The best place and service All the Staff are amazing and friendly.

We had an extremely large team stay there 1-2 weeks at the end of the season. The management went over and beyond doing everything in his power to accommodate our team and all our needs. He was always on site & made sure we were all taken care of. Amazing management 👏 we all had an amazing time there and built lifetime memories ❤️

Stayed here for Team Canada Jiu Jitsu for the Worlds Youth JJIF. Antonis and the staff were excellent and very accomodating. Our entire team stayed here. Highly recommended!

Everyone was so kind and helpful and the resort was absolutely beautiful

Its a pretty place, maybe because it’s late October when I spent a week at Annabelle. Everything was mid. Mostly my criticism is the food- we were with a very big group (over 70 people) and about 10 people got food poisoning.

They even stayed open just for us, which made our visit incredibly special. We were also given a late departure, allowing us to enjoy every moment without feeling rushed. The attention to detail, warm hospitality, and flexibility made this a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend Annabelle Resort for anyone looking for top-notch service and an unforgettable getaway!

Lovely hotel

We have just returned from a 9 night stay in Annabelle. And we absolutely loved it. Family of 3 boys 13, 16 and 17 and always something to do for them. The animation team were excellent all through the day. Villa was lovely and spotless. Cleaned every day. Lovely location on the beach and only a few minutes from Hersonnisos. Food was lovely and great selection every night. We will be back

Staff brilliant, food very good, room - carpet needs deep clean. Bar, reception, waiters and waitresses all worth their “weight in gold”. Just property need some “Love and Clean”.😁

אתחיל בטוב: תודעת שירות גבוהה ונעימה מכל אנשי צוות המלון. הזמנו 7 לילות בווילה ולילה נוסף בחדר ו.אי.פי.בדלפק הקבלה התבסרנו שחלה טעות ונקבל לשני הלילות הראשונים חדר משפחתי רגיל ורק בלילה השלישי נעבור לווילה. ברור לנו שזאת לא טעות והווילה נימכרה על חשבונינו למרבה במחיר. מאוכזבים מאוד שמנו את התיקים בחדר וניגשנו לחדר האוכל. האוכל מתחת לכל ביקורת. לא טעים, ממוחזר, ירקות יבשים ולא טריים, מרגיש כאילו כל האוכל המבושל בושל עם אותה אבקת מרק לא טובה.האוכל במסעדה ליד הבריכה היה קצת יותר טוב, אך לאכול 8 ימים בדיוק את אותו האוכל ממש לא מעניין וגם בסוף לא טעים. נקיון החדרים לא היה משהו, ה ווי.פיי היה בתשלום עם זמן ארוך ללא קליטה. אנחנו לא נחזור לשם !

More 4* than 5*

Very nice complex, not suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties as there are lots of steps between the reception and pools/rooms etc. 5 minutes walk from covey beaches and about 40 minutes walk to the center. I would recommend it but don’t pay for WiFi as it only works in the room and reception but nowhere else! Friendly staff and daily cleaning service with fresh cold water every day. Food was on occasion repetitive but enough to make a meal of! Not many Brits but that could be positive or negative depending what you want! More 4* than 5*

Very good resort but not disable friendly

The resort is very good and had good facilities. The beach area was excellent and the swimming pools were clean and not crowded. The restaurant had good variety but not appropriate for a total vegetarian. According to them, fish was counted as vegetarian so you need to be aware of this. The cleanliness of the restaurant was not as good as it should have been. The bar staff were partial when serving and would ignore you and serve people who came after you. This is not acceptable. The accommodation was very good but the resort is not disable friendly and the restaurant was quite far from the bungalows and you could get a room on 1st floor. However, your luggage was taken to your rooms by the porters. The town is a taxi ride away for 9 Euros each way. There is a need for some improvements in the restaurant and the bar. Overall, it is a good resort for people without disabilities.

This is an excellent hotel, recommend it to everyone who wants to go to Crete, very reasonable price and what you get is more than you pay, satisfy on everything, I should go back again.

Perfect for what we were looking for

We don't normally stay at all-inclusive places as the focus tends to be too much on the food, but at this place there were multiple pools, it was right on the beach, they had ping pong and entertainment options and it was near Saradari beach when we wanted an escape from the family atmosphere. And the food was pretty good too; certainly ample portions.

