Wonderful people and great service

Positives: -Location - close to the sea -Beautiful resort -Friendly staff -Affordable -Self sufficient and economic -Has amazing animation team which organises parties, activities etc. -Spacious resort with lots of pools, has heated pools - Close to old town ( when visiting old town for shopping, go to shops away from the mosque to get cheaper deals) Negatives: -Not all staff speak English -Reception team allocated 2 single beds for 2 adults and 2 children, took them 3 days to sort it out and I originally booked on itinerary a kind size bed sofa. -Catering team asking tourists to leave table during breakfast after breakfast time because they have to clean, instead of cleaning the vacant tables first. -If you have eczema and broken skin, don't use the swimming pool if you don't want a skin condition whilst on holiday. - Does not have a wide range of foods for children, so I recommend self fathered accommodation elsewhere and you can eat what you like - Spa is not part of the resort and you have to pay entry, snooker/pool table not available (I was told its being re-conditioned), tennis court not part of resort same as football pitch. - Do not take hotel transport because its overpriced, instead use the inDrive app where you get low price offers. - Do not take any tour offers from the hotel (safari, Ras Mohammed trip) as they ask for more than other tour providers offer, instead do own research.

Need to have more elevators for the guest to go to the peach and all the facilities

The staff were friendly, cooperative, delightful and hospitable except for one of the staff who was a little bit grumpy and always off mood except for that everyone was cheerful and hospitable thanks for the stay , gonna definitely revisit ♥️

Staff are amazing, food is sp yummy & huge variety. Snacks & pool bar are great, drinks are very good quality. Renovated rooms are wonderful, aircon is fully functional in the crazy hot weather. Pool & slides are so much fun, lifeguards are well trained. We loved our holiday. Would definitely come back

Lovely Hotel but no British Guests

I enjoyed our stay especially the service from Mohammed the table setter and Mohammed the life guard they always had great service and were always so welcoming the hotel itself had old and new parts we were in the new wing which was clean and modern and had housekeeping everyday the 2 downside was the food which was the same everyday but it’s hard to cater on mass and the hotel was full of mainly Russian and Italian guests we were the only English so not much communication with other guests all in all good but no British guests and prepare for a cattle market at meal times

Great location and nice renovated rooms

Ask for a renovated room.. they are stunning. Renovations didn’t interrupt us, food was good but hot items not kept hot/to temp which was a bit concerning. Great snorkelling and pool area. Staff aren’t particularity helpful but it’s good value for the price we paid.

The best choice in Sharm for a reasonable price

Good location, close to the mosque and Old Sharm, the taxi ride takes 50 EGP only (just in case someone needs this info). Everything exceeded the expectations given a very reasonable price. beautiful sea and reef, exotic fish overcrowds the bay, one doesn't need to dive to observe. Pretty large inner area, so one can easily complete 10K steps which is also nice during vacation. Highly recommend for families with kids, bc they serve watermelon for lunch & dinner, cook extremely delicious pizza Margarita for lunch and dinner,and even have a special kids area at the Main restaurant with a TV hanging on the wall so parents can have kids-free meals hehe. Room cleanliness could be better on Day1, but the room service has always been there to exchange the towels and bring water & juice, so can't even complain. Vice versa, I dislike the stuff insisting cleaning the room daily, as the need is usually not there.

Nothing like the pictures and the service is even worse,dirty rooms and bathrooms and very out dated and broken furniture.Stay away from the hotel,it’s a nightmare.

Nice hotel

The hotel totally is good location , aqua park , cleanliness , private beach and wonderful animation team but I saw that the service and staff attitude was for 4 stars hotel not to be 5 stars hotel but really I love my stay at these hotel

Just terrible

Good but can definitely be better

This was our fourth time but in a bigger group (7 rooms). We like the hotel area (this is not in Naema Bay) and the kids love the pools. Staff are friendly. Food is average and rooms condition needs some attention but generally ok.

Solid 4* hotel with 5* staff.

My sister and I had a 5 night stay at Shores Amphoras and were overall, very pleased with the experience. The staff could not do enough to help us - they were very friendly and welcoming. The food is not a fine dining experience, but there is a lot of choice and I'm sure everyone will find a lot that they like there. There is every facility that one could hope for- numerous pools, spa, gym, great private beach with magical snorkelling, activities... The diving centre which is based within the hotel is fantastic. I am not a confident swimmer and they made the experience very easy and enjoyable for me. I felt very safe at all times. One tip - it is a good idea to book your pick up from the airport as a return trip (260 LE) from the beginning, otherwise it costs 180LE each way.

