FILTHY - PHOTOS ARE MISLEADING - SEE REAL PICS ⤵️

This was, by far, there WORST hotel that I've stayed in. Even for the low cost, it wasn't worth it at all. We didn't even bother staying the whole night. It was beyond disgusting. Literal blood on the sheets in SEVERAL places. No grout to be had anywhere. Hell, they didn't even bother to put a blanket on the bed. It was just a few layers of sheets. 🤢 The floors were horrible. Our socks were black after we got brave enough to walk around without shoes. Mind you, there's no carpet... The floors could have easily been cleaned better. Honestly, I'm not even sure they cleaned the room at all. Maybe just straitened up the bed to make it look like it had been cleaned. Very poor job. Only good thing I can say is that we didn't find any bugs, and not for lack of trying. We used a flashlight and looked everywhere, including under the mattress. ZERO ⭐️

This property is advertised as cheap but clean, safe, and friendly... It is ANYTHING BUT those things. The staff that answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. The General Manager who is "in charge" also states that this and that are outside of his control. The rooms (which are to be smoke free by state law) are not and getting a refund is impossible. Even when they fail to uphold the law. I have a picture of a literal cigarette butt in the sink as well as writing on the mirror for free back/butt rubs. The apology I received was "I'm sorry you have an issue with our housekeeping" This place is a disaster with holes in the walls. Missing smoke detectors, and a lobby that isn't even open. Perfect for squatters I guess but If you think the pictures look nice for a cheap hotel like I thought then be warned!!! This is falsely advertised boarding and I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Absolutely terrible! I was given 3 different rooms before i decided to book at a different hotel. The first room I was given was a room that was being lived in by staff!! Like a party room or something, literally staff living there. The second wasn’t cleaned, crumbs and food on the counters dirty sheets tucked in,horrible smell and mold in the bathroom that had no light. The last one wasn’t much better, which what looked and smelled like pee on the kitchen/bathroom floor.

Hotel is what I expected but the people at the front desk are great!

Mouse Droppings in Drawers

When my husband entered the room the laminate floors were bubbling, it was 81 degrees, and humid. Mold in the shower, and mouse dropping in every drawer. I get it being a cheaper room, trust me we have traveled a bunch, but his was unacceptable. See attached pictures.

Gross hotel

Disgusting room. Bed spread stained and cigarette burns. Room smelled like a smoking room. Thash piled and used bedding outside on the side walk. Shower was disgusting, marked/scratched up, shower head rusty and hard water stains. Not impressed at all. I won't be staying at this hotel brand again.

It is beyond nasty and unsafe dirty

For its price compared to other hotels in the area, it's average. The rooms are dirty, but not to the point where it's unbearable. There were also bugs in some areas of my room, and it was not a pleasant experience to take care of them. Other than that, the staff was immediate and always available, I do wish that there was some verification for security because they just gave me the room key to a room as soon as I told my name.

The room was nice and clean but my T. V. Didn’t work at all. I just slept. But everything else was excellent.

Cove base around the room was coming off the walls, there wasn't toilet paper for the room (but staff said there were extra Kleenex if I needed it), cigarette burn holes in the sheets, large gap in door frame allowing in the cold winter air, parking lot was not shoveled or salted but full of ice. I wasnt expecting top tier but this was ridiculous for a king size whirlpool room, especially with the price.

The place needs a total overhaul. The floor in room was patched together with holes in vinyl flooring and tape holding it down. The door had a hole in it the outside where the peephole used to be.You could see light all the way around the door itself. The bed was old and worn out. No comforter on the bed and only two worn out pillows.

The photo's of this property and rooms are deceiving. False advertising. Jet tub was falling apart, TV signal was full of snow (only had analog signal), missing a piece of flooring, bath tub had been patched and was dirty, noisy between 2 and 4am..I think we know why with the street walkers in the area. We would have went elsewhere but all local hotels were full for an event at Michigan International Speedway near Jackson, MI.

Keep your money and go down the street

Oh man, i booked this room without reading the reviews. And i reserved the room to prevent my other half from getting a room like this. The bed was a king, but when we laid down we both rolled to the middle. Many long term ppl staying here and constant traffic, yelling and people wandering around outside. It smelled so bad we could not eat our food we had ordered.

Certainly not worth any amount of money to stay there. Filthy ground, unhealthy and unsafe. We survived but left early because it was uncomfortable. Smell of smoke was horrible. Do not recommend.

