I was skeptical about this place but it was great! We literally came to the hotel to chill and sleep after Disney. It was a 10 minute walk from downtown and it was so convenient! Definitely will come back here!

Property was ok rooms a little dusty and outdated. Little bit noisy at night with a room above us banging around

Property was very clean and super convenient with a very good price. Only downside was no real perks and older rooms, but furniture was in great shape and comfortable. It was perfect for us as we could walk to Disney in less than 10 minutes and we just slept there so weren’t looking for amenities.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel and would definitely come back in the future! Front desk staff was helpful and even managed to check us in super early which we were not expecting! The area felt safe and walking around at any time was easy and comfortable!

perfect location for disney or conventions!

Stayed here for a trade show at Anaheim Convention Center, and the location is unbeatable. Easy walk to the convention center and Downtown Disney, parking on-site - truly a gem of a motel. Other hotels around were charging $400+ a night for the same time frame, and we paid ~$200/night for our rooms here. I love that they accepted packages for me before check-in, and kept them in a secured closet.

Not ADA friendly.

Beds were some of the most comfortable hotel beds ever! Rooms were clean. Our only complaint we have is that they repeated told people to park in handicap and the crosshatched section that didn't have placards because there was no more parking available. We have a handicap placard but we're forced to park in a very tight space. It took me saying I had a legal right to get the cars towed for one of the workers to confess that one was his car and he would move it for us. They did not care about ADA rights and federally protected handicap parking.

We went for one night. The staff is really nice. The rooms could use a facelift, as well as the needs.

Very close to the Anaheim convention center. My room was at the first floor, and I could hear the people in the room above walking around.

A great place to stay at for Disney so close!! Nice to get a discount at the Dennys nearby too.

Great room for a Disney trip

Great walking distance to Downtown Disney and the parks; easy walk to Denny’s with a discount (using the room key). We loved the separate room for our kids. Easy parking and friendly staff; we would definitely stay here again.

Budget hotel but clean and nicely kept. Staff was very friendly. Can’t beat the price. In a nice area and so close to Disneyland. You can’t beat it.

I have stayed at this hotel many times for it's value and convenient walking distance to Disneyland. A repeat customer, if I didn't like this place I would never return. You will see some age or wear in the rooms or around the property but don't let that stop you from using this place for your visit. The only thing missing for me is there are no in room coffee makers. Parking is included, rooms have small fridge and microwave. This is not a luxury resort. Just a nice, safe, affordable place while you are at the parks.

Super close to the parks - easy to walk to. Rooms were clean and updated. Everything worked. Front desk was always friendly when we walked by. Great little secret!

Close to theme parks

Very friendly and accommodating staff! Clean rooms with parking right in front of your room. My husband and I always enjoy staying here and there is a Denny’s right next door if you get hungry and a coffee bean not too far either.

Front desk was super quick with check in and made sure we didn’t have any questions regarding our stay. The room was nice and open with plenty of room besides the two queen beds. Shower/Tub combo was perfect for the little ones. Very pleased with the room and the price is an added bonus

Disappointing and terrible for sleep

The beds were terrible and smaller than expected. The lights in the parking lot were brightly shining into the room the whole night even with the shutters closed as much as possible. The walls are thin and we could hear neighbors talking late at night and early in the morning. The floors were so dirty that our feet made the bed dirty. The walk to Disneyland was further than advertised.

budget friendly and close to the park

We found several cockroaches on our last day in the bathtub and then also while packing up found some had made their way into some of our clothes. I was horrified and cried. Housekeeping did not restock toilet paper.

What leak in room. Called it in my first day and the water leak was not fixed. Dmall bugs could be found on towels laid on floor in the bathroom

Average, gets the job done for Disney

The stay was average, but it gets the job done if you’re only in your room for a few hours after visiting Disney. If you’re particular about accommodations, you may want to spend more for something better. The room felt outdated, with more of an old motel vibe—not terrible, but not great either. It wasn’t so bad that I felt uncomfortable staying there, but it wasn’t my favorite. For the price and the fact that we spent minimal time in the room, it was sufficient. If I had the budget, I’d definitely prefer the Disneyland Hotel. That said, this hotel worked for what I needed—a cheap place to crash while saving money for the parks. There were a few negatives: I found a little bug in the shower when I arrived, and there was some kind of leak from the ceiling. The shower floor was a little dirty from wear, and the sink was cracked. The room was slightly dingy, no sugarcoating that. However, for the positives the staff was nice and accommodating—they even gave me extra pillows when I asked. Free parking was HUGE. Walkable. They provided coffee in the lobby. The bed was pretty comfortable, and had the basic amenities. It really wasn’t that bad, I’m just saying if you care about the room being luxurious and stuff, then this isn’t it. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly option I would recommend for easy going people. I’d stay here again if I were trying to save money because it’s cheap and close to Disney. Hopefully they can do some updating soon but keep the prices affordable.

The parking lot was very small, we were the last car in the lot and there was only 1 space left. The room was clean. The only negative was there was a huge crack in the shower wall, it did not affect the shower, and I told the front desk about it. We didn’t even notice until we closed the shower curtain at night, when we showered. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We had about a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney, which is why we booked this hotel. We really only use the hotel to shower and sleep, so for that it was ok. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but not unbearable. Honestly, it may just have been my preference about the softness of a mattress.

