The main issue I noticed was the lack of proper hygiene in the hotel. Other then that its an awesome hotel

Casablanca

The hotel is very nice and the receptionists are really helpful The pool was not working There is a happy hour advertised in the room but when you go to the roof bar they have never heard of Happy Hour and make no attempt to be helpful.

My husband really loved our stay here, the hotel was very beautiful, food was really good and the over all hotel was very clean.. good location to walk around as well The receptionist Mohammed was very helpful Only down side was the pool was closed But other than that, it was a very good stay I would highly recommend

It was a great stay in all aspects, I thank all staff for their kindness and help specially Mr.Khalid. Front office staff were also professional and friendly I recommend staying in this hotel very much.

Comfortable

Stayed here for 2 nights. Room was clean, spacious and modern. Location was ok, was a bit of a walk to the city centre or towards the mosque. A few different options in the area for dining. Staff were very welcoming.

Great stay! Friendly and professional staff throughout the hotel.

The emplacement is good very good, close to parks and shopping centres. The room is a little small but you have an equipped kitchen if your interested in preparing your food. The towels are clean but a little old. The breakfast is ok

Good value in Casablanca

Location was excellent close to many restaurants and shopping. The apartment was a good size with ample space for a family of four. The unit definitely needed some TLC with a fresh coat of paint as there were many marks on the walls but the it was clean otherwise.

The gentlemen who checked us in was very kind and pleasant. The lobby was very appealing and pretty. The rooftop restaurant was nice except that there was a language barrier with me and the waiter. He got a few of my food and drink items incorrect. The floor was quite dirty in the hallways. It needed a good vacuum clean. Room was decent except that our television was not working and the technician did not come to fix it. Decent property, just needed some improvements.

Nice place. Super nice staff. Carpet in one room of apartment could have used a wash, sofa bed was sagging. But overall very nice.

Food overpriced.. 4 dollars for a coffee. Otherwise staff pleasant and helpful.

I stayed one night in transit from the north on the way to catch my flight in Casablanca. Good covid measures. My room was sparkling clean and bright with a great bathtub. The rooftop terrace was really fun with a pool and juice bar. Breakfast was lovely. Khalid was great! So was reception, who helped me to follow up so I could get my negative covid test in order to fly. Great spot. Totally recommend!

Khadija is an amazing employee

Employee Khadija was super helpful and courteous in assisting me with a big mess. I really loved the fact that each room had Heat and/or air conditioning.The rooms were very clean.Only thing disappointing was the fact there was NO FREE Breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here again!

Clean, efficient, and all dressed with on site gym (indoor and outdoor), doorman, and nice breakfast. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and ergonomic. Good bath products are a great plus. The hotel is about 40 min walk from the center of town, but in a nice area. We walked with no issues, it was quite pleasant.

the staff here is very polite and knowledgeable . The hotel is easy access to everything. Everything was super clean. Definitely recommend the place if you're staying in Casablanca.

The property wasn’t ready for customer. Swimming pool not operating, gym is not clean,we had several electrical outages in two nights stay , the excuse was always that it was a new facility. We wanted to watch a soccer game and the hotel didn’t have the channel, we had to go to a cafe to watch. No don’t disturb sign available, the house keeper opened the door without knocking. Worse experience ever, this can’t be Accor hotel !!

Certainly most bad experience stay . As being gold member I have stayed 1000s of hotel nights. A certain age lady from reception shouted at me just cause I went my room to get my charger with my gf . As if it’s a prison . She could talk better way being a hospitality worker. Horrible experience made my whole stay bad.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy rooms. The apartment had utilities for 4 guest in the kitchen and the kitchen was clean. They had enough towels and gave refill whenever we needed extra. The only minus thing was that they didn’t have coffee cups, and we got small glasses instead because lack of understanding English. Not every cleaning staff could speak English but they tried hard to help us and give what we wanted. The rooms were spacious enough for a family with two children. Would like to stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel. Location was very safe and easy to come around with InDrive cab app. (English spoken drivers). Highly recommend to download this app. Minus: the buffe, poor choose of food, the cheese was hard and outdated. They didn’t have any spoons or bowls for cereals. We had to ask them several time to get the spoon and bowls. Some of the food didn’t look fresh or appealing. The juice tasted odd. We just had breakfast buffe one day. Positve: the omelette section and friendly staff who made your omelette like the way you wanted. Minus: the laundry- there was no washing machine in the rooms but at the reception. You could wash clothes with an additional fee. We thought that it would be in our rooms as described in website.

Chambre avec un lit double et canapé lit alors que j’ai réservé avec 2 lit doubles. Canapé lit inconfortable. Chambre pas assez spacieuse pour 4 personnes néanmoins bonne situation géographique et la piscine sur le toit est un plus même si elle est tout de même petite

Séjour décevant

À l’arrivée personnel très accueillant souriant, bagagiste présent à la disposition, réceptionniste souriant et serviable à son niveau auquel j’ai demander de me réveiller à 7h pour que je soit présent à l’endroit de ma formation ( objectif de mon voyage ). Réclamation: aucun coup de file pour. Me réveiller à 7 h. Aucun passage pour nettoyer la chambre sachant que la demande écrite de nettoyage restée sans réaction toute la journée… Après réclamation à la réception ( khadija réceptionniste) en remarque que le sens de l’écoute très peut développer. Justificatif sur la réclamation de l’absence du réveil clairement mensonger … Chasse des toilette brouillant avec écoulement de l’eau tt la nuit( panne de chasse d’eau). Au départ absence ou disparition du bagagiste. En quite la réception de l’hôtel sans contacte des yeux du personnel avec froideurs dégotante. Là vérité mon expérience a l’hôtel adagio n’était vraiment à ce que j’attendais puis je ne peut pas le recommander à mon entourage de médecin malheureusement ( une vrai déception).

Parfait !! Un appart hôtel moderne et récent. Bien situé, avec pas mal de choses à faire autour, petits restos, shopping, etc... Personnel hyper accueillant, bienveillant et agréable. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Attention quand il est indiqué 2 lits doubles il s'agit du lit 2 places dans la chambre et du clic clac du salon à déplier. Mais absolument pas gênant pour nous. La piscine est un peu petite et fraîche mais suffisante car très peu fréquentée. Restauration top. Je recommande ++++

Echt een super net en schoon hotel, ontbijt prima. Elke dag wordt de kamer schoongemaakt en voorzien van handdoeken en badkamerspullen. Dakterras en zwembad een aanrader. Prima service en aardig en uiterste vriendelijk personeel. Dichtbij het mohammed 5 stadion. Carrefour op 5 min loopafstand. Let op ze spreken er voornamelijk Frans en weinig Engels!

Mauvaise représentation, chambre affichée comme étant équipée de 2 lits doubles alors qu’il n’y avait qu’un seul lit, le 2e étant seulement un canapé-lit, pas vraiment adapté à coucher 2 personnes. De nombreuses fourmis dans la chambre, incluant dans le lit. L’hôtel est dans un coin sympa de Casablanca, et les installations globalement de bonne qualité.

Super séjour au Adagio! Accès facile, appart hotel propre et bien équipé, terrasse avec piscine, et bon emplacement. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable, toujours là pour aider - même dans le parking. Aucun problème avec le wifi.

La propreté irreprochable, la superfie des chambres, le confort de la literie.