Room I was assigned already had someone in it. Dont believe they rented it, just were staying in there. Illegal activities going on in the room. Left, advised staff, they did not seem too interested or concerned.

Never Again

The staff was friendly but the property was terrible. The room smelled. The TV didn't work. The phone didn't work. I didn't stay. I went to a neighboring hotel for my two night stay.

I accidentally booked the Jackson location when I meant to book Jonesville. When I realized it I tried to cancel my reservation and get atleast 1 night stay money back, but the Jackson MI manager left at 3pm and checked me into the hotel even though I was NEVER there. Still will not refund me for 1 of the nights.

Not a place for comfort and relaxation

It’s run down. I think there are people who live there as well. Young kids in the lobby playing around after hours, I think they lived in one of the units. Tv mounted to the wall and can’t move them to see them, they are not in front of the bed. The satellite/cable was messed up, couldn’t watch tv and then it went completely out. The beds are very very very old, like a big sink hole when u sit on it. You sink straight to the middle. Very cheap pillows, just like a ball of polyester. Water poured out of the refrigerator and it wasn’t on. Walls were spray painted and paint drops all over. My feet were black from walking around. If you’re just wanting a quick nap, this is ok, but for over $115, king, jetted tub,…. Overly priced and not very well maintained at all. The service was great though.

From the outside, the place looks nice. Once entering, one staff member comes off as incompetent. Wouldn't accept cash until GM says its ok. Carpets are stained. room smelled like smoke as you entered. The grill is great to eat at. pool is nice to cool off in. Snack and water prices are a bit high. Actual manager on duty is owner. Another customer asked speak to the manager, staff gave that customer a hard time. Rest of staff is completely laid back. When checking out, the staff member goes directly your room after leaving toseeif you "Stole" something.

Piles of garbage, trash bins overflowing. Several units look to have setup permanate residence with dogs. Late night partying from those residence interrupted the little sleep we managed on the crappy beds. First experience only having one pilow and only sheet for the blanket. Avoid

Terrible Motel!! Don’t stay!!

Worst experience ever. First they charged my credit card before I got there. They were not supposed too. That was a red flag. I arrived with my family and first thing I see is the Motel looks nothing like the pictures. It looked dirty and run down. I checked in. This Motel has multiple buildings. On my way to my room there were a lot of people just hanging out in a variety of spots. I get to my room and it wasn’t even cleaned from the prior guest. I go back to the office and the lady was friendly and gave me another room. I go to that one and there is a van in my spot literally looked like a drug deal in progress. I park further down and go to the room and needless to say it was trashed way worse than the first room. I go back to the office and tell the lady I want a refund because I do not feel safe with my family. She said she couldn’t and I would have to talk to the GM. I told her to call them. She did and the GM said she could not give a refund. Hence why they charged me before hand. It was late and couldn’t reach my credit card company. I asked for another room and she gave me a handicap room. It had been cleaned. I took it cause we were all tired. Even clean the room was dingy and run down. People next to me had same issue. Dirty room. This place looks like a ghetto apt building. People are living there. There was a $60K Cadillac on a Jack stands the entire time. Possible drug deals and shady people everywhere. Poor ownership and management. No Excuses!! No Not Stay!!!

We got to the property and was given our cards. The lady at the desk did not even hand them but she threw them down at us. The whole time she kept on looking at us. When we went to the room our key cards would not unlock the door. We went back into the office 3 times about it. Instead of giving us new key cards or switching us to another room they came and unlocked the door for us. When we got into the room it was nasty. The motel looks nothing like the pictures it looks very ghetto and nasty. Even the staff was rude. After 15 of being there we left, been trying to get a refund since because we did not stay at all,

DO NOT ENTER!

This place is a hot mess. I opened the door to my room and closed it right away and lost my $150 bucks and went and stayed down the street at QUALITY inn. I should saw the signs when i pulled in. Very run down and walking to the lobby I was asked if i wanted to buy and speakers from a man standing outside the door. Did not feel safe and this place I believe rents these units as apartments. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY THERE! pLACE IS ALSO VERY RUN DOWN AND DIRTY.

Don't pay more than 60 a night

Not so good considering the price, paid 140 a night for a place worth 50 a night at most. It wasnt terrible but it's a cheap place that needs to stick to cheap prices.

