Very fantastic Sevice and location ( not far from Saga Station).

Very good location with lots of restaurants and shops. Only some smells in the bathroom and the room is super small and old. Staff are very professional and helpful.

It was very comfortable and the breakfast was good too. Very stylish and open. I did enjoy the family kart in the hotel too.

Nice stay

All though we only stayed one night, it was fairly pleasant. The room was of adequate size. And it was neat and clean. The bed was as comfortable as my own personal bed at home. The pillows were somewhat flat in my opinion. So I doubled mine to add thickness. The large TV in the room was a nice touch. I was able to use an HDMI cable to connect my laptop and watch Netflix. This added a personal feeling to the room. The rest of the hotel as neat and clean and somewhat stylish. I ate breakfast in the restaurant on the 11th floor. It was not great but not bad either. I would only eat there again because of the convenience. I would however stay in Apa Hotel again. Hopefully the area restaurants will be open after 20:00 next time.

Hotel was clean, amenities were great. Located very close to the Saga bus and train station which is very convenient. Also, the hotel is very reasonable walking distance away from places such as Don Quijote and there are 7-11, Family Mart and a drugstore nearby. The only gripe I would have is that rooms are small, but I guess the positives all made up for that. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Remains small

I've stayed here before and the room was quite small. Nothing has changed. The hotel is very outdated. However, the staff are very helpful and service is great.

Small

The rooms are very small, which I understand is common in Japan. However, given that this hotel is not in a bustling city, the tiny rooms (205 sq feet) just don't make sense. The finish of the hotel is also not very good - everything is a bit dated. The hotel is undergoing a renovation at the moment, but neither of the two rooms that I stayed in were modern by any stretch. That being said, the service was excellent. Staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel is also very clean.

Good location and room is clean

It used to be Washington Hotel Plaza, probably newly acquired by APA Hotels in past one year. Bathroom taps and switch panel by the bed could tell that the room was designed quite some time ago. But it appeared that APA Hotels did a decent job renovating it. The room was clean and felt modern (maybe the big LCD TV contributed the most). Location is quite good. It is a very short walk from Saga JR Station south entrance.

The worst hotel that I lived in Fukuoka! I have booked 2 nights there and cannot cancel the other night upon arrival. So even I have to pay extra for another night in Fukuoka, I am still willing to pay for it. The room is stink and bed is in bad quality. I keep asking my friend why such hotel can get a 4/5. I never waste money to book another hotel due to the hotel condition. My room can hear people walking at midnight and it is next to the laundry room, I can hear the laundry sound at 3am ! This room in saga is just the same price as the hotel in Hakata, why there is such a big difference!

Nice position with just a 5 min walk away from the train station. But it is disappointing that the concierge told us all “smoking room” has run out which actually didn’t.

Nothing to complain about. You get more than expected.

Parking is convenient and fee is reasonable.

Too much dust, which was unexpected to come across; Stain was found on bed sheets; Stain or dust were found inside the toilet which is disgusting.

The location is perfect. However, the air conditioner is weak that I have to open the window or I will be ”baked” in the room. It's too hot!!!

We booked a double room with one double bed, the room was tiny. The bed was close to the wall from one side thus one of us couldn't get off comfortably. There was hardly room to move around. And it was not cheap at all!! Very disappointing

Wonderful stay in a decent hotel.

The hotel was very easy to find from the bus station. We had to take a 30 minute ride from the airport. The hotel staff was nice and helpful and could speak some English. The room was comfortable but a little small. We had a good stay. The breakfast included in our room price was exceptional. We walked to a grocery store about two minutes away.

デスクの横のアパホテルの本が入っているマガジンラックとかデスクの端の方にほこりが溜まっていて気になった。 空調が全館管理で調節できない。冬場でしたが暑かったです。 寝巻きも浴衣タイプしかないので気をつけてください。 その分値段は安かったので、全体的には普通です。

너무 좋았습니다. 다만 아파호텔이 근처에 두개라 위치가 헷갈렸습니다. 주소를 보고 잘 찾아가셔야 될 것 같습니다.

駅から近くて便利だった

安くてとても満喫出来ました！

テレビ画面が大画面だったのでよかった。 駐車場をホテル側にしてもらったので便利に使用できた。 使い捨てスリッパが自分にはやや小さかった。

洗面所が生臭いです。 何よりも蛇口を締めてるのにどこからか分からない水滴音が延々とし続けます。おかげで眠れませんでした。 私は２度と泊まりません。

充電器のコード何あれば助かります。

快適でした

3回目ぐらいの素泊り利用ですが、駅前で駐車場（平置き）もホテルの横にあり便利です。室内も問題なく清潔感あり、満足です。

お部屋は古いホテルを改装した感じでした。バスルームに段差があるので、足の指を打ち付けました。

まあ、よかつた。

枕が低かったのが残念 ベットはすごく寝やすかった

アニメティも充実していてよかったです。ホテル周辺に居酒屋が多くレストランが少ないのは子連れには少し不便でした。

初佐賀旅でしたが、ホテルは清潔感もあり、フロントの対応も良く満足でした。 ただチェックインの機械端末が入力しにくく、手間取りました。

自動 chech in酒店大堂接待員工態度差，辦理緊手續忽然放下客人護照離開，由另一名職員發現才協助辦理！ 接待員工沒有同客人講解泊車問題，只顧收取泊車費，引致晚上回來酒店停車場已上鎖，要到走酒找職員開鎖才可泊車，翌日離開時又要到前台取代幣先可開閘出車！

寝るだけでしたが充分です。 APAの駐車場が満車でしたが目の前の 駐車場が大きく利用料金もあまり変わらないので問題なく停めれました。 アメニティも良かったです。

風呂場にカビが多い。換気扇汚い。ホテルにそんなにとまるほうではないから　余計に目についた。

初めてアパホテル利用しました 朝食が佐賀の朝食 有明のり、明太子、ごはん、野菜、卵など、美味しく満足できました ベットのマットレスが独特で　 寝ると沈むタイプで心配でしたが、私には問題なく熟睡できました。 不満は 部屋の内装デザイン、 部屋を広く見せるためのデカすぎる鏡 どちらもうるさくて落ち着かない 廊下の話し声がうるさい、丸聞こえ。 退室後、テレビの映画見放題があったと聞き、 次回利用してみたいです

初日に洗面所に髪の毛が落ちていたり、隅の方にゴミが溜まっていたのが残念でした。 ホテルの場所はとても駅にも近くて便利で良かったです。 朝食も美味しかったけど、毎日同じメニューのみだったのが少し残念。でも和食でお野菜も毎日取れてよかったです。

アパホテル全般に好印象を持っていたがここに泊まってがっかりした。 孫が喘息持ちで部屋環境に敏感になってるから、孫が部屋をチェックして気付かされた。

場所は、悪くないが建物は古くリニューアルはしてるけど、随所に傷みがあります。 あとチェックインの時、時間かかりすぎ 15時からで、チェックインスタート間際かつ旅割対応もあったとしても、もう少し手際よくできるとおもいます。

使いやすい立地と心地よいベッドが高評価でした。時折、排水溝の臭化が上がってきていたので封水がきれていないか等至急確認した方がいいかと。佐賀に行く際はまた利用します。
