Amazing as always!! Thank you for the wasy parking and easy options for shopping and dining! The live music on wed nights is cool as well!

My stay was great! It was close to a lot of places in case you forget things like myself! The staff was very friendly and the room was clean!

Nice business hotel

Location

Parking is lacking if you drive a big truck as our dually wouldn't fitvin the garage. Otherwise its a great hotel.

Quiet, clean, friendly staff, easy to get to, reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property. Clean and quiet and within easy walking distance of grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Felt safe and was in a good location to get around Seattle. Will stay here again.

It was a very clean hotel with lots of space! The area was amazing as well.

Love the aesthetic of Aloft hotels. Wish there were microwaves in room. Other than that, it's often my chosen place to stay.

I had booked the Hotel for late check-In for a client, they allocated 430. (No one answered call after 12:30 AM for 1 hour). I need to walk to opposite reception area. They had allocated 430 room, which is completely noisy and horrible to sleep. Whenever we setup temperature to normal room the fan makes noise if we leave it at 74 its not making noise. Some kind of stupidity. I had requested for cancelling the room and they still charged full amount

Ok for the money

Very secure Hotel, exceptionally clean

The room was well kept and clean, I did notice in the shower that the floor had some sag around the drain.. everything in the Hotel was clean and secure.

The room is decent size. There are lots of good restaurants around and walking distance. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Bellevue.

Good stay

No complaints. Place was clean, quiet, and comfy. I appreciated the black out curtains.

Beautiful design and fun area. We couldn't swim because the pool was small and full. The walls must not be well insulated because one of the rooms was kind of loud and I couldn't sleep.

Always loved the Aloft brand and this stay was no different: - Modern, spacious, and clean room - Updated, spacious, and clean gym - Beautiful indoor pool (although strong chlorine smell) and spacious outdoor area including fire pit - Complimentary continental breakfast that was very good - Excellent location proximate to lots of restaurants and retail We had a toilet leak that was fixed promptly. Absolutely no complaints and would stay here in a heartbeat again!

Great location, nice park nearby to go for a walk. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of shopping and dining spots close by and easy commute to downtown Bellevue and Seattle.

Th carpets in the rooms were quite dirty - visible large spills coffee? Around room. Check in left us with inactive keys for rooms and garage. It took a long time to check in since and I had prepaid. The staff seemed a little put out. It was a last minute Expedia booking.

Very close to Microsoft campus. Very clean and rooms are modern and quiet.

Beautiful hotel, great stay and nice man checked us in.

The stay was average. The rooms are clean with a modern design. The staff was kind, and helpful. The pool is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. Prices for food and drinks were somewhat inflated but conveniently available. There are games available in the lobby, and outside. Would be a good place to stay if you have kids traveling with you. My biggest let down is that Expedia advertised parking was free, unfortunately it’s $15 a day.

It was a really cool hotel. The ambiance was very modern. The check in was awful. The counter guy put us in a king room when we booked for 2 queens. (They did the same to my sister in law). They did attempt to fix it. But next morning there was no one at the desk with a note to go across the lot to the other hotel for help… but there was a sight impaired lady standing there so confused as she couldn’t read the sign or find te other hotel… that wasn’t cool

No staff to check in, no maid service or clean towels. I called the desk to ask and even though the website says daily housekeeping I was told that if I wanted housekeeping I would have had to notify the property 24 hours before my arrival. That is just wrong for any hotel. Always was happy to stay at the SeaTac location! Never again in Seattle-Redmond.

Pet friendly!

The room itself was very modern. It was spacious for my two dogs. I love the “ARF” door tag that they give you when you have pets. It tells the staff and neighbours that the room has pets inside. The only thing is parking is not easy here if you drive a truck. Their under ground parking is only 6’4”, so we had to park on the street. There is not a lot of street parking available either. We had to park at the next street over. we also noticed a stain on the sheets. When we got there. But because we had dogs, we just left it. AC is very strong here! My dogs thoroughly enjoyed that in the summer heat! Neighborhood is quiet and full of dogs. There’s a cute patch of fake grass with doggy bags nearby. My dogs never used it, we just went to the park instead. Lots of doggy bags offered by the parks and lots of green running space! Overall, we probably would stay here again, if we brought another smaller vehicle.

