Nice location, spacious rooms and comfortable beds （not too soft）

This charming apartment style hotel in Lisbon by the water was a delightful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated, offering plenty of comfort. The breakfast was delicious, and having access to a well-equipped kitchen was a fantastic bonus. Overall, a great spot to discover all that the city has to offer.

Wonderful stay! Great friendly staff!! Joana was the best.

Linens were stained, property is not well maintained and outdated, Bugs in the bathroom.

Excellent service and location. Apartment was spacious and clean, and we appreciated having a kitchen and washer/dryer. Lovely place!

The staff was excellent, caring, thoughtful and always helpful. For my birthday, I arrived and a cake was waiting for me in my room. Personlized notes were set on our kitchen table. If I ever required assistance they were waiting to assist me. I will always stay here and recommend it to anyone! Just a great experience!

Property had communicated with me on bed type and arrival time. We were then greeted upon arrival and given a tour of the apartment. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. We had a party of 4 and everyone was comfortable with their room, bed, and bathrooms. Breakfast bread arrived prompt in the morning was a plus.

Almaria Edifício da Corte was a great pick for our three days in Lisbon. It is right in the heart of the city, just a few minutes walk from the main train line/subway station. Tons of local restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Fresh bread / pastries were provided each morning as well as a selection of welcome snacks (cheese, meats, champagne, etc). The room itself was well equipped and beautifully decorated having everything we needed for our trip.

Beautiful apartment in Lisbon!

Lovely apartment! Very well equipped, beautifully decorated, excellent washer/dryer, lots of hot water, fresh bread every morning, fridge stocked with eggs, cheese and cold meets, wonderfully friendly staff, great location for exploring Lisbon. Could not have been better! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything we could have wished for including a comfortable bed and great shower. The location was great and made it easy to walk to many sights and places we wanted to see in Lisbon. The breakfast was also fantastic - as were the staff.

It is a great location, a nice cozy place, with awesome people,totally worth it. Sofia was amazing!

Perfect three night stay with our family of four. Centrally located but on a quiet side street. The concierge was so helpful with recommendations and accommodations. Will stay there again if ever in Lisbon!!

So pleased with our choice, location was perfect, and a beautiful apartment. Such a great combination apartment/hotel, best of both worlds. Loved it!

Excellent location. Not too touristy, but a quit cablecar ride right into the heart of historic Lisbon. The staff are very professional and helpful. Real hospitality!! Daily fresh bread and breakfast items along with fresh fruits were enjoyed by all. I'd return there and stay there in a heartbeat.

This is a wonderful property in the heart of Lisbon. We had a fantastic stay as a family of 5. The front desk staff is wonderfully friendly and kind. They arranged a tuktuk tour which was a great was to see Lisbon and a day trip to SINTRA with Sonya, who is a wonderfully engaging, knowledgeable and thoughtful guide. Couldn’t recommend this property enough.

This aparthotel was absolutely perfect. 10/10. Felipe, the concierge was so inviting and kind and made me feel comfortable my entire stay. My apartment exceeded my expectations and had every single amenity. Housekeeping staff was wonderful and always replenished everything that I finished. This accommodation was definitely a major highlight of my trip to Portugal. I’ve already recommended it to others. Don’t hesitate, just book this hotel. You’ll find that major landmarks and shopping are right outside your door. Almaria, please expand because I don’t think I can travel any other way. You guys spoiled me in the best way possible!

The best stay we’ve ever had. The breakfast and fresh bread/pastry delivery was a daily highlight. Pedro and Philip were super responsive and available by WhatsApp as needed. We really loved our stay and can’t wait to stay again!

Beautiful property! Loved our apartment and all the amenities. The walk to the apartment was always tough, but that’s the whole town - lots of inclines.

great location. Flexible supporting staff to help with taxi, transfer, extra reuests etc. Apartment was better then expected, very nice surprise on the arrival. Recommended place to stay!

A Lisbon Gem in a Great Location

This is a gem in a great location! We could get anywhere in town and just a few minute walk from main square. Front desk staff were amazing-friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We rented a 2 bedroom unit. To our pleasant surprise food was delivered everyday that we used for a light dinner or breakfast. Every morning left on our door was a bag full of fresh breads and pastry.

Wonderful property and an ideal place to stay with kids. Lots of things are walking distance and they pay attention to minute details to make your stay in Lisbon comfortable. Really appreciate all the help provided by the front desk staff (Pedro and team) and we would stay there again next time we're in Lisbon.

The concierge team was amazing! They went out of their way to welcome us, give good food recommendations, and make reservations. The space is beautiful and comfortable. The location is just minutes walk away from many tourist attractions, public transit, and restaurants.

The perfect spot

This place was amazing! Exactly the feel you want when on a vacation in Portugal, and the staff was wonderful. Also a great location.

