Staff very helpful
For the age of the property it was well maintained and clean. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Check in was quick and easy and staff was friendly
It was a cheap place to stay.
Old Hotel
The Hotel is very run down, and bug infested. We killed 6 cockroaches in the bathroom with in fifteen minutes of being there, with the light on.... We did NOT take a chance with the lights out... We packed up and left!!! The Woman behind the front desk was very helpful and understanding, but it did not help with the condition of the room....
They dod not have a room for me. The hotel clerk said that they were full. I did not have the option to choose Saturday night because of your app.
The place is beautiful
I loved the owners! The wife was truly a vibe. It's not a huge motel, but i like that. Not a ton of people, but stays full. Close to alot of stuff. The walls are brick, so i didnt hear any of the neighbors, noones tv or obnoxious loudness that you get at other places. Just a relaxing, quiet stay. Just what we needed.
Left early
The pet fees are double than what were advertised. There had been a water leak in the bathroom & mold was present along the top of the shower walls. Actually left a day early.
Was okay.
Beds were comfortable, was clean! But once we got back that evening around 9:30pm we went to shower & our water did not work. People above us were super loud & you can hear them clearly when they walk.
All in all it was good need more parking
No real complaints
Nice, fun and relaxing
I know they are still in the process of remodeling some areas which is good. I hope they continue.
The front desk lady was very polite however, the room was roach infested.
The property is in a very good location but is very POORLY MANAGED!!! I reported Roaches as well as others from our group that were staying there and was told that Pest Control was called but would not be there for three days. Late Night Loud Music and Dogs barking that was reported but it continued, should of called local authorities. Breakfast provided was poor and not in a clean setting. Room was seedy looking at the best. This is not does represent a Branson type of motel/hotel property. The Branson Chamber, Health Department and the City need to inspect this property it address these poor conditions. A Black Eye for Branson. DO NOT STAY HERE.
This place was nasty. Roaches in room.
everything was great
Unhappy
I am sorry to say was very dissatisfied. We had stayed here many times before. It was clean and taken care of. Will not stay again.
Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Staff was friendly. Felt safe, seen a gentleman run a person off that didn't belong. Clean room. Thanks for the nice work!!
The Room/STE was very clean-well maintained & People Friendly/Trusted.There was some minor disruption on parking lot behind,Front early A.M. Which I also noticed followed Me to Exclusive Rent Branson-nothing to do with either establishment. These are-Have been AR.Conway Co.Public👮♀️Corruption Home Thief’s Directing loud harassment into My 18YR.18AC posted Private Property now-24/7(Cops-8Restraint order Public Corruption I continue to make FBI aware of.Only reason this happened or is included in review-Nothing to do W/These Awesome Mo.Motels/Resorts.
Staff was pleasant and room was clean, but the property was very old and run down. Parking was limited.
The site is a complete dump. I found bedbugs or fleas all over the room and there was modly food in the couch.
Average
Bed was hard as a rock. Pillows flat. Could use some serious updating
Air didnt work. Smelled like cigarette smoke! Horrible motel!
Only issue was that the bed was so tall I could hardly get in it. Otherwise, great place to stay.
Good trip.
Upon arrival was charged a $100 security deposit, given 2 keys to the room, on that did not work. Upon entering room noticed clock was not working, found to be unplugged. Someone had set the alarm which went off at midnight. TV remote would not work(batteries??). Tried to manually turn the set on and could not. Bathroom sink, I guess was by the back door, yes 2 doors?? Could say more, negative, but not enough space
Great location and a good deal for the price
Great deal for the price. It was very close to the main strip. The staff was accomadating and the rooms were nice. I would definetly stay again.
I took pics! Hole in quilt. Holes in curtains. Hair clip to shut the curtain. Lighting was dim. Bathroom dirty and no water first morning. (Leak upstairs)
It was very unclean, creaky floors were loud and if you had someone above or below you making any noise you could hear it very loudly. The lighting was bad and the doors had big drafts coming in
Nasty!!!
I booked a king bed room, when we opened the door to our room it had two double beds. went back to the desk only to be told that they didn't have any king beds available.I went back to the room and started searching for another place to stay, while in the room I killed two roaches...I found another hotel and left. I will never go back.
