I had unfortunate experiences: 1. Cold water in shower first night 2. Lights didn’t turn on due to blown fuse 3. The breakfast didn’t have variety for $17

Great modern facility in an excellent location.

We found the Aloft staff to be generally helpful and very friendly. The property had very good amenities was well fitted and comfortable. Laundry facilities were very good and common areas were well appointed. Anne, Michael and Aaron shone out as helpful and very willing to provide good service in this relatively new property. Convenient location with great access to the city. Pricing good.

I liked the idea of discounted parking but I couldn’t get the ticket payment machine to work and was charged €50 for parking. Nothing is in English in the parking garage so you can easily become a prisoner. Aloft’s cop-out is they don’t own the garage. The dryer in the laundry room is also a joke. After 2 hours, my clothes were still wet. The only saving graces are the great employees and the convenience of having an Aldi next door and a food court.

Lovely room, great view and amazing hospitality

I like the very quiet rooms, friendly staff, convenient location, A/C and the ALOFT brand. I did not like that the wallpaper and carpets looked dated and that I received vaccuming in my room only twice during a 15-night stay, and then only after I requested it.

Decent stay but needs some updating. Walls and carpets are stained, splatters all over walls- clean but looked gross. Bathroom door didn’t stay shut. Over all just ok.

recep charged me twice for the room but they were able to resolve the issue of refunding me the over charge before check out. hotel is in the same building as the mall beside it so parking was very easy. park in a1 or b1 and find the pink door to the hotel. dont forget to convert your parking ticket to a multi day multi pass ticket in the parking machine so that parking is cheaper and more convenient. close drive to porsche and benz museum.

Hotel is okay. But there was no hot water on two occasions. Unusual for a hotel of this standard.

The hotel is very well run, and the rooms are extremely comfortable and very clean and quiet. The bar was not open the two nights I stayed which was inconvenient for business. Great bed and very central location

We had few maintenance issues on our room but the staff fixed it right away. Anna was very helpful.

Contemporarily Nice

Had fun, met Andrea, Jiovanna and other staff members who were very kind and friendly, i enjoyed my stay and breakfast.

Parking is in a garage, make sure you use the elevator with the pink Aloft door that takes you up to the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the hotel was quiet. We were traveling extensively so I took advantage of the free washer/dryer. You can get laundry pods at the desk. I wouldn’t wash anything white, it messed up a few of my shirts because it picked up color from somewhere. Restaurants accessible at street level.

Great location with good transport, food and shopping options. Staff were friendly and the room was awesome.

The staff were so wonderful on arrival. They heard my woeful German and quickly changed to fluent English. When I went looking for ice after checking in, it was provided without question along with lemon and 2 free cookies for our children. Thank you! The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower roomy. Breakfast was simple and delicious. We walked to the hotel from the train station. The uphill stretch on arrival wasn’t too bad and downhill, very easy on the way back. Thank you to the team at Aloft Stuttgart!

great stay

we had one day in Stuttgart mainly to visit the superb Porsche museum. Hotel was very comfortable, with a great breakfast, and we greatly enjoyed our stay. Stuttgart centre also great and we should have allowed another day in our Bavarian tour. thanks

Was accommodated with a room upgrade and early check in which was so incredibly helpful during our visit to Stuttgart.

Comfortable with quiet

New hotel, comfortable and quiet 10 minute walk to train, (train station difficult to navigate during reconstruction works). Large multi level shopping centre right next door.

This hotel ia perfectly located next to the metro station and kings street which is the main shopping hub.

Disappointing Stay

Stains on furniture. Hallways scuffed and carpet dirty. Prepare to sweat while you wait for the elevator. Adult stains on the bean bag chair. Hotel staff just turned it around as their initial solution! I had it removed. AC in first room was squealing so all this happened in a second room. Bar was dead at night. Many options at this price point in Stuttgart. Not sure why this place is so highly rated. A disaster given the Aloft brand has been generally good in my experience.

Property is modern and very clean. What i didn’t like is there should have been more descriptions on how to find the hotel from the A and B shopping parking i.e a simple one line that says “look out for the signs and door to the hotel entrance from within the parking lot” we spent 30min walking around in the cold looking for the hotel outside when there was simple access within the shopping centre parking lot.

