I like how I can park right by the hotel room.

The staff was amazing. The room was clean. The TV was bad. The picture was horrible. Which is not the worst thing but it's how I relax before bed. The place is close to a bunch of things. One if the other guests was smoking and was doing it in the elevator so when we entered it was over powering. Not the hotels fault but I'm handicapped so the stairs are not an option. It is a long walk to Disney. They made it sound like it was right down the street. Nope. The satellite parking lot was a mile walk where you catch a tram. Uber there it's cheap.

Check in was smooth and staff was friendly and accommodating. Only issue were the people upstairs right above us were loud and inconsiderate all night . Close to Disneyland and the mini mart store on property was great !

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Carriage Inn before going to Disneyland. It was comfortable and close enough to walk.

Would not stay here again

The room had a strange smell. Not sure if it was mold, but my body was reacting to it. There was pink in the perimeter of the bathtub and counter sink. Maybe mold? Continental breakfast was very poor. Barely anything to choose from and no coffee.

Noisy

You can hear all the noise from the outside. This was the only downside.

Not good for breakfast

Their breakfast needs more improvement. There was no eggs, no sausage, no bacon no any of the four fruit groups except for cereal and a small cup of orange juice, which is water down in a bagel that tasted like three days old.

Breakfast included, for the price of the room, should have included more options than cereal or dry top roman.

The front desk staff were very professional and courteous. Really enjoyed the stay

Not impressed

Did not receive a parking pass, I did complete there form w/information on our vehicle and woke to find a warning on our car re pass that was not provided. Property is in need of a facelift

The staff was very friendly. The tub was really deep, comfy bed and spacious. Theres a mini mart in the parking lot and a bunch of fast food nearby.

the housekeeping was great they kept the rooms very clean and they were friendly, the breakfast was great as well the host was very pleasant and kept the food area stocked and clean, the noose level in the rooms was horrible we could hear everything anove is and next door to us, also the cable does not work on the rooms the quality of television was horrible, they let kids run throughout the levels a lot of party people stayed here and did not sleep comfortably because of it , I made complaints several times and they did nothing about it, this was after the fact but of me asking the other guests that were being extremely inconsiderate of the other guests it was extremely late and very annoying! I will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone I know! but the housekeeping staff were tue best part of the hotel stay

The hotel was clean and in a good location. They wanted to charge me an extra 30.00 to check in a little early but then decided to wave it.

Check in was super easy and they were so courteous! Room was larger than normal hotel rooms. Perfect location, easy walk to convention center or disney.

Needs improvement

Stay was very uncomfortable one of the cleaner left my room door open ,my key card kept stop working (it wasn’t near a cell phone) WiFi service was unavailable because I was told it didn’t work for iPhone on the premises so I service was horrible the entire stay ,

It was close to Disneyland and various restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful. will definitely stay here again.

Adequate accommodations, breakfast was minimal and mediocre, we skipped breakfast on our 2nd morning due to low expectations. Thin walls. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.

Staff was excellent but room is very old. The bathtub tile was in terrible condition with mold and cracks. Towels were old and falling apart. There was a coat of .25 cents to use the ice machine. The breakfast choices consisted of 3 types of cereals, 3 bread options, apples and tangerines.

I was having a fine stay that was great, until I found cockroaches in my room. Honestly, the place was not even dingy and dirty, and looked better than it did in the pictures. Another thing to note is the water temperature that changes abruptly on its own—which definitely caused me to burn myself a couple times. I was willing to overlook the water issue, because it is a nice 25 minute walk to Disneyland Security Gates (S Harbor Lot) and it had a small free breakfast. However after I seen the roach I did not want to eat there at all, for obvious reasons. I don’t think this is the worse place to stay, but bugs in the room is honestly where my line is drawn. It is a convenient stay and area, everything was quiet and I had no other issues.

The place isn’t what I expected. Room is smells and not worth what I paid for. Wouldn’t come back here again. In my own opinion.

