The entire staff went out of their way to provide excellent service. No complaints whatsoever, and the continental breakfast was a welcomed addition.

The room was unexpectedly great with a sitting area and a balcony with table and chairs. The breakfast is a bit sorry but Rutina Cafe on the same block made up for it. Don’t think twice about booking here, it’s a nice place, the staff are kind it’s on a quiet street in a good part of town.

Nice hotel in the Miraflores neighborhood. Very walkable area with restaurants nearby, and not far from the boardwalk with beautiful views of the sea. The room was good and the staff were available and helpful. Just a couple of small complaints: only one towel was provided, and the shower tended to oscillate between hot and cold.

This was a great value for the money. We really appreciated the large size of the rooms. Additionally, it was walking distance to absolutely everything you could want: dining, nightlife, sea etc... However, it was tucked away in a quieter street so you could actually sleep and relax.

The hotel was about 8 minutes walk to Kennedy Park. There are more pharmacies, restaurants, convenience stores in that area. Check in and checkout were an easy process thanks to Juan Jose. He was very friendly helpful and efficient. He speaks English & Spanish. The guy who works at night gave me a little friction regarding having a guest visit, but in the morning Juan Jose took care of assuring me that it was ok and I had no extra charges or problems. The room was nice there was a refrigerator. The bathroom has shampoo and shower gel, two bottles of water and good water pressure. No hair conditioner or lotion. The bed was comfortable and it was a quiet area. The AC worked well and the blackout curtains kept it dark. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, fresh fruit some Peruvian plates such as lomo saltado. A fresh squeezed orange juice machine but no ice so it was warm. I would hope to see pancakes or waffles in the future, or some sausage or bacon to compliment the eggs. There is a bar on the 9th floor where breakfast is also served. 2 pisco sours for 25 soles is not a bad deal (appx $6.55 usd) there are only 3 menu items, but it might take 30 to 40 minutes. Overall I liked the hotel, but I might try a different one with in the future with so many options in the area.

The staff was totally amazing - speaking excellent English, friendly, helpful, always smiling, always ready to answer questions and assist. The property is in great shape, our room was large and squeaky clean. the breakfast was delicious. The location is convenient and safe. If we're ever back in Lima, we'll be delighted to stay there again.

The entire staff is amazing! Very helpful, polite and made plenty recommendations of surrounding places . It’s a safe walkable location to many shops and restaurants . A 5 min walk away from the Miraflores Hop on hop off bus.

The property is located on a safe and walkable area. We received a room upgrade for our stay and that was so lovely ! The breakfast was a little limited in option but nonetheless enough to get you going.

My wife and i have stayed with Andesmar for the 3rd time. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is very attentive to our needs. Parking is available off the street. The price is very reasonable. We only feel that the breakfast menu should have more variety of choices on a daily basis. We will continue to stay with Andesmar in the future.

A lovely roomy suite in a safe neighbourhood. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They organized airport pickup and drop off for US$25 which is quite reasonable and safe. The included daily breakfast was superb with fresh fruit, eggs, cereals, and many additional items. The hotel was a block off the main street and so very quiet, but it was close to the oceanfront for walks, and to the bustling eating and people-watching area by Parc de Kennedy. The Tourist Infomation office for SIM cards, money exchange, and free daily walks was also close by.

Location was great, as were the staff. Room has a weird layout and no fan in the bathroom only a window. Doors are paper this so it can be loud/noisey. Comfy bed and good curtains. AC worked great. Probably wouldn’t book it again

Yellow/Brown Shower Water & Heat Doesn’t Work

We did not enjoy our stay. We stayed in room 303 and upon entering the room, it was freezing and damp feeling. I turned on the heat setting for the mini-split and even turned it to 30 degrees C but it kept blowing cold air. We visited at the end of August 2022 so it was quite cool outside. It was very cold in the room. I turned in the dry function to get rid of the damp feeling but that only made the room even colder. In the morning, my fiancé went to shower and there was no hot water. Then, yellow/brown water started coming out from the shower head. The sink water was brown/yellow too. I called the desk and then they called back saying it was “fixed”. The hot water side of the sink ran yellow/brown for a bit until it cleared and the cold water side was clear but the shower was still yellow/brown water. We only stayed for a night so we sucked it up. But if it was a longer stay we would have checked out and gone elsewhere. I don’t know how how this hotel had gotten so many recent positive reviews but I would not stay here again.

