Need to fix chalking in the shower, water leaking around light fixture

I had a leaking problem all through the stay so I had to check out sooner than planned

The room was nice enough, as was the staff. My only complaint was that, although the info on this website indicated a restaurant was only a minute's walk away, when I asked what was nearby, I wasn't reminded of this one and had to walk about 10 minutes to find another one.

For less that the price many hotel rooms have at least a box of cleanex,shampoo, conditioner, hair drier, iron, but in this place there was only toilet paper and liquid soap

We stayed here after a very late flight before checking in at an airbnb. Their 24 hour front desk was convenient and they served breakfast which was nice. No towels or anything else in the room, outlets didn't work, and they didn't provide any drinking water. Would not stay for longer than a night or 2. Good for the price though.

breakfast should have more choice like bread or corn flakes to be more international

OUR DECEPTIVE STAY

My experience was not so good,due to several inconveniences(i.e. very old and unreliable furniture in my room,almost non existence internet ( I bought a portable device outside to be able to connect)..nonetheless, the personnel treated us very well...

I was suppose to stay there 4 days I only stayed 1 Night before of the service itself #1 the lady that helped us was extremely rude and unhelpful. The beds were sooo uncomfortable just like the pillows. The breakfast is minimal. scramble eggs, toast, coffee, mash potatoes, coffee or juice. Just because its free or included doesn't mean a thing. We went to the Radisson, look into it you will not be disappointed. They weren't even ready for us. I wish I would have thrown pictures. The head board was covered in dust. I'm traveling with kids and the place isn't suited for them. DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL. TRUST ME.
