This is for sure one of the best hotels we have stayed at. I would rate it even more than 5 stars. The reception manager was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We highly recommend this hotel.

Apartment stay perfect for us. Great location, team stops right outside or an easy 10 minute walk to the town centre. Apartment lovely and warm after a day out exploring in the cold. Welcome card useful - free public transport including the airport bus. Steam room and sauna great - modern, clean and seem not to be overused. Great stay. Vielen dank

Great stay, apartments are well equipped, spacious and bright. They are perfectly located with tram stops right by them. The owners and management are also very cordial. Would love to stay there again.

A lovely room but only slept 3 hours at the time

The room was large and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location - there was a tram stop almost directly across the street. Our issue was with the air conditioning. The system was set to turn off after 3 hours - something we discovered at 2am when we woke up to a ridiculously hot room. We turned it back on and then woke up again at about 5:30am - again to a very hot room. We spoke with the staff and apparently there was a setting that automatically turned the air off after 3 hours - which would be fine had it not been getting up to 30C. It made for a miserable 3 nights of broken sleep.

Great appartment!

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Convenient for city centre, shopping and transport links. Reception helpful and well informed. Apartment was a little too warm, did not have a microwave and a teapot or similar would have been useful.

Lovely break at Innsbruck

Excellent location (no 2 tram stopped right outside). Accommodation was very clean and all staff at the hotel were very helpful. 5 mins away from the centre of Innsbruck

Quiet, warm and spacious

Comfy stay in the studio. It was very warm, spacious, and clean. In a quiet part of town, short walk to the train station and main area for Christmas markets. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

The kitchen area was small. The room was small for 2 adults & 1 child. The shower cubicle is not big enough for an adult to take a comfortable shower. The hotel manager is very rude

A must stay in Innsbruck

Room was outstanding! Loved sipping wine on the balcony (though the view wasnt much) in the evenings and coffee in the mornings. Room was well stocked, clean, comfortable, and quiet! Restaurant was good and was nice to relax with a cold beverage after hectic days.

Fully self contained was great. Liked the shoe cleaning package. Very convenient to tram stop. Didn’t like the way the bed was pushed up against the wall , hard to get in and out.

4 days in Innsbruck

Staying for 4 days in Innsbruck sightseeing and skiing.

A comfortable, family-run hotel within walking distance of the Alt Stadt centre. Spacious, well equipped studio apartment, which was modern and in very condition. Staff were extremely helpful, providing a high standard of service. Breakfast buffet was very good and food in the restaurant was delicious.

Close to train station and transportation. We stayed in apt next door. The room was very hot and we were on ground floor so we couldn’t keep door open. No maid service, but paid 50.00 cleaning fee. Only given one towel each for 4 days

Hotel was clean, efficient but the bed, which was bounded on three sides by walls was very inconvenient, you had to climb over your partner to get in to and out of the bed...ridiculous.

Absolutely , I'd stay again.

The hotel is next to a beautiful park and very close to downtown. Easy walks and pathways, 10 minutes to the old town. The hotel apartments were well equipped and served us well for a weeks stay. The housekeepers only came once during the stay. Twice would have been better. The area is safe, quiet, and easy to park if you have a car. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was available in english, amongst other languages. The staff either spoke fluent english or enough that we could communicate well enough. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and well worth the 16 euros. The bed was fairly comfortable and everything was clean when we arrived. I would definitely come again, and highly recommend it as a place to stay. The only down side? If you're addicted to media, the wifi will link with 3 devices only. So if you travel with phone, laptop and there are more than 1 of you... you'll have to do with only 3 devices online! Ah! Living on the edge with only 3 devices online!

Apartment TOP 6

The apartment is nice, well equipped and cleaned. Most of all I like the position of the hotel, located on the edge of the park, near the center, so everything is accessible on foot. The only thing that made me a bad mode was a very expensive final cleaning (50 €).

Updated, large rooms near public transit

We had originally booked a nice studio apartment w kitchen but found out upon arrival that it was not air conditioned. Paid to switch to hotel room w A/C. Room now included breakfast and daily cleaning. Breakfast options were very good including smoked fish and proseco. We also ordered items for free off the menu, such as bacon and fried eggs. Staff was excellent although trying to switch rooms booked with Expedia challenged the language barrier a bit. The hotel is about 12 minute walk to train station or 8 euro cab ride with luggage. Also about 20 minute walk to Old Innsbruck medieval area thru nice retail area. However, you can buy a 1, 2, or 3 day pass at hotel for public transit and cable cars and museums for 40-60 Euro which is well worth it in our case. Buses, short train rides, and tram on tracks stop within a 5-10 minute walk depending on the stop you need to reach destination. Neat way to visit surrounding mountains for hike, lunch, or viewing. The nearby public tansit and train station made the location good. We visited southern Germany and other spots closer to Innsbruck.

Front desk was kind and knowledgeable. Clean room. Had an issue with hot water and was addressed immediately.

So we booked an apartment which was convenient as we have a young child. The apartment was spotless. The beds and pillows were comfy. Location was decent, one could walk to the bus stop in 10 minutes or walk 2 minutes to the tram stop and take the tram to the main square (€6 one way). A recommendation i’d like to make is to have a microwave and a toaster which can make things a lot more convenient for a young family.

Very clean and tidy apartment, well furnished and very comfortable. 10 minutes walk from Innsbruck train station and near to the local supermarket. Well equipped for self catering, although a coffee machine and microwave would have been helpful. Highly recommended!

