Great location, beach, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centre all close by. Very comfortable and spacious ground floor apartment. Well equipped and cleaned regularly during our stay. Had a lot of small ants in the room, crawling on the counters and cockroaches on a couple of occasions. Pool was great and the bar there too. bar is supposed to be open except on Wednesdays, but unfortunately it did not open on the last 2 days of our stay on Friday and Saturday. Building work on one of the apartments during our stay was very noisy

It’s an apartment hotel. Go in with very low expectations with anything related to customer service. Cleaning rarely occurs. Towels are replaced only once and don’t even try asking for additional towels. The man at the reception desk would rather be looking at his screen than even address customers. The only words spoken, “we don’t offer towels”. Buy your own towels and cleaning supplies. The location is great. The pool ia great. If all you want to do is sleep at a place, this is your location.

Well Located would stay again

This is a well positioned set of apartments, ideal for going to the yumbo centre or to the beach. Three of us stayed very comfortably for 7 days in the apartments. If we had feedback it would be the lack of mirrors (two in the apartment and not in ideal locations), iron broke in the room and the fan system is a little difficult to work out. Overall good value for money and would happily stay there again.

A little too warm but overall nice get away

Friendly welcome and clean and tidy The rooms were fresh Biggest negative was no air conditioning in 35-40 degrees made for terrible sleep - friends were sleeping on the balcony at times due to the heat. The pool and pool area was nice - although the lifeguard needs to chill a bit - we were told off for throwing a ball between two adults. The poolside cafe was great - tasty food, tasty drinks and splendid service.

Hotel was very good, great location. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Maids came everyday and the rooms were very clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

We had a refurbed apartamentos with a good view. Only complaints are no A.C. and the fans in the bedrooms didn't work. Also, occasional bad smells from the drains in the bathroom.

Very clean apartments with regular cleaning service. Excellent location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good facilities in the apartment. Nice pool side bar and restaurant. Only downside is that the kids pool is not heated. Supermarkets (x3) within a few mins walk. Yumbo centre and beach a few mins walk.

Perfectly serviceable for a short stay, clean and tidy. Lift broke down half way through, not great for 5th floor. Towels are clean, but old and overdue replacement. You need to pay extra for the safe and fan (there's no aircon)

Excellent location, very clean and modern. Surrounding areas kept in excellent condition and constant cleaning/up-keeping seen each day. Would definitely stay again. Great room facilities but do be advised there is no aircon which some may find troublesome… although there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms for an additional cost. Has what you need: towels, kitchen items include: glasses/cups/pans/plates/cutlery, microwave, hob and soap liquid/cloths. Very comfortable.

The apartments have been nicely renovated and modernised in recent years and there is a nice bar/restaurant on site. Staff generally friendly and helpful but some struggle with English language. The pool and garden area very well maintained. There is a washer and dryer on site (coin operated). Kitchens could do with a few more utensils and better pans. Location is excellent - a few mins walk to Yumbo centre and beach. Supermarkets (3) within a few mins walk. Good value apartments in excellent location.

Fresh and clean

Very big apartments everything you need in them for self catering, also a cafe on site. For me personally the beds are too hard but that is my only complaint.staff are great very helpful , especially helpful with printing out passenger locater forms to get back to uk.will defo stay again.

Great value apartment. Request a high floor with a nice sea view. Recently renovated. Great location, pool bar nice services with drinks and food. For the price, location and amenities this is one of the best apartments in the area.

Great Location, comfortable staying.

Great location, staff is very friendly. Only thing could improve is the cleanliness of the towels and the hot water in the shower go off after 5-10 minutes.

Had a really enjoyable stay at the Apartments. Really nicely located for the bars and restaurants. Room was spacious and clean. The only slight negative was a surprise on arrival that we needed to pay 20 euros for the remote for the room fans. But that aside, a pleasant stay and would return.

Lovely clean modern apartment , very good location short distance to the beach and close to Yumbo centre . The pool area was nice and quiet always beds available . Would definitely return if we visit Playa del Ingles in the future .

Family stay

Very clean, comfortable, easily accessible apartments. Located close to all amenities - walking distance for kids. Only problem was we were located on ground floor and noise late at night from people returning to their apartments other wise it was excellent to stay at.

Clean large room with a view but no a/c

Other than checking which was required visiting another hotel a short taxi ride away (because the instruction from Expedia about where to check in were plain wrong), the staff went out of their way to help. Also do not expect to pay the 14 euro taxi ride to the airport arranged for you by the hotel. The trip is metered at 36 instead. Exact same arrangement was not honored to my friend who stayed in the same apartment later in the day but the taxis did show up on time. Overall a good stay. Thank you.

Great Apartments

Stayed here for a week, close to Yumbo & a short walk to the beach. Nice size pool with pool bar, pity it closes early would be better is open later into the evening. Apartment was really cleaned and serviced daily by a lovely lady.

