Very nice hotel in a very nice neighborhood. This is the neighborhood you want to be at if you are visiting amsterdam. The street next to the hotel is the most expensive street in all holland in regards to price of real estate. Very clean and modern hotel. We had a canal view room and it was just perfect and not very small. They also provide water daily for free.

A beautiful hotel, decorated to a high standard. I felt relaxed the moment I stepped inside. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious with a huge choice of everything you could wish for. It’s set in a quiet spot so perfect for sleeping. Just the best stay!

I loved the hotel. Great service and very friendly people. The location was perfect and easy to get around without a car. The food was amazing. I had salmon that was one of the best I ever had.

Do not stay here during ADE week or at all if you want to be respected I have used this hotel for my Ade meetings for 10 years and this year they decided to charge 15 euro to anyone entering the hotel and were incredibly rude to my guests as well after getting them through so much security to have a meeting Also the rooms could do with refurbing now it's been a while and beds are not as comfortable as they once were Not worth the money you pay if they treat guests this way, it's beyond rude Good is still good but we won't be using this for our staff anymore after this year

We had the best stay at Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht! A little further out than where I usually stay, but the garden convinced me and I was not disappointed! If you're an Alice in Wonderland fan or just a fan of really awesome decor a great vibe, then this is the hotel for you. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was 10/10 - we had the garden option and everything was delicious (especially the scrambled eggs)! We also ate at the restaurant our last night but if it was the first night, I don't think I would have eaten anywhere else. The Oysters, Burrata, Ceviche and Crab Lobster Rolls were all top notch. They also had a very lovely staff! Check-in was very smooth. Great minibar that's restocked every night. Very clean!

Awesome eclectic hotel! The funky design, spa services, walkability of the location was amazing. The canal view room was really cool, you get an entire feel of Amsterdam. The bar and restaurant were great, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and had many options. All in all, a great hotel and I would go back when visiting Amsterdam again.

Great spot - highly recommend!

The staff were excellent. The manager helped me receive the room I had reserved. The morning staff worked hard to help all of the guests have breakfast. The room staff were excellent and fulfilled all requests. The hotel is located in the middle of all venues for museums, and sightseeing.

The hotel was very unique and had a really creative "hip" feel to it. We enjoyed our stay there very much. They used the space very well and the colour scheme and decor was incredible. We'd stay there again.

The entire staff at the Andaz Amsterdam Hotel were friendly and customer focused. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy walk to major tourist sghts, restaurants and charming cafesI loved the hotel and would go back again. Thank you to the Andaz Amsterdam team!

Up market Hotel

Rooms were neat and tidy. Breakfast awesome and loved the birds on the speaker part of the meditation garden. Staff at reception and breakfast excellent. Restaurant/Bar service not good. Left after 10 minutes Rest, amazing experience and will definitely go back. Very good situated.

For solo travelers and couples feeling “cool”

This trendy hotel is an excellent area. The Hilton‘s version of a W. The only problem with that is they don’t do it as well. While the staff and service are excellent… The rooms have odd layouts and a little too “cool” and smart for their own good. You can’t even see the mirror why you’re using the sink. Aside from that the staff is excellent very helpful, everything was clean and comfortable. excellent hotels for solo travelers or a couple.

Our room was in the back building overlooking the garden. Very quiet! Not even King’s Day interrupted our sleep! Nice breakfast, helpful staff! Great location! Would go back!

Beautiful property in a great, walkable area. The canal room view was so beautiful with the view. Be mindful, if you are a light sleeper, the street noise was obnoxious one of the nights, but that comes with wanting the view. Will definitely stay here again!

Most convenient spot for tourists. It's not crazy crowded like the museum quarter but close to many points of interest. Walking distance to many places.

Liked the friendliness of the staff, very clean rooms, the outstanding decor of the hotel, the inside courtyard, that dinner in the lobby was an option. The staff was pleasant and helpful, the card on the table wishing me a happy birthday was nice, as well as the little cake and stroopwafels:) Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Canal setting was v nice!

