Wasn't far from train area, room is comfy for 1 person.

Small room but space under the bed to put your luggage. They charge for late check outs. Check in is promptly at 3pm. Yukata is offered as well as plenty of amenities.

For an APA property, the front desk service was excellent and very helpful. Check in process was great with the staff behind the counter. Usually at most APA, they just point to the Kiosk and try to force you to use the machine. After a 13 hour flight, that's the last thing I want to do is to figure out stuff on a screen. The staff at this location are great.

The one thing that stood out about the APA Hotel was the chandelier in the room. It was probably the brightest hotel room I've ever stayed in. In most hotel rooms, I have to turn on every single bulb to get good lighting. Not so with my room at the APA- the chandelier was a little piece of the sun. The bathroom was also spacious for a Japanese hotel and seems to have been updated recently. The location at Nihombashi was good so that Tokyo Skytree, Tsukiji fish market, Asakusa, Meiji Jingu, and the Tokyo National Museum were reasonable close by. There seems to be quite a few Korean restaurants nearby, which provided good dinner options.

Did not have laundry available on site. Rooms are quite small for two people in a room. Staff was also quite rude and look annoyed during check in when the computer system failed to recognize reservation using passport

This property is very conveniently located near the subway stations and the restaurant on the ground floor is also very nice. The area is calm and I felt safe navigating through - would definitely recommend and would consider staying again.

Rating on a scale of ‘mid tiered’ hotel. Spent 3 months traveling around Asia and some takeaways… (not a guarantee) but no included breakfast, tiny rooms (same size as hotels I had spent half the price on), no daily cleanings (of all the hotels I stayed in this was the least often cleaned rooms), no umbrellas provided to guests when it was raining (not a guarantee but several hotels did on my stay), no laundry room, no greetings upon entering any of the 6 days I had stayed, no hotel information walkthrough upon checking in. In summation not worth the price and you could do better at comparable hotels.

In my circles the APA hotels are renowned for being clean and comfortable, and this particular hotel was no exeption. In addition, its location is perfect: within walking distance to many popular sights, restaurants and shopping areas; and practically all of Tokyo with no or just one public transportation transfer. Despite my top score, the rest of this review will focus on the (very few) negatives, to better aid your decision: Their twin rooms are cozy or cramped, depending on who you share the room with and the amount of luggage you have. This is not uncommon in Tokyo, but we could barely open one single suitcase without utilizing the beds. The air conditioning didn't cool the room. This may be our own fault because we didnt't understand the instructions. Simply opening the window at night solved our problem in March/April, but street noise necessarily increased proportionally. My last (and probably petty or ignorant) complaint is the naming and exterior design of the hotel. I understand and respect the concept of branding. I also get including the location in the name, but five (yes, 5!) hotels within a few blocks ALL named "APA HOTEL Niho[m|n]bashi Something Something" and looking quite similar from a distance doesn't exactly facilitate sense of direction. In summary: If you know what you're booking, this is a great hotel with excellent staff in the perfect location.

Personally I would recommend you to stay here with 2 points; Firstly, this hotel locate in the middle of 3 metro stations so it's quite easy to go to sightseeing and shopping areas in Tokyo e.g., Shinjuku, Shibuya, Tokyo station, Asakusa, as well as Narita Airport. Secondly, staffs are really nice and helpful.

They don’t give a “care” about you. Requested for management twice, but never got back to me. Woke up at 3 in the morning by a PA announcement. Front desk told me, “don’t worry about it, it was an accident”. Wasted a night without sleep. Took no fault at how they could have prevented this (a button easily accessible). Took no fault as it was an issue caused by a guest. No compensation provided, no partial refund, no credit, and management avoided speaking to me during my 2 night stay

Great place to stay

The room is good and clean. The hotel is very near Bakuroyokoyama station so it’s very convenient to go around visiting places in Tokyo. Would come back to stay on my next visit.

Staff were lovely and great location

Property was exceptional. Room was small but had every amenity you could imagine or ask for. The location of the property isn't bad, but it's very quiet. Dont expect much in the way of nightlife but there are plenty of subway stations within a short walking distance.

I never got there, the Japan airline wouldn't allowed me to travel even knowing that I had checked, and asked if I needed a visa or anything else for my traveling, it always said no, but when I got to the airport in Los Angeles they wouldn't let me get on the plane for lacking a visa, so I immediately tried to cancel my reservation here, they told I was to late to cancel so I lost my plane ticket and my hotel reservation without reimbursement, so as you can see it wasn't that great

As in many other japanease hotels, the room was small but that was manageable. The hotek had an excellent location close to the subway and I didn't feel that the location had a lot of tourists which i valued.
