Ganz unangenehme Erfahrung mit renters dem Host gemacht, mein Fahrradschloss ging defekt und das Fahrrad war in der Garage verschlossen, die Techniker von Renters wollten nicht helfen, Renters Support wollte aber auch nicht helfen einen passenden Dienstleister zu finden. Schlussendlich hat der Techniker von der Unterkunft Aquamarina das Schloss aufgeflexxt, sonst wäre das Rad dageblieben. Das habe ich mit einem entsprechend Trinkgeld bezahlt. Ich werde demnächst mit Aquamarina buchen und nicht mit Renters. Die Rezeption hat direkt betont, dass sie nicht Renters sind, was so klang als gäbe es hier und da Beschwerden.
