Fine if you don't want TV or need service.

I've been here 3 nights and the TV hasn't worked at all. I've requested - and was promised it would be fixed three times and still no TV. I should have changed rooms but I assumed they would take care of it. Lesson learned.

Very clean and accommodating staff. The only thing I will say is be careful in the front driveway if it rains.. I slipped and fell. Luckily I wasn’t hurt.

The hotel had a European feel to it with the design and amenities. It was clean and comfortable.

I liked the positivity of the staff and how clean the hotel was. The parking was easy to park. Very nice hotel with nearby food places making it convenient.

The staff was excited to greet me and my family and purchased a cake for me on my birthday.

It was a great stay. Very comfortable bed and the room was spacious.

Mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. All family mementos woke up back pain and headache

It was pretty good. I had to move the date of my reservation which I thought might happen because of a birth of a baby- which is why I purchased the hotel insurance. Well save your money on that. It wasn't useful at all. I ended up have to pay an extra $100 a night because i moved the dates. I requested my sheets be changed from the night before. My room was never touched. I had sheets waiting on my desk for me to change them myself. Trash wasn't taken out, room was not cleaned during my stay.

Clean facilities with kind and quick staff

The property and staff were great. Lots of pros. The only cons are thins walls and ac unit.

When I come into town for work trips, I choose the Aloft Northwest. It’s clean, convenient, and the service is great!

Your staff was rude, not available to help when the key to my room Didn’t work and the condition was overall terrible. The worst aloft I’ve stayed at. Used to stay at aloft exclusively but no longer after this experience

Our Go To Hotel

This has become our go to hotel when visiting family in Cedar Park. Everything is always so nice . . . The staff is friendly and helpful. Love the walkin shower. So easy for us older folks!

Hotel was in a good area with quick access to highway. Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms.

Wish it have happy hour with half price and some free snacks like cheese and popcorn like the embassy’s suites.

The stay was unpleasant due to the live and dead crickets in the hotel. Awful....

Exceeded expectations

Great pool and hot tub area. Nice outdoor patio. Facility is well maintained. Hotel was full , but still very quiet in the room. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was okay. We thought the room was a bit warm. It just never got cool enough for us. Bartender was great, he has taken care of us on multiple trips. Hotel does look a bit tired.

This was my second visit to this hotel and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Food, shopping, and entertainment close by just in case you don't want to go too far.

Rooms were a little dated and could’ve been cleaned better. Overall okay place to stay.

Great scent in the hotel lobby as we walked in to check-in. Checking in was like 5 mins. Extremely happy with the room cleanliness and the overall cleainess of the hotel. Will definitely stay again if I'm in town again. Oddly but they don't automatically provide body lotion anymore, might not be a big deal just thought I should mention.

Great room for the money!

This is the first time we've stayed at the Aloft in Cedar Park and we were very happy with the location and well as the accomadations. LOVE that the rooms have walk-in showers and the beds are not so high that you have to climb into them. It makes it easier for seniors like myself. This is close to my nephews house so this won't be our last stay there. The staff was also efficient and friendly.

NIce hotel. Accommodated our small dog well. Clean. Section with drinks and snacks well placed and nicely stocked. Plenty of adjacent lawn space to walk the pup. Safe parking lot and outside facility.

Great time and friendly staff

Very nice and clean, felt safe there. Most important things. The bummer was they had live music in the lobby but no bartender showed, so no evening cocktail and they don't do maid service daily so I had to hunt down towels.

only complaint is they didn't clean our rom and resupply coffee and towels unless I asked in between nights.

Room was nice, modern, and beds were very clean. As someone with allergies, I appreciated the memory foam pillows. Room was also surprisingly quiet and free from outside and neighboring noise. Great experience overall!!

We inly stay at aLoft when in Austin. This property makes me happy!! Clean quiet, friendly.

We unfortunately were only able to stay for one day but it was super close to restaurants and shopping attractions! It was clean and in a great area and there was even a karaoke night going on while we were there it was really nice and we'll definitely be coming back. :)

Our room next to the elevator was a bit noisy at night.

A group of families stayed at the Aloft for the local Austin Ninjas competition and the hotel was fantastic for us. Great pool. Fabulous outdoor area where the adults could relax but also keep an eye on the kids. The drinks were delicious, the food was great. Rooms were clean and modern and terrific. And the staff was super great with the kids being patient and asking how they did in their competition. So fantastic!

Overall really clean nice experience close by to a lot of store and restaurants walking distance would definitely stay again!

Nights were extremely noisy, from other guests running around to hearing the elevator cables banging all night long. Pool was filthy, green water in the spa and a backed up toilet. Never had enough towels stocked. Rooms were very small, sheets had gunk and hair, probably not changed.

Awesome staff and very accommodating for your my pet

I didn't like 1 soap and 1 cup for 3 people. Didn't clean room 2nd night! Beds were comfortable. AC was really cold.