Nice modern hotel with friendly staff, large clean room, excellent WiFi, small fridge and large flat screen TV (but unfortunately no apps such as Netflix, Youtube etc.) Large bar/dining area, a nice little gym on the top floor and a small Laundry with washing machine and dryer. The location was perfect being a short (10-15 min) walk from the Central station and the hotel is attached to a modern three level shopping centre with plenty of cafes and shops. There is also a lift to the subway (not Central Station) just outside the front door. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

What I liked: 1) Excellent reception staff in particular Reza. Very helpful as were the others when asked questions. 2) Liked the microwave facility in reception which we were able to use along with crockery. Liked the Mall with lots of food options and the U-Bahn with good transport links both next to the hotel. What I didn't like: 1) Fire Alarm went off due to someone smoking in their room, at 6.30am my son and I had to leave our room and wait outside only to be told it was a false alarm. Although I don't blame the hotel, this is a good indicator of the type of residents the hotel attracts. 2) Stains on walls - appreciate cleaning staff may not pick up on everything but again a good indication of the type of residents the hotel attracts 3) No room service although there are snacks in reception 4) Bedroom was modern but just a little worn out, could do with a refresh All in all, I wouldn't stay here again as a parent travelling with one child

This hotel had no place to sit and relax besides your room. Has a great view of a courtyard that doesn’t belong to hotel. Look but don’t touch is deceiving. In the evening varies clubs use the lobby for activities.

I liked the hotel cleanness overall!

Not easy to find. There is no signage for the property on the outside of the building. The parking is not at the hotel and we only found it by accident whilst searching for the hotel. Check in was at 3pm and as we were early we were not allowed to check in so we had to change for our meeting in the toilets in reception. However, whilst we were in reception around 2.15pm other guests were allowed to check in.

Finding this place is a nightmare! They really need to communicate to first time visitors how to reach the lobby. This one issue stole the victory from this property. The room is very nice and up to date, well done! But the hassle we went through to get there will keep us from returning.

Staff was extra helpful in getting us on the correct trains for the things we wanted to see in Stuttgard

The property was typical of the aloft brand which is great. The service from Staff was commendable and even going the extra mile to help a guest in need. It was a shame that their pizzas were not made in-house and that the bar wasn't open from round three o'clock for coffee service and all week!

Exceptional service with modern, clean rooms

Modern and comfortable hotel with free coffee and connected to mall. Free to use laundry and dryer on 4th floor. Reception speaks good English and is helpful and attentive. When I had trouble converting my parking ticket to the 24 hour ticket, she walked with me to the mall to help me with it. Exceptional! Will stay here again if I visit Stuttgart.

The room was comfortable and safe. I would have liked regular vacuuming during my 13 day stay. The staff was polite and professional. This was my second longer stay, and I will stay there in the future.

Encountered bathroom flooding after showering. Have feedback to Hotel manager on the lack of proactiveness regarding the assistance to guests during change of room. They have since done the relevant customer service recovery.

Pleasant experience, good value for families! I've been to other Aloft properties in the US and this one in Stuttgart provided a consistent experience, with modern, minimalistic style rooms, and nice amenities. We were a family of 4 and we stayed very comfortably in one room. The hotel lounge had a pool table and a foosball table for kids and adults. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a weekend city trip!

The hotel itself is very unique and modern. The decor is very swanky and cute. Absolutely love the location!! It's connected to a shopping mall and there is SO MUCH going on in this area of the city.

Friendly staff, great location, everything in good condition. Right next to bus stop and U-Bahn station, so it was very convenient. A typical hotel of a big chain, professional but not at all personal. The service was poor as they only provide cleaning services once every 3 days. The rubbish bins were very small, so we had to bring out our rubbish every day.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is clean, stylish and staff are very friendly & spoke English. The room was very spacious and bed was very comfortable. **Be sure at check-in to ask if you park in the correct parking garage.

Location makes this hotel perfect! Just outside a U-tram/train station and very near Stuttgart Central station that you can opt to walk.

I was assigned a room next to the elevator and asked to change. The front desk lady was not too happy with my request even though I have not even enter the room. I was disappointed with her attitude. Also a bit disappointed with the sound insulation- you can hear people talking in the hallway 2:00 in the morning loud and clear Breakfast was ok and the location is a bit tricky to find if you walk over from train station.

Comfortable stay with a few niggles

Really nice hotel that was clean with very comfortable and decent sized beds. They had Bliss products in the bathroom which were lovely to use. Location was handy with a metro station close by and a mall next door so good for shopping. Very quiet room so good for sleeping. The downsides were the bathroom door that had come off the hinges slightly so we had to drag the door to close and it wouldn’t fully close. There was a used body lotion tube as part of the toiletries but not replaced. I had a coffee and the supplies (cup and coffee sachets) were not replaced either. Two of the power sockets in the bathroom didn’t work. The beds were very comfortable but weren’t made up properly so the sheets came loose instead of being tucked in properly so it was a bit annoying when you’re sleeping.

clean, tidy and well located property. on a saturday morning, it was interesting to see that fresh bakeries were not served for the breakfast after 10.00 am though breakfast was served until 11.00 am. we had already finished breakfast around 10.00 am but this rather surprised us.

