The view from the room was fantastic. The bed comfortable and it was quiet at night. The breakfast being brought to my room was unexpected surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my stay such a good one. It was very much appreciated.

Location and caldera views of the property were brilliant The hosts were so welcoming and gave us such great hospitality during our stay Close to Fira and in bus routes Petros in front office so helpful in arranging car hire and trips for us

The moment you arrive to check in, you are greeted and feel very welcomed. All staff were very friendly. Daily breakfast brought to your room to enjoy with a beautiful view of the sea and other islands. They can arrange transportation for you at your request. Which was very helpful. Overall a great experience and stay at this hotel.

The view at sunset is one of the most amazing moments I’ve experienced. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and informative. An extra added bonus is breakfast is included. If you are looking for peaceful serene accommodations Amity Suites is the number one choice in my opinion.

A beautiful room in a surprisingly quiet part of the island with breath-taking views across the caldera and in a perfect position for the sunset. Breakfast on the shaded balcony each morning was lovely and the team at the hotel couldn't be friendlier. Nothing too big or small, from recommending vineyards to ordering takeaway. Could not recommend the place more.

Loved this property as we had stayed before at the beginning of our trip. Definitely preferred the Junior suite to the senior suite. The senior suite has a step up to a platform where the bed is. Unfortunately i tripped over this and really hurt myself. I feel the step/ platform is unsafe. Petro is fantastic and will go out of his way to ensure guests enjoy their stay. More umbrellas would be very welcome. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great view and pool.

A fantastic hotel with a great view and even better people. The staff were incredibly helpful with booking restaurants and a rental car. We would definitely go back!

Enjoyed the peace and quiet. Great service from all the team at Amity Suites. Friendly, attentive and helpful. Beautiful space amongst other luxury offerings. Breathtaking views and sunset. We stayed in Room 6 (603) lower level which has a nice patio and over looks the private pool. We had breakfast each morning on the patio which was lovely. Would highly recommend Amity Suites and look forward to our next visit.

Pedros is a fantastic host and all staff polite and pleasant. Need more umbrellas and lights at end of pool for night time. We are happy to be returning to Amity at the end of our trip. Thanks for a great stay.

The staff at Amity went over and above to help us with everything and anything we needed, from organising transfers, liasing with hire companies for scooter and quad bike hire, organising take away food for ordering if needed. The loacation was great, just a 3min ride on the quad bike out of the hustle and bustle of Fira, quiet and peaceful but still lively with people at adjacent boutique hotels. We only wished we had stayed longer in this beautiful location, multiple wineries with in 2-5mins drive in every direction. We will definitely be back in the future.

Amnity Suites was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. It has a very beautiful view of the area and the food quality and taste were excellent. The price was also very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The only issue was the traffic in and around the area and it was a little difficult to get in and out of the property.

Amity Suites was amazing from start to finish. The view from our balcony and the pool area overlooking the Caldera was stunning. Spacious and clean room with yummy daily hot breakfast served in the room. About a 30min walk from Fira but plenty of buses into the town or parking for ATV or car. It was so refreshing coming back to the property after activities in busier parts of the island as it was much quieter and relaxing. All staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Breath Taking views!!! Spacious room with Fantastic Staff!! Breakfast delivered every morning with amazing blue blue waters!! So MAGNIFICENT!!

First off, the staff was incredible. Everyone we spoke with had constant smiles on their faces. View from the balcony was amazing, wonderful sunset. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast on the balcony was fantastic. Proximity to Fira was about a 20 minute walk, easy walk. Having parking was a huge bonus. Pool area was gorgeous. No complaints at all.

The staff was the absolute best. Thanks for giving us a memorable experience. We will definitely be back.

An excellent property with divine ocean views. The hosts were very caring and always willing to help and accommodate all our needs. They even went out of their way to buy us the best baklava in town! Thank you In terms of convenience to the rest of the island. This property is centrally located and everything is about 20-25 minutes walk.

Really this place is spectacular, the best experience ever. Maria is a great host 5 starts for her, always with a smile ready to help, make my stay wonderful. This place is superb and for a fraction of the price next door hotel. Thanks, we will come back soon.

