Always first choice when we come through Austin for business. Lobby is always a vibe and the service is fantastic! Will be back soon

Gods location for me. Would’ve been nice to have a little store for essentials I didn’t use the pool but it looked nasty

Our bedsheets were dirty and we didn’t notice until the morning. The stain appeared to be blood. I have a picture.

Nice hotel, great staff. Its right by overpasses, so if highway noise bothers you, ask for a room away from the north side of the hotel.

Would Not Stay at this Location Again

Upon arriving to the hotel, there was not a single available parking space, and the location of the hotel does not offer off-site street parking. Extremely poor first impression. Upon walking into the hotel, it wreaked of cigarette smoke. When checking in, mind you it was 1120pm, I was just then informed of a switch in the room I had chosen, which was a decision made hours before (due to a leak) but this was not communicated in any fashion. When getting into my room, there was no soap or toiletries in the room at all. I slept well in the bed, but the rooms so close to the highway are definitely not soundproof. Would not stay here again and will be looking for a refund.

the property is very nice and modern! there’s a walmart near by and other food options the front desk lady’s were very nice and overall the experience was a good vibe! i would look to stay here again

The property was nice and clean but when I checked in, there were no keys available at the time of check in. Desk agent said we would get keys in 20-30 minutes after check in and that the manager was out getting keys. I could never leave my room since I did not have a key and did not feel safe. I never received a key during my time if stay and front desk said nothing could be done to help with any compensation.

The hotel was very comfortable. Beds were great. Clean and pleasant.

Property and room and check in was great! They only had one wine option which we did not care for and we wanted to relax and have a glass in the lobby and the management would not allow us to pour our own. We offered to pay. Was very disappointed about this part.

The bed was very comfortable. The problem was the outside noise from the vehicles in the area, on the highway woke me about 3 times during the night. Possibly installing other windows would help or a better sealant on the windows to drown out the noise. For this reason, I will not book this place again.

Great, clean facilities

Road noise

Shocked by the reviews we read. The only issue with this hotel and it is a very large one, is that the majority of the rooms front a very large traffic maze and the road noise is worse than anything I have experienced in the last few years of travel! Was able to move on 2nd night to the quiet side. Very nice staff.

Nice hotel, comfy bed

Great beds. Great staff. Parking is tough if you get in late, but enjoyed the stay.

We made a last minute decision to stay overnight in Austin and was happy to see the very reasonable rate for Aloft. By mistake we booked the Aloft further away from downtown, but it was close enough. We didn’t expect the traffic to be as loud as it was and hearing lots of loud door closing in the hallway late through the night. The bed was very comfortable and the decor was trendy and overall a nice experience. We never were able to catch a bartender downstairs, unfortunately. But the bar looked nice!

Water had a funny smell

The hotel and staff were great but it was super loud with it being right next to the highway. We were woken up all throughout the night with all of the noise.

The property was easy to access from the highway. Eating places are accessible and close to this hotel. Property was clean and staff was nice. They have a nice area to play pool and a few games. We enjoyed playing pool. I would recommend.

beautiful open design, clean, quiet, ability to stream on TV, hot showers, great soft beds= great sleep. friendly staff; free parking! (rare for Austin hotels); easy to get into town- but away from immediate hassle of it and outrageous parking fees.

The desk staff and housekeeping were accommodating and helpful. Very respectful and kind. Clean room and spacious compared to other places we have stayed for this price point. Easy access to the highway.

The property itself is fine the area around the property is known to have many transients and is not the safest area but overall my experience was good.

I've stayed in Aloft hotels a couple of times now and I always have a pleasant experience! Clean and modern rooms, great dining and drinking options, easy on-site parking. I have no complaints!

Hotel is new. Room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. It had everything I needed for a quick visit to Austin.

Some noise but great hotel

Some noise from the highway, everything else was perfect.

Had a great visit I wish the sound of traffic was a little quieter and the electric shades worked a little more easily other than that it’s a great hotel.

Very nice clean modern and clean, it has everything you need. The price was really good. Comfortable beds. Front desk could be more informative and more welcoming. Other that that I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I will stay there again.