Won’t stay again.
Sink loose on counter. Shower temp unpredictable and difficult to operate. Room was not clean, killed 3 roaches. Price was pretty cheap, but cleaning and maintenance would improve greatly.
Get what you paid for...
The service was fine and the people were really nice, but its a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for. The room wasn't too bad.
The pool was not available but they were working on it. That made it ok. Would definitely stay there again. The young lady at the desk was very sweet and pleasant
I always stay with America's best inn Branson MO. AWSOME STAFF...
The room seemed as clean as staff could get it. Clean sheets, floor and fixtures. Comfortable bed & pillows. But the property, or room we stayed in, was in bad need of updating. The sofa was falling apart and basically too dirty to use. I put the bedspread over it in order to sit on it. The tub faucet was difficult to use. The drape would not stay shut, I put a chip clip on it. Caulking needs replacing and nicks in paint on doors and door trim needs a touch up. The knob on the A/C-Heat just spun around and the words were worn off. I had to guess with trial/error for climate control.
Two blocks off the strip was very convenient and away from traffic . The room was very much outdated , very dark even with all the lights on . The a/c -heater was from last century but quiet and worked . Spacious room, hard bed and few small pillows and a very short tiny toilet topped it off . Almost no water pressure in sink or shower and the remote wouldn’t work , had to use buttons on tv to operate it .
Did not clean room. Didnot clean bathroom . Did not chang sheets. Did not make the bed good. I did a better job the second day
Very Eh. Good and bad
Probably won't go back. It wasnt horrible and if you're own a budget, this will work. We called a about a week or two before check in, telling them we wouldn't be there until abour 2 or 230. They said it was fine. We get there at 230. Lights out, no one up front. There is a call box, it just rings and rings. So we call the number on the door. Same thing. Rings and rings. I had to bang on the front door until someone woke up. We didnt get checked in until 315. Then there was absolutely NO parking in the front up building. Wasnt much parking at all. The room is self wasnt bad but a lot of noise. Floors were very thin. Had to have help with the shower and Showerer ran hot then cold, burning then freezing. Had a good breakfast but go early! We ended up just staying the one night.
Terrible
Dark like a cave with burnt out bulb in the only fixture next to the door. Bed spread so worn out it was torn and missing fabric. Third floor walk way was so spongy thought I was going to break through. This from a vet used to third world barracks.
First thing
Americas Best Value Inn
The staff was very nice but when we got there they charged me $10 more than what was on my booking conformation, they said it was in the fine print but couldn't find it on the paperwork so got that supposedly reimbursed I'm still waiting to see it show up on my bank account after 3 days. The place was just not the cleanest place there was pubic hair an needs treated for bugs if our budget would have allowed we would have left. We just didn't have any choice but the breakfast was good. We definitely will find another place to stay our next visit.
keep improving the property
Relatively new owners are doing a good job of updating the property. Still has a ways to go but getting there.
Not clean, sink loose, stain on pillow, mattress uneven
Charged an extra $5 for resort fee that wasn't expected. Parking is limited.
Not a comfortable stay.
Our reservation was not correct when we checked in. They charged an additional amount of money than we were quoted when booking. I needed a wheelchair accessible room, and they had us booked on a second floor room with no elevator. The bed was not at all comfortable, and breakfast was not very good. We left a day early, just not comfortable.
Four story motel, no elevator. Beds where hard and uncomfortable.
Pool not working, bed and pillows very hard. Had to have someone from office come up to room and get TV to work. Room smelled musty.
The staff was amazing and very friendly
Room wasn’t that clean. Found a safety pin opened on the floor and almost ended up in my foot
Check in was quick. Whole family was disappointed that the pool was closed. In August! Low priority -- it appears to have been idle for a long time. This an amenity that help me choose where to stay. Room was ok. Bedspreads have not been washed in a long time. Probably the same for blankets. I removed them and washed my hands
A little excitement
The room was older but clean. The hotel is under construction so the breakfast area was crowded. The staff were friendly and helpful. One thing that happened while we were there; my granddaughter witnessed a lady threatening to commit suicide while holding a knife to her own throat and screaming. Don't expect that in a family friendly motel.
