Our Branson Trip
Our stay was amazing. Will try to stay here again
Love the Pool always so clean Thank you
Family fun
Great lotion. Great staff and the pool was so warm.
We could park right outside our door. Worked perfect the facility had an indoor pool to entertain the boys.
Great
Great value. Room had everything we needed and more. Had microwave and refrigerator. Iron, hair dryer, etc. I would suggest you put a no slip mat in the walk in shower. Bed was comfortable, heater was quiet. Will probably stay here again some time.
Everything was great except for the loose toilet seat.
Good
We stayed for the hot breakfast and the pool and hot tub. I thought it was getting a Jacuzzi in my room, but that would make case then the second night the alarm fire alarm went off in my room and I called the front and they told me to take it down, so I took it down. Climb took it down on the table. I didn’t know I was supposed to remove so the alarm went off again, laying on the table 2 o’clock in the morning so we didn’t get very good sleep. I finally made the desk come and get the alarm we got. That morning the hot tub was cold and the pool was cloudy and that was the main reason we stayed there. We were disappointed.
Ok for the value, free hot breakfast
My room certainly didn't look like the image you see here. Much older and outdated. But it was inexpensive and had a hot breakfast.
The door to our hotel room when shut and locked you could still see outside thru cracks around the door. Let in breeze and rain.
It was close to everything that we done.
Our two-night stay was peaceful and relaxing. The check-in process was seamless and efficient. The hotel clerk provided attentive and helpful service, thoroughly explaining check-in and check-out procedures, and readily assisting with any potential issues.
The manager went out of his way to try and fix expedias mistake he was very professional
Expedia gave the option to book now and pay later however the property called me when I was on my way and wanted to charge the full amount before we checked in. Also they dont allow check in after midnight. We payed extra for a delux room room with elevator access but the room they gave us was on the third floor and we had to take the stairs with 3 small children and a stroller. We asked for a non-smoking room however all the people next to us were standing in their doorways every night smoking marajana and the fumes were coming in our room. We were all having trouble sleeping and had headaches all night. The breakfast used to be better here but this time was not very good.
Had a restful stay there
Good
Place clean and had a good breakfast. Only down fall to our stay was the big lamp in the room didn't work so we didn't have much lighting but that didn't stop us from having fun.
Good breakfast, friendly staff.
Very disappointed with the hot tub just being warm. Just an old hotel that they tried to update but not done well. We tried to cancel our last night and a lady at the front desk said she would work on it but the next day when I called she said the same thing (she did not work on it). We will not be staying at this place again.
It's really not a bad property at all. I made a reservation that night for really great rates, they called me to confirm and had me all set up by the time I made it there. The rooms are pretty standard. For the price you can't expect luxury, honestly. Not they gravy from the breakfast is my only complaint. It was sooooo watery. Gravy should be thicker. There was an indoor pool with a hot tub that's closes at 10pm. There's a few things you can walk to and do and they have smoking rooms! I'll definitely be back.
Staff was friendly room was nice i always use Angel Inn when I visit Branson
The convenience of being around shopping centers.
Angel Care
Our stay was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean and we were well taken care of. The pool and hot tub were clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was great too
We had a great stay. Friendly staff clean room. Pool and hot tub were nice
Poor
First room smelled like smoke. Second room was dirty. Pool cut lots of kids legs. Breakfast not good
We booked this property because it stated indoor pool what it didn’t state was the indoor pool was freezing and not heated at all. Plus there was standing water everywhere in that area that was just dirty. Out door also did not look if we weren’t inside and deadbolt turned. When we showed up the door was open and we thought they forgot to shut it so we left and came back and it was open again. The electric part didn’t work.
Good room, great staff!
Have stayed here several times. Love availability of handicap rooms....but those rooms make it difficult to get to breakfast unless you use a vehicle.
Great continental brkfst & beverages.
All around bad expierence
Not Recommended and sholuldnt Even be on the web
We did not stay.We checked out because of the cockroaches crawling in the microwave on the bed and we had a king size jaczzi suite! Didnt use anything there soap, towels nothing.. They shouldn't even be on the website if they're close for the season unacceptable..
