Spent a week here, great hotel. Modern, clean and near downtown attractions.

Staff at front desk seemed to me a bit standoffish.

The pool, sauna and the gym

Very good overall stay; relatively central location for walking moderate distances. Modern, comfortable, well maintained hotel. Shower infrastructure was confusing/difficult to use however made do regardless. Reception staff were courteous and took pride in their work/position. Would probably stay there again given its midpoint location between rail station and Old Town, along with many nearby amenities.

Short family break.

We think for the price the rooms should be cleaned daily. We know you can ask for it but shouldn't have to. The 11am check out is too early it should be 12. The rooms overall are nice but they look well worn in some areas. Lots of space and comfort to use. Pool areas very good and clean with easy to use facilities. Breakfast amazing with loads of choice.

Beautiful hotel, stunning rooms

Always a pleasure to stay here. Only grip is they do not give room service on stays over 1 night. Bathroom towels are not refreshed, coffee & wTer not replenished which I don’t find acceptable. Despite asking each time I visit it never happens. It’s a beautiful hotel, lovely spa and great bar & food.

The hotel is looking quite dated. I chose this hotel because of the pictures on Expedia, it looked fresh and modern. Unfortunately the 2 rooms we stayed in were not representative of the pictures shown. There was no colour in the room, just grey, black, white. The pictures on the walls had been removed leaving just the screws in the walls. It left the room just feeling quite bland. Staff were great, location was good but charging 120zl (30 euros) for parking is extortionate.

Property itself was great. One suggestion would be to make the shower floors less slippery.

Family holiday

The hotel was excellent and was located in a very good place within the city. Close to all amenities. The premium room was spacious and very clean.

Clean modern hotel, good location

The hotel was modern, clean and about 15 minutes walk to the city centre. I think the rooms were well priced, but the parking is quite expensive.

Great swimming pool and sauna, modern and clean, good choice of breakfast buffet, great service. Secure underground parking, highly recommend!

Very good hotel

The reception was very wonderful and the treatment was great. The rooms are spacious and there is cooperation between the employees.

We decided to treat ourselves in our last night in Poznan and we loved our stay! Hotel was clean, hotel staff was so helpful and the breakfast was 10/10.

Great place for all occasions

Stayed here many times wouldn’t consider anywhere else in Poznan. Beautiful hotel with no more than a 10 minute walk to anywhere

Very clean and central.

It’s a really nice hotel, which is conveniently situated for shopping and sightseeing. Great facilities. What lets it down is the staff, some who make you feel like an inconvenience more than a guest. We arrived quite late in the hotel after a long flight. We were travelling with our 5month old daughter, which added to the stress & tiredness. We ordered room service as it was too late to go out and we needed to get our daughter to sleep. After 40min of waiting I called the room service again just to be told that the restaurant is busy and the restaurant takes priority so we need to wait another 15min. And it wasn’t said in an apologetic way more like we’re doing you a favour. After 25min the food arrived and once I signed for it and took it in, I discovered my wife’s order was wrong. Rather than a tofu Roman salad she got chicken and bacon Roman salad. So I called again explained the situation and was told that they will re-do it. Ok fine. After 10min they called to say they don’t have tofu and if I can pick something else. So we asked for the prawn version, but in the end got the tofu salad (?!). After such hassle we thought it makes sense to mention it at check out as we felt like they should have taken the price of the salad off, not because it was expensive but as a matter of principle. However, the supervisor on the desk (Paulina) said that we waited too long and she can’t do anything about it, in a manner that made us feel like we inconvenienced her.

Great hotel in a perfect location

My wife and I stayed at the Andersia Hotel (Suite) for one night in June 2024. The hotel was perfect for our stay, located very close to the old town, with reasonable rates. The room had everything we needed, was well appointed, clean, spacious and quiet. It had all the things we usually look for: an electric kettle, coffee maker, fridge, blackout curtains, iron and safe. I saw a complaint about the price of parking (120 PLN/day), but this seems to be the standard if you are in or close to the old town parts of cities in Poland. I paid 150 in Wroclaw for outside parking, and 120 for street parking by the hotel in Krakow; parking in Andersia is in a very spacious underground parking garage. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you visit Poznan.

Great hotel. Well situated. It is a 15min walk to the Old Town Square. There is a shopping centre over the road. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and had a great window seat. Our room had a veiw over the city. The room was very good size and very clean.

Amazing hotel

Amazing hotel. Mix of classic and modern style. The girls in the reception were helpful and very kind. The rooms are spacious and the bed clothes very soft. The bed very confortable and the bathroom amazing.

A pleasant stay with excellent customer service from the Front Desk Supervisor Paulina. The entire staff was extremely accommodating, and responded to all questions and requests. Newly open pool and saunas are beautiful and a pleasure to spend time at. Great variety of choices at breakfast and again friendly personnel. Location is top notch with Stary Browar Mall across the street and only15 min walk to the Old Town. I will definitely be back!

