It took until 11pm to get a crib for our 6 months old baby, even though we asked for it multiple times (starting at 3pm during check in). Reservation was screwed up too (2 rooms instead of 1 room for 2 adults and a baby). Out of three employees only one cared enough to even look for a crib. none of them was familiar with the hotel. Terrible experience!

I booked a single room just wanted to have my own peace but didn’t expect the room is huge as in a hostel standard, even it was a disable/wheelchair room still pretty big. And the staffs were friendly & helpful; I was pleased to stay there!

The cleaning crew is not friendly at all.. when you check in you basically have to make your bed ur self cause bed sheets and pillows cases aren’t even set. I travel trough Europe! Staying in hostels with friends! This was the most disappointing hostel stay

The luggage room shouldn’t be accessed through stairs. Has to have direct access to elevator. I purchased a towel for 1.75 Euro and it had a black mold stain. Much more expected from a German host. But I was happy in general. Regards Shidan

I was doing well with lodging choices on my trip until I got to this one. The best I can say, it was clean. Towels thin and skimpy. TV didn't work properly. No plug in the sink. The shower drain was slow and the bathroom floor flooded with each shower. The radiator and the bedside lights didn't work. The bathroom tap was wonky. Perhaps the worse, they have a rooftop bar with pounding music that is REALLY LOUD and goes on late and woke me up. Breakfast was basic, but decent. My recommendation: Spend a few extra bucks and get better quality accommodation.

A serviceable hostel with decent rooms - I stayed in a six bed room that had its own bathroom. But there was no airconditioning (which was tough for the summer night) and the dorm bed's electrical outlets did not work when I first got into room. Some other inconveniences: the hostel charges for towels and the bar was not taking credit cards on the night that I was there.

No ac and it was really hot in there, I could barely sleep.

Very professional

The room that was allocated to me reeked as if nobody has cleaned it in decades. When I complained to the receptionist about the stinky odor he just shrugged his shoulders.

Great value for the money. Shame that the bar doesn’t have hostel-friendly prices. Some issues with room, but all were dealt with in a timely manner.

Cleaners should clean the room and replace towels throughout the stay. Also, the reception staff are not friendly at all.

Property is fine. Staff are great. Due to the snow we had to book last minute and ended up here. Obviously it is a hostel for young loud people who are up all night drinking and having fun. Not suitable for me with a child.

We had a lovely large private unit at this hostel. It was wonderfully located and only a 20 minute walk from Oktoberfest and the shopping districts. The unit itself was large, clean and safe with a fun party atmosphere at the lobby/entranceway. We had a fantastic and comparatively affordable stay with a&o hostel while visiting München and would definitely recommend it to others!

Worst hostel stay i have had. Stayed in hostels all over Europe and this was dreadful. Initially checked in to a 4 bed female room. With 3 women asleep in room as i entered. Upsetting for me and them. Receptionists response.."you were a lucky man" 2nd room given had no working electric socket near bed. No privacy light, dirty sheets on bed and dirty towel on floor of bathroom. I'm not hard to please but this was terrible.

The Expedia listing doesn’t mention this property to be a hostel. However it is a hostel. The rooms had barely any lights no fans no air conditioning.

Fiyat performansı için uygun bir konaklamaydı. Ancak oda kokuyor ve bu konuda pek çözüm üretilmiyor gördüğüm kadarıyla. Gerçi zamanla kokuya burnunuz alışıyor. :)) Ayıca 11€ fiyat karşılığı kahvaltısı gayet başarılı ve zengin içerikli.

Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Zimmer schon etwas renovierierungsbedürftig, aber für die Kategorie sehr gut ausgestattet. Heizkörper freistehend im Raum… Leider keine Zimmerlüftung, Fenster zur mehrspurigen Hauptstraße plus Straßenbahn, daher keine Option zum Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster. Auch wurde dem Reservierungswunsch nach Zimmer zur Rückseite nicht entsprochen.

En la estancia anterior hice una extensión algunos días antes para (o) en la misma habitación(Las 2 chicas Empleadas)me dicen que si.,regreso en la noche y todas mis cosas estaban en el Lobby Recepción me habían cambiado de cuarto. En esta ocasión el viernes compré desayuno para 4 días algo sencillo, lo puse en la nevera para los huéspedes., sábado en la mañana no estaba desapareció de la nevera del comedor de huéspedes. Se lo comenté inmediatamente a la directiva del hotel y la respuesta fue: “yo no puedo hacer nada al respecto “ Por lo demás o para balancear la situación el personal se esfuerza para cumplir con sus tareas y brindar una agradable estancia ya sea breve ,temporal o como queráis.

Einrichting und Sauberkeit war wie man das von einem Hostel erwartet. Für meine Zwecke vollkommen ausreichend. Lage ist gut.

Alloggio con amici in occasione dell’Oktoberfest. Abbiamo, purtroppo per problemi di viaggio, perso la prima notte. La camera è stata ceduta ad altri ospiti e nonostante non ci sia stato rimborsato niente ci è stato chiesto di pagare 15€ di parcheggio e la colazione (11€ a testa). Non hanno mai risposto ai messaggi inviati tramite Hotels.com

Leider war das Zimmer dreckig, bei für eine Nacht lies in Ordnung.

Die Lage ist gut, aber die Zimmer müssen sauberer sein, die Bettwäsche war schmutzig, und die Toiletten werden nicht gereinigt. Die öffentlichen Toiletten am Hauptbahnhof sind schöner und sauberer... so schlecht war es…

It was pretty good for a hostel, nothing special. It didn't invite for social gatherings, in my case at least, but I think there were som amenedies for it.

La ville de Münich est très bruyante et vivante. Je manquais d'eau chaude pour mes douches.
