The person in charge of reservations (Tom) supervisor, very rude, very unpleasant when it comes to serving customers in a very bad way. When you arrive, they don't tell you that no one is going to clean your room, that they don't change towels or sheets, or take out the trash. We were cold at night, they don't give you anything, not even an extra blanket. Very poor!

The property is good, but they clean the rooms once in 7 days or may be after each check out. We stayed for 6 nights, hence no cleaning. We checked in late in the night about 10:30 pm. This was informed in advance. Now there is a numbered lock for entry. The reception is quite far from the main entrance. The man on duty was fast asleep. One of our colleagues checked in one day before. I had to call him up to open the door. Point is a calling bell could save all the troubles. Next all the staffs were quite friendly, but for one black middle aged gentleman, who was pretty rude. When I wanted to call my colleague in another room using reception intercom, he refused. He asked me to go to his room and knock. My other colleagues requested for change in towels after 3 days. He told that for each towel they will charge 6 euros. But next day when we told this to another person in the reception, he was surprised and readily gave us fresh towels. All other staffs were very good, except for one I am referring to. I would have probably given 5 star but for this gentleman. Breakfast was so so. Staff were good and helpful.

Reception staff inefficient, non cooperative & non responsive to guests requirements. No cleaning of room or change of bedroom & bathroom lilen/ towels on daily basis. Even our request at reception for towel change/supply was rudely denied & Euro 6 per towel was asked. House keeping/ Cleaning schedule once in seven days looks awkward and unhygienic. Property is okay but house keeping services not upto the mark.

we were there for 11 days and the room was not cleaned while we were there and they said it would be cleaned at least once. Otherwise wonderful breakfast and friendly helpful staff.

We paid extra because it said there was AC however you cannot control the AC in the room Also they do not clean the room and when we asked for extra towels they said there is a 6 euro charge to get clean towels. For the price it’s not worth it ag all

Extra money paid for less amenities

The hotel is quiet but not close to public transportation and the neighbourhood is dark at night. They charge extra 50 euros that they block frim the account claiming it will be refunded upon checkout. However, it is been 16 days since I checked out and nothing was refunded yet! The heating is central and rooms temperatures are not controllable from within the room for financial reasons. After a shower, the room feels cold without any possibility to change the temperature. One night there was not even hot water, but they said it was a technical error that was fixed the next day. The towels and bed spreadsheets are changed only once per week so they were not changed at all during my 7 nights stay! To get a change they propose extra fees. The room is cleaned once per week only as well. The machine to check lugguage weight was not working and it took the money twice without giving any results. Yet I was not refunded because there is no possibility to solve any problems at night for the manager is not there. Finally, the kitchen has a terrible sound all the time. At the beginning, it is disturbing then you get used to it somehow. This cannot be fixed either!

It was horrible Not clean Reception lies. I called them and asked about the AC and they promised to fix which they didnt. They dont clean if you book for 1-6 days😖 stinky hotel.

Checkin was smooth but I was shocked that it was shared bathrooms 😳. The bathroom needed to be cleaned more regularly (though they did clean a few times throughout day) but for a shared facility much more is needed. That was quite unpleasant. In addition the sheets were thin & cheap.

The neighborhood is okay. The hotel is not nearby a metro station, but you can come there by bus. The hotel is also close to a local train network station (RER). There are supermarkets and local bakery's. The hotel has a garage where you can leave your car if you pay a fee. The hotel offers breakfast for an additional fee.

Friendly welcome to a good sized clean room.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful just what you need on arrival. The room was clean and a good size as was the bathroom and kitchen area. The only reason for not giving excellent throughout was that some of the decor was a bit tired and the bed a bit too firm. Other than that a good base for visiting Paris and relatives.