Die Anlage als solches und die Apartments waren sauber. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Rezeption 24h und dadurch Wachschutz. Zimmer geräumig, Betten gut. Einzig die kleinen Miniameisen im Küchenblock waren so naja. Dafür stand dann wohl die XXL-Spraydose gegen Insekten unter der Spüle. Im Außenbreich zwei mal Kakalaken Sichtung (wegen der Palmen). Die Umgebung wie zu erwarten ein Apartmentblock neben dem anderen. Der Strand von Maspalomas und die Dünen sind schnell fussläufig erreichbar. Wenn man weiss worauf man sich einlässt mit der Playa del Ingles dann ist man im Walhalla gut aufgehoben. Not Adults and Gays only, internationales Sprachengemisch. Wir hatten mit drei Personen, davon eine Schwanger, einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der over tourismen ist deutlich spürbar und nicht von allen geliebt..

Low budget basic appartement.

Rustig, basic appartement. Schoonmaak is matig. Verwacht geen luxe. Handdoeken worden elke 3 dagen verschoont en bij het zwembad moet je je eigen handdoek meenemen. Verder een ok appartement voor een lage prijs.

Mye som er bra men rengjøring må bli bedre

Leilighets hotellet ser veldig flott ut både utenifra og innenifra, ligger bra plassert i forhold til solen, så solen har du fra morgen og langt utover kveld. Framsiden har du basseng og en minibar og dette ligger mot stranden så du får sol så og si hele dagen. Området er også flott opparbeidet med palmer. Beliggenheten til leilighets hotellet er veldig bra da det ligger langs en lite traffikert gatevei, gateveien har du rett utenfor hotellet som er et par meter bred, så man føler seg ganske trygg med å gå i dette området. Går du nedover veien så kommer du rett til resturantene med stranden. Om du går andre veien så har du subway, the red cow og en stor matvare butikk som ligger rett med veien, butikken ser ut som en liten butikk utenifra. Men når du går inn der så har dem alt. Om du også går enda litt lenger opp bakken også til venstre og rett frem så ser du yumbo shopping center. Tipp topp med beliggenhet og lyse og fine rom, bassenget er også av grei størrelse. Når det gjelder renslighet så var det ikke bra i det hele tatt, når vi fikk rommet så lå det støv og hår på gulvet, det var gule flekker på puten min og ting var generelt skittent. Så her har dem noe dem må bli bedre på, hadde dette blitt bedre så ville jeg tatt turen igjen. Aircondition har dem ikke, så her er det vifter i taket, hadde vært bedre med ac. Rommene er også dårlig isolert, så man hører folk i gangene. Men var stort sett en rolig plass. Også positivt at ballspill ikke er lov i bassenget

It was very pleasant stay - well equipped apartment, nice and clean pool, very good value for money. The only two negatives - fairly small bed for two adults (1.4m bright) and little cleaning for a stay of 8 nights.

Très content de notre séjour avec nos 3 filles ( un bébé et 2 ados) . Très adapté, à taille humaine et le personnel est adorable. Je recommande vivement.

Kaikki toimi täydellisesti hotellin puolesta. Hotellissa tehty kunnon remontti, uutta sänkyä, kalustetta ja astiastoa. Tenniskentässä vähän epätasaisuutta, mutta kivä lämiä palloa auringon alla. Ainoa negatiivinen asia muut lomailijat. Noin 18 aurinkotuolia varataan heti kello 08.00. Kolmena iltana parvekkeelle tuli järkyttävä kalan haju jostain naapurihuoneistosta. Että kyllä oli ihana mesta kun noin vähän negaa(joutu oikein miettimään;)

Cozy little apartment hotel

The hotel is great considering the price we paid. Very very helpful staff, nice apartments and the pool area is nice and always sunbeds available. The best thing about the hotel is definitely Diego and his bar/restaurant! Such nice atmosphere and music at his bar 😎 We loved the palm trees outside our balcony. Close to the beach! There is no air conditioning but fans in the rooms.

Große Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

De kamers waren erg gehorig. Veel last van gestommel en schuiven van meubels van bovenburen tot in de nacht. Bedden en ventilatie prima. Handdoeken in badkamer waren deels versleten.

Bra läge nära stranden , supermarket och kommunikation.

Mjög fínt hótel fyrir fjölskyldufólk. Íbúðin var hrein og vel útbúin. Það sem okkur fannst kannski helst vera að var að loftvifturnar í herbergjunum virkuðu ekki og það hefði mátt vera hárblásari í íbúðinni. Mjög fínn sundlaugarbarinn og góðar veitingar þar.

Prima appartement, netjes en schoon. Alles vlakbij. Parkeren kan een uitdaging zijn maar met een beetje mazzel lukt dat vlakbij.

Aardige en behulpzame receptie, goede ruime appartementen en prima schoonmaak. Fijn zwembad en mooi afgeschermd dus ideaal met kinderen.

Pobyt 29.03-04.04.22, apartament superior , byliśmy w 4 osoby , apartament idealnie przystosowany dla grupy 4 osobowej, Wyposażenie ok , wi-fi dość słabe , kuchnia wyposażona podstawowo, wielka szkoda ,że nie ma na wyposażeniu piekarnika.Basen czysty , podgrzewany , leżaki w stanie idealnym .Obsługa bardzo pomocna , recepcjonista RAMIRO pomocny i bardzo miły .Natomiast mamy ogromne zastrzeżenia do starszego recepcjonisty był dla nas bardzo nie miły i odzywał się bez szacunku.Na wielką pochwałę zasługuje cały team sprzątający- solidnie wykonują swoją prace .Apartament położony idealnie względem plaży, rozrywki i zakupów.