Pretty nice location, great location.

Great family vacation, great service from all of the staff, great food in the main resturant. Alternative resturants were limited, The Taverna wasn't available for us during our stay as the only available day was for Seafood menu and closed on the weekend. The non-alcholic drinks were not so great, better to drink water and the resort is a little order, rooms in particular need more modernisation.

Everything was excellent!!! The food was delicious with variaty of dishes with great cooks and staff around the kitchen and dinner area. the staff very experienced and nice. The entertainment team was the most happy and great team I have ever seen before . The hotel was amazing. Spa treatments were very nice. Reception and management very professional. It will be a good dwcision0

a bit remote nothing really outside the hotel . lots of steps . food well cooked but nothing special . room cleaning leaves a lot to be desired . wifi very very expensive

Facilities very good and excellent animation team. It’s a shame none of the swimming pools were heated, if one was then we would be booking again for next Easter as we have young children and the pool was too cold. Apart from that great location right on the beach, food good and we had a nice holiday

Nice hotel. Could be great with more customer care

A nice comfortable hotel with most of the facilities to be expected from a beach side resort. Excellent range & quality of food. The beach is a little shingly but the pools are very good. Would’ve preferred another restaurant option on site or another taverna & maybe another bar. The main restaurant was always very busy which meant that, at peak times, it was necessary to wait for items to be topped up or replenished, which was somewhat frustrating. The large footfall in the main restaurant also tended to result in the staff being overly keen to clear plates away, often before we had finished eating. This was disappointing & slightly irritating. Another restaurant on site would spread the footfall. The Athina Taverna was our favourite, with excellent quality food and very friendly & attentive staff, particularly Ceskenda & Kostas, who were great - a real credit to the hotel. Elsewhere in the hotel we found the staff to be fairly indifferent or quite unfriendly and sometimes surly. This was particularly the case in the the pool bar, the main lobby bar and Reception. We had to ask 4 times for a late check out, as we were not flying until the evening of our departure date. We were only finally told this would be OK on the morning of our departure which could have been very awkward had the answer been no. The Entertainment Team were OK & quite friendly. Our room (for a family of 4) was smaller than expected but it was comfortable & very clean. Good, but could be so much better.

Very good but not excellent

Pros: Nice, clean, modern, beautiful resort right on the beach. All staff very polite, helpful and obliging and would go the extra mile to make your stay a positive experience. Special thanks to Maria. Two large outdoor swimming pools,one indoor pool, one kids paddling pool, and a jacuzzi (at extra cost) Free WiFi in public areas but extra cost in rooms. Great spa/massage treatments available but at an additional cost. Good food but the menu did not vary very much. For example, mainly Mediterranean cuisine and no Indian or Chinese food. Unlimited food and drink through out the day, but no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, nor at lunch or dinner in the main restaurant. Unlimited alcoholic drinks but for only standard beer and wine. Premium beers & wines at extra cost. Good activities for children. House keeping is very good. Cons: Air conditioning panel was broken but the AC itself did work Pebbly beach. Many unused reserved sun beds despite no reservation policy. Some sun beds were dirty. Table tennis tables old and need replacing. WiFi connectivity and speed is poor. Lots of steps - not for the elderly or anyone with walking difficulties. Most rooms do not have a sea view. Some rooms have pool view, others have view of the walkway and some have a view of the road. No lifeguards at any of the pools, but there is a life guard at the beach.

Lovely friendly staff. Everything you could want from a 4 star hotel. Good food On the stony beach Things to improve: The gym looks like it was fitted out in the 90s. Equipment is rusty, weights are missing and in order to get the air con working you have to open the fuse box and DIY! Mats on floor are embarrassing. You can still get a decent workout - but it’s the gym of a 3 star hotel. That’s being generous. The rooms are very basic although comfortable - good air-con - but you really do feel like you’ve stepped back in time. Wi-fi very intermittent. For 5 days we didn’t have it in our room even though we paid for it. Staff very accommodating though and were happy to move us to a room they thought would be better. Kids club excellent - kids entertainers very good. Irini on relax pool bar lifts the whole place! She really knows how to serve and bring even more sunshine to the hotel. Kati, Anna, Valentina looked after our little one very well - always happy and smily. Overall - I would definitely return because you get what you pay for - for the price we paid we didn’t expect a 5 star hotel. And it isn’t. The service is. The food is very good. But it needs a refresh to hit high standards.

