Comfortable and clean.

Location is perfect. Parking is secure and reasonably priced at €30/day. Spacious room for family. However, lukewarm shower, Reception told us to keep the kitchen tap running for hot water in the shower, but didnt work. Well, it was made up by exceedingly warm room. Don’t have your hope high for getting an Eiffle tower view room, despite booking early and putting request early.

My family of four was very comfortable here! The location is great to so many metro lines and easily walkable to the Eiffel Tower. There are many amazing dining options within walking distance as well. My only critique would be the comfort of the bed. The mattress was very hard and the sheet situation was not quite what I am used to at hotels. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed in winter and the heater is not working. I have complained, they said they’d fix it but didn’t. That was disappointing as it’s very cold at the moment.

Had a pleasant stay and room is spacious for Paris hotel

The beds had pubes on them?? Which was disgusting and showed that they didn’t clean the bedding. We also had to call them to fix the shower head that was in bad condition, which they did quickly. Other than that it was okay but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The location was excellent. A 20min walk to the Eiffel Tower, and a 7min walk to several metro/RER train station. The apartment was clean and in good condition. There was no housekeeping as we stayed less than 7 days. The front desk staff was helpful.

The room was spotless with a beautiful view. Good location, easy access via walking or metro, and a supermarket round the corner. We would have really appreciated coffee - either a coffee machine or a French press! Also - only one working lift wasn't ideal! The pool was a big disappointment - cracked tiles and very dirty so we didn't end up using it. Not the end of the world as plenty to do in Paris!

We arrived late, not all bedding was in the room. My children were to sleep in the bed sofa, this had stains on. The bathroom needed to be cleaned, things in the fridge from previous guests and dirty sock from previous guest. Room extremely hot due to failed air conditioning. Reported complaint multiple times, spoke to the shift manager. Emailed the complaint. This had not been resolved. Hôtel told Expedia they haven’t received a complaint which was a lie as I have emailed proof. Overall experience poor and left feeling offended and dissatisfied.

The hotel is good, they need to do something about the breakfast area. It is too small and get crowded. I won’t pay for breakfast next time.

Adequate accommodations could be improved

Pros: Apartment was spacious and fairly clean. Nice views. Beds were comfortable. Lots of storage space. Nice little kitchen. Cons: the place was too warm all of the time. There was no access to fresh air, no vents and the windows didn’t even open a crack. Also, we had 3 keys 2 of which didn’t work at all at first and then my key, which had worked, stopped working. Every time I showered the water went hot cold warm repeat. Lastly, we chose this property partly because it had laundry facilities but there was a sign on the door that said they weren’t working. We inquired about when they would be repaired and were told that they were working despite the signage. We went to try and use them and they did in fact work but the room was in total disarray, see pics.

Very near to the Eiffel Tower

The only two things I would change is being able to vent out the room. The windows could not be opened so we decided not to use the kitchen amenities because it would trap any smell. The second thing would be there is no complimentary soap or shampoo in the room so be prepared to bring everything you need Other than that, our two person stay was pleasant and we would recommend.

We came a couple of hours earlier than our check in time (3 pm) and were charged 60 euros as early check-in fee. The room didn't include basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner or lotion. The air conditioner wasn't cooling enough too. Overall, it is a convenient location, clean and reasonable. I would recommend it.

This hotel blew our mind! We had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and the staff was incredible. The only complain would be the shower as it was not properly installed and the water would come out every time we would try showering. Overall great experience.

Its a god hotel near to Eiffiel tower the only thing I didn’t like was the pillar in between the view of Eiffiel tower

We purposely booked this hotel for the pool for the kids, which was closed the entire duration of the stay. As well for the price we paid, we would have expected coffee and tea supplied as well as conditioner and body wash. On bottle of soap for the shower was all and very few towels supplied.

the hotel is nice and clean. We stayed at this property 3 times during this two-week vacation. One staff member at the reception desk named Gillian (or Jillian?) really stands out for being so helpful, courteous, and pleasant. We thank him for his help and always answering our questions and telling us about the places to visit. But I have one negative comment regarding one of the male staff at the check-in desk. After our third and last check-in at the hotel. we immediately noticed that the toilet was clogged. I immediately went to this person to report the issue and he just said that it was after hours and no one can be called to fix it. He even seemed annoyed. He said to use the toilet in the reception area. Not even an apology from him. I thought he was very rude.

