The only problem I had was the roof leaked in the hallway of the 4th floor(my room was fine). And the balcony has a very high wall. I'm 5ft 10 and could just barely see over it. Otherwise amazing. Great staff, good breakfast, and the onsite pool, gym and indoor parking is a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Ok...but don't expect too much

Staff speaks zero English...so, that may be a problem for some...unless you're willing to communicate every last thing using Google translate app... Even then, asking for a taxi (and you must realize that the benefits of sleeping in this area in lower altitude for acclimatization also comes with the cost of being 30-45 minutes out of Centro) comes with confusion such as, I'd like a taxi at 4:30 (NOT on October 30th)?!? true story

Great location in South la Paz, great breakfast buffet

The breakfast was really good and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and the bathroom was kind of old. The location was nice.

A very nice place, much more luxurious than I usually stay at, but for a few days and in a very convenient location, it was very pleasant, both this last stay and a previous one.

So the good: room was clean with lots of amenities that cheaper hotels in bolivia dont normally have, like warm water in the bathroom sink and a fridge, elevator, etc.

Hidden charges

The hotel snd service was fine, however i was surprised and disappointed whrn they forced me to pay a tax bill for 40 bolivians eventhou when i booked through Hotels.com and it showed that was paid in full

Comfortable & well located Hotel in South La Paz

Great location, amazing price and awesome service

I read the reviews before I booked the hotel. I was a little scare because they were not good. I checked in at 4am and the front desk agent gave me a room and told me they were going to change me in the morning. The room was very spacious, clean and confortable. At 8 am they offered to change my room and they did. The new room was big, it was like a suite. The people at the front desk are very polite, respectful and help you all the time. A lady name Veronica was amazing she is a front desk agent and she even went to the pharmacy to buy me medicine for the altitude headache I had. Great service. Breakfast in the morning is amazing and free. For the price and location its a gang. I definetely recommend you to stay here. The only thing I didnt like is that they are under remodeling and sometimes you can hear those noises.

Hotel has potential to be great

I experienced a nice breakfast in a hotel under construction. It has potential, neighborhood is nice, but rooms and furniture are old and a bit dirty.

Worst hotel in La Paz

Not recommended, rooms are not clean, the bathroom is even worst. The hotel is under construction. So expect nose in the rooms. I would classify this apart hotel as a cheap motel. You can find much better hotels within walking distance for the same price. Stay away from this Motel

Great Hotel for the price

I booked this hotel just for one night just to be sure about the previous reviews and they were totally wrong. This is a great hotel, great condition, great room, good location, so, outstanding for the price! I booked 5 additionals night for my stays. I'll definitely return in my next business trip to La Paz.

what a disappoinent

This hotel was the worse We ever see dury, dusty, could we ask for extra blanquets and towels never get it, we get sick and we desaided to move out and with good luck find a better one the stuff was polyd but not engh and we dind not have any refaund

It is a good hotel, and I have recieved an excelente service, what's more, the room is modern, it's a good choise, Please enjoy it. Next time, I will live here again.

You (almost) get what you pay for

A rather mediocre hotel -- not very clean, some nice rooms but some not-so-nice (eg, windowless), dirty carpets. Reception personnel speak little to no English.

El hotel no fue malo, el desayuno muy agradable, pero nos ofrecieron garaje y llegado el momento las instalaciones no cuentan con garaje. Ofrecieron algo que no tenían. No pude dormir tranquilo sabiendo que mi vehículo no estaba resguardado, ya que tuve que alquilar un espacio en un sitio apartado a donde yo estaba.

Buena estadía en términos generales

Bien ubicado y con lo básico para ir de negocios. Buen desayuno. Muy mala experiencia con el servicio de taxis. en 2 ocasiones que tuve que ir al aeropuerto llegaron a buscarme muy atrasados siendo que los dejé pedidos el día anterior. Si no mejoran eso, es para no ir más. Pude perder ambos vuelos.

Nos gustó bastante el hotel, y aprovechamos un rato la piscina, pero nos hubiera gustado más informaciones sobre La Paz en la recepción. Pieza cómoda y limpia, solos nos llamó la atención que el baño no tenía ningún tipo de ventilación, ahí podrían mejorar.

Muy buena estadia

Todo muy bien, solo le pediria al hotel cortinas blackout o similar para tapar un poco mas la luz del sol a la mañana. El personal es muy atento y servicial, el desayuno esta muy bien. El cafe es el tipico de Bolivia, muy denso, estaria bueno tener un cafe mas estilo internacional como opcion para extranjeros, y una maquina de cafe expresso estaria muy buena tambien.

Hotel sem estacionamento

Estávamos viajando de moto e selecionamos este hotel por ter estacionamento disponível. Na hora do check in me disseram que só possue 1 vaga de estacionamento e que fica permanentemente ocupada por carros da Hertz. Tivemos que deixar as motos na rua com os equipamentos de viagem. Muito inconveniente !!!

Ubicación excellente pero habitación austera

La ubicación es posiblemente el mejor en Bolivia para comer y hacer compras. Está en el distrito de San Miguel de La Paz. El acceso a Internet era un poco lento, pero adecuado. ¡La habitación no tenía un escritorio! Fue austera - no hubo cafetera, ni tabla de planchar, ni soporte de papel higiénico. The location is possibly the best in Bolivia for dining and shopping. It is in the San Miguel district of La Paz. The internet was a little slow but adequate. The room did not have a desk! It was austere - no coffee maker, no ironing board, no toilet paper holder.

Muy regular para la zona!

La habitación tenia las paredes en reparacion y sucias. No tenía ventana.

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, el personal es amable pero el hotel esta renovándose y se escuchan ruidos de taladros etc el servicio de camarera debe mejorar tiene deficiencias y no tiene servicio de restaurante para almuerzo o cena.

Muy amabale el personal, la ubicacion muy buena, solo habian algunos detalles en la pintura y terminaciones que podrian mejorar, piscina temperada muy bien, no hay muchos detalles en general fue una excelente estadia.

This hotel needs some urgent improvement.

I only choose this hotel because it was close to my customer's house, so that he could pick me up in the mornings without going out of the way. In general, this hotel needs some work to be done on improvement: cracked walls, old furniture and so on - need to be repaired, replaced, etc. The first day there was no hot water in the shower, which was fixed the following day though. Breakfast should be served as of 6 am or at least a breakfast box provided, which was not the case in this hotel. When I booked this hotel through Expedia, I paid in advance for a standard room with a window but got a cheaper room with no window, which never was refunded. The only positive thing I can think of is a good wi-fi signal. I don't think I'll be staying at this hotel ever again.
