Wir haben für 5 Tage gebucht gehabt. Als erstes kam die Mail mit den Check in Daten nicht an. Erst ein Anruf bei Expedia am Abend vor der Anreise löste das Problem. Dafür erstmal 5 Sterne an Expedia. Als wir ankamen waren wir zuerst positiv überrascht. Recht sauber, außer auf den Schränken, aber das fanden wir noch nicht so schlimm. Schlimm fanden wir, das im Wasserkocher Wasser mit Zitronensäure stand. Wir hatten nichtsahnend das Wasser aufgekocht und Tee gemacht. Nicht auszudenken, wenn Kinder das getrunken hätten. Als Geschirrspültabs wurden uns WC Tabs hingelegt. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, Klimaanlage oben und unten, elektrische Rollos etc. Der Supergau kam beim Abziehen der Betten. EKELHAFT. Kissen, Matratzen (beide), Zudecken waren beschmutzt und versifft. Voller Flecke. Von gelb bis braun alles dabei. Das hat mit Sauberkeit und Hygiene nichts zu tun und mich schüttelt es, wenn ich dran denke, in den Betten geschlafen zu haben. Mail an Vermieter wurde geschrieben, kam aber zurück. Warum auch immer. Habe es jetzt nochmal versucht. Bilder sind vorhanden, kann man leider nicht einfügen.