Cockroaches all over our room

The property was excellent overall. The apartment is spacious. The staff are awesome and speak English and are very helpful. This aparthotel has 31 floors so sometimes it may be a line to get on the elevator. I would stay at this hotel again.

Asked 3 days in a row for a phone cord, and they never brought it.

Property requires maintenance on the a/c unit. Room was quite warm. A/C is centrally controlled so guests cannot adjust temperature. Only 1 of 2 elevators was serviable.

The property is located on a nice area, walking distance from a lot of good places. The bathroom was dificult to use, water leaking to the floor. Air conditioner did not cool the room enough, wake up many times sweating on the bed.

We did not like the entrance and the lobby, it was very busy. Elevators coming with so much delay and so usually full. Sofa bed was old and not comfortable. Was on a long line up for lockers on our arrival day. Poor cleaning.

The apartment was big and clean. We had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. 2 blocks away was a supermarket and a main road with lots of shops and restaurants. The metro is not that close and the bed was uncomfortable.

Staff were amazing helpful nothing was to much trouble

I like cleanliness of the hotel, I like that the kitchen had everything we needed, the view was very nice, looking on the river. I liked kindness of the receptionists and that they gave us the room as soon as we arrived, not waiting until 3 pm. All the lights and the air conditioning were working. What I wish could be improved is the high cost of the laundry: washing is 7 euro and drying is 4 euro. And also the bath has a glass door which covers only about third of the bath. Some part of this glass door has a hole between the door and the bath, so no matter how much you try not to get water close to that hole, it still gets there and the water leaks onto the floor. Also, I would place more shelves and drawers for clothes into the rooms.

Dining options

The view was remarkable, the rest will be a hard pass going forward. The positives: the view of the Eiffel Tower, the separate toilet/shower rooms, water pressure and the trundle bed in the living room. The negatives: the dishwasher was broken and had been prior to our arrival. This took 2 days to resolve and even upon receiving a new washer they still put the stupid board on the front to make it look pretty but prevented the door from opening more than 45 degrees so the bottom shelf was unusable. We had multiple visits from maintenance to resolve this and this multiple interruptions to our day. In addition the only resolution the hotel gave in day 2 was to repack our room, move down 5 floors and unpack everything again. My resolution of having staff come up and clean my dishes was not accepted. Also, the phone didn’t work and was never resolved. As such, all discussions regarding the dishwasher required a 27 floor elevator trip and waiting at the desk until someone could discuss it. The pool was also out of service. This was not mentioned in the website, was not mentioned at check in and no notices were posted on the doors to the pool. Instead you’d try and key in and it would flash green and not open. Upon contacting the desk they did say it was out of order and offered passes to a pool that wasn’t on the property. Not a value add. A communication was sent to the hotel 2 weeks ago that still hasn’t been responded to. Out of characters, so, buyer beware.

Amazing Paris hotel

Wow what an amazing property. We had views of the Eiffel Tower in a split level property. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower in about 5-6 minutes along with nearby metro stops. This easily fit our family of five, including three teenage boys. Everyone agreed we’d want to stay here again on our next trip to a Paris.

We stayed 9 days and was the perfect location. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and in a quieter neighborhood but close to shopping and dining and public transportation. Would definitely stay again if I get the chance.

Nice hotel

Very clean hotel and the location is the best.

Stayed there in juillet 2024. Costumer service was awful. Amenities promised were not there. They are rude. Do not waste your hard earned money. The only good thing is the location.

We stayed 6 nights. The Adagio has an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and the surrounding monuments. Kids enjoyed their time as well. We had the breakfast each morning. It was ok, but should have more dining buffet options for the €18/person price. Also, they charge for Starbucks coffee. The coffee they provided was not very good. We purchased Nescafe instant to have some in our room before heading down. The room we were in had a small kitchen and housewares. I would definitely stay again based on complete experience.

Very close to eiffel tower and all the historical places in Paris, the property’s staff are very accommodating and friendly. I will surely recommend it to our friends who will travel to Paris.