definitely not a 5 star hotel

Plenty of food and drink available but quite repetitive. Hotel is not five star and could do with sprucing up overall as quite drab. Staff were polite with the odd exception! Was disappointed no wifi in our room even though we had paid extra for the vip suite. Nice pool to go with the suite but again needed attention to general décor. Quite a good price for our stay but this was reflected in the facilities etc.

Nice classy hotel with a nice beach front

Love the whole set up, facilities and stuff. Highly recommended for a chilled relaxing holiday. Staff are friendly, the whole place is spacious with easy access to everything. Only drawback I found was the repetitive food, could have been a bit more choice. Also with daily evening program, could have been a bit more creative with shows and events. But overall highly recommended, I will definitely go back there

Superb..amazing food, friendly, proff staff

We loved staying at anissaras beach resort. The staff were very friendly and genuinely wanted to help you if you ever approached them with questions. The cleaning lady came every day and the room was always very clean, and she always left local flowers in our room, even taking care of removing the pollen stems, which i particularly appreciated. The shower was exceptionally good. The breakfast buffet is amazing: milk, yoghourt with fresh fruits, every type of cereal you can want, the usual fry-ups, as well as other med treats. At first we had booked for bed and breakfast, but as there arent many restaurants close by, we upgraded to half-board (you get the food but pay extra for the drinks). The food was delicious, always fresh and lots of choice. There are 2 restaurants: buffet and a la carte. Tip: If you want to use the a la carte restaurant, you need to book at the reception desk at least 2 days in advance. The grounds are very pretty, lots of vegetation. Our room/bungalow (017) was located right by on-site church, although the size is more like a 'capilla'. if you want to use the pools, you must collect the towels from the hut near the beach. Theres an area near the spa with tables and so e folders that tell you what days/times touring companies reps will visit the hotel, so that you can speak with them and book a particular tour.

Excellent staff

The best thing about the Annabelle is the staff. Hospitality and friendliness are typical Greek qualities but the staff here are particularly excellent and this made the stay extremely enjoyable. It's a typical family holiday hotel although I was there for business. It's hilly around there but that can be a plus as there are some great views to be had. If I could say one negative, it's that the food was a little repetitive. Overall top notch and would certainly return probably for a family holiday.

Worth it.

Book with hotels.com as was really worth It , we stayed 2 more days but the room we had with first 2 days was good near to hotel. Wifi is weak 2 pools and just next to beach, water sports just next door try to make an offer for parachute ride got some discount. Nice beak fast and good dinner.

NICE HOTEL, EXCELLENT SERVICE, DIFFICULT TO FIND AT NIGHT

THE HOTEL IS VERY NICE AND HAS EXCELLENT FACILITIES INCLUDING ACCESS TO THE BEACH. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, LUNCH WAS DISAPPOINTING. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO FIND THE HOTEL AT NIGHT AND THE HOTEL IS ABOUT 40 TO 40 MINUTES FROM THE AIRPORT. AT THE END OF THE SEASON (OCTOBER) SOME OF THE HOTEL FACILITIES ARE NOT FUNCTIONAL.

Relaxing and great food

We went to this hotel after being disappointed with another place. I was immediately happy with the half board option as we found the breakfast and dinner was so good. The pool was tons of fun for the kids though the choice of paving all around the pool caused constant slips and falls all day for everyone. Our son fell once and slipped a lot. There were problems w/Internet so connection was impossible everywhere. The bed was one of the more comfortable after traveling for 3 wks in Italy and France.

5 Sterne auf keinen Fall, höchstens 4! Personal hat kaum englisch o.deutsch gesprochen. Sonnenliegen defekt, rostige Schrauben mit denen die Sonnenschirme im Boden befestigt waren standen 2 cm raus! Das erste Mal das wir in einem 5 ⭐️Resort WLAN extra bezahlen mussten, und das teuer! Nur 4 Cocktails gab es bei Allinclusive. Wenn da nichts renoviert und erneuert wird kann das Resort die ⭐️e nicht halten! Aber es ist günstig zu buchen aber auch nicht mehr wert!