Subpar

The room itself is decent, but they need better sound proofing. I could very clearly hear footsteps and noises from the other rooms when trying to sleep. The wifi stopped working on my second day which made it difficult for me to call an Uber to the airport. They charge $25 USD for their van to take you to the airport when other hotels are around $10 or so! I would book somewhere else with reliable Wifi and reasonable airport transit.

Weather sucks but that is something out of their control but the staff is very helpful and accommodating the location is great you can walk and get anything you need not my first time there

I had stayed 10 days previous at a hotel 2 blocks away that I was happy with and from the outside this hotel looked very underwhelming! Was I in for a surprise… huge new room, everything you would need, bright with big windows and a lovely bar/restaurant on the rooftop that although not open was great to sit and catch up on emails! Great location, friendly and helpful check in staff… s definite recommend and a future stay if I return! Btw… amazing value !!

The staff are very friendly and it is in a great location!

The hotel is clean, quiet and well located. There was a nice breakfast with many nice restaurants nearby. I do recommend staying here. We had the misfortune of forgetting an IPAD in the room and much later, calling from Huacachina, were told none was found or at least turned in. Our mistake and not a reflection on the hotel, just one person being dishonest.

Great location in Miraflores. Able to walk to the Malecon, Kennedy Park, and several mercados. The rooms were large and updated. Only once when we slept in did we find there was no hot water during our late morning showers. The bed was very comfortable! The staff is friendly, the breakfast buffet is great, and the view from the rooftop bar was nice.

The rooms are spacious and luxuries some with a balcony. The hotel is on a quiet street in a great location and only a short walk to the coast. Beautiful roof top bar/dining room with delicious buffet breakfast. Superb stuff and an unforgettable experience. Would definitely recommend.

Spacious, secure small hotel in Miraflores

Spacious rooms...attended a conference in Lima and had many suitcases,papers, etc to organize and there was plenty of room. So nice to have a kitchenette and real refrigerator. All the staff were pleasant and wanted to take care of all our requests. Great location in Mira Flores. Just a block away from the wonderful La Mora bakery and cafe.

The property is in a nice neighborhood. The property is very quite. My only problem was I instructed the staff I would not need housekeeping during my 7 day stay. I also had card on the door that said do not disturb. I came back to room one day and found a housekeeping employee in my room, not acceptable!

We loved the spacious rooms and felt like we had a home away from home. The hotel is located on a fairly quiet street with a nice cafe on the corner and is close to Kennedy Park. The staff was kind and courteous. Would definitely stay again!

Nice location/breakfast, but damp room

The hotel location was pretty good, breakfast was decent as well. Nice looking lobby. The room was on the second floor, large and had a little kitchenette but, it was hard to get past the smell of the room. It was very musty, and the room itself was damp with lots of moisture making it feel cold. It made the clothes in our bags feel damp. They had 2 moisture bags in the room that were pretty filled with water. The moisture in the bathroom stayed for hours after a shower.. Our tv also did not work. Having them schedule transportation is a rip off. It was $25/ 80 sol to go to the airport and thought it was weird that we had to pay it to them instead of the driver. We could have gotten a uber or taxi for about half that, but were nervous since we had to be to the airport super early. Over all decent looking in the lobby and good breakfast, but our room was not great, so we were surprised that the hotel had such good reviews when we booked it.

This hotel is not fancy, but is very functional and funky. Nice size rooms, comfortable beds, large bathroom with plenty of hot water. Easy 24-hour check-in. Decent breakfast buffet. Good value for your money!