The Almaria Edificio da Corte Hotel was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in! Filipe, at the front desk, went above and beyond to help us coordinate various aspects of our trip. He was always cheerful and very knowledgable, with great restaurant and tour recommendations. The suite itself was immaculate! Very spacious for a family of 5. We loved having the refrigerator stocked daily with ample breakfast foods and enjoyed the fresh bread/sweets delivered every morning. The hotel itself is fairly central to everything, and a quick walk to the metro. We would highly recommend this property!

Staff at the property were EXTREMELY helpful, responsive and accessible. Room was incredible value for the location!

A great place to stay. The special touches they did to make sure we have everything that we need during our stay. Stocked our fridge ahead of time. Fresh pastries and bread every morning was amazing. They emailed ahead of time if we have any dietary restrictions. We travelled with two kids with severe allergies to nuts and milk and they provided us with food that they can actually eat. I highly recommend this place especially for people with young family. Uber had a hard time locating the place and we got dropped off a little far from the apartment but that was just a inconvenience that we can live with. Close to pink street and time out market! Love the location! Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful apartment with all the bells n whistles! Very comfortable and clean. Perfect location and stunning views. Happy to stay here again when i visit with my family! My only recommendation is to have better lighting in the rooms.

Loved this apartment. The best part was having gluten free bread and snacks in the room upon arrival. The staff were amazing. Th only draw back is if you have mobility issues. I have a torn ACL and am recovering from knee surgery. The hotel is in a steep hill and Ubers make you climb down the hill for a pick up. But if you have no mobility issues this is the best place ever.

Lovely location and apartments!

Amazing place! The pictures look exactly like our room. It was sunny, comfortable, bigger than expected and the apartment was stocked with everything we needed. The breakfast was perfect, I loved the pastries by the door each AM. We also got afternoon breads in case we needed more excuses to eat the great food. Lovely place, I would recommend this location to anyone visiting Lisbon, especially if traveling with more than 2 people.

Excellent accomodation and service

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment in the first floor. It was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is located in the heart of the Lisbon tourist district. The apartment included a breakfast of bread, pastries, cheese, ham, eggs, and fruit. This was a great way to start the day.

Fantastic property, location and rooms. The concierge Catarina was attentive, informative and helpful. The fresh baked breads every morning and the fully stocked refrigerator every day were delightful.

Great place for families

Very nice apartment and staff. Communication and support was great. The location is a short walk to the shopping district and some historical sites.

Lovely stay, highly recommended!

We’ve had a lovely stay at Almaria in Lisbon! Very friendly staff, beautiful and very well equipt apartment! We were with our 1 year old baby and they provided high chair, cot bed and even gave her a little soft toy as a gift, lovely! We’ll definitely come back!

We loved our stay here! Our room was one of the lofts, and it was spacious and bright. Having a washer/dryer was so convenient to being able to pack light. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to go, yet not noisy at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing staff! Concierge went above and beyond during our visit. Even provided complementary wine. The room was clean. Different snacks and light breakfast varied through our stay consisting of fruit, milk, eggs, bread and bottled water. Will definitely be returning. It is located where there is nightlife.

Awesome hotel, location, once you find out about the city - you will know it is in the center of it all! Beautiful rooms. Good attention to details with what is in the room. Greatly stuffed fridge for every morning.

Place is absolutely immaculate! I’ve never experienced such cleanliness even in the high rated 4 or 5 stars hotels! Beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Located within the walking distance to many attractions. Secured entrance by a special code assigned to each room. No need to worry about room cards. Very convenient. Fresh breakfast every morning. Special appreciation to bedding-the softest sheets and pillows.

Andreia is very friendly and thoughtful. The property is clean and all the appliances are in good condition. Enjoyed breakfast, specially like daily bread which is fresh made and delivered in the morning.

My Mom and I stayed at this property for a quick getaway- and we couldn't be more thrilled! We had a car arranged through the hotel to pick us up at the airport- highly recommend as it is a stress free way to get dropped right at the door. Pedro and all the staff are friendly, welcoming and hugely helpful. The room itself was absolutely gorgeous- comfy beds, large windows, extremely well stocked fridge- no complaints! Thank you to everyone at this property who went above and beyond to make our stay and experience truly memorable.

Pedro and the rest of the staff were all very helpful nothing was too much trouble. The bed was comfy and the kitchen well equipped.

Central and comfortable apartment

Great apartment which suited our needs. Very comfortable, clean and light filled. Excellent location and close to all attractions. Good for walking everywhere. Very generous breakfasts delivered every day (baked goodies). The area/streets behind the apartment was pretty noisy for us, every night - seems like many young people spilling home after late night activities stand in the street below and continue to party. Their noise disturbed us most nights!! Would definitely recommend this property.