Definitely not what we had pictured or what it looked like in the pics. Very out dated. Pool was dirty. Work up the first morning to them emptying the furniture out of some rooms and then chopping them up. Definitely over priced. We weren’t here for Disney. And then you have to pay .25 cents for the ice machine. It’s doesn’t pour out very much either. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Safe and Quiet, clean

When we turned up I had a cough and sore throat, and the lovely lady on Reception rushed off and gave me some honey and a lemon! That is excellent customer care!! The hotel is walkable to Disneyland, and if you walk to the Toy Story car park close by, security is done there before you board the shuttle bus, so you save long lines at the park. It's also walkable to a beautiful Cheesecake Factory which we highly recommend for a lunch visit!

This room was very average. The beds were fine and shower was ok. It is close to the toy story parking lot for Disneyland. Which is why my family decided to stay here. If you wanna park there and take their busses to the park the lines are usually shorter in the morning there. So it is convenient.

Tammy was incredibly helpful. I messed up on my booking and she helped me out.

They will change the price and not honor your Orbitz amount so that it’s more. Also know that early check-in for the family duplex means it’s actually two rooms and they’ll let you do early check but it’s $30 PER ROOM and apparently the family duplex two bath is considered two rooms so it’s $60. I’d skip the hotel if you have other options

Clean , affordable, loved they had continental breakfast. Super friendly and accommodating staff from check in to Check out. Suggest getting more firm mattress and adding bananas to fruit basket.

It w a inexpensive stay for Disney an the staff was very helpful and informative with any questions we had.

The one bedroom king was perfect for me and my family. Just the 3 of us. The breakfast in the morning was nice and the lady who was running it was also very nice to us. The fact that the little store was so close by for anything you need was awesome. Highly recommend this for your place of stay I’ll be staying here again when I come back.

Our stay was great. I am handicapped and the accessible room was perfect with parking right by the door. Bed was comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi nice. Perfect price and close to convention center. Desk help very nice. Not a luxury hotel if that is what you want but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a basic continental but a good day starter.

The price was great. We rented 2 rooms. The beds were not comfy. My husband is a big man so every movement woke me up. Even though we rented 2 rooms we had to pay for our 2nd vehicle which was $17 a day. We stayed 4 nights. Breakfast was good. Coffee, begals, cereal and fruit. Basic. Walking distance to Disneyland and lots of food places. Ice machine is 25 cents for a bucket of ice. Staff was nice and helpful. There was a leak under the sink and the handyman showed up quick to fix it. We only slept there and was gone all day so can’t complain. Oh one more thing. No internet on the TV only cable and TVs are outdated. Rooms are outdated.

This is a great stay if you are trying to save some money on a trip to Disneyland. It’s about a ten minute walk to the Toy Story parking lot, twenty plus minutes if you walk to the park. My family stayed in a family suite with three beds. It was great for us and we had enough space to move about. I do with there was a small couch or additional chair for sitting. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Our 3-Night Trip

Overall we were happy with our stay. Liked the free parking, the large room, had a refrigerator and microwave, the separate vanity helped with two people getting ready in the morning, the staff was so nice, loved the convenience of the nearby Market, and the price was in our budget! The only issue was the water temperature was a little wonky, but at least it wasn’t cold!

The property is nice. And the people are nice. There was some noice coming from the laundry room in our room but overall it was good.

This hotel is in a prime location for people going to Disney. Great price with not having to pay for parking and includes a very basic free breakfast. Cereal, fruit, super limited but nice addition. A quick 5/10 minute walk to the Toy Story shuttle. Next door to multiple restaurants. It’s a go to. Beds are a little firm my liking but overall doable.

Clean and quiet

Cheap for a reason

AC unit didnt work, shower water temp changed constantly during a shower (freezing cold or nuclear hot), shower was dirty &moldy, breakfast was small& lame, and not enough main lighting.

Poor rooms, need updating

Could be better, heater smelled like something was burning when it was on so we couldn’t use it. Shower water kept changing temperature no matter the adjustments. Tv didn’t work very well it was off colored, and one of our room keys never worked so we could only use one. Service was okay but they’re slow and check in isn’t until 4 even though check out is still at 11. Most places give you the extra hour when it’s a later check in. Lastly, there was people yelling all night in the surrounding areas and it didn’t feel very safe. Overall wasn’t a great place to stay, won’t stay again. But it is closer to Disney so there’s that.

