The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful

2nd time staying at an ∧ Hostel. Affordable, clean, and the staff / amenities are pretty good. Will happily stay again next time that I visit Osaka. Highly recommended.

At arrival I went to the room it looked ok I poured a bath for my daughter …. Turned light on lie down on the bed I started to have asthma attack look around near pillow the place was covered in a layer of thick dust it’s not been dusted for weeks and amongst the dust a variety of public hair , regular hair , blood stain and shards of glass so I took a video and show it downstairs at reception! All I got is the hotel is fully booked not possible to change do I suggested to give me another room and then they clean mine so that later checking clients would have it clean but I was told no…. after 2 hours of me waiting for a solution at the reception… they were all avoiding eye contact and talking to me as people kept checking in! Then I had enough and had a serious talk as I said I would report this ! She called her boss who said no change of room I could go to their other hotel 20 min away they had a room and I would have to pay extra ! She said but it’s smaller room. So I said were is it? You are getting me taxi and pay its charge right? She called boss he said “NO!” Please note I’m disable I already paid a taxi to this hotel! Anyway we had just arrived from over 12000km flight from UK via China we were totally exhausted and we just missed our diner reservation they waisted my time and the energy I didn’t have! All this ended up for me to ask them cleaning products and I had to clean the room myself! DO NOT use this hostel 👎 I want to get my money back and formal complaint

Simple affordable and clean

Nice room, clean. Very well equipped accommodations. Efficient frendly staff. The included breakfast was only cereal, bread for toasting and coffee or tea.

There were a lot of really good things about this property. But the mens bathroom on my floor was out of order and the other shower was out of order on the floor, but they had others one floor up and down so not a major inconvenience, the staff was great, the room was perfect forna single or two person traveler

Every clean and spacious room. Only complaint is that there was no sink in the bedroom.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone. Couples can get accommodations in a private room with a private bath on the 10th floor with a beautiful view. Breakfast is minimal but delicious and the coffee is quite good. This would have to be one of my top stays in Japan And I would give it 10 stars

Great hostel for anyone traveling with friends/partner. Close to fun activities and a in a nice part of Osaka. Plus, all the staff is super friendly and helpful!

Lovely, helpful staff. Property was fine and clean. 10th floor lounge was great. Air con needs better English instruction - too hot and a west facing room! Phew! Otherwise, fine. Good for the price and location in Osaka!

Space was simple yet comfortable. Near the station and friendly staff. It will be more convenient if you will complete necessities inside the room like towel.

Convenient quality hotel at reasonable cost

We love this hostel. The facility is fairly new with quality construction. The room size is relatively large for Japanese hotel. The service is very good and the staffs are very friendly. There is a very nice lounge with two story ceiling on the 10th floor with a kitchen. We used the facility a lot to eat dinner that we brought back from the super market. The place is conveniently located between several train stations. You can stay here and take a day trip to Kyoto! It is also very convenient to go to Abeno shopping center, Namba shopping center and the airport. The most amazing thing is the cost to stay at this hostel is so reasonable! We highly recommend this place.

It’s not far from the metro station. Well-maintained and the common areas are nice as well.

Staff & room are nice. But a lot of dust on top of bed and whole floor are not cleaned from the check-in date until checked out. Although we told the staff, but still no cleaning.

Huge Rooms boring neighborhood

The size of the rooms really surprised us. We got a room with two beds but there was plenty of space for us. It was way bigger than most hotels in Osaka.They had a popular bar or restaurant downstairs. Everything was clean and staff was friendly.

Clean and cozy. 6-8mins walk from the nearest MTR station. A large 7-11 in walking distance, but few restaurants around.

大阪一泊旅行の際に利用させていただきました。 新しい建物ではないですが私が泊まったお部屋は手入れが行き届いて清潔でした。 騒音等も全く感じず宿泊は快適でした。 難をあげるなら喫煙所が掃除道具入れのような極狭で出入口もランドリールームがあるので身体を斜めにしないと入れない感じです。 感染対策のために入室は1人のみとドアに貼ってらしたので(どっちにしろ1人しか入れないスペースですが)中に人がいらっしゃるか分かるように鍵を付けたらいいのでは？

個室は広く住みやすい。トイレ別だが気にならない。

お風呂がとても綺麗でドライヤーも着いていたのでとても助かりました。

Hôtel bien situé, proche de plusieurs stations de métro et pas loin du Château d’Osaka. Plusieurs konbinis et supermarchés à 5min de marche. Chambre assez spacieuse et lit confortable, personnel très sympathique et à votre service si vous avez des questions. Note spéciale à Daiki avec qui j’ai pu discuter au top!

チェックインが事情で、23時を5分遅れただけで、1000円も払わされました。まだスタッフもいたにも関わらず融通がきかず、確認にも時間がかかり、ホスピタリティのなさをかんじました。これから継続利用も考えていたので残念です。

nice place for backpackers

It felt like home from day 1 :)

J'ai détester le lit, je n'ai pas réussi à bien dormir, je sais qu'il faut payer plus cher pour avoir une salle de bain privée mais la douche était trop petite.

