The staff was extra friendly. The property is extremely old and the price was not valued at the condition of the room. The walls showed water damaged and needed to be scraped and re-painted.

TravellerThe manager, Jenny, and her staff were GREAT! The rooms was nice. Any requests that I made were immediately accommodated. The ONLY problem was that there was a slight difference between what was charged vs. what was quoted on Travelocity (only $7 more). It was because the hotel was quoting a lower currency conversion rate than what the actual real time market currency conversion rate was, according to xe.com. But I let it go because Jenny and her staff were sooo great! They even helped me with my spanish, without laughing! lol

I was pleasantly surprised how clean the rooms were, I booked a room for my brother and one for myself so that we could be close to Sousa's amazing beaches without traveling to our Costa Dorado base hotel. The staff was courteous and accommodating the water pressure and temperature good and there was a pool which was fun to splash around in. I will definitely be back.
