Great hotel and location

APA hotels are great. Staff is always on point, and the rooms, while tiny, are very functional and clean. It's a great location, super close to the JR station (2 stops from the airport) and also close to Dacomecca for tasty breakfasts. One can hardly complain :D

OK Hotel

I like the price of the hotel. It was little interesting that a hotel staff could not pull out my luggage because it was too heavy I believe. My bathroom had moderately bad order. Also, it was hard to find this hotel. If you stay at this hotel for a couple of days it's ok. They gave me an extra coffee to go which was nice.

Bed is to small, the mattress is too big for the bed, it make it unstable so it's uncomfortable

Great hotel!

I was in Fukuoka on business and needed to. Ok a hotel last minute. I decided to give the APA eki mae hotel a try because I have stayed at APA hotels in the past and it was great! Perfect location, great restaurants eat by, I felt comfortable walking around the exterior early in the morning. I would definitely stay again!

Keep far away from this hotel!

Front desk staff are the worst and discriminate foreigners. Makes their own rules and very rude.

Cheap and close to all transport

Right beside Hakata station, where the bullet train arrives and all connecting subway lines. Rooms are little aged, but bed was comfy, the shower wasn’t great, but good value for my stay

As the ending/suffix of its name "-ekimae" suiggests, the hotel is "in front of the station". Well, it may not be right in front of the station, it's very close...like 5 minutes away from it. The room is very typical APA which is a Japanese hotel chain. Given the price and locations (they are everywhere), Although there is nothing fancy about, APA Hotel has become my preferred hotel chains over the last few years.

Nice hotel but dirty and unloved

Was clearly once a great hotel but is now neglected and unloved. The room had walls covered in dirt marks and the carpet was stained. Only one lift for a ten storey hotel makes arriving and leaving difficult. The TV was positioned so that it was impossible to watch TV in bed. I would recommend choosing a different hotel as it's not cheap either

Very close to JR station and yet with quiet location. Could walk to nearby shops and restaurants, or take bus and subway to explore the city.

Not what we expected

Close to station. Room very cramped and too much clutter. However I don`t want to find a book in my room containing the ramblings of the right wing nutter which I found very offensive (APA Founder)

It's close from the subway station and bus stop. The breakfast was really nice. Small room but i think its all over the japan and it was a reasonable price. Good service so i was satisfied with this hotel 100%. I will definitely go here again if i go hukuoka next time.

To find the hotel without an app: exit JR station via # 1 exit, walk to road, look left, note skyline with building title "XY Max"; the hotel is located behind, ie, one block off the main street. 10 minute walk.

Ok hotel near railway station

Everything was how we were extpecting already. Room was really small and smelt so much tobacco, but that was only option what we could have, because of all the other places were fully booked because the cherryblooming. Hotel locates really near to the raillway station and shopping areas. Maybe about 5 or 10 minutes walk away! I believe that without the smell of tobacco our experience of this hotel would be much better, but as i said , we booked too late so its not hotels fault.

Bad experience

We stayed there for one night, the hotel was like 15 mins walk from Hakata station, not too bad. Didn't expect a big room but it was very small compared to other hotels in Japan. The bathroom curtain had a bad smell, like it hasn't been dried properly. We paid more than USD200 per night and it totally wasn't worth it since we paid around USD100 for another hotel right next to the Hakata station in this trip which was much better.

Overpriced weekend rate

This hotel was very overpriced. The bed was uncomfortable and the heater didn't work properly. The room was cramped and considering what I was paying it should have been much better. Not recommended.

APA Hotel Hakata-Ekimae

This was the smallest room I have ever had in any hotel anywhere. No closet; just hooks on the wall. Hardly room to turn around. You could bring a suitcase, but it would be difficult. The room was clean; the neighborhood safe; the hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Hakata Train Station. Breakfast was $6.00US; it was scrambled eggs, sausage, juice & coffee, and toast. The rest was Japanese fare. Clean & comfortable, but highly overpriced. Worthwhile only if you have nothing more than a (small)carry-on bag.

Hotel is close to the station so the location is good. Room is small but it's common in Japan but they should change all the beds and pillows since the bed is the only place available for you to sit / rest inside the room but the bed and pillows are too old and not comfortable.

