After reading the great reviews we booked the last room available. The room was basic and small which was fine and what we expected, however the sheets were scratchy and the towels were like sandpaper and probably need replacing. The shared area upstairs is great and the breakfast is ok. The staff are friendly and helpful.

This was an amazing place to stay from start to finish. Located close to the havas bus stop, this place is well signposted. The location is super peaceful and there is plenty of communal space to relax. Harry and his son are very attentive, friendly and warm people. My room was very practical despite being quite small and I had everything I needed, you can see that there was a lot of consideration into what a guest needs. Breakfast was perfect and great coffee!

Great Place To Stay in Selcuk

The convenient location is very close to the Archeological Museum, St John's Church etc and it is around a 30 minute walk to the Ephesus ruins. The bus station is also very nearby. The guesthouse is a colourful place which provides an excellent breakfast and the owner is very helpful.

Great location! You can see the Temple of Artemis from the hotel. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the train station. There is a direct train to the airport that runs about 4 times a day, or you can take a train that makes stops. The breakfast at Anz was our very favorite in Türkiye! The staff is so kind and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again!

I really really enjoyed at this hotel. The staff was more than exceptional. They helped us figure everything out from how to get to Ephesus to booking a taxi to any other questions we had. I would come back to Selcuk to stay at this hotel again because we enjoyed the environment and employees so much. If you’re looking for a huge room with lots of space, this may not be your personal choice, however if you’re looking for a comfortable, cozy, and friendly environment to stay in, this hotel is amazing! And to top off our amazing experience the breakfast was perfect! Very filling and a fantastic variety. (Not captured- French toast)

Great guesthouse with a traveller's vibe

This is an excellent choice for a stay in Selçuk. Rooms are spacious (assuming you don't expect a palace) and spotlessly clean. 5 min walk to the centre and 5 min drive to ephesus. There a courtyard to hang out and a lovely roof terrace where breakfast is served and sometimes a BBQ dinner is offered (which we unfortunately couldn't make). The is super friendly and helpful and is always around to give tips or organise transport.

The rooms were smaller, but perfect for a brief stay. Restaurants are a walk away. If you have a car, driving and parking is simple, but you can also hike to Efes if you're feeling adventurous. Staff was great and very friendly. The free breakfast was top notch.

The ANZ Guesthouse was fantastic: I an incredible value and in a great location just steps away from the Archaeological Museum and other attractions, yet in a quiet residential neighborhood. The room was impeccably clean and had a powerful AC unit. Harry, the owner, was very helpful in sharing suggestions for what to see in Selcuk besides Ephesus. He personally prepared a cooked-to-order breakfast each morning of our stay. He is a great host and goes out of his way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. ANZ Guesthouse is the place to stay!

This is a perfectly located modest guesthouse with a warm traditional Turkish terrace full of local decorations. We were incredibly impressed in the effort Veysel Bey put into preparing abundant and delicious breakfast for his guests. - İrem & Alex

Wonderful place and service

Location is great. You can walk to the bus station, historical sights, cafes, restaurants and the museum. It has a lovely rooftop terrace which is great to relax on in the evening. Breakfast is huge and all freshly prepared. Harry, the owner, was incredibly helpful with tips for travel etc. He makes you feel very at home and treats you like a family member. A truly brilliant place to stay.

Mr. Veysel is an exceptional host. He's been extremely kind and helpful during our very short stay. The room is what you would expect for the price, just enough for your basic needs. The breakfast was simply delicious. Would recommend for the friendly and cosy atmosphere. Can't wait to see Mogli the dog again.

If your plans do not allow for an alternative place, you may consider it. You may choose to take a toilet and shower break for a few hours. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of staying here longer than I anticipated in their small room. I had to change the room. However, realized could not stay here anymore. The on and off operator who recently took over the management has the bare minimum decency and professionalism for an accomodation business. Turkish hospitality? You wish! To be fair, he will chat you up well during breakfast. If you do not have a problem with his business model of renting out for hourly leisures to locals, you will be fine. The rooms do not have much either. The room I stayed had water damage and peeling ceiling and mold in the toilet.

A lovely guesthouse, perfect host!!

I had a wonderful and comfortable stay with my family at ANZ Guesthouse. It is at a very peaceful and quiet location yet close to all tourist attractions. The room was spotlessly clean and breakfast was impeccable. The owner 'Harry' was extremely nice and hospitable person always willing to help and guide. He made some great recommendations regarding food, tours and places to visit. I would certainly love to stay here again myself and would highly recommend it to others!

Wir waren letztes Jahr schon einmal hier, wegen der Lage, kurzer Weg zur Fähre nach Kaunos und zur City.Freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer.Eigener Steg zum Relaxen und sich im Fluss abzukühlen.