The facility was somewhat run-down. We arrived for check-in just before 8pm and was told our room was not ready. This was almost four hours after stated check-in time. We were shorted shower towels and when we asked for an additional towel was told housekeeping would bring us one and never did

This property is filthy, run down, and there is trash everywhere. They apparently have homeless people living there. We had to go buy cleaning supllies and sanitize the place before we would bring our things in. Due to a massive power outage in the area, there were no rooms available elsewhere. Otherwise, we would have never stayed.

Gross!!!

Very disappointed in our stay. The rooms look nothing like the pictures on the website. It's very run down and dirty. The jacuzzi was gross and the handles were all wiggly and filled with dirty caulk. The tub was full of paint and the baseboard tiles were falling off the walls. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. It seemed as though half of the people staying in the hotel rooms actually lived there, they had lawn chairs and bicycles and stuff like that outside of their rooms. I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel.

We checked out 20 minutes after we arrived. Room reeked of mildew and cigarette smoke. Stains all over the front and door. No blankets and pillows had brown stains. Bath tub and walls were dirty and stained. Grounds were littered with garbage. Transients were hanging out all over the property and number of rooms looked like they were used for living quarters...grills, planters, kids bikes, lawn chairs and other items were placed outside the rooms. The pictures on your website is a total scam...none of the property looked anything like those. Your site even had a picture of a pool that did not exist. I wouldn't have stayed a minute longer if I was paid. My wife and I are speechless and offended that someone from the front office literally told me "enjoy your stay" while handing over the key cards. This "business" should be shutdown and should file a complaint for fraud.

Room had not been cleaned when I arrived and they did not clean it after it was brought to there attention. I was unable to leave the room the next morning so they did not offer to clean it then and did not clean it after I left

You get what you pay for room floor hadn’t been mopped in years the amount of dirt I was able to wipe up turned the terry towels black from the amount of dirt, on the inside of door inside of the room the lock was hanging by a wire, no remote to the television, dirty q tips lined the floor in bathroom totally disgusting I only stayed here because there was a Starbucks close by.

They were resurfacing the parking lot and left no access to the area where my room was.

Fine, but not amazing

If the budget is the most important thing on your trip, this motel is fine. If you want to feel safe and comfortable, probably not the best. I opted to go to a new hotel for the rest of my stay after the first night. The rooms at first glance looked upgraded, but once you start looking they're pretty shoddily put together. The flooring didn't quite tacked down at the edges, the bathroom faucet wobbled when I used it, and the tub dripped. The room smelled strongly of cleaner, which seemed to linger on through the day. I checked the bed to make sure it didn't have bed bugs and was good on that front. I did find some bits of cereal and a gum wrapper on the bed though. I slept fine there, though the bed wasn't all that great for me. The worst part was the AC unit turning on and off. The next morning I decided that while it wasn't terrible, I wanted a place where I could sleep a little better and had some extra amenities even if it would cost a little more.

Terrible

Dirty and the faucet is not working, smells. They charge you for covid cleaning but the place is filty and bad odor.

The room wasn’t necessarily dirty but the overall look of the room was pretty dumpy to put it nicely. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and it looks like whoever renovated the room last did it for the absolute bottom dollar. Unless this is your only option, I would look elsewhere.

Spent most of my time swatting flies in the room. Bathroom condition was gross; stains on bathtub, door looks like it was kicked in and plastered over, crumbling tile and grout around wall base. Most of floor in room was vinyl tile (probably for ease of cleaning), but humidity in room made floor feel wet. TV stopped working at 10 pm, never came back on for remainder of my stay. If this is supposedly a two- star accommodation, I'd hate to see a one-star property.

Do not stay here. It reminds me of hotel that "people" can pay hourly. Room is horrible, cigarette burns on sink & tub. Sketchy layout inside & out. Creepy guy at counter. We did not feel sfae here & just left, felt dirty just walking into the room.....

Updated and gross.

Yuck. Overpriced for a junk room. Squares of carpet laying everywhere which is also wet because the air conditioner leaks. Had to wear shoes whole time. If I was to rate 1 out of 10 for cleanliness, it would be a 1. Leftover tissue box with some nasty grime from Lord knows how many people before. Stained bedding. Stained burnt up toilet seat. Burnt executrix outlets, 90% of the vacancy is people who live there who like to sit in YOUR window sill for YOUR hotel room and smoke and be loud. Signs posted everywhere suggesting to lock your vehicles that it's not their fault if anything gets damaged or stolen. Jacuzzi tub was dirty. Towels that were gross, old with a funky smell. floors were filthy awful. Linoleum bubbling up everywhere because of the leak from the air conditioner, I wouldn't stay here again for free. THEE ONLY benefit you're getting is where the hotel sits, the view outside of the door over looking the highway and some land was pretty, and good shopping and eateries ALL around.