Nasty. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Yuk.
Won’t stay there again
Did not like the fireworks show going off at midnight every night.
Car was broken into. Almost all of their security cameras are fake according to the police. Very noisy people upstairs and motel did nothing about it.
Stay somewhere else
Safe your time and stay somewhere else ! The bed was as hard as a rock, the key card for the door you had to try 10 times beige it worked……. No outlets near the bed for your cel lol phone. No elevator for the upper floors
Cheap stay
For a cheap place to stay to just sleep, it was an ok place to stay. Walking distance to the strip. Service was pleasant.
Don’t believe what you see on the internet, pictures did not reveal condition of the inn.
Convenient location. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast better than expected with hot options.
Not enough parking near the room. People were smoking outside the rooms.
Very tiny parking lot, air conditioner would only work on fan, both big bed and pull out bed were stiff so we just slept on bed. For some unknown reason toilet decided to flush and refill itself after 11pm and kept going until we fell asleep. Breakfast was free for a reason. Next time will spend extra money and stay somewhere better. Only perk was it’s just off the strip.
Roaches
one ply toilet paper. Towels or sand paper? Hard to tell. Rock hard bed.
OK for the $$$$
OK for the $$$. Very clean but facilities are just worn out. Nice people in the office. Just so much a fresh coat of paint can do. But a good value for the money. Convenient front door parking
COCKROACHES!!!
COCKROACHES!!!!
Where we’ll be staying for every Branson trip
Clean, sufficient accommodations for the super low price. Quiet.
Could have been better but you can’t expect much at such a low price. A couple things to note: the curtains were held on the rod with painters tape, the sheets felt dirty throughout the stay so we ended up buying blankets at Walmart, there were a lot of flies in our room- even when we first got there, water was either burning hot or freezing cold-there was no in between, you could hear right through the bathroom walls, and the toilet in our room had a nasty brown stain on it. We were in room 207 and there was a door in the room that we couldn’t open from our side but whoever was on the other side had the ability to which made us a little uncomfortable as it was just two teenage girls on our own. Breakfast was below average and in my opinion a little unsanitary which is concerning in the middle of the pandemic. Overall, not the worst motel I’ve stayed in but there are a lot of little things that could be fixed to improve the guest experience and overall cleanliness.
Great value, pool. Nice employees and fabulous locations.
Great customer service. Allowed a late check out if 11:30. It was fantastic.
Bed felt like it was a 20 yr old hand me down, parking is limited, house keeping didnt leave any soap or shampoo. Electric outlet had a hard time finding a good connection for phone charger. Room otherwise was ok for price and typical breakfast. Ask front desk for iron ss not in room,no ironing board.
Wonderful
Ugh
Need better beds. My sheet had stains?
Good location, just off the strip. Inexpensive ($50.00 per night for one room with three double beds). Nice staff. It is pretty run down, but fairly clean (saw just one bug). Bathroom could have been cleaner. The toilet had a slow leak in the bottom of the tank. Stayed on first floor and could easily hear people walking on the second floor walk way. Free breakfast is pretty bad. Overall, if you just need a place to sleep and then go out to enjoy Branson, it is a decent value.
It was okay not sure I would stay here again. Staff was friendly.
Awesome we really enjoyed our trip everyone was so nice and friendly
Aweful
Aweful, place was a dump. What i heard from hotels.com was not true. You should go stay here once. Think it was a crack house or some kind of drugs. People actually live here. Bbq grills outside. Partying going on at 4 am. Breakfast was a joke.i would rate this a half a star at best. That's only because the shower was hot. No elevator, was stuck on the 3rd floor. You need to take this off hotels.com. wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!! Don't understand why we didn't get a bottom floor since very few cars were there. Never saw square slices of eggs before, have you? Built in the 70s and it shows!! I'm use to way better places than this!
It was excellent stay
Room 204 smelled really bad. Smelled like a very very stinky men's gym locker room on a hot day. I have Never smelled a dead body but was looking for one. couldn't sleep there it so they moved us to 3rd floor. No extra blanket and no blow dryer like in room on second floor. I didn't feel safe and did not get a good nights sleep.
