C'est un grand appartement moderne au centre de Lisbonne avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Il faut avoir une connexion internet sur son téléphone afin de pouvoir faire un self check-in et d'avoir les codes d'accès. Le service client de l'appartement (Altido) n'est pas facile d'avoir au téléphone et ils ne parlent pas bien l'anglais. Assez réactifs pour vous répondre aux mails (sous 24 heures). L'appartement est calme sauf dans l'entrée et dans le séjour on entend le couloir et un peu la rue. Les lits sont confortables et le coin cuisine est bien équipé pour préparer le petit déjeuner ou un repas. Le mobilier est plutôt style Ikea et un peu fragile. Tout est près (un supermarché, la plupart de visites du centre, la gare de Rossi).

nice apartment but lack of personal touch
The apartment is in a very good location, convenience for shopping and transportation. The rooms are clean and large. The building is old but inside remodeling is modern and clean. Two things should be considered for improvement. (1) there is no microwave in kitchen. (2) lack of personal touch, for example, has coffee maker but no coffee, has kitchen but no basic seasoning, not even salt and pepper, has a washer but no detergent, etc. Those little details made living there much more inconvenience.