Traps

There were all these bug traps all over the room. I picked up one it was a roach trap. I seen no bugs but it did make me a little uncomfortable. People were exceptional.

Dirty wouldnt recommend

The room was dirty smelled of mildew. And had bugs on the wall and bed. Told front desk and he was rude. He wouldnt give me the paper work that i checked in then 10 mins later checked out. All around rude and disrespectful.

Horrible hotel

Nothing like the photos on the website. Very dirty and there were people clearly living here. Bed was lumpy and mattress was disgusting. We didn't feel comfortable using the shower because it was clearly neglected for a very long time. Floors were 3-4 different styles of wood and not level. Toilet was stained. I didn't read any reviews prior to booking, which is my fault, but the hotel should be kept to some sort of standard. This hotel needs to be shut down because of how dirty it is. Save your money, do not stay here

Run down motel. Looks like someone had a fight in our room. The bathroom door was cracked and there was a hole in the wall where the main door handle hit the wall. Had to get my husband to fight with the shower in order to get it to work. My husband didn’t want to take his shoes off in the room. Smelled like smoke in our non smoking room and I saw two sticks from incense left stuck in the bathroom. Only good things were the price and that there were a microwave and fridge in the room. Will spend more next time for a better place to stay!

Never again

I'll never go back there again. Random people were knocking on my door looking for someone that use to stay in the room I was in. The staff never notified me and my partner about it, until we brought it up to them. The room and bathroom was not that clean to me. And one of the staff at the office was rude, when a complaint was filled about my room. And just a heads up, there's no refund issued.

Wanted a jacuzzi room. First room I was sent too had tore up curtains, cigarette burns on sink, wood floor, and lamp shades were ripped., and the bed was wore out and look lumpy. Panels for the jacuzzi were hanging off...second room was a tiny bit better. Toilet was scary. No carpet. Jacuzzi did not have enough jet power and there were cockroaches in the room. Police were in and out of the hotel all night. Kids outside playing until 3am.

Good rooms, dirty floors

Great service, nice people in rooms next to us, and good location! Only negative thing I have to say about it is although the room floors were not visually dirty, after walking over them a little my feet quickly became a blackish brown. This didn't bother me since I didn't walk on the floors that much and mostly hung out sitting in bed with my fiancé playing video games. I can see though in situations where someone might have kids with them that don't sit still long where their feet could get dirty very quickly. Word of advice - maybe bring some slip-on shoes with you if that sort of thing bothers you or people in your party.

It was a dump. The faucet moved when you tried to use it. The towels look like they have been in use for way to many years. The tub had standing water in it when you used the shower. The one thing that was good was very hot water. We will never come back!!

When we checked in to this discusting horrible room ever!!!! When I checked the batroom wsa very dirty bed bugs in bed , needle suringes in parking lot no tv was static and when they tried to replace with another one was same problem static and they all day to come it messed up our vacation! When I when to front desk they didnt even care had to change room with same problems! Dirty rooms we had to check out 2 day early they would not refund our money that we already had for a 3 day stay !!!!!!!? I want a refund asap!! Dont stay at this hotel please!!!!!!!

The toilet in our room was installed crooked. Was hard to sit down on it if you needed to. Plus when I asked about an early check-in, I was told I could, but it'd be an extra $20 (which I never heard of). Although check-in was at 4pm, I arrived around noon. I know some properties allow early check-in if the room was ready, but did not charge anything additional for it. Then after I arrived, I was told by the manager I couldn't check in until 3. So I asked if I could check in at 8pm since I'm in town for a family reunion on the other side of the city. She said it'd be ok. So I ran out to my car to get back on the road and she ran back out to get me and told me to come back in and that she'd allow me to go ahead and check in. But did not charge me the extra $20, which seemed weird because it kind of made it sound like she was pocketing $20 from folks who needed to check in early. Like I felt I was being an inconvenience. At around 10:30 pm while I was in bed, someone was going around knocking on random doors. Mine included and of course woke me up. The front desk said to not open the door unless it was from law enforcement or someone wearing hotel uniforms. Whomever it was also knocked on my neighbors doors because we talked about it the next morning. Then around 2am, someone slammed a desk chair (you could hear them rolling it down the sidewalk) into my door and woke me up a 2nd time). So needless to say, I spent nearly $70 on a room I could not get any sleep in.