Overall it was not as expected. It was pretty basic and the breakfast was ok. One morning, there was no bread delivery so I had to call the reception which Only opens at 10. The location was good but one bed room; you don’t get to see anything but the other buildings unless you are on the higher floor. The rooms are overrated.

Location is great! The Appartment is nicely designed, clean and generally convenient. The kitchen is well equipped and fresh bread is delivered every morning, which is fun. The front desk is operational from 10am to 7pm only. This can cause a problem when you need someone to talk to earlier/later, we had an issue with our access code and luckily it was slightly before 7pm, so there was someone present to assist us, otherwise, we would have been stuck outside the Appartment. The lobby is tiny and inconvenient. In the 4th floor Appartment, the ceiling is diagonal and low, all of us bumped into the ceiling at some point this trip, this is a safety hazard. The 4th bed wasn’t really a bed, it was a repurposed couch, and wasn’t comfortable for a full night sleep.

Lovely stay here. Close to many places we wanted to see. The fresh bread and croissants in the morning with ham and cheese was a wonderful touch. We would certainly stay again

Great place to stay. Location is good, walking distance to plenty of bars/restaurants. Apartment was spacious and comfortable for the family. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Eggs in a carton? I wrote in advance to let them know that half our of party doesn't do dairy. Nothing was done about it.

This was a beautiful apartment. It is located close to metro, Time Out Market and the waterfront. The staff at the front desk were extremely polite and helpful and gave us ideas for sightseeing, arranged airport transportation for us for 2am! They had many little extras which were included - fresh buns and croissant delivered each morning with jam, butter and fresh oranges for juicing. Highly recommend.

This is a gem in downtown Lisbon, within 5 minutes of Cais de Sodré. The historic building has been renovated and tastefully decorated, with many different apartment layouts. If you choose to leave a cloth bag on the door it will be filled each morning with breakfast rolls and other goodies, and the kitchen lends itself to an occasional in-room meal, although with the options in Lisbon, that won't be common.There were some partiers making noise in the early morning, but closed windows cut most of the racket.

Absolutely would stay here again!

It was one of the best hotel/apartment I've ever stayed in. I was just in town 1 day to visit an old family friend, just getting off a weeklong business trip in Spain. I'm American, first time in Portgual, and the front desk guy was so helpful, like how you would treat a guest coming into your own home. The "hotel" is more like an apartment setup, not very big so it felt like a family run operation (right or not). The apartment itself was big, was so nice. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to have an ideal location. It was just a 5 min walk to the Cais do Sodre rail and bus station, which is right by the river. I was able to hop onto an old boat that had been converted to taking tourists up and down the river. There's so much around the hotel area that I didn't need to book anything, just walk outside and there's so much going on right there!

Excellent location in the centre of the city. Immaculately maintained. Jose, our host, was outstanding. He was courteous, offered good advice and his recommendations were all excellent. The freshly baked bread and croissants with fresh oranges for juice was a very nice touch.

We booked 4 superior one bedroom apartments, I was very lucky and got loft b , the huge room in the photos. But 2of th others had different rooms, smaller and very little clothes space. A pity photos only show the best room and not all rooms . Very nice anyway , great location and very clean.

Couldn’t fault it!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 6 nights. It was very clean, comfortable and very well thought out. A private washer/dryer, coffee machine, freshly baked bread and croissants delivered to our door each morning plus milk/butter/jam provided daily with housekeeping made staying with kids very convenient. Jose was delightful. He was so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived providing assistance with anything we needed to ensure we didn’t miss a thing in beautiful Lisbon. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay again!

A nice surprise.

The Main entrance to the hotel Is on a street that needs cleaning up. But once you are inside, the hotel is very nice. We ended up with a two bedroom suite. Very comfortable and well appointed.

Great experience

Stayed at 1 br apartment, Lancaster room, 2nd floor. Great views, more like 4th floor on our side of the street ( get ready for some serious hills). Hotel is basically brand new, renovated comfortable bed, excellent space/ living room with full kitchen, even washer and dryer. Daily housekeeping, oranges to make your own orange juice, fresh bread and croissants, etc. provided each morning by local bakery, butter, jam all refilled daily. Let us, tomatoes, onions ready for you to make a salad at check in ( in case you hungry that very moment). Excellent air conditioning with 0 noise. Literally the quietest air conditioner I ever encountered at any hotel in the world. Shutters that block all light and noise- excellent to get rest. Great selection of plates, glasses, tea and coffee cups, utensils and anything you can think of kitchen comfort related including tea pot and coffee machine. The only thing I wish they can have larger size bath towels and better quality/softer”, Toilet paper can be softer and higher quality. Area is also excellent-close to supermarket ( 5 min walk) great for transportation to Sintra, Belem ( 5 min), 1 block from riverfront and walkable to all sites you may want to visit. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. We stayed at similar hotels in London, Paris, Barcelona and this one is by far takes 1st price.