Alles so wie gewünscht

Essen so unteres Mittelfeld, Weine und Prosecco ungenießbar. Frau an der Strandbar wusste wie man mit der Siebträger eine guten Espresso macht

L’accueil est correct en fonction de qui est derrière le comptoir… La nourriture… un désastre, rien n’est bon Les animateurs très bien, ils manquent de moyen pour leur soirée Show Time.

We enjoyed our experience at the resort and everything was great apart one little but still very important detail: no wi-fi in rooms?! We found it odd for a 5 star resort and being in 2024! The wi-fi was available only in the lobby and they offered us to buy 10 euros card with no possibility of sharing between devices. Very nice personnel, good variety of good, nice vegetation in the gardens. The beach though not so amazing: small, rocky entry in the water and the parasols need to be changed.

Underbar vistelse på mycket fint hotell. Mycket bra personal överallt, särskilt den italienske entertainern som höll i kvällsaktiviteterna. Trevliga överraskningar i form av eldshow och fyrverkeri.

Mooie zwembaden, strand met fijne strandbedden, eten lekker! Dit was de 10e keer en weer heel blij van geworden. Waren nooit Nederlanders maar dit keer massa’s.

Lage der Anlage sehr schön mit direktem Strandzugang. Allerdings ca. 4 km bis zum nächsten Ort, wo etwas los war. Also keine Infrastruktur und ohne PKW wenig mobil. Im Speisesaal war es sehr laut und extrem hell - überall Geklappere durch Abräumen und neu Eindecken. Der Teil des Speisesaals in der Loggia war gemütlicher, aber immer alle Plätze belegt. Anscheinend gefällt diese etwas ruhiger und lichtgedämpftere Atmossphäre doch vielen Gästen.

Es wäre eine sehr schöne Anlage, wenn mal wieder etwas erneuern würde. Abgehockte defekte Liegen in der Anlage und am Strand. Am Pool muss man morgens um 6 Uhr reservieren was eigentlich nicht zulässig ist. Zum Teil gefährliche Teile wo man mal über die Bücher müsste. (Leitern oberer Pool, Schrauben der Sonnenschirmsockeln ragen z.T. 5cm aus dem Boden). Der Lärm im Speisesaal ist kaum auszuhalten. Die Fassaden sind vielfach mit Rostwasser beschmutzt, durch die Konstruktion der Balkondächer.

La qualifica di 5 stelle mi pare eccessiva per questo resort. Nel complesso la struttura avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione ordinaria, i giardini da curare meglio e la pulizia nelle zone comuni non sempre è perfetta. La cucina offre buone cose e talvolta qualche piatto meno riuscito, nel complesso buono ma non eccellente. Ho prenotato via Expedia una suite con piscina (condivisa con un altro appartamento. questa sistemazione è sicuramente migliore rispetto alle camere standard e offre i servizi aggiuntivi attesi: stanze spaziose e pulite, cabina armadio, grande bagno dotato di vasca idromassaggio oltre alla doccia, phon "vero" e il bidet!!! Segnalo "scivolata" organizzativa: ho chiesto di fare il late check out a causa dello spostamento del volo. il giorno prima di partire ci è stata confermato con il pagamento di una piccola cifra. Solo quando mi sono presentata per pagare, la mattina della partenza, sono stata informata che la camera era stata venduta. Alla richiesta di chiarimento la receptionist ha risposto che, sempre a pagamento ci avrebbe potuto fornire un'altra stanza. Ho manifestato disappunto per non essere stati avvisati se non così tardivamente: certo l'hotel fa il suo interesse vendendo la stanza, ma così ci hanno di fatto costretto a fare le valigie di fretta, perdendo la mattinata con il trasferimento. Solo allora ci hanno proposto gratuitamente lo spostamento. Un albergo "5*" dovrebbe evitare il disagio, non crearlo, soprattutto se offre servizio VIP.