Beautiful rooms, garden, and property make this hotel a pleasant experience. The lobby and bar have a vibe and aesthetic that is simultaneously relaxing, cool, and classy, which is not easy to attain at once. The rooms are comfortable, stylish, and full of charm. The hotel is centrally located in one of the most busy areas for shopping, dining, and nightlife in Amsterdam, without being anywhere near the noise or unpleasantness of the area. Overall, you will likely enjoy the stay. There are two detractions. The first is not particular to the hotel but NL in general; the hotel is priced just above where it should be. At roughly $270-$350/night as a starting point, the experience falls just shy of being quite worthwhile. But this merely reflects the high cost of housing in Amsterdam. The second is a direct issue with the hotel; despite the beauty, charm, and comfort, the service was not consistent. While the reception desk staff were exceptional, those associated with the bar and dining area were somewhat indifferent and unaccommodating —potentially reflecting the high demand and (nonresident) client volume they deal with on a daily basis.

The staff were the most welcoming. We were a family traveling with a toddler and extremely jet lagged and they made us feel right at home.

Fantastic hotel, throughly recommended

When we arrived, Ana at the reception was most helpful. She organized a massage in the hotel spa, our laundry services and a hair salon appointment, recommended nearby places of interest and restaurants; everything we needed. Gloria at the restaurant was also charming and helpful. Breakfast in the hotel can be a la carte or buffet and everything is delicious. We got a room with canal view, very modern and comfortable and we enjoyed the water and juice in the minibar at no additional cost and the nesspreso coffee machine we had there. The hotel lobby bar has snacks, dinner and specialty drinks and is a great place to meet with friends or clients. We loved how close it was to Jordaan neighborhood restaurants and shops and the museums in Museumplein. We were able to walk safely to everywhere we wanted to go.

This hotel was in an area that was just around the corner from amazing restaurants and shopping. It was quiet, yet all the nightlife was a 5 minute walk away. Staff at front desk and restaurant were wonderful. The decor was modern and beautiful. Our room faced the water with floor length windows and was fantastic.

From the service to the cleanliness and location, this hotel executed and surpassed expectations in value.

Absolutely Perfect; Funky & Quaint

We absolutely loved this hotel! The service, amazing decor, coziness, and location were incredible! Super funky, lively lobby and bar, we didn’t get to eat at the restaurant but the menu and atmosphere looked awesome. The garden is gorgeous and we can’t wait to see it in bloom on our next trip! We will be staying here again on our next viist Amsterdam!

Was in Amsterdam for a short trip, and loved it here. Excellent and friendly service, and the umbrellas by the door are so thoughtful and INCREDIBLY useful.

I was there for Amsterdam Dance Event and I had an atrium facing room (as I did last year for the same event). This year the hotel was much, much busier and noiser. The noise carried up to my room. While I love staying at the hotel due to its proximity to ADE I am going to reconsider whether or not I will stay at this hotel for next year's ADE.

Tienen un servicio de paseo en barco que busca a los pasajeros justo frente al hotel. La decoración es fascinante pero la limpieza y reemplazo de ammenities es más bien deficiente. La recepcionista fue espectacular. Los masajes eran excelentes, pero lamentablemente hubo una persona que quedó inconsciente en el sauna y nosotros debimos socorrerlo, lo que arruinó completamente el relajo. Buena experiencia

What's not to like? We barely got in the door at 10:30 p.m., and Anna acted like we were long-lost relatives. She did positively everything to help us feel welcomed and taken care of. She led us to our room, provided much-needed beverages, took our bags, and told us which room our daughters were in. She showed us around the room, explaining amenities, and could not have been more helpful. Thank you, Anna!

Used to be the Amsterdam Library until it relocated. Service is really great and the rooms / property are very beautiful. In a quieter area also which is very nice.

My stay was very pleasant. The hotel was well located for what I did. For an expensive 5 star hotel, I was surprised there was no turn-down service or any other service but the first one for the entire day. The staff at the front desk was very helpful & accommodating.
