The circumstances are so poor, I didn't stay.

The rooms was dirty the heat did not work room smell bad have to be to an different room that was just as bad as the first only difference is I got heat in that room

It's outdated and bed was made but when I pulled back the sheets it was hair on the sheets long red strands ,the bathroom didn't flush they didn't have a plunger but the staff was Excellent and extremely nice and helpful and did what they could do to assist me

I been here almost a month and the staff are very friendly and helpful also very respectful. I would recommend anyone I know to stay here it has gotten better in the last 3 years or so but that's because they have new management now and they been working hard to get this hotel where it is now then you.

Staff is amazing as always!

Paid for 7 days at 75 a Night and they only gave us credit for three out of seven nights then tried to say that we were out of the nights we paid for it was clearly in black-and-white that they were wrong and I was right so basically do not stay at this hotel. They stole a hunt $7300 from me in my family.

I like the staff especially the front desk people! What I did not like was the area, I had no dresser nor a microwave nor refrigerator even though I paid for it! And I stayed for almost a month!

I use to like the customer service that they provided when I would stay for a day or two but just recently I stayed a week and I had to constantly ask to be accommodated with the proper essentials and housekeeping which should have been done before my check in

The room was very clean! It just didn’t off refrigerator or microwave. Everything else was ok. A lot of kids that were playing around. The parents were getting along very well! It was a good experience. Just need to to bring in refrigerator and microwave. Ppl wanted to eat and put things up so they didn’t spoil.

The place was nice and quiet but the problem came when it was time for my deposit refund. 7 to 10 days is way too long seeing how fast it was taken, it should be refunded just as quickly.

The hotel is really terrible, I don't recommend it. The room was dirty, the windows didn't even have curtains. Everything was terrible.

When I arrived at the facility there were suspicious people roaming all over the property. The room was dirty and smelled disgusting. I ended up leaving as I felt unsafe.

The showers are reallllly small. The rooms smell. It’s always people standing around smoking. It’s always music blasting and fighting. The police are there so much that when they get called they take forever to come.

This property needs to be closed down it’s not safe there. The rooms are not up to par you have the staff dress in street clothes. it seems to be a prostitution and a drug hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay. It is not even safe for an animal to stay there alone.

We came to APM in an emergency evacuation before Hurricane Milton. Without knowing us at all, they confirmed our Expedia reservation and held it late into the night. We are both disabled and they even found a room for disabled customers. Pat and Brandy were wonderful at the desk and we felt safe staying with them. We ended up needing extra days as it was too awful to go home right away and they were able to do that for us too. We will come back and see the folks at APM again under less stressful times. Thank you!!!!!!!

It probably did not help that we came a day before hurricane Milton was to hit Florida. I had made an online reservation and had also called the previous day to reserve another room. We arrived at 6:15PM. It took one and 1/2 hours to get checked in. I have to give kuddos to the lady doing the check ins. She was doing the best she could under the circumstances. They were cleaning rooms as we waited to get folks into a room. They apparently are in the process of remodeling. We had 2 rooms - no TV because they were not working. My toilet was broken and would not flush. The Internet was restricted or metered because it quit working and my bathroom door would not close. I would strongly recommend that the owners of the property visit each and every room to see what shape they are in. I had asked for maintenance to come fix the TV and nobody ever showed up.

No room was ready at 3:00pm check-in time. At 7:00pm, they tried to give us a stinking disgusting uninhabitable room closed for renovation with no number on the door, a huge stain in the middle of the dirty threadbare carpet, falling ceiling tiles, broken bathroom door & toilet, rotting mattresses & dumpster furniture. We cancelled our reservation immediately and went elsewhere.

Extremely disappointed. We checked out early, my receipt said 10/10 was returned but the girl at the counter said I would not receive a refund for the difference. I did not complain about our room: bathroom door would not close, or open all the way for that matter. Toilet seat was cracked and a 1" gap under the door leading outside. We are very grateful for having a safe place to evacuate to, but very upset that a whole night will not be refunded to me when I checked out before the checkout time

They made us wait 3 hours after our check in time after pre booking the room. they said check it was 3:00. We got in after 6:00, they gave us The key and the room wasn’t even done being cleaned yet. We had to wait another hour for the room to be clean, when we walked into the room, it was terrible. Walls were falling apart, black mold everywhere. Place is trash should be closed!

This place is an absolute dump. We booked for 3 nights but left the next morning (of course no refund). The front desk was rude, the room was nasty dirty, the sheets were stained, the door barely locked and it was just gross. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Its pretty bad, outdated. I think it's part apartments. I saw a cat roming around and killed a roaches (big one) inside my room. Breakfast isn't covered with cost of room. It's pretty bad. Office staff was nice enough; except for an unfavorable attitude from one or two employees.... It's all about how one approaches a guest when initiating a concern or issue, that will make that particular interaction a pleasant one or not.

Tangie is one of the hardest working women I've ever met!! She is EXTREMELY overworked and STILL maintains an upbeat attitude. She went ABOVE & BEYOND her duties last week, soaking wet, working hard and fast through the storms and never ending rain to bring her motel guests their requested items! She definitely and undoubtedly deserves a raise!! And no, I do not know Tangie outside of APM Inn.

Wasnt to impress when got here. Had issues with the room n da staff was. Lets just leave it at that. Would NOT recommend to anyone.. But now ben here for awhile n have recommend to a few people. During my stay the pool was still open and the outside food bar was a plus as well. Minor things could be updated as a whole with the property but for what its worth it was a decent, affordable, and comfortable stay.

On stay for 22nd tub wouldn’t drain. For 23-24th the tub drained on to floors. We soaked most up by towels then told staff that tried to blame me. Carpets are filthy and rooms stink. Nothing was dusted nor vacuum. Furniture and fixtures are old and breaking. There are many code violations. Signs near pool say it’s open from 9 am til dark. Pool never opened til 11pm. This hotel was so bad I had to immediately check out. Any review that is above a one star must be fake. There was a baseball sized hole in my window, the lock was broken, and the room was absolutely filthy.