Convenient location near the tram lines 2 and 5. The apartment was clean. However, if you need a clean towel, they charge 10€ per towel which I find a bit steep. Specially without cleaning service, just picking them up at the registration desk. Breakfast was not included, as expected. We were awaken by the cleaning staff at 8.30 on our departure day but it was a mistake on their side. Otherwise, very friendly staff.

Siamo stati molto bene in questa struttura. Nonostante abbiamo usufruito degli appartamenti ci ha accolto la reception dell'hotel che ci ha fornito anche indicazioni sulla città. La struttura è convenzionata con un programma comunale per cui per soggiorni a partire da 2 notti fornisce la welcome card che permette l'uso gratuito dei mezzi, comodissimi e vicini alla struttura

ich war mitte september und ein apartemands.mitte september war es angenehm kühl.ich könnte mir aber vorstellen ,dass es bei sehr warmen wetter,ventilatoren nicht ganz reichen.

Skiing in Innsbruck

We went to Innsbruck for a family skiing vacation, and chose Living Leipziger Hof. We were very satisfied with our stay there! Friendly staff and very good service, our apartment was clean and comfortable and was walking distance to the center of Innsbruck. We had all of our breakfast at the hotel and ate dinner on the last night, very happy with the food as well. Can really recommend this hotel Martin

部屋が広く清潔。キッチン付きで長期滞在に便利。中央駅から徒歩圏内。トラム２号線を使えば停留所は目の前。

Purtroppo la camera non era pulita, il secondo giorno ci siamo accorti di ragnatele in due punti della stanza, guardando bene era pieno di polvere sotto al letto dopo aver pagato anche 50 euro di pulizie finali dell' appartamento che ci sono state chieste il giorno dell'arrivo anticipatamente - fate attenzione a questi costi quando prenotare -; faceva molto caldo e abbiamo chiesto un ventilatore non essendoci condizionatore ma ci hanno risposto che sarebbe stato libero il giorno dopo : giorno della partenza; il wifi non funzionava il secondo giorno : avevano cambiato la password a loro dire perché dal secondo giorno avevamo rinunciato al parcheggio a pagamento (14 euro al giorno) ; per finire il terzo giorno volevamo usare il forno ma anche questo era sporco e abbiamo rinunciato. Bagno senza finestra.

Our stay at Living L. H.

We stayed at the Living Leipziger Hof for one week at the apartment. One week stay and 50 euros final cleaning service did not include e.g. new towels, so we had to use the same towels and sheets for the entire week. The kitchen sink was leaking and there was no proper air conditioning in the apartment (except some table ventilator). The kitchen floor made noise. The check-in time should be at 2 pm (according to the website), but the room was ready only at 3 pm. Finally, during our first day the cleaning lady came to our apartment to bring some toilet things (without knokking the door) using her own keys while my husband was standing there in his underwear.

アパートの方に宿泊。フロントの対応も感じよく荷物もチェックイン前に預かってくれて助かりました。トラムがすぐ前に止まりとても便利。また、観光の中心から少し離れていて落ち着いていて良かった。 ただ、掃除が8日泊まっても一度も来なかった。週一と書いてあったのに、、、。市内での引越しの合間に泊まったので、掃除道具など、生活に必要なものはあった為問題なかったが、自分で毎日掃除していた。洗濯機、歯ブラシセットは付いていなかった。近くのスーパーに色々あるので問題はなさそうですが。英語かドイツ語が話せないと少しもたつくかも。

Good location, nice facilities except no air condition, could've been cleaned better. Because of the lack of air conditioning, it was very hot and therefore hard to sleep.

Excellent choice!

This was the first time in the apartment type of staying for us - but it was totally great! The apartment was so clean and large! Parking place in the yard. Location was excellent. Great wifi. We enjoyed our one week stay! Hotel personal is really helpful and nice.

Tolle, ruhige Lage, keine 10min zum Bahnhof (zu Fuß), Tramstation direkt vorm Hotel. Schönes, großzügig bemessenes Appartement, beinhaltet alles was man braucht. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Een tegenvaller

Ik wilde een kamer huren, maar kwam terecht in een studio in een apart gebouw. Geen dagelijkse zorg van een kamermeisje en na afloop nog 50 euro betalen voor de reiniging, die niet in de boekingsprijs was inbegrepen. En door de regen n aar het ontbijt.

Das Hotel ist nah an der Altstadt, dem Hauptbahnhof und dem Einkaufszentrum Sillpark. Gleich neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine Tramstation an der all 5min ein Tram Richtung Altstadt und Sillpark fährt. Das Zimmer oder eher Studio ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist grosszügig eingerichtet. Das einzige, was zu beanstanden war, ist dass, die Pfannen nicht ganz sauber waren. Der Hotelservice war top.

Zusätzliche Kosten von EUR 50,00 für eine Endreinigung ist fragwürdig:-)!

Siisti huoneista rauhallisella alueella

Siisti huoneistohotelli hyvällä sijainnilla! Lähin bussipysäkki aivan kulman takana mistä lähti useampi linja. Hotelli kuitenkin rauhallisella alueella mutta silti 10minuutin kävelymatkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista, jonne pääsee helposti myös julkisilla. Huone erittäin siisti ja uuden oloinen. Henkilökunta opasti hyvin huoneeseen ja kertoi palveluista kuten saunomisesta :) Ehdoton suositus hintaansa nähden!