Before we arrived at thz peoprety an extra charge of 122€ was withdrawed from the card while we have choosen clearly the method "pay at the property " and nothing mentioned that 122 € in advance will be withdrawed from my card . Arriving at the property we paid the total sum in cash and they said this 122€ is a form of deposit of insurance to confirm the booking and will be returned to us once we leave .... After leaving now post 3 weeks and they still didnt return the sum of 122€ ! While staying at the property the sink overfloaded with water and there was a major plumbery problem it was friday night ,they said they dont have maintenance the week end so we stayed 3 days with a bathroom we cant use ! It was the only bathroom so we didnt had a bathroom to use and we tried to ask them several time to repear it but no one came . Also they mentioned that they have ironing utilities upon request and of course after requesting they have had none ! Customer service very very bad ,and they dont communicate at all !!! The worst stay i have ever had in my life and still they didnt return the 122 € unexplained charge !

Unfortunately, Terrible customer service. People of color in the counter is rude, discourteous, not willing to help when asking questions. Hotel is good , but customer service horrible, I am completely dissatisfied.

Really?

Hotel is nice but. Thermostat in the room is not adjustable so if you’re feeling to hot open the window but if you feeling cold nothing you can do about it. So we stayed 5 days there and never open the window once. Nice considering that you can’t even open the window while you preparing a meal, I mean you can open it and freeze but then you’re unable to turn heating on so… No vent system in the toilet and also don’t matter which water temperature you choose, it will be keep going hotter and colder at all time. If you using more then 1 pillow to sleep, bring your own as apparently there are no extra pillows (not even by pay for it) in the entire building! Small thing that on a 5 days stay make the different. So far I don’t think we will ever be back at the adagio Clichy!

The toilet was broken and doesn’t flush properly. The toilet flush panel was not secured properly and one side of flush button not working. Toilet had bad smell on entry

Room was never cleaned the entire time of our stay.we were mistreated being Hispanic during one of the breakfast two days that we did attend we were there 6 nights we do not recommend honestly.

Good value for the money. But the preparation of the room was not adequate : the bottle of soap in the shower was empty and we ran out of toilet paper.

Quite a good option if you dont want to be near the city centre. Clichy is a pleasant area. Hotel resonably priced and delivered what one expects from Adagio.

There was no anybody to clean the room. We should pey for changing the sheets 😳.the shower water pressure was very week.I will never go to this place again.very very bad experience.

Perfect for a short stay

I carry quite a heavy heart for writing this review but I think Travelers and Hotel Owners/Operators alike needs to know facts, truthful feedback, observations and experience from previous customer. We stayed for several nights in this Aparthotel, when we went to our room we've smelled the not so pleasant odor of the hallway carpets and the stains in it are very visible. Yes they have Central AC but it is set to high degree that it feels like 'desert summer' in the room, we need to open the window in order to somehow cool down the room & when we requested to the Reception if the temperature can be adjusted or lowered down - they didn't do anything about it which is so frustrating. We slept with open windows thanks to the curtain we didn't catch a flu but we get stuffy nose coz of the night breeze/fog. It was also disappointing because the reception told us that our booking doesn't include cleaning of the rooms, throwing of trash and changing towels. The garden section since it is a smoking area the ashtrays are not being dispensed on a regular basis, every time we go there it is filled with cig. butts which is obviously gross and so unpleasant coz there are ashes on the table as well, its as easy as dumping the content to the nearby trashcan which I did quite a few times. The one thing that I feel is the silver lining is the proximity to Metro and Bus Stations, grocery, small restaurants and cafes. All in all I wouldn't recommend to stay here and I won't ever go back!!!

Not a comfortable stay!

The staff was mostly kind but kindness didn't translate into a comfortable or quality stay. My first room the internet didn't work so they had to change my room. I had internet problems throughout my stay because unless you are near the front door of the room your internet might not work or it goes in and out so I have to move their table and chair close to the front door. In the middle of my stay I asked if I could exchange towels and they said there would be a charge. I told them that I had one room cleaning and I would like my exchange for towel today. That seemed hard for them to grasp as they seemed to be focused on money. I stayed for 9 days and they had my one room cleaning set for the end of my stay on Saturday. I asked them to clean my room on Wednesday and they said they can do it on Thursday which I accepted. On Thursday when I called to ask what time they told me Friday. On Friday when I called to ask they told me Saturday. On Saturday which was my original set date they tried to tell me Sunday but I told them that was unacceptable. After some complaining they finally showed up to clean my room and they did not seem happy. It got cold in the room and kept trying to change the control for the heat but I did not work so I called the front desk and that is when I realized that the control in the room is limited and the front desk ultimately controls it.