Great stay over all

Good location, nice room with beautiful view.

Excellent Customer Service, comfortable bed, great shower and amazing location. Online check in prior to arrival was very convenient. The hotel had our room ready, the buffet breakast had alot of options and we were impressed by the variety. The hotel is right across from the Stary Browar mall which had a huge variety of stores, also a large Carrefour Supermarket and Rossman drugstore in the mall. The mall had a nice atrium with upscale dining for the evenings you want to dine nearby the hotel. We walked 15 mins to the Old Town restaurants and cafes, enjoyed many beautiful Poznan sights, the cathedral and museum, tram 2 mins from hotel, and walking distance to beautiful churches Corpus Christi and St. Martin's. St. Martin's street was a close walk from the hotel and alot more restaurants to choose from. We will definitely return on our next visit to Poznan.

No VIP welcome. Pool In reconstruction. Additional fee for parking. Hotel management behavior terrible. Hotel stuff entered the room without permission and harmed privacy.

Great comfort, reasonable price.

Large suite was amazing and great value for what we got. Large bathroom behind glass wall was probably the highlight. Shower super comfortable. Another toilet was there which is good although our stay was too short to ever use it. 2 modern TV, great view from the window on Stary Browar, comfortable bed. Staff was nice and very helpful. Breakfast was not good to add as it was pretty nice and good for our family of 4. Parking we found too expensive so we used city parking 100m away. Probably parking would make more sense if we stayed longer. Unfortunately swimming pool was closed but probably the reason for this good price and we would not be able to use it arriving late.

Excellent hotel. Nice location close to old market. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Unfortunately the old town is under big renovations, so it is not worthy visiting Poznan until they are finished.

The Spa that is always under refurbishment.

I use this hotel because of having a SPA and it's well located, with a shopping mall, restaurants, and all amenities nearby, but unfortunately for the second time that the SPA is closed. Notifications are only received after doing the booking, which leads to some frustration.

Excellent Hotel. Best in the Area.

I booked this hotel for a couple of nights to stop with my daughter. The wellness area was the key for us to have a great time. There is no information about this that it was closed for 3 months. I did stay in Andersia a few times before. The location is perfect, breakfast is ok but the rooms and hotel itself need refurbishment.

Nice modern hotel not to far away from the city center. Large shopping mall right across the street. Plenty of good restaurants and bars in walking distance. Our room was at the 9th floor whish is the executive suite floor. Our executive suite was large with a large bathroom, and soaking tub. View from the 9th floor is nice overlooking the city depending on your room location. Unfortunately the spa/wellness are was closed during our stay due to renovation work. We definitely coming back if we stay in Poznań

Perfect stay

Everything was absolutely perfect. Especially breakfast. Unfortunately I missed my second breakfast. Kitchen prepared for me breakfast box. It was really excellent!!

Not as great as remembered - room for improvements

It was our 4th visit to IBB Andersia. On this occasion we had a room on 7th floor with view of Stary Browar shopping centre, which was nice. The condition of room not as great as we remembered, bathroom sink was scratched and plug slightly blocked/damaged, making the water flow extremely slow. Due to pandemic, housekeeping was available only by request - no problem getting your bins changed when asked, but due to that waters should be pre-stocked in fridge for the duration of the stay (4 nights in our situation) and it was not, small detail but very important if you don't want housekeeping entering the room due to covid. We also had no extra pillows in the wardrobe with only one pillow each set on bed, that is rather sad. Plenty of extras in the room but lack of essentials like toothpaste, not an issue but more needed than shoe polish or sewing kit. Upon arrival check in was non existing, would be lovely to be welcomed back, offered dinner reservations or asked if we would like to add breakfast or slippers for the pool. No one offered taxi service or luggage storage upon departure. Welcome map of local area should be provided to non locals. The asrtwork on walls very tired. The remaining list is long, but overall due to location it is still the best choice for us, therefore we will return again.

This hotel was in the perfect location for touring and experiencing the country of Poland. Staff was friendly and spoke English. Staff aided me in getting a text and finding the best places to eat. My stay here made me experience in Poland perfect!!

Excellent hotel, good location. Room was spacious and comfortable. Only issue was the temperature in my room, the aircon was broken, but was quickly resolved by the staff, got moved to an upgraded room.

Great hotel in a great location.

