The location is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is small but clean and i good condition.

Good value for money, great location

For a one night it definitely achieved our expectations. Location excellent next to the metro and JR lines, walking distance to Shinsekai district. Condition immaculate, likewise any other APA hotels, plenty, and I mean it, plenty of free amenities. The staff super friendly, polite and well educated (that's hard to find the opposite in Japan anyway). Extremely helpful and so used to people arriving before check-in time that they have an excellent system to keep your luggage until you return and have a room, and impressively secure too. Nice comfy beds, generally larger than the Japanese standard for a double. But of course being Japan, size matters. Bedrooms are quite small, not to mention the bathroom. Nevertheless I've been to many APA in this trip and a previous one some years back, all are the same, and so are other hotel brands, so this is not a downside at all, it is the fact. The only downside at this property is the breakfast. Yes, I can imagine for a Japanese national must be great, cooked from fresh in the moment, however for an occidental person... we could not eat that in the morning. We missed at least some toasts and marmalade. Only the coffee/tea and juice was there for us to be honest. In any case, across the road there is a Family Mart you can get some sandwiches and eat in the hotel's restaurant with the coffee and juice they provide, easy. So do not pay extra for the breakfast, it will be useless and a waste of money.

The facility was clean, convenient to the train station and the staff was excellent - helpful and friendly. Fresh towels and toiletries were provided frequently which was appreciated. The pictures of the rooms were a bit misleading and looked larger than they actually are. This seemed to be a convenient hotel for business but it was difficult to work in the room when sharing due to small size and there was no place else in the hotel where one could catch up on work - there is an adjacent restaurant but it did not seem appropriate to sit at a table and catch up on emails without ordering breakfast which I did not want at that time.

Nice little hotel. No frills but a good price. Very clean and polite staff and easy check in and out. Right above a subway stop so it's easy to get around. My only gripe is that the rooms are extremely small, even with the king sized bed we got. And there was no u der-bed luggage storage like presented on the welcome card. But not a bad place to stay overall. I think I will choose somewhere with more space next time.

Overall is good, but maid always knock my room in the morning for cleaning. I don't know the hotel's policy to finish cleaning within AM time or not? So, I think it's not suit for anyone who want to get up late. Anyways, I stayed 8 nights and received only two bottle of drinking water and tissue in the room was out in my 6th night without filling.

Language barriers

Generally was happy with the hotel rooms, they are conveniently located above subway.

Generally satisfied with the rooms but could improve the cleanliness of the toilet as one of the room i booked the toilet smells quite badly.

APA Hotel Osaka is situated just a few minutes' walk from the nearest train station, making it easy to explore the city and its many attractions. Clean and very quiet location.

The room was nice. But outside got noisy at times. Tv options were great. Easy to get and out. Good location since it was close to transport.

Great place to stay. Very clean. We would stay here again. A lot of places to eat around there. 7-11, Lawson really close by. Subways and train station too.

京セラドームでのライブ後に宿泊しました。 立地もよく今後も利用したいと思いました。 ベットライトに照らされて壁の誇りがよく見えたのでそこだけ気になりました。

창문을 열리지 안은것 말고는 다른건은 괜찮아요

2人宿泊の予約でしたが、アメニティ等が１人分でしたがフロントに連絡すると、すぐに対応していただきました。

조식은 실망 입니다.

APA호톌 몇군데를 숙박을 해보았는데.. 실내 청결이나, 방의 상태등은 다른 곳과 비교해서 큰차이가 없음. 조식은 너무나 실망 스러움. 미니 부페형식도 아니고 단품으로 제공하는데, 질도 좋지않음..종류는 3가지 였습니다. 식당에 있는거라고는 커피..음료 몇가지. 이게 전부임. 오렌지, 샐러드 이런거 없습니다. 다음에 호텔 이용을 하더라도 조식은 안 먹을겁니다.

アパホテルのホテルイメージと違った。アパホテルの朝食はビュフェスタイルと思っていたし、カレーライス、牛肉の丼、シラスの丼と朝食のイメージとかけ離れた中から選ばなければならなかった。１階のモツ鍋屋で朝食を食べなければないし、飲み物が、インスタントコーヒー、水、ジュースしかない。そこのスタッフは機械的でアパホテルのスタッフと対応が違った。1階のロビーは無く受付だけ、他のアパホテルよりランクが落ちる。

部屋内の設備不良があったので部屋を移動させられました。

Nice overall

It was pretty nice overall, but the fridge was out of order. All my ice cream melted. I called the front desk to fix it. While it become functional for a while, it malfunctioned again afterwards so we gave up.

駅近でとても良かった。アパはいつも利用しています。スタッフもにこやかで親切でした。

숙소는 깔구마고 위치가 좋왔습니다

駅の目の前でアクセス良かったです

숙소는 지하철 역과 가까워서 교통은 좋은 편입니다. 하지만 방이 너무 작아서 불편했습니다.

部屋の都合上、ダブルの部屋を用意いただいたのですが、とてもキレイで良かったです。

전체적으로 만족합니다.

다이코쿠쵸역 3번출구 바로 앞이라서 편했고 난바역까지 한정거장이라서 중심가 이동에는 최적이라고 생각합니다. 주변에 서너군데 이자카야는 번잡한 중심가 보다는 여유롭게 즐길수 있어서 좋았습니다. 라이프라는 동네 슈퍼마켓이 큰게 있어서 맥주나 생수 과일 사기에도 괜찮았습니다. 다음에도 숙박할 기회가 있으면 다시 예약할 생각입니다. 조식은 3종류가 3일간 똑같이 나와서 다음에는 조식포함하지 말고 주변에 규동집에서 조식 먹는것도 괜찮을것 같네요.. 호텔직원분들 친절하게 대응해 주셔서 감사합니다.

良かった。

広い部屋で清潔感もありました。 駅近くコンビニなどお店もいろいろあって便利です。 ホテルに方もとても親切で機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

地點方便，大國町3號出口一出就係.. 附近有超市，幾間食肆，木津市場5分鐘路程 去心齋橋，只需要兩個站， 整體良好，員工態度非常良好， 不能說國語的都盡量用簡單英語配合

짧게 지내기에 적절한 호텔... 전체적으로 만족합니다.

地點絕佳

仕事で利用なら無難なビジネスホテルです。朝食はホテル内でお高めだけど日替わりで三種類毎日違う物頼めたから良かったです。バスルームが何故か下水臭かったのでずっと換気扇回してました。

部屋のあちこちにホコリが目立ちました。 それを除けば快適に過ごせました。 フロントの方もとても親切にしてくださいました。

気になるところ

場所柄か暴走バイクの騒音が気になりました 浴槽内は見た目は綺麗でしたが手で擦ると ざらつきがあり しっかり汚れが落とされていませんでした

次回も利用させて頂きたいと思います