We stayed on 2 apartment rooms that had plenty of space and amenities. It was clean and we made good use of the kitchen and the laundry room. The breakfast was also very delicious. The front desk always helped us. It was close to the metro, supermarkets and shops. Would stay there again if coming with a large family again.

Paris 3-night stay

Hotel was okay for the price. People at the reception was not very responsive. Room was very hot, Not able to control the temperature.

Cozy and convienent

Pretty good location in the outskirts of Paris. Subway station entrance was only a few minutes walk. Very nice neighborhood restaurants, grocers, bakers and shopping. Wifi was ok, the convience of the kitchen was nice and the beds are comfortable. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

Easy access to city center. Good amenities.

It wasn't that clean (very dirty curtains and floor) and aircon did not work during the day but Aparthotel had overall very good amenities, very spacious and easy access to the city center - short walk to train station. Very good price quality would come back again (and just hope for a cleaner room)

Almost everything was perfect. The breakfast was pretty full and with a lot of variety. I just recommend to take a look of the installation in the shower because the glass wall make a little mess with the water of the shower. Other things just works perfect. The staff was the most nicely and gentle that I met

8 Nights at Hotel

The room has no air conditioning. The staff said because summer has not begun so there are no air conditioning in any of the rooms. It was extremely hot at night and this was quite displeasing.

It is an affordable and spacious property, ideal for family trips. It is only a few minutes walk away from metro station and RER. There are many supermarkets, bakeries and shops close by. The property was clean and well maintained. Staffs were okay but most of them struggled to communicate in English which was okay. Some were more friendly than others. Overall though we were happy with the stay and would return to stay or recommend to others to use this place! :)

Awesome place for families. Convenient location with all access

Nice modern studio

Decent size studio. The place was clean and had all basic necessities. The area is nice and the hotel is around 10min from a metro stop to the city centre. Gives the chance to see other neighborhoods besides the touristy ones in Paris.

The room's size was nice and confortable. The location is really nice. Unfortunately the room smell of tabbaco and eventhough the bedding look clean we found a lot of short hairs on the sofa bed when we opened it. Also, the shower has no power and the water goes into the floor if you are not careful, something that could have been easily preventable by instaling a glass panel.

breakfast was bad We were there in November and the room was cold, although we told them several times but it didnt change. The central heater was on "cold"!! We got very sick on the first night and we asked them if we can have a tea bag from their kitchen and they said no its only for breakfast! We stayed there for 3 nights, no cleaning at all!

Good location

Confusion at check-in. I was told that i only paid for one room therefore needed to pay €164 yet i had paid for 2 at the time of booking for flight and hotel. It took over an hour explaining, providing my printed hard copy of the booking which the receptionist said was not enough, then accessing the booking confirmation email from our phone and she was still unconvinced. When i was in the middle of calling Expedia then she advised me not to call. She then went in an office and came back saying it was only the tax that i needed to pay. This gave a poor first impression. We did not find staff friendly, not that we were there to make friends but just hospitality. The good side is we enjoyed our stay and the rooms are spacious, clean, beds were comfortable and the bedding clean. There are nice supermarkets nearby and also eating places. The receptionist at checkout was nice.

Very disappointing communication

We received a call as we boarded the ferry to France that the 2 bedroomed apartment we had booked 6 weeks earlier had been double booked. We were offered two separate studio apartments, spkitting up the family, and had very little time to consider any other options; being told by expedia that an alternative hotel could be found but would be further from the centre of Paris. Given no time to research other options, we accepted. We have reached an agreement with Expedia 're this but the hotel manager avoided us for our entire stay. We did not even get an apology from them and we have not had a response to our email. This is astonishingly bad customer service. The apartments themselves (we ended up in two studio apartments) were adequate and good value. They are a 10 minute walk to the metro and then it's around 7 minutes to central Paris. The rooms were clean (both of them) but the hallways were in need of vacuuming. Most people going to this apartment block will have no problems I am sure, but this level of poor service leaves me furious and tarnished the start of our family holiday.