What an amazing stay I had at IBB Andersia Hotel. This hotel is perfectly located next to a massive mall, 10 min walk to the centre where everything happens from bars, restaurants, clubs etc. There is a local shop within 2 minute walk, various places to eat a few minutes walk from the hotel. Now to the hotel: I got upgraded to a junior suit which was absolutely fantastic! Great views, great space and nicely decorated. Customer service at the hotel is great, service by staff was fantastic. And hotel has a hotel bar downstairs which was nice, and a nice indoor swimming pool spa area. It’s not very big but they have a good gym for a hotel. So if you want to workout then hit the sauna & pool then you can enjoy that at the hotel. Hotel also offers 24 hour room service which I used once, food was good but food options for the mains wasn’t to great. Also from 7-10.30 is a nice buffet breakfast with good options but those options stayed the same every morning. Still a great breakfast nevertheless. When I’m back in Poznań I will 100% be staying at this fantastic hotel again. Thanks to the guys at IBB Andersia Hotel.

The swimming pool was closed for the 3 days of my stay,this was why i booked this hotel for the pool,i stayed in this hotel before and loved the pool area.This was a disappointment for me.

Good value for money

Overall it was a good stay, the reception and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The car park could be free for the hotel guest!

Amazing hotel in a perfect location. Old Town and a large mall is 3 mins walk away. Plenty of food and cultural experiences.

Good hotel

Overall pleasant stay. Nice staff, good location. Breakfast was average but staff serving it was great. Bit confused about room service - if I could order it it not. Bar closed ( I guess due to Covid). Shopping centre nearby and casino just outside if you like a bit of gamble. Swimming pool opens at 12 noon. Bit late especially if you are morning person who preferred to exercise first think after waking up. Overall recommend this hotel as good and strong 4* hotel. Will stay again.

Fantastic hotel. Would most certainly recommend. Friendly bar staff and most importantly extremely clean hotel. Only negative is we arrived early and were advised we could not check in early (possibly a company policy) although gentleman didn't bother checking whether it would be possible! Was kindly offered to explore the city and leave luggage with staff behind counter.

The hotel was fine but on line it state's that the hotel has airport transfers, this was not true. False statement.

Good location, good breakfast and the reception was very helpful. The main problem was the swimming pool, there is a nice pool, but it's not hot enough. The polish winter is very cold, the water were cold and so was the space around the pool.

Great location within short walk to town square. Friendly staff who offered to store our luggage until evening due to late flight scheduled. No longer a Casino but alternative suggestions were made by the team. Really enjoyed the stay second time now and will return again in the future.

The room was speculator had an amazing sleep every night and the pool and jacuzzi was very relaxing would definitely come back to this hotel again. Affordable place and right in the City Centre of Poznan highly recommend

Very good location, in the centre of Poznan, next to the shopping centre. The room was really nice on the 8th floor with a beatufil view of Poznan. I would highly recommend :-)

Pretty good hotel. Convenient for old town. Nice pool spacious rooms. Good touch with complementary drinks in mini bar. Excellent choice at breakfast. Would be nice to have proper coffee in room and spare pillows although pillows can requested but overall very pleased.

Perfect in Poznan

Fantastic Hotel , Great level of service from all the staff ,great location and fabulous food, Couldn’t fault the place 👍

Room was good. Fitness room and pool area a plus. Had issue with elevator to and from room. Key didn’t work a few times and had a 20 min wait for an elevator to get downstairs one evening. Breakfast is great but go early in the morning because crowd become inconsiderate and the staff become frustrated and it isn’t a good experience to start the day

Lovely clean modern hotel

This is a lovely hotel in a good location. It is very modern and clean and the rooms are spacious. We would just like to have had more pillows- one soft one provided and no extra ones in the room. We were also unfortunate that there was some very noisy (maintenance/repair?) work going on for part of the evening when we were planning to use the restaurant and bar. We used the bar only as it was slightly quieter.

Room service on line menu was wrongly priced, and no one would answer the phone to place a booking. Room clean was missed. Needs a refurbish.

Conveniently located, 12 years old, was there when it was built!!! Very professional services, the rooms are clean and large, food is great in the restaurant (though limited choices), Spa, buffet breakfast is the best I have seen so far.

Lovely hotel, great location with shopping mall in front and lots of food shops around. Would recommend to anyone. Has a jacuzzi, sauna, gym and indoor pool for free access. Breakfast is great with a wide range of food types from gluten free to protein shakes to vegan food and tastes great.

Great hotel with a great breakfast

It was a great hotel at a great price. Out junior suite had 1.5 baths and two separate rooms. The pool was a great size and the hot tubs were right at the end. I think the best part of this hotel was the included breakfast. It has the best selection of food I've seen at a hotel and was all delicious. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Nice hotel, cheap breakfast and toiletories. Room cards don't work half the time - you've to keep running up n down to get to the room. It really not nice when it happens in the middle of the night.

Staff was exceedingly courteous and professional. Most were bilingual and more than willing to accommodate my broken Polish with their working English. Flavoria (the restaurant) was delicious and after skimping on breakfast the first morning I never made the mistake again. It was absolutely delicious. I would definitely return here.
