Property was nice , one thing I had trouble with was they never help me in getting a taxi check out day ..Judt gave me a list with telephone number and my telephone was not working… I need a taxi to get to Kyoto my husband was a little sick so he didn’t want to to catch the train

10/10 if you want a hotel near dotonbori, shibsaibashi & americamura. On the outskirts but easily walkable and meant that it was a lot quieter than the other hotels closer to the main strip. Next door to a major subway station so can easily get to anywhere.

This hotel was located very close to Dotonbori and other key spots in Osaka, Located in Amera Mura, it had some the best vintage shopping within walking distance. At times the hotel staff could have been better in the English speaking department, but on the whole, this was an excellent hotel.

This hotel is near JR-Shinbashi Station. Clean and not pricy and friendly service. I recommend this hotel.

Lugar perfecto

Overall a great place to stay if you don't mind the room being small or if you're a solo traveller. We opted for two bedroom room to give us some extra space to manage our luggage and that worked out wonderfully. Check-in was easy, it was located in a hip area with a ton of vintage clothing stores, and it had everything we needed around it. We didn't really talk to the staff after checking in, as everything we needed to know was on our TV. That was nice, but also a little cold. Would easily stay here again.

This was my second year staying at this hotel. I really enjoyed the great service from the staff! Very friendly and helpful! The hotel is surrounded by many options to eat, and walking distance from the Subway station. I stayed here for a week and I never had any issues. I recommend this hotel for solo travelers! Thank you again!

Stayed in a lot of hotels in Japan , but this has been my favourite. Location , facilities all good . Most of all, room doesn’t smell like tobacco , clean , black out curtains and super comfy bed and pillows . Japan often lacks in this area , but not APA.

A good mid-range hotel with all the amenities we needed. I liked that the staff were able to help us with takkyubin (luggage delivery) to our next destination, there is a luggage scale in the lobby, and we could store our luggage early. Staff could perhaps be a little friendlier - compared to our other hotels they seemed a bit cold but nothing to complain about. TV comes with video on demand and the room was roomy by Japanese standards but the layout made it somewhat less functional than other places we stayed and there are only vending machines on certain floor. the location is convenient, only a short walk to the Shinsaibashi station, slightly longer walk to dotonbori and plenty of convenience stores close by.

great room, but single lift in this facility very poor with lengthly wait to get to reception.. Also the breakfast was really poor and seems to not have enough table positions to cater for the numbers in the hotel. Menu was very average..

Its so convenient to stay.. all is so near like restaurant , dotonbori etc.. even late hours have a convini in front of hotel.. over all its a good to stay hotel and location…

お部屋は綺麗だったけど廊下がちょっと汚かった。

心斎橋駅や四ツ橋駅に近く便利。 ホテル前にはローソンあり。 アパホテルはこの辺りに名前が似たのがいくつかあるので注意⚠️

2連泊でルームクリーニングがされていなかった。清掃しないのが基本ならその旨をチェックインで説明して、して欲しい方への依頼方法を提示すべき。 非常に残念でした

寝るだけなら、最高のホテル 部屋が少々狭いので、そこは我慢 禁煙者には、厳しい 立地は、とても良い

部屋はコンパクトですが一人で滞在するには充分です。 廊下の話し声は聞こえますが皆さん部屋では静かにされてたのか防音がしっかりしてるのか隣の音が聞こえることもなかったです 全体的な清掃はきちんとされてると思いますが、隅々まではちょっと… 折り鶴が置いてあるのですが、そばの時計はホコリまみれ、時計やティッシュケースを避けたら其処にはホコリが… コンセント周りも… 目に付く場所ではありますが、折り鶴が置いてあることで余計に目が行き、おもてなしの鶴も台無しです。

화장실에서 물곰팡내가 나긴 했습니다만 아마 샤워커튼이 문제였던거 같습니다. 자는덴 문제없었고 위치가 중심은 아니지만 전철역가깝고 불편한 점 딱히 없었어요

地點很棒，以前這裡還叫西鐵的時候住過很多次，改成APA之後還是第一次入住，規矩改了很多，連續住幾天都是不主動來收拾房間的，需要收拾房間還得自己去提要求，越來越會節省成本了!!早餐就真的很普通，不推薦，去對面買個御飯糰還比較省錢又好吃

Valued stay

Typical APA hotel. They allowed you to select room cleaning service and provided a bag of towels, coffee etc if you didn't ask for the cleaning service that day. Room was tidy and clean. Close to the subway and surrounded with convenient shops and local restaurants. The price suddenly dropped significantly a week before my stay. Do check the price closer to your trip.

よく利用しますが、美味しいお店がたくさんありとてもよいところです。

空間不大但一人很夠用，而且還有浴缸，基本上唯一的缺點就是中央空調比較熱一些，但開窗可以改善很多。

とても快適にすごしました。アメニティーもそろっているし不自由はなかったでです。バスルームに毛束が残っていたのでお掃除終了後のチェックをしてください。目の前がコンビニでしたのでとても便利でまた利用させてください。

適合早出晚歸，只需有床睡覺就可以的旅客。

地理位置十分接近心齋橋地鐵站，附近也有很多商店和食店，房價也相對便宜。 不過酒店內的配套感覺有一點點舊的感覺，另外，房間空間也比較狹窄一點。最接受不了的是，房間內沒有控制空調温度或風速的控制台，只能使用一個旋轉式開關來選擇低，中，高或關閉風量，需要不斷調整風量來找到適合的温度。

また大阪に行くときは利用したいと思います

何不自由なく過ごせました

Every night there was some noise from the air-condition, which is irregular at times, thus the smell of smoke since 6am, seriously, that sucks. They do not do bedsheets changing at your stay, but top up with towels and only tea, every day. Coffee maybe too expensive to top up with. I would recommend ppl who stay short period of time, or business only to stay, otherwise, just skip it. Tv only has less than ten choices.. the fridge is terribly small..

ベッドマットレスは、へたっていて、なかなか眠れなかった。２拍連泊したが、二日目の、水ペットボトルのサービスなし。使用グラスの交換も前日のまま。ティッシュボックスの設置も無し。