Clean hotel. Staff was nice, let us check in early and helped us print my itinerary which i left at home. A little far from the city but train stations are near by. Saved money by taking the train back to the airport but got lost and turned around a few time so make sure you leave plenty of time if you plan on traveling on the trains. Another drawback is that the hotel doesn't have daily housekeeping. Overall, would recommend this hotel.

Very spacious and great room with a small kitchenette, hotel was very nice with a great bar on top with beautiful view of the city. Five minute walk to the underground which connected to the city centre and most popular spots, and close to airport with free shuttle service. Will definitely stay here if we return to Barcelona.

Spacious and clean studio in Paris

Are used this hotel as a stop over in Paris as I waited a flight home. It was very reasonably priced and extremely spacious! There is a kitchenette and extremely spacious bathroom. The bedroom area was also large. It is a nice area of Clichy which appears to be the high-rise business area of Paris. I’m sure it is a very easy trip to the more tourist area of Paris and could be an extremely affordable option while staying in Paris.

Lovely hotel.

Room was spacious, area was lovely and easy to get to from the airport. Also really easy to get into the centre of Paris using the metro etc :) Hotel staff really friendly and helpful. Hotel and room was clean, you can pay extra to have your room cleaned daily whilst you’re there too. Overall a great weekend and a great stay!

Great location, but slight discomfort

Grocery and transit within 5-10 minutes walk. Kitchen had all necessary amenity. Affordable. Discomfort comes from mild sewage smell coming from the washroom, heavy heat from towel rack was nonadjustable and pillow was flat.

Great stay!

My stay here was very pleasant with all the staff being friendly and helpful! I liked that they had hot chocolate and sweets every evening. The neighbourhood was very nice with lots of shops and restaurants around and very easy to get into Central Paris with the bus/metro/train. The apartment itself was nice and spacious.

Good apartment/hotel near the station.

I had a lovely experience. They have a fruity flavoured free welcome drink on arrival at the front desk.There are small supermarket and restaurant nearby.The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful especially Elisa, Yoan and Bismark. The atmosphere is quite pleasant and I felt safe. The only thing missing was an English channel on TV. It's a very good apartment/hotel and definitely will recommend.

Exactly what we expected.

Breakfast is a bit on the expensive side at 10€ per day and housecleaning is also an addition if your stay is less than 10 days. Otherwise, the hotel staff were exceptional and made great recommendations.

Good apartment for a large family

The directions on how to get to the reception are not clear so we stood outside buzzing what we thought was the front desk with no answer for a long time until my daughter was able to attract the attention of the person at the desk to let us in. The apartment itself was nice and clean and most of the staff was friendly and helpful but some did not speak English very well so a repair that was needed was not fixed for 2 days. The Metro is about a 10-15 min walk from the apartment. Wifi and air conditioning only worked in the living room as did not reach any of the bedrooms. Overall a good stay though and enough room for a family of 6 to stay comfortably.

Spacious suite with kitchenette.

The suite is good for a family with more room and the kitchenette was nice to have for some meals. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The hotel was reasonably priced but is a approximately 30 minutes by metro from the main attractions like the Eiffel tower. The surrounding area is not particularly attractive but is safe. The metro, restaurants and grocery stores are within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. A/C is controlled centrally from front desk and was poor.

Great apartment but outside inner city area.

A great hotel apartment in a very nice part of paris. Everything they advertise is delivered as promised and the apartment and staff were great. I didn't have breakfast there. It is located in an area with lots of shops, parks and restaurants. The only potential negative is that it is a little bit of a walk (10-15 mins) to get to the nearest metro to go into the city. However, I found this an enjoyable experience each morning and afternoon as you walk down a typical Paris street.. Although the suburban train and bus stations were closer I found the metro much more convenient. Overall Excellent!