Enjoyed my stay
Room was in need of face lift. Breakfast wasnt good
the room was clean and nice condition but did show some signs of age nothing that was important. the breakfast was ok but they need to invest in some type of small oven and not make everything in the microwave.
Never Again Unless Updated
Stayed here with my wife. When we arrived the doors were locked so we went around the parking lot and found a worker to make a call. Someone showed up about 20 minutes later so we could check in. The bones of the Hotel are there but definitely needs updated. We had a room with a jacuzzi and it worked as it should have. Some tiles were loose, shower floor needed resealed/repainted, the carpets needed replacing(so bad that after a bath if you walked on it your feet were filthy), the mattress needs replaced and the frame was bent down on both ends with a hump in the middle. We did end up noticing small roaches climbing up the walls. The Continental Breakfast was ok. The coffee was instant coffee. Interaction with Management was decent. This place NEEDS some TLC!
BED BUGS! Do not stay here
Disapointing Family Christmas Trip
Brought the Family down for two nights. Monday and Christmas Eve. The lobby was closed on Christmas Eve, so we did not get breakfast that we paid for. We stay there because they have breakfast and a indoor pool. Our kids were looking forward going swimming on Christmas Eve. Well, the pool was closed for cleaning all day. Needless to say our Christmas trip was less than steller. This place is going downhill fast since the new owners took over. We stay here about 3 to 4 times a year. We will be looking for a new place from now on.
The best thing about this hotel was the location of it. All of the activities located around Branson were often 2 to 5 minutes away from the hotel. Another thing I liked about this hotel was all of the amenities provided. One thing that I will say about this hotel is that some of the furniture in the hotel room was pretty tired and busted.
Nice rooms and had indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast included.
The rooms were clean and comfortable
Have stayed there before and will stay there again.
Very friendly. Good value for the price
The room wasn’t very clean, and was missing part of the coffee pot. The bathtub was dirty and wouldn’t drain, it had some rust spots on the ceiling and the floor had some tiles missing. The front desk staff was a little unfriendly at first and you could hear the owners/managers arguing in the back
The rooms were very clean and the people very nice. Great breakfast
Avoid if you are booked through a 3rd party
Rude owner, she Immediately started telling me because I booked through a third party I wouldn't get my request of no stairs for my disabled elderly father unless I paid extra. I had 3 flights of concrete stairs to go up to my room. And one of them had loose trim, I ended up tripping, I now have scraped up knees, bruises and a swollen ankle, I'm almost 60yrs. The pool area had two windows that were broken out and covered with card board and the outside entrance to it was locked so we attempted to go through the lobby to get in from that way and was rudely lectured by the same women as she didn't want us coming through the lobby. I told her the outside door was locked she didn't say sorry, she said ok go in but make she we go out through the outside door. She also lectured me for changing into my suit in bathroom near pool area instead of changing in my room. I told her as all the rooms are outside it was a little to cold to walk outside from room to pool, she just shrugged. The door to my room was standing open when I arrived, and when my husband turned on the light switch it shocked him. Safety not real great at this hotel. Even though the owner made it clear she really didn't like third party booking guest, she refused to refund the money so we could go somewhere else, so we had to stay. It was not in the greatest condition. We didn't feel wanted or safe here.
Breakfast was limited and not high quality. Surprised that it didnt start till 730 on sunday when many folks want to be able to hit the road early. Room was ok, but again not high quality. Racoon feeding outside of doorway on first floor for a good part of a day rather unsettling. Will be looking at a diff motel when/if i return to Branson. There are MANY other choices available i discovered.
good value and good location
The breakfast was goid
Very nice facility. Rooms comfortable and clean. Easy access to 76 boulevard. Close to attractions, Walmart and other conveniences. Affordable and friendly staff.
Good property to stay in.
Need to replace mattress not comfortable at all
They have an indoor pool that works out well for the grandkids, however this stay the hot tub was not working.
