Dispute multiple attempts, this hotel would not give me a refund or didn’t care to listen that it wasn’t my fault or change booking so I didn’t lose all of my money. Super disappointing mindset so I wouldn’t ever stay here or support this terrible business. Spa wasn’t open either on Monday.
TravellerToo short our overnight stay but so very impressed with Apogee Boutique Hotel - the facilities, artwork, service, magnificent views over Pretoria and the safe comfortable suburb of Waterkloof Ridge. We were visiting from Sydney Australia and first time return visit to Pretoria my city of birth which I last saw 45 years ago - so a very happy memorable visit - thankyou

This hotel is, as the name suggests, the absolute pinnacle of luxury accommodation. The service was outstanding, the rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. The little complimentary pantry was a generous touch of luxury that made it just that made us feel that extra but pampered. This is the only hotel I will ever stay in in this area, a is a little more costly but it is worth every cent!

The staff were incredibly kind, the rooms were very well equipped and beautifully appointed, the food outstanding, and the view incredible. I cant wait to go back. The only thing that upset me was I wasn't staying longer.

The stay at this hotel was amazing. Every need taken care off. The snacks in mini bar and pantry are complimentary, so is the laundry. The dining. The dining is also rather spectacular. Definitely a boutique feel and I will be back.
