak ile veriliyor ,tam bir rezalet!!! Küçük bir örnek vereyim bardan tekila istedim kağıt bardakta servis yapıldı tuz olmadığını belirttim bana tuz kalmadığını söylediler ,şaka gibi değil mi!!! Ana havuz suyu artık yeşile dönmüş ve bildiğiniz lağım kokuyor hiçbir şekilde temizlik yeterli değil Sabah kahvaltısı omlet sırasında tam 25 dk bekledim!!!personel sayısı yeterli değil ve oldukça kabalar … Odalar eski ve bakımsız bildiğiniz dökülüyor Oyun salonu kiraya verilmiş ve oyun aletlerinin jetonları fahiş fiyatlarda resmen insanları soyuyorlar Oğlum zıpzıp a binmek istedi 7 dk için 500 tl ödedim Olumlu yanları ; Aquapark yeterli ve eğlenceli , denizi kum ve oldukça güzel ,denize sıfır bir otel ,orman içinde Ve tekrar ediyorum bu otelin tüm içecek servisi kağıt bardak ile yapılıyor , gerçekten şaka değil !!! Kesinlikle bu oteli kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum

Eine sehr große Anlage und sehr weitläufig. Wir sind mit zwei weiteren Familien eingereist. Eine der Familie hatte ein 3 Jahre altes Kind und wurde weit vom Hauptrestaurant und Hauptpool verlagert. Die Zimmer Einrichtung waren sehr alt (kann man sogar als Antik bezeichnen), das Badezimmer sehr alt, verschimmelt und schmutzig, die Lüftung im Bad hat ebenfalls nicht funktioniert. In den ganzen zwei Wochen wurde unsere Bettwäsche 1x gewechselt. Der Boden wurde 1x geputzt und das auch nur oberflächlich, was unter und hinter dem Bett war, blieb bis zum Schluss liegen. Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Zum Essen gab es leider jeden Tag das Gleiche und sehr wenig gewürzt, teilweise hat sogar Salz gefehlt. Es gab aber mehrere a lá Cart Restaurants in dem man insgesamt 2x pro Zimmer reservieren dürfte. Was wir Vorteilhaft fanden, war, dass die Anlage bei der Größe mehrere Pools hatte. Es war sogar ein Relax Pool ab 16 Jahren vorhanden, aber leider gab es zu wenig Liegen an dieser Pool. Für uns kommt dieses Hotel nicht nochmal in Frage.

Die Anlage bzw. Grünanlagen waren spitze

Leider Zimmer alt und nicht sauber. Trotz Rückmeldung nicht sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle unzufrieden. KIDS CLUB schrecklich. Mitarbeiter kümmern sich nicht um die Kinder und spielen mit dem Handy. Abends die Animation gab es nicht jeden Tag und die Animationen sind mittelmäßig. Strand ist schön. Pool war nicht sauber. Wir haben 10 Nächte verbracht. Leider allgemein nicht ausreichend und entäuschend.

Komplete Anlage renovierungsbedürftig. Klima braucht sehr lange um Zimmer abzukühlen. Sauberkeit in Zimmer könnte besser sein. Aber im ganzen eine tolle Anlage und super Essen sowie Service. Der Garten der Anlage ist Wunderschön. Anlage für mich kein 5 Sterne Hotel, eher 4 Sterne oder 4 Plus. Würde trotzdem nochmals hier Urlaub machen👍