OK hotel

Overall this was a reasonable hotel at a reasonable price. Would have preferred a kettle & cafetiere to coffee maker. We had a studio which was more like a standard hotel room with nowhere comfortable to sit so not somewhere I would wand to stay during the day. We liked Clichy which was friendly and multicultural. Plenty of places to eat and drink - even a McDonald's if you're that way inclined. Good transport options. All in all glad we stayed here.

The room was fine I was on a business trip and needed good WiFi. The WiFi was extremely poor to the point I could not use email.

good hotel for decent price

The Adagio is a good place to stay if you are looking for a cheaper hotel further from the main city of Paris. It gives you the peace at night and is still just a few metro stops from the main intercity. The metro is a little further away (about three blocks) but not a bad walk on a nice day. There are a lot of food places around for your to choose from that are a much cheaper and easier choice than the city. The hotel itself does not offer free cleaning unless you stay for longer than a week, and the shower is a little small (as with most European countries). I would recommend as long you don't mind a little extra travel time.

Just a basic hotel

The hotel is just a basic hotel. If you stay more than 7 nights you will get your room cleaned and I presume, clean bed linen and towels. The breakfast was extra, but as there was cooking facilities we provided our own. We took a bag of rubbish to the communal disposal room and the smell was disgusting. Two of the reception staff we dealt with were delightful, friendly and helpful ( females ) The Decor of the hallways was dark purple and red and I found this to be quite scary. They need to repainted in a lighter colour scheme. The lights are movement activated and were a bit slow coming on, sometimes. There are supermarkets nearby to buy food and supplies. There is a train station and buses nearby, but we used taxis.

Wonderful hotel but very disappointing to be told there will be no cleaning by maids unless we pay 15€ per clean. Also wasn't aloud new towels unless you pay 5€ per towel. Apart from that wonderful stay

A different sort of hotel room

We liked this hotel, because it gave us the opportunity to eat in the room if we wanted, with facilities for cooking. The room was very clean and very comfortable, the only problem was that the shower door did not keep the water in, and we needed to clean this up after a shower. The only other thing that let this hotel down a little was that it was 5-10 min walk from a metro station, and the surroundings were not the most attractive, with building work taking place opposite the hotel room. However, the principle of the aparthotel was a good one and we would consider using the chain again, if not this location.

Nice, clean appartment/hotel in Clichy

Clean hotel. Staff is friendly. Room is big enough. Nice to have your own fridge and a place to cook since eating out in Paris isn't cheap. Supermarket Casino 5 minutes away next to the metro station. Paris is only a couple of stops from Clichy metrostation. Parking at hotel not cheap though. Don't count on free parking on the streets during the weekend. There weren't any parkingplaces while we were there. I would recommend the hotel.

Impressive modern-look apartment with kitchen

This hotel is great if you are looking for affordable apartment accommodation within a reasonable distance from Paris' major tourist attractions. We were very impressed by the modern-look of the apartment as well as the excellent service at the reception. The kitchen was fully fitted with cutlery, plates, cups and appliances. The only extra bonus we could have had was a microwave (there was a fridge though). If you can live without a microwave, this is a really good place to stay and you will have many happy memories here.

Very Nice Hotel for the price

My husband and I went to paris for a 7 day trip.It was perfect for what we needed. The hotel was built in 2013 so everything is relatively new and up to date with nice colors. It is not far from the metro either. The staff was very friendly too. My only complaint was there was strange oder coming from the toilet from time to time. We would come to our hotel room from being out all day and the bathroom had a slight smell like sewage - we would opened the window and the smell went right away. Other then that it was a nice hotel.

Great Value

Friendly service, clean and comfortable rooms. Located near Metro no.13 and some good (mainly Italian) restaurants with plenty of shops nearby. This hotel is on AVENUE Anatole France NOT Rue Anatole France as stated on hotels.com. Rue Anatole France is in a different part of Paris!

Excellent place to Stay in Paris

I enjoyed the stay in the hotel, and it is the most well organized stay and very comfortable. Lovely atmosphere inside the hotel, reception, lounge, and the room. Cleanliness of the hotel and rooms and the corridors/passage is excellent. Front Desk staff / Reception Staff are very kind and well behaved. I would love to stay in this hotel during my future visits.