Hotel was extremly dated, and I thought I sleep in a jail cell. Bed covering was old and dirty.
good value for the price
Pillows were great. Water pressure was great. Sofa was from the 70s. Toilet paper was wet. Staff gave us a new roll. Could hear through walls very easy.
You get what you pay for. "Hot breakfast" was either biscuits and gravy or a waffle. Cereal selection very limited, and no fruit/yogurt. However, the limited selection was delicious, minus the weird egg thing. Moving on to my room. The mattress was very firm with little to no give, no mattress pad and very thin sheets, not good for people with back problems (like me). The comforter smelled very undesirable. These issues were tolerable for the most part. The largest issue i had with this property was that in the room directly above me they were doing what i hope were renovations (not made known to me at check in). There was A LOT of drilling sounds, stomping around, hammering and things being unexpectedly dropped. I can't tell you how many times i yelled, oh my god or what the hell because i had just jumped 10 feet in the air. This went on literally all night. The people upstairs were hitting the floor so hard i had to turn my light off because they were causing it to flash. Zero regard for anyone that may have been staying around or under them. Website says they offer non-smoking rooms but people smoke outside them. If i could give negative stars i would. Will not return.
The person who checked us in seems confused about what room we were suppose to be in, and couldn't read my ID. The room had stained sheets. I was told I didn't need a password for the WIFI, however, I could never connect to the WIFI so maybe that's why I didn't need a password.
Good. We have stayed here many time. Especially lume the price.I
There was too much. Stuff under tables and counters in the office and entrance area thatt should have been put Away. The outside was not very organized looking. I.ve been in abv hotels that look a lot better. This hotel could have looked better, in my opinion.. not a good representation.
Their breakfast is very good. The air conditioners need to be upgraded & have a musty smell.
dirty and disrepair
It’s dirty and in need of much repair. The dead bolt on the front door wouldn’t latch. I informed them around 8:15p.and no one showed up till 10:45. They knocked but I did me acknowledge them. There was a back door that didn’t have a dead bolt. They gave me a room on the 3rd floor and in almost 70 years old.
The staff was very friendly and willing to help, the buildings were old and dated but clean
It was pet friendly. Very clean and quiet. Would stay again
Great front desk service. Room is expected for the price, but the shower was not clean. Hair was all over the shower walls and drain and a unpacked-used soap was left in the shower too. The sheets also didn’t stay on the bed.
Great Experience
An unexpected great experience. Wonderful service, very well maintained Inn. Location is wonderful, close to a lot of shows. Bright and cheerful and a pool to boot to cool off from the heat. Price was great. Free breakfast: hot food option, very clean, perfectly organized, fresh and inviting breakfast area.
Quiet, right off the main road but within 2 minutes. Instead of paying some atrocious price for some Bougie location this was a great alternative!!! Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again
Disappointed
The staff was very courteous and friendly. The room was not very clean. The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it reeked of smoke. The beds were not comfortable at all. The rooms definitely need to be updated.
Nope!!
I wasn’t expecting anything fancy but I also wasn’t expecting brick walls and car air fresheners. The beds were awful. There was zero padding. It felt like we were sleeping on straight springs. The only good part was it was in a good location to many things in Branson. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Great pool .. well stocked breakfast .. staff very helpful & courteous. Only complaint would be the small breakfast space.
Check in was easy and Tracy was friendly and helpful she gave us an upgrade. Close to all attractions easy parking.
Don’t do it
Dirty rooms, sketchy people on property, terrible service.
Ozzy was wonderful
Hard mattress. Front desk was amazing.

I would not recommend this hotel for several reaons. Breakfast was not available. They said they would not start serving breakfast until March. There was no hot water so they moved us to a different room and it wasn't much better. Only luke warm water for our showers. The office was not open in the morning when we tried to notify about no hot water. We had to knock on the door several times before someone let us in and they appeared to have just rolled out of bed with bed head and still wearing pajamas. The rooms are dimly lit and the curtains would not shut completely. We used the clips of two ink pens to close the curtains.