Discussing and rude

There were roaches and roach boxes outside room. Bathroom was nasty had black stuff and hair looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Most of the people staying there looked like they were on drugs. The person checking me in was dirty. I asked for my money back and they refused. They offered me another room but anyone with common sense know if there are roaches in one room they are in all rooms.the manager was a very rude nasty woman. She didn’t care what the reason.

Shower head was falling off wall. Floors were slippery inside the room. Door had gap all around frame. A/C was not cooling room. Very old, needs a lot of work. Staff was pleasant though.

Good service, rough rooms

When we got there our 3 rooms were good, bad and unsure. Couldn't get into one room, the 2nd room had debrie on the bathroom floor, third room was in the best condition of the 3. When we went to the office the woman exchanged our rooms for others. They were in a lot better condition.

Could use an update.

This location could use some remodel. Bath tub was stained horribly and the sink was cracked. Non smoking but reeked of stale cigarettes and burn marks everywhere. I wanted to cancel and go stay somewhere else but was told it would cost me over 100.00 and I’m not rich so I had to deal with it.

this place needs to be shut down. it was filthy, the first room still had marijuana smoke lingering in the air when I walked in( my best guess is the cleaning staff had been getting high while in the room- they certainly didn't clean anything.) the bottom of the wall in that room was rotted and caving in as was the floor around it, the sink was filthy the toilet still had urine all over it, the floor had urine all over it. gross,gross,gross. I go to the desk and request to be put in another room, they did. this room was better, not much but at least the floor and walls weren't rotting out. the toilet still had urine all over the rim under the seat. the shower head wasn't screwed to anything inside the wall and flopped side to side as you tried to adjust the head. the inside of the bathtub was filthy. the sheets were dirty, complete with boogers and pubic hair. the mattress was worn out and may as well have just been a wooden plank. at least they were flat. the cleaning supply rooms were two doors down and emanated the constant stench of marijuana. now, the staff was nice enough, never rude or anything. it appears their definition of clean leaves a lot to be desired. the area around the motel was a decent looking residential neighborhood , on the backside and modern retail on the front. there is a Starbucks and a sushi place right next door. I would never stay there again. it had the feel of a rent by the hour motel just lacking the corner for the hookers. nasty, gross, yuck

Disappointed Traveler

They didnt know which rooms were occupied. We were given a room that someone was already was staying in. We had to plug in the refrigerator ourself, you could see daylight around the door after it was shut, there was not a chain lock on the inside of the room, the floor was sticky, the beds had an egg foam mattress topper to make it 'more comfortable', the room smelled like smoke even though they tried to spray something in the room to cover it up.

I was not looking for a five star hotel, just needed a place to sleep for a night or two. Floors were not level, you could visibly see where the floor cracked and heaved under the flooring. Towels were dingy grey, and felt like sand paper. Was not the end of the world, I had brought my own towels.

Toilet was nasty, and the room has patch drywall spackling patches. I'm a handyman. Needs updating

One of the main lights inside the room were burned out. The bed was very uncomfortable had lumps and squeaked just rolling over. The pillows were hard. The bath tub had plastic like contact paper material glued to the bottom. With what appeared to be black mold under corner of it. The water pressure was weak. There was pubic hair in the tub.

I will never stay there again. The floor in the room was very dirty the bed was so broken down. Looked like it had been around for a long time. I didn’t even stay I left went to another hotel and then came back in the morning to turn in my keys.

I had my toilet overflowing in the morning just from flushing it. Had to move everything from my room on Thanksgiving morning at 6:30. Smelled like rotten eggs. I was then given a second room and the heat didn’t work. Finally the last room I got was in another building so I spent an hour loading my vehicle and then moving again. Worst experience on thanksgiving I ever had. This place is going down hill quickly. The staff was very pleasant. I still wasted 2 hours of my holiday. I felt like it was just old and massive need of updating. I always used these hotels. I needed everyone to know what they are getting into.

First room we was in the jacuzzi had mold coming from filter, then they moved us to a room that was under construction, and was on the do not rent list “ Housekeep” told me that, then when I said something they was suppose to call me and never have !

this place was terrible the bed was broke the bathroom was dirty the floor was so sticky that my shoes stuck to it, didn't dare to take my shoes off. I tried to check out a after the first night and they wouldn't refund the second night. the only reason I stayed the first night because I didn't get there until 11pm. I have pictures of the mess.