Expedia bookings are always welcome at Aloft Redmond and treated as elite status members. Fast seamless check-in and most special request honored.

Front desk clerk was very friendly and the rooms are very cozy.

I wish their was a hot tub

The staff didn’t know how to make additional keys at check in. When calling for towels staff said I had to come down and get them and when I went down it was just left on the side of the desk no staff present to greet me etc.

Book at your own risk. 6AM fire alarms and police activity (at the neighboring apartment complex) are not unusual.

Bad room service

Room service staff was terrible. Had to call twice to request a crib and the person who delivered the crib just left it at the door. We asked him to bring us an extra bedsheet for the crib, and he just never bother to return.

I think parking should have been included. Other than that our room was great. Very minimal but all we needed and nice .

This hotel was practically empty for a holiday weekend. Exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds. We didn’t use the pool, or visit the bar. The check-in staff was emotionless, no smile or thank you, or welcome. Staff the next day was pleasant.

Garbage bartender

Bartender was unpleasant. The hostess told us that last call was 9:30 we showed up at 9:10. My girlfriend and I wanted a night cap prior to going up for the night. It was awkward and he stated that he just said last call prior to our arrival. He was short with us and was like I'll pour you a beer. "Whaddaya want". I ordered a beer which he poured and put on the counter. He barked at my girlfriend about what she wanted, since she had no desire for a beer so she said nothing. So now our relaxing last drink of the night turned into a stressful drink alone. I no longer wanted the beer. So we left it on the counter. (Since the bartender pretty much sprinted to the back leaving us there) he came back and grabbed the beer. "Here take this with you. No sense wasting it" after he handed it to me he spouts off with "I'll buy it for you". Dick

Great vibe...unique. Good value...nice, dry parking lot in the garage (there is a fee for parking). My only complaint...no micro wave in the room and a standard shower with a weaker water stream and an unadjustable shower head so the flow could not be controlled. Small matter...overall, great hotel. Not that tired, old, standard hotel experience. Great change of pace.

Staff are winderful!

Nice hotel, residential/close to Microsoft. Few restaurants in area, nothing close to hotel open for breakfast, hotel food/bar closed during the weekend, only garbage snacks available for purchase. Front desk receptionist kept coughing, no mask with covid still around and no one wearing masks. Really disappointing.

Nice clean hotel, convenient location, and breakfast included which was nice!

This is a nice, clean hotel set in a safe neighbourhood. There are also some restaurants close by so overall great hotel. What I didn't like is that there are no room services. I stayed for 6 days and had to take out my own garbage as it was full twice. I would have expected the room service in the middle of my stay.

It’s a great hotel, conveniently located to all our favorite places to shop and dine. Only one small complaint…the small fridge makes a very loud whine every few hours.

Restaurant and bar was not open which is one of the main reasons we booked that particular hotel, however overall a nice place.

Quiet, easy access to downtown Seattle, staff were pleasant, facilites good. Little in the way of family eating options . Staff shortages meant limited housekeeping.

Clean and efficient

Came up for one night to a Marymoor concert. Hotel was so clean and efficient! Would definitely stay here again. Parking garage was very tight for my truck.

We came to the area for a concert and it couldn't have been more convenient.

New and trendy place. Perfectly adequate, rooms are quite small.

Great people working there and terrific back yard which was our favourite part of our stay. Free Breakfast was a bonus and well worth it!

Friendly staff, comfortable clean and stylish room.

Over the stay was good we were there for a soccer tournament . Our first night I was treated horribly, by the bar worker an elderly African American women . That was so so rude infront of my son . And falsely accused me of cursing at here while my son was there next to me . I spoke with the manager Danielle Whitaker and she was absolutely no help at all, siding her worker , I feel like I was racially profiled. All did was ask where the Dinner area was an the bar worker continued to be rude an telling me i wasn’t allowed in there . And repeated to say she would not attend us . Horrible experience nice hotel . Won’t stay there ever again .

Comfortable and Clean

Very comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly.

I requested a wheelchair accessible room with two beds. Got the two beds but the space wasn’t very wheelchair friendly. I blame it on communication between expedia and the hotel.