Only one elevator of two for a few days so takes a long time to get up or down, bad smell in the room, random people knocking in the room during the night. Water is not draining well in the tab or sink. Front desk is helpful though.

Great place to stay at

The location is great. Close to metro station and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. There are great bakeries & convenient stores near by. There is a big shopping center within walking distance. The hotel itself was ok. It was clean and spacious considering other hotels. Yet, there were no toiletries, and I had to ask and go downstairs multiple times to get items needed like towels, and toilet paper. Air conditioner did not work and the iron in the room did not work and shocked me when I tried to turn it on. Some of the hotel staff were friendly others weren’t. They did have a water dispenser that was very convenient to refill water bottles.

Great place, HORRIBLE management! The apartment we rented (at a very high rate) was spacious and had a nice view of Eiffel tower. But the management makes sure I can’t say that without thinking about the inconveniences they created (no towels, stained toilets). They don’t even take care of basic necessities like replacing towels, toilet paper etc and you have to go down to reception to get it everytime. If you don’t have housekeeping people to do this, why don’t you keep enough towels and paper for the duration of the stay? Expecting us to do laundry in our busy trip is extremely silly. When I asked about it, they said that’s their policy (with a rough tone). They can’t even keep the toilet clean after charging such a high rate. Just SKIP this place, not worth it!

Not so good

I asked a few times someone to come because the bathroom was leaking water and nobody came !!! I wanted to cut my stay there and take different hotel but they told me there was no issue so big so they would not back my money.

We loved staying here. We were close to the sights and could easily walk or take a taxi or Uber. Lots of great food choices around. We had Jean Lois Sandy at the desk who helped us find great french food. My son got sick from a taxi ride and threw up. Jean Lois Sandy was so sweet and helpful. We are hesding back to Paris and will stay again. Very roomy and great view of Eiffel Tower and Seine river. Magical.

The hotel was good and clean Friendly staff But there is no free cleaning for rooms as you have to pay for everything even for storing your luggage for few hours you need to pay per lockers for each bag Any service you need is paid while in other hotels are for free And they don’t change towels unless you ask for it

Convenient Location for Viking River Cruise

We were getting off a Viking River cruise and wanted a hotel close to the docking location to minimize the distance we had to drag our suitcases. It was less than 10 minutes walking and we were able to access the room early (fee). Conveniently located to several Metro lines and only about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Kitchenette (refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave and cooktop) was convenient to eat breakfast before heading out for the day.

Accueil parfait, personnel très sympathique. Chambre propre dommage que la salle de bain n’était pas dans un état impeccable ( contour de baignoire déboîté)manque un peu de pression. Le point négatif est le lit en 2 parties ( 2 lits simples assemblés en grand lit) il s’écarter trop facilement. Mais literie parfaite.

Son buenos apartamentos cómodos para familias y con cocina. Lo único que no me gustó es que no tienen servicio de limpieza diario. Está cerca del metro y restaurantes.

I really enjoy there. It’s very close to anywhere I want to go in Paris. But really quiet and make you feel you are home. I think next time I will still be there for longer compared to this time. Stay there for 9 nights. And I enjoy their breakfast for as well..

가족여행 또는 편한 친구랑 오기 무난한 숙소입니다. 숙소 입구가 다소 어둡지만, 케이마트(한인슈퍼) 가 바로 옆에 있고 프랑스 슈퍼도 가까이 있어 생활하기 편해요. 단점은 관광객이 많이 몰리는 지역과는 거리가 있어서, 파리에서의 여정이 짧은 경우에는 다른 지역에서 숙소 찾는것을 추천합니다.

Le personnel était très accueillant et ils nous ont bien aidé avec la climatisation de la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas. Un technicien a changé le filtre et nous a prêté un ventilateur pour nous rafraîchir.

El aparthotel está muy bien situado, con accesos al transporte público muy cercanos, y en una zona tranquila. Varios supermercados en la zona.

Nous avons adoré, personnel accueillant, belle appartement, propre et près de toute les services, métro 5 minutes a pied, centre d'achat, tour Eiffel 15 minute a pieds etc.... Nous retournerons a cette hôtel sans hésiter.
