Brilliant accomodation at the Almena

My stay at the Almena was excellent. The staff were very helpful & friendly. The breakfast was fantastic & the location is superb

It's a nice clean hotel located not far from beach and blue port shopping mall. If you don't mind walking everything is withing walking distance. Staff was friendly there is a mixture of hotel clients from different nationalities. A few negative points is it's a bit out dated breakfast standard Aircondion didn't work properly. It deserves 3.5/5

For the price and location the hotel is great, budget hotel and get what you pay for. We had a lovely stay and no issues, friendly staff, rooms dated, but no issues at all, we was happy. Aircon worked really good and at no extra cost. Pool was lovely and clean and nice temp. Only down fall, it’s self catering, yet your not allowed to bring your own soft drink to the pool or even eat your own crisps and get told this when turn up to pool after going to the shop as you have to buy from there cafe.

Had a great stay , on my arrival I was met by seleem at reception (not sure of the spelling of his name) he was informative, knowledgeable of area, and professional, his English was great and communicated perfectly,we where early for check-in but he did his best and had the room ready for me in 20 minutes, room was as it showed on booking , and perfectly adequate for us, seleem had introduced me to staff at onsite bar, almena gardens bar and was treated very well, the hotel was clean and,had a great pool with loungers and drinks and food available , have no complaints was great stay.

Ok for the money

A reasonable budget hotel. The rooms are tired. It was 40° and the air con doesn't work! Breakfast was basic. On the positive side, it was cheap.

If you're a family, this is not the hotel for you. We requested not to be placed in the attic. We even had the email request translated into Turkish so no errors could be made. Yes we got the attic room. NO AIRCON. Even though it clearly states in the Expedia advert that aircon is included. Although we arrived in Turkey at 10.30pm after travelling for 48 hours from Australia. I still went back to reception and explained we couldn't stay in that room. They put is into 2 different rooms. We had to pay another 810 TL for this privilege. There were no lights in the hallways. The rooms were like walking into a crime scene, there was blood splatter on the wall, bedcover. The card reader was hanging off the wall with wires exposed. The shower head was broken and chipped. The water kept going from hot to cold and just trickled out. There was mould in the shower and on the ceiling. And i havent even mentioned the grime and filfth yet because that was secondary to how unsafe it was. I spoke to the reception staff and asked if I found different accommodation could i have a refund. Yes! Well i found different accommodation but the have refused to refund. Expedia have said they have not answered any of their requests.

Amazing

Lovely quiet place the staff are friendly. Wi-Fi not the best but the rest made up for it the pool is great with plenty of loungers, nice place to chill out the spa downstairs is also very good and good prices 😁 Shouts out to afuk the mans a legend pretty much gained ourselves a friend for life took us on nights out told us best places to book excursions etc. Sorted us a vip transfer and it was awesome so much better than a hot sweaty coach. Made our time at almena great was sad to leave them to be fair plenty of stuff nearby especially almena city pub with £1.50 a pint can’t go wrong 😁

Disappointing

I checked in the man on reception askes me to fill a form in so I did he shouted at me for not filling just sertion sections, I said u should said, then he had a go at me for not putting my passport number which it was and I had a go back at him, he didn't want too show me th room!

Staff fighting first night of my stay, & one of the chaps didn't even work at the hotel, he came from another hotel & he head butted a guest & 3 staff started punching & kicking a guest, then another 2 staff came, not to stop it all but to stand there watching & would of joined in. Police attended in the end, but horrible experience on my first night. Hence I didn't stay for rest of my 10day holiday.

I booked the Almena, based on locaiton and the ad. When I checked it, they brought me to the annexing hotel, with no explanation, and showed me the room there. The rooms were not the same standard, but they felt no need to explain. Just told me, this is my room. Totally unacceptable

1 quick night

Dissapointment in the room. Very poor room, no sheet on bed and an intermittent shower!!! Wont go again

Otel çok eski. Bakım yapılmamış. Odalar inanılmaz kirliydi. 4 kişil oda tuttuk ama biz 3 kişilk odaya yerleştirdiler. Mecburiyetten kaldık.

Otelin temizliği kötü ve havlu dahil yenilenmedi. Havuzuna dışardan insanlar giriyor. Kahvaltı çok kötü. Fiyat uygun diye aldanmayın.

Çarşaf,havlu vs 3 günde bir değişmesi çok kötü.Fakat konum olarak mükemmel.Fiyatina göre çok iyi.

Temizlik düzen güzeldi tavsiye ederim ilgili ve kibar bir işletme teşekkürler...

Berbat, sakın kalmayın. Oda, çarşaf ve havlu çok kirli, kahvaltıda haşlanmış yumurtası bile çok kötüydü.