Lovely time

It was a great stay! Loved absolutely everything about this hotel, the only thing is that Wifi was very slow sometimes. Hotel is very modern, all the furniture is new, lovely decor. It's located in a very cool vibrant area where people hardly speak any English which makes it a great opportunity to engage with locals and experience real French culture!!! I would defenitely recommend this hotel and would 100% stay in it again myself if in Paris!

Great for budget travel

One of the better hotel staff I've encountered. The rooms are rather nice and spacious. The availability of food in the area is plenty and rather nice. There is a minor niggle however, why isn't there a door to the shower? This leads to water being splashed around in the bathroom a little. It's a minor concern however. Easily accessible via the Metro.

I will try another hotel next visit. The room had a strong and unpleasant smell in the room (cheap cleaning agents or air freshener?) so Had to open the window to air out the room. Staff were rude.

Good business hotel

I recently stayed in adagio access. The hotel is modern and clean, the rooms are big, the wifi works well. The breakfast is simple but cheap. Just be aware it works like short rental apartment, meaning that house keeping will be done only at the end of your stay, and your towels or bed sheets will not be replaced unless you pay additional charge. The location is fine for business if your work place is nearby but not a location I would recommend for holidays.

Quiet Hotel for a simple stay

This is a fairly basic hotel, but pleasant enough and excellent value. it was clean and stylish in a simple way. For the area the room was bigger than many i have stayed in Paris (I know Clichy is not really Paris). One thing you should be aware of when booking is that although the price includes Wifi it does not state that this is a limited speed basic connection(connection kept dropping for me during busy times) and they charge extra for a faster connection.

Easy 5 mins approach to saint lazare from levalloius station. Lots of Halal shops near by.

Perfect when you are in Paris on a Budget

The hotel was exactly what we needed. Just a place to sleep at nights. It´s close to 2 metro stations. The rooms are perfect size, they all have kitchen and microwave. The only thing is that you have to pay for cleaning and for fresh towels, but no biggie. Nice hotel!

Helt greit leilighetshotell, med ok rom. Rolige omgivelser og grei avstand til metro/buss. Kjøkkenkrok med koketopp, men uten vifte og manglende rengjøring under oppholdet (fikk beskjed om dette på forhånd) så var det ikke særlig egnet til å lage mat. Ikke vask/søppeltømming oftere enn en gang per uke, dette gjorde sitt til at vi ikke kunne lage frokost/lunsj som planlagt. Hyggelige resepsjonist, hjelpsomme og gad god informasjon

Une expérience décevante et un peu glauque

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une vraie déception. Dans les couloirs et la chambre, une odeur persistante rappelant un hôpital crée une ambiance peu engageante. Les ascenseurs et couloirs donnent l'impression d'être dans un parking souterrain. Sinistre. La chambre n'était pas mieux : une porte de douche non étanche qui transforme la salle de bain en piscine après chaque utilisation. Bref, un sérieux manque de maintenance visible partout. Rien ne semble avoir été pensé pour offrir une expérience agréable ou confortable. Je déconseille vivement cet hôtel, qui nécessiterait une sérieuse rénovation et un entretien en profondeur.

Disappointing Service and Unwelcoming Stay

From the start, our check-in experience was unpleasant. The receptionist was rude, with no greeting or smile—just a demand for a deposit and a city fee, despite our online payment. When we asked about it, she replied, "You can cancel if you don’t want to pay," which felt dismissive after our trip from Berlin. Entering the hotel was also problematic. We weren’t provided with the entry code in advance, so we had to call reception upon arrival. In the room, it was uncomfortably cold, but despite our request to activate the central heating, nothing was done. Basic amenities like tea and coffee were missing, and the elevator area was unlit for two days. Overall, the stay was marred by poor communication and service.

Enregistrement rapide et efficace. Hôtel bien insonorisé entre les chambres (un peu moins avec la rue) mais sur l ensemble très satisfait de la localisation et de l hôtel en lui même. Vraiment très proches des transports

Monolocale con pochissimo spazio per la cucina. Quasi impossibile preparare qualsiasi piatto. Consiglio di fare colazione nei pressi dell’hotel.