What I liked was that the front desk was really helpful and friendly, they were prompt in dealing with our requests. The cleaning needs to be improved and I found that the first cleaner that I dealt with was quite rude and unprofessional. She was impatient and didn't do a good enough job at cleaning after 4 days into my stay. I think it wasn't fair that our rooms would only be cleaned every 4 days by default. The second time my room was supposed to be cleaned, no one ended up cleaning it and I had to make a request for cleaning on the next day. The complementary breakfast on the Element hotel side did not have much variety from day to day, it was pretty much the same food every day. After eating the same thing over and over again, it would get boring. I think the cleaning should be done every day and the items such as water bottles were not being replenished unless I asked for it. I feel that it should be done often.

Well maintained and like new property, the room was clean and nice. The only thing is that the room was so small and tiny that I didn’t like.

Great hotel with even better amenities. Loved the gym and the bar/restaurant. Parking garage was easy to navigate. Great location by major highways.

Property is less then 5 minutes from my daughter's home. Staff were informed and friendly. Room was clean and able to make DARK while sleeping. Only issue was room needs rugs on bathroom as when you get out of the shower the floor is slippery where your wet feet have walked. Other wise stay was perfect. Will stay there again

Such a poor experience. The room we stayed in hadn’t been used in a long time. Blinds didn’t raise, power outlets didn’t work (so no working fridge), cobwebs everywhere, no tissue, no TP. Maintenance came and was unable to help with the blinds and even replaced the fridge but still didn’t work. The front desk of the adjacent hotel we had to check in at offered free parking and complimentary breakfast but too uncomfortable and our food going bad since there was no fridge we left at 3am. The front desk didn’t know of our situation and I was told they couldn’t do anything for me since I booked through Expedia. I have a $100 charge on my card for incidentals, no sign of a discount and every time I call the front desk of both hotels there is no answer/recording to leave a message. We also accidentally left an item in the room on a shelf and we’ve not been contacted about the left item. I know times are hard with Covid but if I’m going to pay the most for a deluxe room I’d hope to receive better service/stay.

Newer hotel in a location near amenities.

If you like staying in a college style dorm this hotel is it. No service inside the room (cleaning, fresh towels etc.) and you have to leave your garbage can in the hallway to get it emptied. Good for some but not for me.

The staff was not friendly, difficult to find a staff member when I needed help. Checkout and checking in process was inconvenient since I had to go to the opposite side (other property) and when suggested it was inconvenient the front desk personnel got upset and argumentative.

Clean and big room but the check in is in the Element side, which there was no sign about it.

Nice hotel for either business or personal stay. Only 2 complaints: 1-No notice on Hotels.com that the parking was paid and 2-no one at the desk when I arrived at 9pm, no note or notice, no telephone to call anyone. Had to wait in the lobby wondering and wandering for nearly 30 minutes.

BEWARE: ALOFT/ELEMENT IN REDMOND, WA

The front desk staff was exceedingly rude and unprofessional. They attempted to charge me a shockingly high "incidentals" charge... more than I've ever seen, and I have stayed at many hotels regularly as I travel for business. I asked for a moment to transfer some funds into the correct account to cover the incidentals, and the front desk person responded by saying if I didn't finish checking in within 30 minutes that I would be asked to leave the property. I had never heard of this policy before, but anyway I stated " That won't be a problem I should have the funds transferred any moment" Then the desk person said actually I've decided you have less than ten minutes. I felt disrespected but was able to transfer the funds and began handing my card over to make payment. That's when I was informed that my reservation would not be honored and would need to leave the property right away or they would call the police. I was appalled by this treatment and could not imagine anything I had done to offend this person or that would justify being turned away after I already paid in full to book the room and had presented valid ID and was prepared to pay the ridiculously high incidentals fee within the time limit that was being imposed. They refused to honor my paid reservation or to process a refund.

Clean, modern, great amenities

The heating system was broken and it was only 40 degrees out. I would like to receive a refund for this nights stay.

The room was very clean. The shower was great. I got a great night’s sleep on the bed too. Overall a great place to stay.

This hotel is in walking distance so I can visit family in a facility close by , staff is nice and always quiet and restful

First time in my life hotel could not fix breakfast to go because chef was ready to go home. Even in the morning the front desk did not try to put anything together. Management should check into it especially with Covid-19 that most hotel pack breakfast to go only.