The value and cleanliness of this location was very awesome. However, the location it is in is very noisy from the interstates right by it. You could hear the noise clearly in the room and great I sleep fast and hard. The room amenities were fabulous, chargers everywhere for my cameras and other gadgets.

The property was clean with trendy, modern decor. The area around the hotel felt very unsafe and the noise from the interstate was awful.

Nice clean hotel close to airport and family I was visiting. Views are of I-35 but didn’t care as all I needed was a safe good place to sleep.

I like that you had full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Great staff, the location of the hotel was a little noisy due to the freeway, we enjoyed the rooms and the hot freshly made breakfast in the morning.

It is a very clean quietly and at same time offer some entertainment live music every other Wednesday with a option bar and some breakfast for extra money. Parking. Just the mattress there were not comfortable for me. But really good everything else.

When booking it was mentioned v clearly that breakfast was included and it was not.. false advertising

excellent stay for price

excellent place, only negative was you're right next to freeway and can hear the highway 24/7 and that is your view. there is also a bunch of vagrants outside the surrounding area but they are not bothering anyone.

The hotel was clean. Not much you can do about the homeless setup across the street but it did give us concern about our vehicle in the parking lot. Would have liked to have heard about how the pool table worked - was it accessible to us?

Very beautiful hotel. Not located in town. You almost must have a car or arrange transport to get around.

We enjoyed the stay comfortable, clean and great staff. I gave 4 stars for around hotel just because just south of downtown isn’t greatest anymore but the building and grounds where clean

The property itself is fine. The staff is awesome! My only complaint is the area. Unfortunately, it’s unsafe for you to go walking around. Definitely sketchy free, single female to walk around.

Very nice hotel. Service very nice. I like to unpack- only 2 drawers. Bar/ restaurant not open for lunch. Trouble with internet in phones and computer.

Freeway noise not nice

With a very close proximity to a very busy freeway interchange, this is not an ideal place to stay whatsoever. The person at the front desk was slack and not helpful when we couldn’t get the blinds to go down. Really not a great place to stay if you wanna be anywhere near the heart of Austin.

Solid aloft Highway noise was significant

Our stay was perfect !! Staff was great as well as our bedroom. And the hotel is near the university where our son is living now.

everything was great except when I asked for a luggage cart I was told down the hall and to the left? I am partially disabled and walking for me is a chore

Very clean and comfortable. Nice hotel but a notable unhoused people walking in and out of parking lot and hanging around the premises.

The staff was fine, room was good but surroundings were not good and very noisy and pool area very loud going into the night. Just not a pleasant stay.The staff there was helpful

Great property!

Everything was great- just two areas that were not so great: 1) the room windows are not sound-proof so the noise from highway comes in high and 2) Bed mattress in one of the queen beds was very soft and for someone with back problems is tough sleep

Lots of homeless people. Was worried about my car getting broken into. Could hear the highway traffic all night. Had to download a white noise app on my phone.

The Aloft was a very welcome surprise as it was my first stay. I will wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to friends and relatives.

Clean, fun and affordable

Clean, modern hotel with fun decor, pool and large lobby. Nice staff. The only downside is whole location conveniently located to surrounding activities you will hear some highway traffic in room. Breakfast very minimal.

We really liked the property.

Shamika was absolutely fantastic, helpful, and professional. I had accidentally booked the wrong date through Expedia, and she very patiently helped me get the entire situation settled after a stressful day of traveling. I was so grateful for her. The rest of the staff was also very courteous and polite. The rooms were also clean and nice, and I would travel here again.

In the middle of major intersections, makes it extremely noisy. You open the window and see homeless doing drugs and walking around right in front. Asked the manager for dinner and kept saying they will have it as soon as the bar tender would arrive…closed at 5, 6 , 7:30…. He kept saying they will open but didn’t. Ended up ordering uber eats but that late. Would be better if he was honest and suggested to get food somewhere else instead.

very nice stay, and location is very close to everything you may want to see or do around the city! the staff was very nice and accommodating and definitely added to our experience in austin. the room was clean and updated, it was very nice to come back to at the end of the day.

Horrible location

Horrible location, especially with kids. Had to change rooms due to the smell of marijuana only to get put into a room that smelt like smoke. Our clothes smell disgusting. Will never stay here again or use hotels again. The eating was high so that what I went off of. Lesson learned…