Convenient near Disneyland for Fiancés Birthday

Despite having to kill time before our reservation time, the hotel associates were gracious with securing our luggage safely while we went to have lunch. Once we checked in and received our room number, we had to utilize their elevator since the stairs were under repairs of sort. The room itself was cozy and comfortable enough for resting in between our Disney days at the parks~

Very limited parking. Outdated exterior and interior. Clearly second hand items with EVERYTHING. The tv, the furniture, the bed! We won’t be coming back to Carriage Inn.

We spent most of the days in the park, but the rooms were clean and the beds were firm But comfortable. Our rooms had both mini fridges and microwaves so that was great to have, and the staff were friendly and accommodating! For the price this was perfect!

My husband and I only stayed here for their EV charging stations. The sign says it’s for Teslas only but we called the front desk and spoke to someone named Jessica and she confirmed that one charger is for Teslas and the other is other EV cars. We asked Jessica if it was okay to charge our car since we arrived 1 hour before check in and she said it was fine. As soon as the clock hit 4pm some lady knocked on our window and told us we need to leave immediately. We were confused at first because we got the okay to charge our car before the check in time and now this lady was telling us that we need to leave. We asked for her name and it was Tammy, Tammy was not allowing us to talk she just kept saying that we needed to leave and that we can’t just come from the street and charge our car. We were telling her that we called and spoke to Jessica and she said it was okay to charge our car there but Tammy was not having it and she was being very rude. Since it was already 4pm we were able to check in and Tammy was following behind us as we went into the lobby. The guy at the front desk was very nice and he was aware that we were there so when Tammy found out the everyone else knew about us being there she walked into the back office she didn’t even apologize for trying to kick us out. We were about to cancel our reservation just because of our interaction with Tammy. Front desk is “24/7” but when we checked out at 4am the guy was sleeping despite me ringing the bell a few times.

Enjoyed mtly stay at Carriage Inn. Location is super convenient for Disney. Staff was very helpful. Rooms are big and had lots of space.

Good, inexpensive choice near Convention Center

Anaheim Carriage Inn is a good option near the Convention Center (15-min walk). My room was large, beds comfortable, and wifi worked well. I also enjoyed using the pool. Breakfast was bakery items, fruit, yogurt and cereal. There were plenty of restaurants nearby.

Parking is limited not enough spaces. I didn’t like that the property shares the parking lot with a liquor store

Our stay here was amazing. Will definately stay here again. Very clean, comfortable beads. Was very quiet, considering where we were. The staff was a delight. From check in to check out. They were great. Each staff member was very nice and very helpful. If i had one thing that could use improvement was water pressure in the shower, but hey it worked. I highly recommend this Hotel!!

Management doesn't like the scooters in the establishment for prople who use rent them. Way other hotels will be happy the help.

The room was smelly and AC did not work. Complained three times with no results. I was told by front desk someone would come to do deep cleaning but no results. The walls were dirty. TV did not work. People partying all night long and the walls are paper thin. I noticed there were rooms that were renovated but ours was trash!

Luckily they were able to accommodate with a days notice due to Sheraton canceling. The beds were soo hard. Not comfortable after a long day at the park. Also, not enough safe parking.

Not in a great area and need updating

The "breakfast" is some bagels, cookies and coffee. The attending lady was rude and watched that you didnt leave with any food to your room. Penny pinchers

TV would twitch every other min and AC isn’t as powerful as we would like but it was a good place to stay

The room smelled awful like must and mildew, desk staff was often unavailable, there was stacks of old furniture and mattresses on property, and hot tub was not heated at all. We won’t ever stay again.

Their check-in process was quick and simple. The room was clean and quiet. The area around the hotel has tons of great places to eat that are within walking distance. Disneyland was an $8 uber ride away. They have a complimentary continental breakfast that was decent (7am-9am, food has to stay in the eating room) and their pool and hot tub was clean and well maintained. They supply soap bars but they don’t supply shampoo and conditioner so remember to bring your own! I would recommend this place, especially if you are going to Disneyland and not planning on spending much time around your room. The price is great for simple accommodations!
