The proprety is well located but that's about it. I did not find the room comfortable enough for my holiday. There were dead mosquitos in the walls, no mattress or pillow protection and the linen was very old and unconfortable. No one told me were the swimming pool was located and I needed to request for Wi-Fi password also (this should have been addressed at check-in, time in my opinion). I did not make any meals at the apartment for two reasons: buying food was super expensive (and not worth it) and I found the kitchen not clean enough... the swimming pool was small but no one goes to the water as it is very cold! Overall I did not like my stay in this apartment. Maybe a superior apartment will be better? Not sure...

Lovely location shame about the apartment

The location was perfect and was the main reason for booking these apartments. There was some work being done while we were there and the noise was a bit loud at about 8am. We were a bit disappointed with a few aspects of the apartment. No free WiFi, no free safe, no air conditioning which would have been good. Beds were uncomfortable and couch was of a similar level of comfort. I was pleased that some of my issues were addressed quickly but overall the location was still the main highlight.

Great location

The location was perfect and literally a minute from the beach. However, I cannot understand how an apartment in such a hot location provides neither air conditioning or a fan. We were boiling at night and resorted to putting wet towels over us in order to sleep. We asked reception for a fan on two occasions and were told it would be sorted, but nothing arrived. (The reception itself had both air conditioning and a fan) We also had a constant problem with ants, which the cleaners tried to sort, but we spent much of our own time dealing with them. We had a great holiday, but some money needs to be spent on these apartments.

Arrived at reception after phoning from taxi was told security man would be there with keys.30 mins and 3 phone calls later he turned up. This was 11.00 p m. It was lovely spacious apartment with wonderful views and in a great position for beach, restaurants and bars .A lovely holiday only slightly spoilt by being left standing in street late at night. Dunasoasis need to rethink their check- in procedure.

Compact conveniently located apartment.

This was our second stay in this block of 8 apartments. The apartments are small but adequate for 2 people. The only negative aspect is that the kitchen was poorly equipped.

Great location staff willing to help various buildings you can stay in all of good standard only down side is not all have wifi but you can pick it up by the pool no problem will uses this property again

We had a great time in the apartment and everything around. It has a beautiful view from the 2nd floor balcony of the dunes and the beach. Its only 100m to the beach by foot. Parking in the small quite street is best from dusk till dawn, when visitors have left the beach. Will will definitely come back.

Fantastisk beliggenhet, meget stille og rolig uten forstyrrelse for god søvn. Høy kvalitet på sengen med tempur pute og overmadrass. Rent og godt vedlikeholdt. Det er kun 3 min å gå til busstasjonen, og 5 min å gå til fyret. Det ligger ved stranden så en slipper buss/taxi. Det ligger i små bygg a 4 leilheter PR bygg, hvor bassenget ligger inngjerdet mellom to av byggene. Egen nøkkel deles ut. Her er tidlig morgensol frem til 17:00.

Hervorragendes, großzügiges Apartment in sensationeller Lage direkt an der Oase mit den großen Dünen von Maspalomas und nur wenige Schritte zum Spitzenstrand von Meloneras. Kein Massentourismus, alles gepflegt - im Apartment wie in der gesamten Umgebung. Ruhe und Entspannung findet man hier, keine Action und Hully Gully.

Vi hadde et veldig bra opphold . Har vært på dette hotellet 2 ganger og vil bestile her neste gang også. Hyggelige folk i resepsjonen og på rehold.

El apartamento es muy cómodo, muy bien situado

Fui con mi pareja y disfrutamos de unos dias por gran canaria, la localización es perfecta para descansar y estás a 5min andando de todos los restaurantes de la zona. El unico problema es la piscina que no está en el mismo edificio, hay q ir a 2 min andando por la calle.

Stort nyoppusset kjøkken og bra utstyrt! Manglet eggeglass og snapseglass. Stor fin stue, men dessverre for mye tyske kanaler. Lite engelske! Internett var dårlig, også ved bassenget som lå like ved. Positivt med butikk og strand like ved.