Great location and links to public transport. Nice modern and spacious rooms. Friendly staff.

Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff was good and the breakfast downstairs convenient. I cannot rate this higher because value needs to be considered and this was far and away the most expensive lodging of our 11 day trip through Germany and Austria. Stuttgart is not a large city but this had big city pricing, for the smallest and poorest stocked room of our entire trip.

Amazing Stay

The stay was very comfortable and the representatives at the front desk were extremely warm and There were brilliant restaurants around the hotel as well as the hotel was attached to the mall.

Super location right in the heart of the mall and helpful staff. Its important to contact them to find the right directions or you be walking half a mile around the mall. Staff was patient to reply and give be directions how to come via the U-Bahn. The rooms was spacious and clean. Had 2 single bed ( stayed with my dad). Lots were provided inc shower foam, toothbrush etc. EVEN Coffee & tea provided. I cannot ask for more!! impressive and put alot bigger names to shame!! when i come back to stuttgart i will definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Very modern and clean hotel with good WiFi. Marriott brand. The bartender was great. 24/7 coffee/espresso. It’s next to and actually part of a shopping center/mall with some construction so it’s a little difficult to find. You need to enter from the west side of the building, and there were no outside signs until you see the interior sign. But google maps is correct. I actually ate at the Jaz hotel next door which was really good.

Clean, convenient hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. Big rooms and close to amenities as its connected to a large shopping centre. Double glazing ensures that you cannot hear traffic or the shoppers. UBhan underneath the shopping centre and there is a lift near the entrance to the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Aloft Stuttgart is a great hotel . Surprisingly quiet and peaceful considering its above a shopping centre! We had a room on the 6th floor with two 4ft double beds and views over the little apartment complex and children's playground behind the hotel. Just about 7 mins walk from the town centre. Clean modern room and very helpful, English speaking staff. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but has breakfast facilities and a kind of shop where you can get snacks and drinks 24 hours. But inside the shopping centre there are loads of places to eat. Be aware though, it's closed on Sundays. The hotel has a lovely bar area that has live music some nights. Very happy with this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Modern vibe with excellent facilities. Very friendly staff and the rooms are massive

We stayed there for 2 nights and overall the service from the staff was really good. At check in and throughout our stay the staff provide good recommendations for places to visit and directions for the christmas market. A nice touch was that the hotel had spare umbrellas for guest to borrow. However, this was somewhat ruined when we found some items and hairs in the room from previous guests and the sheets had a faint smell and were not changed when requested.

Great location - only one stop from central station and right by the U-Bahn stop for Stadtbibliothek. Room was large, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing! Double layered windows meant we heard very little traffic noise and the hotel was generally quiet. The hotel bar was comfortable. We had food there one evening and drinks on other nights. Staff were friendly and sympathetic to my attempts to speak German but were happy to switch to English when I failed. If I had one complaint it would be that the pillows were too soft. Really happy with my stay and would book again.

14 men, a beer festival and a great hotel!

14 of us stayed at the Aloft, the facilities, staff and access to transport links is excellent. We were visiting the Beer Festival at Bad Cannstatter and had a great time. The location was superb, situated close to a cafe culture square and a large shopping complex. On departure two of our party had left their passports and the hotel called me and we were able to get them before we left. The friendly staff are a credit to the Aloft. The receptionist actually followed us out of the hotel to give us a mobile one of us had left on the counter.... above and beyond in my opinion. Would definitely recommend and use again

Passing through Stuttgart

This place was in a great location, only 10 minutes from the main station with transport links around. Plenty of shopping and places to eat plus the hotel bar is there should you choose to use it. The rooms are really big and comfortable; whilst the staff were always there to help

100% recommend this hotel!!!! It was fantastic!

Great hotel! Really cool vibe and the staff is very helpful! The rules were very clean and seemed brand new. This was probably the best hotel on our trip. I would absolutely 100% stay here again and again. The only things to keep in mind, parking was a little confusing. You need to park in the Milaneos Mall parking deck which is behind the hotel and under ground. Once you figure it out, it's very simple. The only other item was that the shower is flat and water can leak out on the floor so aim the shower head down or away from the shower door. The staff is amazing. We ordered pizzas there and they were fantastic. Great stay!