This is a small boutique type hotel in a stunning location. The caldera view is wonderful and the sunset is breathtaking from your balcony. The room was a little smaller than expected but everything was clean and modern. The finishes in the room felt luxurious and even the pool area is modern and luxe. The hotel was able to arrange the pick up at the port and we were delivered to the address. The only downside is that they don' t have a traditional front desk so that when we went the taxi driver was able to tell us what room we were in and it was then up to us to get our bags up the stairs. Kamila (from the front desk) is pleasant, helpful, easily accessible via whatsapp and responds promptly so aside from that first issue you don't miss the front desk. Breakfast felt luxe in the way it was displayed and brought up to the room. The is a bus stop almost opposite the hotel and another maybe a ten min walk away. There is also a convenience store maybe 2 mins away. Next door is the Volcano View Hotel which has a great restaurant. All in all I won't hesitate to recommend the hotel or stay again.

Wonderful service and staffs

Amazing view from balcony! This boutique hotel is located about 10-15 min from the port and about 8 minutes from the airport! Location is perfect to contemplate the amazing view and relax, however if your intentions is to visit town of Fira or Oía you will need a vehicle or use taxi (might be a little expensive) although walking to Fira is possible as there is a sidewalk but its a good 40 minute walk each way. The Staff is super friendly Kamila was a great host she can arrange anything you might need from transportation to ATV or car rentals! Rooms are ok, little outdated but really nice and clean ! I would stay here again !

The view was amazing! The sunsets were spectacular and we didn’t have to fight the crowds. We liked the location away from the crowded towns. Although it was adults only, we were right next to other hotels that hosted babies and children. Also the hotel next to us brought in bus loads of loud Americans tourists ( I’m American too) which really changed the peaceful serenity. Breakfast time was nice as we only had to text the manager that we were ready and what changes in the same daily offerings we wanted. Breakfast was on our balcony which in reality was nice until the baby’s cries, or neighbor’s cigarette smoke came wafting over. The housekeeping was wonderful and it was a joy to come back to a fresh clean room. Parking could be difficult but learned later in our stay that there was additional parking across the street. Santorini is beautiful and waking up to a beautiful view certainly made the stay a good experience.

Great room, great view, great service

This hotel is a gem! The hotel manager Kamila was super helpful and communicative (used whatsapp to chat) and helped us book a great motorbike. The hotel has great sunset views and is not directly in the dense city areas so it is more peaceful and quiet. I would 100% recommend this hotel!

The views were amazing as well as the service. It’s a quaint hotel but perfectly charming! Although no on site restaurant the hotel next door welcomes you to eat at their amazing restaurant and enjoy a perfect sunset. Would definitely stay at Amity again!

From the moment I booked our stay, the staff was engaging and connected. They arranged all our transfers, restaurant recommendations & bookings and car rental. With only 6 rooms in the hotel, you definitely get noticed and your stay becomes comfortable. I can’t say enough about Kamila. She runs the front desk and genuinely makes it her business to make your stay as amazing as possible. And with that iconic view!!! Stunning.

The breakfast brought to your own little balancing with the caldera view was amazing! Olga was amazing to make us feel comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay. Kamila, our host, helped us find the best sunset spots, book the most amazing dinners at local restaurants, book transfer and car rental, and more. She made our Santorini vacation amazing and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great time at Amity Suites. It was beautiful, overlooking the caldera! Vaso was very accommodating and helpful, even packing our breakfast for our early flight out. Breakfasts were outstanding and the bathroom was impressive! A great stay all around...

Front desk lady was super friendly, although the location is a bit far from Fira, but for me I like the quietness and cozy comfort stay, worth the distance.

Had an AMAZING 1 night stay at Amity Suites. The Junior Suite room was very spacious, beds were comfortable and had a little outdoor area where we enjoyed our breakfast and a private but shared pool which we spent most of our day at. Perfect way to relax with an breathtaking view!

Et underbart sted å tilbringe noen dager eller uke/-er på. Utsikten var gudommelig. Det er fullt mulig å spise frokost eller enkelt måltid ved bordet på bassengområdet med den fantastiske utsikten. Jeg følte takknemlighet og ubeskrivelig lykke av å få anledning til å oppleve Santorini fra dette stedet. Amity Suites ligger ca 20 min spassertur fra hovedstaden Fira, noe som gjør at dere blir skjermet fra det største turist rushet. Stedet oppleves som rolig, behageilig, privat. Personlig vil jeg anbefale å leie bil for noen dag/-er, spesielt hvis det er deres første eller noen av de første besøk av Santorini.