Hotel Shores Amporas

We were only there for a three day break to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday and we had such a great time that we really wanted to spend a lot longer there. The staff were just fantastic and really made our holiday one to remember. Especial thanks to Mustafa who cleaned our room every day and just worked so hard to get the water off our balcony when we had a freak storm. We also had great service from Saied (Splash Bar), making sure that we always had a drink in our hands; Said (Beach Bar) always rushed off his feet serving everybody but again great service and Mohamed at reception who made us feel so welcome when we arrived with a very cheeky smile. The Animation team were brilliant and got my wife on the dance floor to sing her happy birthday. They formed a dancing circle around her and I'm sure that she was a little embarrassed. Special thanks to Jamaica, Frances, Chicco and Ahmed. They all spent a bit of time with us, which made our stay quite personal.

Good hotel but..

Close to the private beach and many facilities are there. But I do not understand why this hotel has five stars. All facilities are so old.... Foods served at Restaurants were not tasty, to say the least. I drived my family to town eveytime to search restaurants.

Great Value for Money Hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at Shores Hotel. I found the staff helpful without being pushy . The food was excellent and with lots of variety. The entertainment programme was varied and enjoyable. The pools were clean and well maintained by the pool staff. There was never a problem with drinks

Scandalosi

Nel complesso tutto bene ci ritornerei ma vari aspetti vanno migliorati ad esempio persone che lasciano gli asciugamani ore ed ore sul lettino senza possibilità di poterne usufruire la maggior parte russi,la piscina riscaldata e poco riscaldata sarà tipo sui 25 gradi,la colazione tardiva che è segnata sul menu non esiste per niente..in generale un 8.5/10 per me cibo buono mangiabile non si fa il digiuno se vi va male fanno la pizza tipo quella surgelata della conad..

Wat gehorig op de kamer. Zaten dichtbij het theater. Wifi op de kamer zeer matig. Wifi bij het zwembad, restaurants en buffet wel prima.

Otelin sessiz ve sakin oluşu odaların temizliği yemeklerin gayet lezzetli oluşu tüm personelin işlerini çok iyi yapması ve güler yüzlü oluşları animasyon ekibinin gayet iyi oluşu tatilimi çok iyi geçirmeme neden oldu. Tüm personele teşekkür ederim.

Fantastica

Avevo letto alcune pessime recensioni invece ci siamo trovati molto bene. Viaggio a fine luglio 2024, io e mio figlio di 10 anni. Pulizia al di sopra della media quando viaggi in Egitto. Ci hanno dato una delle camere nuove ed era enorme e fantastica! Peccato che la tv non funzionasse molto bene per netflix e amazon prime (dipende dalla connessione internet scarsa in camera - prende bene solo in zona reception). Consiglio di comprare una sim card locale in aeroporto - i negozi del resort erano in ristrutturazione quando siamo stati lì. Tante piscine e belle, ma acqua bollente a luglio, si consiglia di andare la mattina. Divertenti gli scivoli e ottimo il pontile per andare a vedere la barriera, molto bella davanti al resort. Il ristorante è in zona reception, cioè lontano da quasi tutto il resto, ma ok. Molto ripetitivo nell’offerta ma ok..non si va lì per mangiare secondo me. Comunque buona la pizza fatta nel forno a legna, grande varietà di pane, c’è sempre un piatto speciale fatto al momento (pesce, hamburger, gamberi..) insomma tutto ok. Colazione varia. In alcune zone del ristorante serve la felpetta. Animazione serale scarsa purtroppo. Ma noi non eravamo neanche troppo interessati. Parlano italiano quasi tutti, se no inglese o russo. Mai nessun problema per usare le sdraio nella varie piscine, c’è tanto spazio, per tutti. In generale noi ci siamo trovati benissimo! Rilassante, belli i pesci, mangiato meglio di quanto pensassi

Nella media per il costo

The rooms have been refurbished so everything is new and very clean. Normally hotel rooms in Egypt are very old fashion and not clean enough. The rooms in Amphoras Beach are modern and very clean. Also room service is very good, they make up your room every day with care. I cannot say foods are the best in the restaurant but at least you can find something to eat. Hotel has got its own beach and the sea is perfect. Drink service at the beach is available but they are not very cold, maybe it is because of the wheather temprature.

Otel herşey dahil 5 yıldızlı olarak hizmet veriyor, ama kesinlikle 5 yıldızlı otelle alakası yok. Çok fazla beklentiye girilmemesi gerekiyor.

Esperienza sicuramente da rifare ci siamo trovati benissimo. Per i nostri gusti il cibo era troppo speziato.