Condition of the property and room not worth the price paid for the room. Breakfast doesn't open till 7:30 so there is such a big rush that there isn't enough tables for everyone. This wouldn't be a problem except they have a sign stating you can't take food to your room. Broken out window (covered by cardboard) in the indoor pool room.
Bathroom had mold around the shower
Room was Clean. Uncomfortable pillows. Breakfast was good but the breakfast room was crowded. Pool and pool area were functional but needed cleaning and repairs
Our only issue was the hot tub was down
Soap very small, toilet paper very thin single ply, mattress not very supportive, you roll to center. Towels very clean
Room was good after I upgraded from the room they had on the second floor for expedia customers. From now on I'll just call hotels directly myself
Everyone was helpful and friendly.
Good breakfast, rooms ok but needed blankets for cover.
Property was in good shape, easy to find and good location
I asked for a handicapped room and got what I asked for. Two family couples had met here for the night and wanted to visit in the lobby for a while after dinner on their nice divans. We walked in asked if we could be helped. When we said what we wanted to do, we were told they didn’t like for people to sit in their lobby. Very rude! So what were the couches and chairs for?? Then asked us to leave the lobby was closing, but they had 4 more guests to check in. Just rude.
I nice room, big TV and a good breakfast
It was clean and convenient to shows!
No Go in colder weather
Beds were comfortable. All rooms are outside rooms in 2 different buildings. Breakfast was good. Asked to be moved closer to the indoor pool because our room was located down the hill in a second building. I'm handicap from walking long distances especially up hill. Was told all their rooms were dirty. Rooms had curtains open and were cleaned. Had to drive up to the indoor pool. Only part of the dirty towels were picked up and replaced while we were out. This was my first time here and will be my last.
Angel Inn on Green Mountain Drive in Branson.
Great location and right behind Super Walmart and Price Chopper.
Angel Inn on Green Mountain Drive in Branson, MO.
Great location right behind Super Walmart and Price Chopper. Fast food right around the corner and 76 Blvd just a block away. Hot tub only holds 4 and is the shallow.
You need to put a time limit on the hot tub. I went to use it and 5 women were in it and stayed there for 55 minutes.
We found two roaches in our room a spider web up on the corner with dead flies in the webbing I knocked it down I killed the two roaches and the floor was dirty even though they came in and gave us new towels and fixed our bed but the floor needed vacuumed
The front desk staff was rude and impatient. She was rude to the customer in front of me and myself. Our room did not look anything like the one pictured on the ad where I booked our stay. The room was ran down, and needed a good cleaning. I didn't even want to touch the door because it was so dirty with a film of something on it. Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable- the mattress was warped and had no cushioning to it whatsoever. We stayed at Angel Inn by Imax before and it was very nice but we will never stay at the Central location again.
.
Room very dirty there was hair on carpet sheet was ripped burn holes in sheet and tv sound didn’t work we will not stay here again we usually stay at the Angel inn on shepherd of the hills expressway but they were sold out so thought that we’d stay here but never again and office was locked when we tried to check out @6:45am very displeased
The hotel location was nice. Right by the strip and a walmart. The look of the hotel was ok. And was quiet . But the room was not so good. The mattress caved into the center. The floors werent vacuumed. The housekeeping never stepped foot into the room the whole week we were there. We had to collect our own garbage and towels to give to her when we caught her by our room. And when we were gone we didnt get any service at all. Had to go get towels ourselves and empty our trash in the can out by the sidewalk. I had dropped something behind my bedside table. When i moved it to get what i dropped there was enough dust and other garbage behind there that i just threw away what i dropped. Every time we went to the pool we had to ask for towels.and the front desk worker acted like it was an inconvenience to have to get up and provide them. The hot tub wasnt very warm and the jets didnt work.
Everything was great, minus the dog hair in room 209. The Ac kicked on and the hair went flying. Also on the floor pretty bad. We have a dog, didn’t bring him, so we understand.
Everything was great and the room was spacious. Great breakfasts too.