This is a hidden gem. Staff was welcoming and attentive. I like how close this hotel is from Disneyland. Would stay here again in the future.

Convenient and close

The hotel itself wasn’t too bad. Only bad thing is the bed was hard as a rock and sleeping was uncomfortable.

Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. Very close to disney. The only thing that i could complain about and this isnt anyones fault, is that i have a wife that moves a lot when she sleeps and a queen size bed justt isn't big enough. Again thats not anyones fault.

A close Disneyland hotel

A close hotel to Disneyland, it’s an easy walk and affordable rooms make it a place we normally stay when visiting Disneyland

There was black mould on the bathroom walls and when staff was asked about amenities and room service, was met with lack of care.

Good for a Disney trip

We stayed here for a Disney trip. The parks were walkable from the hotel through the Downtown Disney side. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel. It was a little cramped, but it was clean and safe. The room is not soundproof and the neighbors above and around us kept us up at night.

Eh...we prefer other hotel options

Stayed here because of high ratings but not sure how their score is so high. Maybe issue was we (and additional family) stayed on lower level of 2 story and guests upstairs were loud - sounded as if moving furniture nonstop. Building sounded as if constructed of metal...absolutely awful. Pros: price, free parking, decent location to Downtown Disney (we did pay for parking on last day of checkout) Cons: rooms/building were strangely loud, shower head height is perfect if under 5 ft tall, our room had a small tv (maybe 32", or less) (additional family's room had a much larger tv), not much in immediate surrounding area, beds and linens felt cheap.

AMAZING LOCATION! Easy 10 min walk to downtown Disney and parks, but off the Main Street so there aren’t a bunch of cars or people walking by. There are great restaurant and food options right down the street, and parking is safe and close to all rooms so it’s easy to transport bags in and out. The staff were super accommodating, friendly, and prompt. Grab a free coffee in the lobby in the mornings for your quick walk to the parks. We will be staying here every Disney trip!

No one told us they will charge you $100 dlls deposit, and they wont return it for 30 days, usually a hotel deposit is 50-75 dlls and you get it back 1-2 days after. Also found around 3 spiders inside the room.

The hotel is within walking distance to downtown Disney, which is why we booked this hotel. The hotel is a little run down and did not look like the photos we had seen when we booked it. The room smelled clean when we walked in, however upon inspection, there was hair EVERYWHERE. All in the sheets, bed, towels, and bathtub. The bathroom itself is very outdated and disgusting. I wore Sandals when I showered. The water took forever to get hot. We booked the room for two nights but ended up leaving the hotel a night early.

The staff are very pleasant & assisting. The location is great. Very quiet at night. The rooms are standard. The furniture, a little dated. Unfortunately, we experienced a bad case of bed bug bites during our stay. Room 211. The staff have vowed to take care of the raised flag throughout the property & were very supportive in our feedback. Thankfully, we still enjoyed our time at Disney. The bites were well hidden thanks to the time of year. We'd consider staying again as the pricing is great for the location compared to the surrounding options.

10 minutes from Disney. It's renovated, shower was good. 15% off dining at Dennys next door. They serve coffee but i like my espresso so i got my coffee at Disney as well as down the road. Overall, it was quiet, very convenient location for Disneyland and great customer service.

It is very close to downtown disney , just a short walk.

You get what you pay for, very convenient location to walk to Disney. Only thing that I really didn’t like was the moldy smell the A/C had when you turned it on.

The stay is definitely not what I would call a suite . More like a motel. The area is amazing with walkable distance to Disney and plenty of restaurants.

Rooms were small, and had to request maid service. No onsite restaurant. Bathroom could barely close door, cramped spaces. Liked close to Disneyland.

The mattress in our king room was terrible and for the cost, I expected much better quality.

The parking lot is small, so if you’re out late, you might not have a spot when you come back, but other than that, everything is as perfect. The room was a lot bigger than expected. It was clean, comfortable, and an all around good time. I’m not in Anaheim often, but I do plan to make this my regular hotel for when I am.

I've been staying here for years! It is less than 10 min walk from Downtown Disney and the parks. Quiet. Clean. Spacious room. Convenient. Modern. Offers a microwave, mini fridge, great A/C, hot shower and nice bed. Perfectly located for a quick return to room if needed during the day.

fish tank in office had one fish that had neon pink painted over its body... not sure if it's medication? but usually they would go in a separate tank. very strange. also mirror across main bed is GLUED to the wall. we had to cover it up because it made us feel a bit queasy. room had a sweaty scent... at least the concierge moved his car for us to park when we came back later at night! wouldn't stay here again.

Overall nice stay. Bed was a little hard but that was probably the only downside. Easy walk to the park.

This is a nice motel and within a reasonable walking distance to Disneyland. It is a little dated but you get what you pay for. The only problem is the parking lot is on the small side so be sure you get back early.

Okay for the Price

This is a good value for the price and proximity to Disneyland. The bed was fairly uncomfortable and there weren't many amenities, but for the purposes of the trip, not much were needed. The shower was outdated and could use better pressure.

It was a great experience, we love this property and the staff is very friendly. We were able to walk to Disney, no problem. The pool is amazing! Not heated, but refreshing!