The manager phoned my room once he realized it was my birthday and sent up a little birthday cake which I thought was a lovely gesture. The room was great and the staff really friendly and professional. Nice neighbourhood too.

Nice Reasonably Priced Choice in Miraflores

Our room was very spacious with a refrigerator and all necessary amenities. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Close to shopping, restaurants and the coast. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Nice rooftop bar but not open until 6pm. Closed on Sunday/Monday. Good breakfast. We always felt very safe there.

Super comfy bed and strong rainforest shower. Good breakfast with omelets cooked to order. Coffee, tea and cookies in the lobby. Nice seating area outdoors on roof and in front courtyard. Only gripe was having to pay an extra $40 for early “ check in “ after an overnight flight even though our room was unoccupied the nite before. Explained as “ hotel policy “ Didn’t get $40 back as “ early checkout “ when we checked out at the same time when we left.

I loved that each room was suite style. The buffet breakfast included in the totally price was out of this world (I’ve been dreaming of the chocolate bread). The front desk staff was so kind and so patient with my beginner Spanish because I wanted to practice. Also complimentary 24hr tea, coffee, and water seems to be very rare for that price point in Lima. Perfect location! Within 8 minutes of walking to kennedy Park, the boardwalk, and Alfresco Restaurant. There is not one thing I can complain about :)

The room was clean and well presented. The checking in was effortless and staff were very friendly and helpful.. Breakfast is taken on the 9th floor but the lift only takes you to the eighth floor. I walk with two crutches and found it difficult to climb the concert steps to the ninety floor. The breakfast provided had plenty of variety and was very good. The hotel only provides you with one complimentary bottle of water and I had to pay $9 for a further two bottles at the hotel as I needed to take medication. There is complimentary coffee and cookies provided all day in the lobby. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Amazing Hotel

This hotel is great. Much better than we originally expected specially for the price. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked another couple of nights on our return to Lima after heading to Cuzco for a few days. We reserved the Deluxe Suite and it was amazing. The view was great, the amenities were above expectation, and the service was exceptional. The room was extremely quiet, which was very important to us and one of the reasons we originally booked with Andermar. Anytime we needed anything the staff would provide it with in a few minutes. The breakfast was delicious and while we did not use the rooftop lounge, the views from it were great. We have found a home base for our future visits to Lima in Andesmar.

My brother and I had a wonderful experience at Andesmar! The staff was extremely accommodating and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and inviting. If you are planning on staying in Miraflores, this is the place for you!

Bikes for rent was a nice touch. Well decorated. Great breakfast and rooftop bar/terrace. Staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. Went beyond to help us when my husband got sick in the night. The bathrooms need better exhaust for the humidity. As a result, mildew is quick to grow. The noise level is high unfortunately. The doors are quite thin and I think upgrading them would cut down on the noise. Be sure to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

This was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our trip to Peru. It was very comfortable and clean, with nice, soft beds, a delicious breakfast in the morning, beautiful views of the city from the rooftop bar, fast internet, and an accommodating staff. The neighborhood is safe and lovely, and it is relatively easy to get to other neighborhoods by taxi. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Lima.

After a week in the amazon, this room was like heaven.

Rude management

Unfortunately we did not get to stay at the hotel due to our airline cancelling our flight. This hotel refused to give our money back as we were looking forward to staying there but this couldn’t be helped since it wasn’t our fault and I can’t control the airlines.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Just about everything surprised me by how good it was. I will definitely us this hotel next time.

The regular room was listed on Expedia as having a queen, but it's not a queen, it's a double. We were told in Peru they have "matrimonial sized beds" which are not the same as queen sized... That said, for only $25 they upgraded us the second night we were there to the triple suite. Our friends had a double suite, and when we saw their room we asked for the upgrade because the suites are WELL worth it. They are much more spacious and comfortable. Go for the suite! I was very grateful for the help of the staff to make that happen.

The breakfast was nice however the property needs to be updated. The bathrooms are old, the plaster in the bedrooms were peeling due to moist ( or ?) and over all hotter was very noisy