Funny the people were rude
The room was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. The breakfast area was nice. It was a great experience. Will definitely stay there again!
rude staff!
staff was extremely rude and i’m sad that my favorite place to stay in branson has gone to crap! won’t be staying here again.
I was looking for a decent price for 2 rooms for 2 nights and didn't want to pay a fortune and this was priced good. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Elevators always worked good. Good location. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast had the normal hotel breakfast items. We were in the 700 block of rooms and they did not have good lighting so maybe that was part of the problem. The rooms were not cleaned well at all. There was a McDonalds sandwich box & cup and water bottle by the nightstand, a black sock on the floor beside the bed (not ours). Sink had very low flow of water. Toilet worked okay, needed plunger for only urine one time. Our kids room had a purple capsule on the floor by the bed and the carpet trim had mostly fallen off the wall by the door. Nice place if it had been cleaned and had a little maintenance work done, but good help is hard to find everywhere anymore.
Overall good
Extremely close to the attractions and affordable enough to stay multiple days.
It was quiet and clean.
For the price it was clean , comfortable and ww enjoyed the pool and hot tub
Bathroom shower was old and cracked with stains, the hot tub plug was broken as well. The bed comforter had stains on it. Room had a musty smell inside it. Towels were rough and itchy. Ice machine next to room was not working. Room was not as nice as the picture advertised. Staff was not very friendly when checking in. Would recommend looking elsewhere to stay while in Branson.
Found many roaches had to spray our luggage when we got home
It was very nice. Quiet. Easy access.Staff eager to help. The breakfast wasn't that good. No fresh fruit.People were having trouble getting their waffles out of the waffle maker.I think having spray oil would've helped but hey for the reasonable price I'm not complaining.Walmart and Micky D's is a minute away and the room is furnished with a microwave and fridge. I will go back again.
Check in was easy and the room was great loved the bigger size of the tv in the room. The beds were great. The scrambled eggs and sausage links for the free hot breakfast were cold. The biscuits and gravy were ok.
Nice
Great stay very comfortable
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I rarely post reviews but i am only trying to save someone else from this disaster. BUGS! I didn't see any bed bugs but there plenty of ROACHES. Completely infested. We had no choice but to stay so a trip to Walmart for roach spray made it a little less cringy. Indoor pool is FREEZING not at all heated as advertised. TV did not work and the rude woman at desk basically told me we were out of luck because they were short on staff and she had no one to come look at it. Another trip to Walmart for batteries for the remote and my husband had that working at least. When we used the hot tub we were given 2 towels for 3 people and told we had to reuse because we could not have any more the rest of our stay. She absolutely has no business at all working with the public she was the rudest person i have ever encountered in such capacity. Spend a little more $ and go somewhere else.
It was a little noisy with other guests walking around outside, but other than that it was a great stay!
Quite and the front desk was nice
Our room was great. The jacuzzi the perfect end to long days of riding our motorcycles!
Angel Inn is my go to hotel. Always clean & reasonably priced. Its where i stay when I go to Branson.
I have stayed here many times and they are always friendly and the rooms are clean and nice. It is close to the main Branson strip and dining and shopping. Easy to get to, yet not on the main hwy. I will stay here again!
The Van Fossen family trip to Branson
We had an excellent time at your hotel. The staff was very courteous and kept us well informed. I can't wait for our next trip. And we will definitely be staying at the angel inn Central.
Was a nice place to stay. Thank you.
We stay it lots and injoy the lactation
It was clean and close to the strip
Upon first arrival we were impressed with size of the room, very accommodating. Bed was comfortable and tub/shower was good. As we began to settle in we noticed thing were not as good as they first seemed. We noticed a spoon under the TV table that looked like from, maybe a Sonic drive through. The handle to flush the stool was bad and wouldn't work right. The maid service was terrible. We stayed for 3 nights. We asked for clean towels after the first night and was not given any washcloths and eventually had to go to the office to get them. We were assured the next day would be taken care of, however when we arrived back after being out most of the day the dirty towels were still there and no clean ones. Management needs to wake up and straighten things out.

Pretty nice place to stay and cheap