Efes ziyaretiniz için çok ideal :)

Pansiyon çok ideal bir konumdaydı; otogara 8-10 dk, Efes'e giden dolmuşlara binebileceğiniz yola 3 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi. Çevresindeki restoran ve kafe alternatifleri oldukça fazlaydı. Oda oldukça temizdi sadece banyosu biraz eski ve dardı. Terasın özellikle gün batımındaki manzarasını çok beğendim. Burada çalışan herkes çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, kendilerine çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Fena değil

Otel odası tutarken fotoğraflara özellikle dikkat ederek balkona sahip olan odayı tuttuk. Fakat otele gittiğimizde balkonlu odaların dolu olduğu ve bu odanın kaldığı söylendi. Odadaki klima çok ses yapıyordu ve odadan ne telefon ile ne de wifi ile internete bağlanamıyorduk. Tek günlük bir konaklama olduğu için idare ettik. Terası güzeldi ve iletişim sıcak kanlıydı.

Un accueil chaleureux

Très bon séjour dans cette auberge. Le lieu est sympa, c’est propre, bien équipé et surtout les hôtes sont très gentils, accueillants et disponibles. Le plus est la terrasse en hauteur ou l’on peut admirer les couchés de soleil. Je recommande vivement.

Uygun fiyatlı şahane bir otel

Harika bir işletmecisi olan bir otel, güleryüzlü hizmet, her daim yardımcı oluyorlar, oda fotoğrafta göründüğü gibiydi, kahvaltı gayet yeterli düzeyde, fiyat/performans olarak kesinlikle ideal bir otel, salaş ve huzurlu bir ortamı var.

방이 너무 작아서 고생했지만 그건 가격 생각하면 어쩔수 없는것 같고 숙소의 모든 직원들이 너무 친절하게 대해주어서 감사했습니다. 또 아침도 너무 맛있고 든든하게 먹었습니다.

La familia anfitriona siempre amables, atentos, preocupados y simpáticos. Las habitaciones limpias, los desayunos muy contundentes y ricos. Con una terraza con buenas vistas, su primer piso con sus sillones para conversar a cualquier hora. Con respecto a la ubicación, cercano a la estacion de trenes (junto al acueducto bizantino) y al terminal de buses. Al lado del museo de Efeso y de la via peatonal con arboleda que lleva al templo de Artemisa y al sitio arqueológico de Efeso, y con caminatas no muy extensas se llega a la Basilica de San Juan, mezquita Isa Bey, Castillo de Ayasulu, etc. El único punto a considerar es que solo cuenta con escaleras para subir al segundo piso y a la terraza

El mejor de Selcuk

Cuando pretendes que te atiendan como un huésped pero te atienden como si fueras un pariente. Así te hacen sentir en Anz. Te vas temprano? No hay problema te preparan el desayuno antes que te vayas. Te ayudan en todo se preocupan con que estés bien. Te ayudan con la continuación de tu viaje. Cuarto limpio, cómodo y calentito. 11 puntos

Parfait !

L’établissement Anz Guesthouse est juste parfait, nous avons été super bien accueillies, la chambre était spacieuse et confortable, nous avons même été surclassées! Le petit déjeuner est très bien servi et nous avons passé beaucoup de temps sur la terrasse très sympathique de l’hôtel! Très bon emplacement pour quelques jours à Selçuk et pour visiter Ephese! Je recommande sans hésiter !

Eger 1-2 gun kalacaksanız Selçukta yapabileceginiz en iyi konaklama seceneklerinden biridir. Otogara yuruyerek 5 dk ve otogardan her yere servis kalkiyor sirinceye felan 15dkda ulasim sagliyorsunuz. Ayrica misafirperverlik ve kahvalti servisi olarak da mükemmeller :)

Super recomended

Harry is a super host. So profesional and hard working, you can see how he runs his business giving you the best attention. He's a nice guy and makes you feel like at home. In the guest House you'll have everything you could need. You can rent bikes, do the Laundry, buy drinks... The rooms are clean, and even (oviously) they aren't luxurius, we found them pretty confortable and nice. Also, the location of the hostel is perfect. Near to the train station, restaurants, the city center of selçuk and the touristic attractions. We took a nice half-hour walk under the shade of the trees to Ephesus. Also, the breakfast is big enough to withstand a day of sightseeing. Varied, healthy and delicious we were surprised by the generosity and quality. I will recommend it to anyone visiting Selçuk without a doubt. Thanks Harry!

3 gece konakladık. Satın alırken neyi satın aldığınızı bildiğimiz için sürpriz bir şey ile karşılaşmadık. Veysel bey ve ailesine samimiyetleri ve güler yüzleri için teşekkür ederiz. 5 nolu oda da konakladık. Olumsuz diyebileceğim tek şey tuvalette havalandırma olmamasıdır.
