Although we experienced a minor issue with the hot water in the shower, they resolved it quickly and were very nice about it. We had a wonderful time and would definitely consider returning!

Travellerbrand new hotel, regarding the staff: all of them are really nice exept one of the girls in the reception that while the check in was really with a sour face (i came with a great vibe and happiness to be there and she was not a friendly face). she didn't help me with the online checking that you supposed to do there (it was in Portuguese and she was "mad" when i asked her help, any question i asked was followed with nails cliking on the ounter as if "you are disturbing me". the rest of the staff was really nice and helpful. cleaning level was not that great, sometime i had to call them to clean the very noticable dust and the hands mark on the sliding door to the balcony (was like that when got there). there is no cloesd closet in the room whick made my cloths to be with dust as well (was there for 9 days so my cloths was always out in the open) and no side stand next to the bed (phone and water needs to be on the floor. wifi disconnect a lot but it is like that in all places there. HOWEVER overtall great hotel and most chances are that i will go back to this hotel when going back to Morro, the room with the private pool is wonderful to have in front of that views.

TravellerA localização é muito boa, logo no início da terceira praia, o que deixa mais silencioso, mas há 1 minuto da segunda praia haha onde tem tudo que você precisa. Ficamos nos quartos internos, sem janelas.. A parte de não ter janel incomoda um pouco, pois não tem como secar as peças que molhamos nas praias. O quarto é muito confortável e limpo. A cama é travesseiros muito bons!! Tem tv grande, o ar funciona super bem! Também trocavam as toalhas todos os dias (até porque, por não ter janela, elas não secam). Também oferecem toalhas para praia! O que realmente me incomodou: o cheiro da porta. Colocaram aquela madeira fedida que dá enjoo. Horrível!!! Pela estrutura do hotel, deveriam ter cuidado com isso. É realmente insuportável. Me surpreendeu negativamente que acabei tendo um mini acidente e precisava de bandaid ou gaze esparadrapo, o hotel não tem tem nem um kit básico de primeiros socorros. O mínimo do mínimo, não oferecem. O café da manhã é gostoso, oferecem omelete, crepe e tapioca feitos na hora também, só demora, muito. Alguns dias demoravam mais de 20-25min. De um modo geral, gostamos, porém precisam realizar melhorias para justificar o valor das diárias.

Positiv: Großes geräumiges Zimmer, tolles Bad, sehr gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal, Lage super. Negativ: Check-In kompliziert und nur in portugiesisch , zig Angaben, Beruf usw Zimmer sehr laut, wir hatten Ap.106 direkt neben der Hoteleigenen Wäscherei. Die Maschinen laufen die ganze Nacht.

Hotel com uma ótima estrutra , as piscinas nas sacadas são excelentes. O quarto espaçoso, cama de boa qualidade porém a roupa de cama poderia ser de melhor qualidade O chuveiro estava pingando , e como eles são abertos dentro do quarto, incomodava. O café da manhã muito bom, a localização é muito boa , e a vista dos quartos são surreais.
