Very pleasant, clean and well kept hotel.

The hotel is ok, however, the house keeping department, as from my opinion, needs to improve their efficiency! This time, I went to Kuala Lumpur for the medical reason, but the rooms left not cleaning up till the afternoons. In which , I wasn’t able to take a rest. Need to call the housekeeper to make up the rooms! This kind of late cleaning up the room, I have never encountered such situation in any other 5-star hotels I have ever stayed in !

Lovely easy stay

Eaay check in and out. Friendly staff nothing is a problem Great location if your a confident traveller and will use public transport as right opposite Mall close aswell

Clean and spacious rooms, professional front desk staff. Conveniently walkable to malls, eateries and LRT station. One minor issue was the slow draining sink in the bathroom, and occasional odour from bathroom trap but room was otherwise well serviced.

Best hotel I ever stayed in KL. The front office staff are not only efficient, and competent but also highly professional. A very special mention to Misha and Nizam. Definitely assets to Amari Hotel.

Had a pillow menu but most pillow were not available which defeat the purpose. House keeping left a cleaning cloth in my room. Plus point is walkable to mid valley. Average hotel.

Nice & well positioned hotel, met all my needs

My first choice when traveling to KL. Really love it as the cleanliness, convenient location and easy access to mid valley mega mall.

Easy walk to LRT station and mid valley mall. Short convenient walk to 7-11. Two stations away from Central Market. Very spacious clean room for a standard room. Bonus that when purchase breakfast, includes an evening cocktail and canapes from 5pm - 7:30pm. Breakfast have large selections of Chinese, Malaysia and Western.

Nice new decor but most rooms have blocked views. No club lounge even though it’s stating but instead they offer flow of beer and drinks at their cafe. No hotels,com gold member benefits were regarded.

I had such a bad experiences at Amari Kuala Lumpur. And I’ve decided to share my thoughts. I suffered the worst allergic reactions when I arrived in Malaysia, so I was super careful and I was so sensitive to everything, Amari detergent used on their sheets and robes cause my hives to get much worst. My apple charger when missing ( pretty much taken) And to top it all , my half finish filled laundry bag got taken without my consent’s. Suffice to say, The worst hotel experiences in my life! And I have stayed in 5 stars hotel all over the globe! I have never leave a bad reviews for any hotels in my short life. But Amari made me feel so bad. I do not want anyone else experiencing my misfortune. Suffice to say , I will not stay there again.

Good and clean

the room is clean and service is quite good... only thing is about the car.. per entry charge RM5.. we are guest... they should charge one time is enough.

Hotel room is clean and cozy. Staff are friendly and nice.

Worth every penny

New hotel in KL EcoCity worth a try

We stayed in a superior King room. The view was amazing. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning just right. Pool was very clean and mostly quiet, with a panoramic view of surrounding city. Hotel is not in KL city or Bukit Bintang area but we still had free tour pickups. Its proximity to Adbullah Hukum LRT and KTM makes city centre and tourist attactions easily accessible. It is just adjacent to two Megamalls with plenty of eating and shopping options. The Hor Fun in the hotel's own restaurant Amaya Food Gallery is amazing, but a bit pricey. In the foyer of the hotel, there is a real ginger bread house with frosting!

Hotel is new but shower area very dirty, look like was not clean for a long time with stains. Bed was too soft, very uncomfortable for me with back problem. Bed frame and hot water kettle were also dusty.

It's new. I enjoyed the decor and the service.

Nice place and the room is big clean and the service is excellent. Only that you need to walk a little distance for food and shopping

Great hotel except that room was not cleaned well on the first night (hair on the carpet). But housekeeping rectified that immediately after informing them.

I love staying here. The only feedback u have is on the room service, the options past 10 are very limited, and the person on the phone was not very friendly at all, in fact quite rude

I always stay at this hotel when doing business in KL. It is ultra clean; the service is impeccable, and it has one of the best breakfasts I have ever enjoyed.

We stayed at a club suite for 8 nights. Complimentary laundry (limited to 3 pcs of garment daily) was very much appreciated. Very fast wifi. Convenient covered passageway to Megamall & LRT station. Staff worked hard to make our stay a pleasant one

A new & clean business hotel located at a very good location. Basic amenities, spacious rooms but the single beds are too small/narrow.