Semi double bed for me and my wife was bit crammy. Room is very small and good for one occupant. Toilet was clean and kept very clean by chambermaids. Room has a stuffy smell but easily done away with the provided de-odoriser. Distance from Hakata Station is about 7 mins. From station we could easily move all over F'ka. This is our second trip. The peaches were best I ever had.

近くやレストラン、コンビニが近く、業務場所への移動も楽でした。しかしながら、今回特に周辺全てのホテル価格が高騰していたので、大変でした。

朝食が、残念でした

友人と2人で予約しましたが、安価で済ませたかったため、あまり部屋に期待していませんでしたが、二人で十分な広さで、ベッドもバスルームも特に言うことないほど快適でした。ユニットバスだったのですが、初めて見るような作り(広さ)で少し驚きました。

人員削減による対処で清掃日を確定されているが、部屋の中にごみがたまってしまい不快であった。また風呂場の足ふきタオルは1枚配布されるだけで４日間使用するのは不快であった。

鳥栖遠征の宿泊先として使いました。駅近で中洲までも徒歩圏内でした。

方便的住宿地點

房間小而巧，基本上就是標準商務飯店，房間就是睡覺使用，不用想要有太大的活動空間。

また、利用します

良くも悪くも「普通」のホテルでした。駅からは少し歩くので天気が悪い日は大変かなと思いますが、繁華街から離れてる分静かなのは良かったです。 ちょっと残念だったのは湯船に浸かろうと栓をした際、上部にある水抜き用？の穴にたまたま目がいったら黒いカビのようなものが付いてたので浸かるのをやめました^_^; あと新しいタオルは袋に入ってドアノブにかけられるのですが、使用済みのタオル置き場に困ったので廊下に回収カゴなどあればいいなと感じました。

Very weird cleaning sched

It was very uncomfortable when maid knock on my door on friday morning for 4times for cleaning when i said i dont need cleaning in my room. Thursday morning and friday morning they entered my room without checking with me first. There was no “do not disturb” sign that i could use as well

カーペットが黒なので目立ちませんが 掃除機がしっかりかかって無い様に思いました。 アメニティや設備は流石アパです。

駐車場に少し困りました。ホテル裏はスペースが少なく満車でした。少し離れたところに停めないと行けませんでした。ちょうど大雨だったので難儀でした。

酒店前台服務很好。但房間清潔非常一般，最大問題係隔音差，走廊有人行過、對面房開關門、有人說話、樓上開水聲、每晚約1點，都有推車聲(應該係酒店)都聽到。><

愛想のないフロントにがっかり

雨に降られて濡れた傘とスーツケースで両手が塞がっていても二人いたフロントの人は自動チェックインの機械に促すのみで知らん顔。 安いホテルを選んだからというのは間違いないが、あんなフロントならいっそ無人にしたらよいのに。

博多駅から近い。 コンビニも近い。 遊びに行きやすかった。

今までも何回かアパ利用させていただいていますが、受付対応良くなかったです。

Storing luggage issue

I suggest hotel to consider allowing customers to store luggage for a few days if they have a short trip in the middle . The hotel just keep the luggage for 1 day but I gave a 3-day trip to Yufuin and Beppu. I will check in the same hotel after the trip. But hotel policy does not allow the staff the serve my need. It is troublesome for me to store the luggage at Hakata station. Then take the luggage to the hotel and recheck in again after the trip. Actually I don't mind pay extra fare for keeping the luggage . Please consider my suggestions . This may help encourage the customers to stay at the hotel after the short trip in the middle. Thank you

交通便捷，短期旅遊很棒

二度と泊まりません。 部屋に入った瞬間、悪臭がしました。 一晩マスクをつけ続けましたが、マスク越しでも臭いがしてつらかったです。 臭い以外だと、部屋のサイズはクイーンサイズのベッドがあり十分広く、車イスでも使えるくらい風呂場は大きかったですが、ランドリー横の部屋のため騒音は深夜まであります。

連泊時のフリー感(感傷がないこと)が、とても落ち着いて、のんびり出来た。

とても居心地の良いホテルでした。有難うございました。