快適に過ごせました

何度か宿泊したことがありますが専用バスルーム付きのお部屋とさほど値段が変わらないシャワー付きの個室に泊まりました。お部屋にトイレは無く、フロアーに共同トイレがあるのですが、お部屋にもフロアーにも手洗い場がなかったのが不思議でした。　ただお値段も安く、清潔感もあり、大満足です。　

お部屋にスリッパは置いて欲しい 部屋に洗面所がなかったのでせめてその階にあればと思う あと共有トイレのトイレットペーパーの予備がなかった　手洗いをした時に拭く物がなくペーパーナプキンとか置いてて欲しかった

Bien situé et agréable

L'hôtel est à 15 minutes du château d'Osaka et bien desservi par les transports. En outre, l'équipement (mini-frigo notamment) est un plus appréciable Un poil bruyant la nuit à cause des voitures mais rien d'insurmontable. L'équipe d'accueil était particulièrement sympathique. チェックイン時にスタッフの方同士で雑談されていたり、他の宿泊客の方とフロント前でお話されていたため少し戸惑いました。しかしそれ以外はスムーズに、分かりやすくご案内いただきました。 お部屋も施設も綺麗で、お部屋にはテレビ、洗面台、ドライヤーがあり、トイレとシャワーは共同でしたが綺麗でした。 シャワーに他の方の絆創膏がおいてあり、共同ですので仕方ないかと思いますが、ゴミ箱を設置したら捨てやすくなるかと思いました。 多くの方が利用するため珪藻土マットも頻繁にやすりがけされたほうが良いかもしれません。吸収があまりされませんでした。ただ、本当にとても綺麗に清掃されている印象でした。 各階にトイレとシャワーがあってこのお値段はとてもお得だと思います。 チェックイン前にお荷物を預かっていただけたのもありがたかったです。 長々と書かせていただきましたが、お陰様でとても良い旅になりました。また機会がありましたらぜ利用させていただきたく思います。ありがとうございました。

シャワーなど設備が充実しており、スタッフの対応もよかった

ドミトリーを利用しました。室内のエアコンがほぼ効いておらず、ロールスクリーンを下げると個人スペース内の温度は29℃でした。とても寝られる環境ではなく、2泊の予定でしたが夜中にチェックアウトしました。 すぐにメッセージを送ったところ謝罪と再発防止の旨の返信がありましたが、その後元々のチェックアウト日に、『鍵が返却されていませんが、、』と電話連絡がありました。現場スタッフが状況を知らないで、どうやって再発防止するのでしょうか。 室内デザインも素敵で、清潔で立地も良かっただけにとても残念です。

立地が良い、価格が安い、過剰なサービスが無い

大阪マラソン2024に参加するため1人で2泊しました。 トイレは共同、お風呂はなくシャワーも共同です。 私はマラソン後だったのでシャワーは順番待ちでした。 一緒に待っている人がいたため待っている間会話がありましたが、 そういうのが苦にならない人にはおすすめです。 あとはたまたまかもしれませんが外国の方が多く感じました。 ただ、騒いだりといったことはなく他のホステルなどと比べるとストレスは少ないと思います。 立地条件、大通りや阪神高速と近いため車の騒音、サイレンなどは聞こえやすいと思います。 気になる人は事前に部屋の確認をされた方が良さそうです。

いろんな点で説明不十分

宿泊費は安く、部屋も綺麗で有り難かった。秋にしては日中暑かったので、部屋はヒーターのみでクーラーが使えず、夜かなり暑かった。往復の宅配便を扱ってもらえず困ってしまった（事前に確認しておけば良かった） 部屋に洗面台があればもっと良かった。スカイラウンジのポットのお湯が無くなっていてコーヒーが飲めなかった。欲を言えばこんなところが改善されれば良いかなとかんじました。

近くのコインパーキングが1日停めて490円という安さで驚いた。

値段に対し部屋、サービス共にとても良かったです

壁が薄くてうるさいし、冷蔵庫が冷えない。扉下から廊下の光漏れている。 今回帰宅困難で仕方なく利用したがもう利用することは無い

近くにご飯を食べれるところもあり良かったです。室内も綺麗でした。

ほかの施設に比べて安いのに内装がとても綺麗でぐっすり眠れました！また機会があれば是非利用したいです！

방안이 조금 건조한느낌이 없지않아 있었지만 깔끔하고 편했습니다 그리고 바닥이 차가운게 아쉬웠어요 그래도 너무 좋았습니다 너무 친절하세요!!!

お部屋広くて過ごしやすくて気に入りました。

Quarto limpo e espaçoso,bom atendimento e super barato. Para quem vai de carro o único problema é estacionamento que não tem muito por perto.

バス付きツインルームに宿泊、部屋が広くてきれいでした。すぐ近くにコンビニと安いパーキングがありとても便利でした。

思ったより良かったです！

料金もお手頃で、施設内もとても清潔で安心して利用できました。 また機会があれば是非利用したいです。

ツインルームだったけど次は共用でもいいかも★

ドミトリー、シャワー付き、専用バス付き、部屋のタイプもたくさんあり10階にはキッチンもあり電子レンジやケトル、トースターだけでなく、冷蔵庫に コンロや調理グッズ、調味料食器なども共用ですが使えるようになってあるので長期の滞在やバックパッカーの方でも過ごしやすいとおもぃます。 サイトとお部屋によっては一泊1600円…それ以下になるかもです★ みなさんルールをきちんと守られて外国の方もいますがなごやかに飲食スペースもとてもすごしやすそうでした。

施設も新しくて概ね快適でした。 ただ　壁が薄いのか　外の騒音、他の部屋の大声、物音はかなり響きます。

素晴らしい施設でした。駅からも近く、清潔で、静かな環境で滞在できました。

ホテルとホステルの違い…。

トイレ風呂無しの部屋だと知らずに予約し、その後チェックし気付き、当日シャワー付きの部屋に差額料金のみで変更しました。事前チェックは必須ですね。

安く泊まれてとても清潔感のある快適なホテルです！

慣れましたけど個人ロッカーはあった方がいいかなぁ？あとシャワーはふたつ欲しいかな。

立地が阪神高速の前なので、騒音が気になって眠りにくい方はやめたほうがいいと思います。

受付の店員さんの笑顔がとても素晴らしく気持ちよかった。部屋も清潔で使って気持ちよかった。また機会があれば利用したい。