Rent og konfortabelt hotel

Lejlighedskomplekset består af flere forskelligartede huse med lejligheder. Vi boede i hus 12 lejl 2 som bestemt kan anbefales udsigt til strand og solopgang. Skal vi herned igen vil vi vælge dette lejligshedskompleks og lejlighed. Let rengøring 5 dage om ugen og lejligheden var ren og pæn.3-5 min gang til Dunas Maspalomas. 5-7 min gang til en fantastisk solnedgang. Sengekomforten god, men den kunne være bedre hvis der var topmadresser på sengene. God plads ved poolen - og forbud mod "Sunbed Towel reservation" - dog ærgerligt at det ikke bliver håndhævet.

Ein grundsätzlich sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartment in einer Top-Lage mit einem sehr schönen großen Balkon. Da das Appartment nicht gepflegt wird, sind allerdings viele Dinge kaputt/nicht nutzbar.

Tolle Lage, strandnah, gute Ausstattung

Super Grundausstattung (2-Platten-Herd, Mikrowelle, riesiger Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine. Geschirr und Töpfe etwas wenig. Tolle Lage, direkt bei den Dünen von Maspalomas, strandnah (beides nur 2 Min. zu Fuß). Ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße, kein Disco- und Partylärm. Jedes Appartment mit Terrasse oder Balkon. Personal sehr freundlich. Handtuchwechsel könnte etwas häufiger passieren als alle 4 Tage. Es wurde 5 mal die Woche grob feucht durchgewischt und das Bad geputzt. Parkplätze abends ab 20 Uhr kein Problem, tagsüber fast unmöglich zu finden, aber es gibt im Ort ein Parkhaus (in 10 Min. zu Fuss zu erreichen). Großer Flachbild-TV, allerdings hatten wir nur spanische Sender. WLAN gut und kostenlos. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich gut, wer keine riesigen Ansprüche stellt, findet hier alles was er braucht. Wir können das Appartmenthotel nur weiterempfehlen!

è un miniappartamento dotato di tutto (asciugacapelli, frigo, frizer, forno, microonde, piano di cottura , stoviglie, lavatrice e stendino, ecc. accogliente e silenzioso. Unica pecca non ci sono rosticcerie vicine.

Comodo,limpio y magnifica ubicacion

Es un conjunto de apartamentos,divididos en varios bloques distintos.Yo he estado en el edificio Tamara,en la primera planta y con vistas a la charca y el apartamento que me tocó,era muy util,estaba limpio y reformado. Tenia una cocina espaciosa y con un buen menaje,el baño muy limpio y nuevo con plato de ducha y sobre todo una terraza que da la vida,porque sentarse con la brisa del aire a tomarse el desayuno o una cerveza a cualquier hora,de una manera comoda y agradable.La piscina era de tamaño medio-pequeñita comparada con otros complejos,pero lo justo para quitarte el calor y ademas en esta epoca casi vacia de gente. Sin duda,lo mejor de todo es la situacion,a los 3 minutos esta la playa de las dunas de maspalomas,asi como el Faro y el paso que tiene. Mi experiencia y soy muy exigente ha sido buena y la verdad,me quede con ganas de mas y no es descartable que vuelva en breve.

Mooie, ruime en nette kamers. Met ruime badkamer en balkon. Kwaliteit van het eten is goed. Variatie zou iets beter kunnen. Vrij groot zwembad met pool area. Ondanks het hotel volzet was, was er toch nog ruimte. Ligt niet vlak bij het strand, maar er is wel een shuttle. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Vi havde en lille lejlighed, som var okay, men det bedste er beliggenheden. Du er nede på stranden i løbet af få minutter.

Wohnung mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gute Lage nahe am Stand und nahe an tollen Restaurants. Wohnung mit Plattenboden, leider nur Einzelbetten. Leider keine Fixleintücher, kein nordisches Schlafen. Dusche sehr gut. Großer Kühlschrank. Oftmals kein Parkplatz. Personal sehr freundlich.

Renoviertes Appartment in super Strandlage

Das Appartment war groß, hatte einen tollen Blick. Leider war die Küchenausstattung mehr als dürftig, z. B. nur ein Weinglas, keine Schere. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Avventura a Gran Canaria

Una bella esperienza, in pieno inverno, quado qua in Italia si trema di freddo ,lì si sta in pantaloncini corti e maglietta. Posto meraviglioso molto pulito sempre che puliscono per la strada, e poi le Dune di Maspalomas sono una cosa incredibile, ti dà la sensazione di stare in deserto ma con la spiaggia di fronte.
