TravellerThis is a very nice place with great value for money. I've been to Hanoi many times and Truc Bach is one of my favourite areas - Very quiet, cleaner air and still near the Old Town. Location therefore is one of the main advantages of this place in my view. Staff are very nice and react very quickly to wishes. I recommend getting the zalo app for communication around the stay.

The place was clean, comfortable and safe. The location is a walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bare and other local attractions. Super efficient and friendly staff. Celina made sure everything was easy and offered assistance every step of the way. I will be staying there again for sure.