Girişteki lobi çalışanından tutun , otele dair herşey berbattı. 5 dk kendi kendime düşündüm otelde ne iyi diye aklıma hiçbirşey gelmedi. Başta odamızın küçük olması ile dalga geçen birbirinize sarılıp uyursunuz ve eğile eğile yürürsünüz diye dalga geçen lobi çalışanından tutun . Sözde klima koymuşlar klima kendini bile soğutmuyor. Bir ara havalandırma bizim odaya mı açılıyor diye düşündük havalandırmanın yemek kokusu odamıza odamıza geliyordu. Odanın hijyeni hiç iyi değildi. Resepsiyonu aramak için konulan telefon çalışmıyordu. Kahvaltı hiç iyi değildi. Sular sabah kesikti. Anlicağınız hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü oteldi. Hiç tavsiye etmem paranıza yazık .

Otel fiyat ve konum olarak güzeldi,sahibi guzel ilgilendi,ama temizlik ve 4.katta su problemi vardı. Kahvaltısı kötüydü ,asansör arada arıza veriyodu.ama fiyatına göre iyi bi oteldi.

God beliggenhet men lavere kvalitet enn det vi opplevde med andre hoteller i Siteler områder. Røyking er ikke forbudt så det stinker. Hotels.com burde varslet meg om dette før jeg booket overnsttingen. Renholdet kunne blitt bedre. Personalet kom på rommet hver dag for rengjøring men spesielt baderommet var skittent før vi kom og hele uken vi var der. Slitt og dårlig vedlikeholdt hotell. Klimaanlegget, kjøleskapet, telefonen og flere ting virket ikke. Det kom høyt støy om nattene fra hotellets air conditioning system i hagen. Fint og stort svømmebasseng, hyggelige ansatte.

Ingen Aircondition men god beliggenhed

Aircondition virkede ikke igen i år, havde ellers sendt en mail i februar og da skrev de, det virkede og kørte 24/7 i juni, juli, august og september. Da jeg sagde det ikke virkede, sagde de bare at der var problemer denne dag og der ville komme tekniker næste dag, men det kom ikke til at virke overhovedet. Så det var en varm fornøjelse at overnatte der og man havde teressedør og vindue åben og kunne ikke sove, da Restauranten spillede højt musik til kl 2-3 stykker om natten. Det er trist at hotellet ikke gør noget for at forbedre de fejl og mangler der er, for hotellet er perfekt og ligge godt, tæt på strand, Restauranter, butikker og Centrum. Men at aircondition ikke virker er ikke okay. Generalt trænger hotellet til en omgang vedligeholdelse. Det er ikke nok at vil have penge for overnatningerne, man skal også holde hotellet.

The aircondition kept so bad noise that it was impossible to use. Toilet bin was leaking all the time. Shower was horrible, and dirty

Ingen städning

Sämsta hotellet i Turkiet som jag har bott på. Rummet var nedslitet och smutsigt. Städpersonalen tömde bara papperskorgen och bäddade sängen. Badrummet var inte rent vid ankomst heller. Hela hotellet behöver en rejäl vårstädning! Nedslitet rum och illaluktande kuddar. Äckligt kylskåp som ej var rent. Trasid hårtork i badrummet och personlen brydde sig inte om det. Stopp i avloppen i badrummet. Frukostbuffé där de kylda matvarorna inte hade kylplattor under faten. Störiga gäster som härjar i korridoren på nätterna. Kan inte rekommendera detta hotell!

God hotel til prisen

Dejlig hotel, venlig personale. Ligger tæt på strand og byliv. Men desværre virkede aircondition ikke de første dage og da det kom til at virke, var det kun fra kl 22.00 til. 08.00 det kørte pga elpriserne.

Memnuniyetle kaldık

Öncelikle otelin yeri çok güzel. Cadde üstünde ve merkezde. Sadece otoparkı olmaması dezavantaj. Çevrede araba park etmeye yer bulmaz zor. Hemen yanında alışveriş merkezi, mağazalar, restaurantlar var. (Alışveriş merkezi otoparkı günlük kullanılabilir ama 70 TL sanirim.)Havuzu yeterli büyüklükte ve temiz. Sabah kahvaltısı yeterli ve lezzetli. Oda çocuk için ekstra bir yatak olduğundan biraz küçük kalıyor ama sıkıntı değil. Kliması çok iyiydi. Sahile sıfır olan otellerin özel plajları var. Kullanmadım o sebeple fiyatını bilmiyorum. Yaklaşık 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde ücretsiz halk plajı var. Denizi temiz ve suyu sakin. Çabuk derinlesmiyor. Çocuklar için uygun. Kalabalık oluyor biraz erken gidilip şemsiye kapilabilir. Genel olarak gayet memnun kaldım.

Otel şehir merkezinde eski sayılabilir. Odalar ortalama hijyende. Kahvaltı vasat. Personeli ilgili ve canayakın. Otoparkı yok. Genel olarak kısa konaklamada tercih edilebilir

Çok bakımsız ve pis bir otel
