I ask for one king bed, i found 1 is correct , but was one more bed , i dont know why, was very unconfortable the tv , i have to move when i walking around the room , also no to many chanel only basic ,

I choose a room it have bathtub but when I checked in, it didn’t have. I just wanna a good bath in here.

Great hotel in Lima

I stayed at the Allpa Hotel for two nights while I was in Lima. I was very pleased with the room's comfort, and the breakfast was great. I stayed at another hotel with a/c issuse, so I was glad to find that the air conditioner worked well in this room. The location is also ideal. It's within walking distance to Miraflores.

Great location and value for money!

We stayed here for 4 nights and thought it was brilliant value for money. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Great shower. Breakfast is ok. The staff are polite. The location is spot on!

Great location, great room, the bathroom was the problem, the faucet was not adequate for the sink, shaving is a nightmare. Also seems like the designer was not thinking about using the toilet, the paper is unreachable, except if you are 6'5". Some repairings are in order. The WiFi worked only the first couple of hours, then failed for the rest of the weekend. Breakfast is very good, repetitive as usual.

Room was very comfortable, the AC worked perfectly and it was quite. Perfect for a good rest.

Great location, comfortable clean rooms, courteous staff, good breakfast, walking distance to many Lima main attractions and restaurants. I had a problem with my flight and was unable to arrive for the first night. I called them to inform them we will arrive a day late and they refused to offer me any type of discount for the first night. Rooms are cleaned only before noon. My room was not clean one day because I stay in it pass noon even though I informed the main desk. We needed an iron and were told they do not provide it. In general we had a good stay. Guest service could be improved.

nice location... hotel condition not so nice

Hotel is in great location in Miraflores. Within walking distance to Kennedy park where you can take tour buses for Lima attractions, walking distance to larcomar for shopping and coastline, surquillo mercado. Panchita...a great Peruvian restaurant is across the street...must try. Service is good... Staff are polite and courteous they help out with whatever you need. However room condition is not good the whole time it smelt musty like a old damp towel. It was not pleasant, but since we checked in late night after a long flight we did not bother complaining. Also we were going to check out in the morning... So decided to focus on getting some sleep. Another issue- the price listed in hotel details for taxi from airport is half of what you will end up paying per person. Better to take authorized Green Taxi company from airport where you pay company and not the driver. Free Breakfast is OK. Free Wi-Fi works but is slow.

Find a different place!

Very disappointed that we spent our last night on vacation at this hotel. We had mostly stayed at less expensive hotels/hostel type places up to this hotel and we were thinking that on the last night we should spend a bit more and stay at a nicer place. While the hotel appeared nice, the room was large and spacious and had two full walls of windows, it wasn't nearly as nice as first impressions seemed. The WiFi quit working while we were there and many calls to the front desk proved unsuccessful at getting it back up and running. Then, the power outlets in the room all quit working - no way to charge our cell phones, etc, no TV. This wasn't fixed until the next morning - 30 minutes before check-out. Again, it took several calls to the front desk to resolve this issue. Finally, and the biggest issue was that the hotel was incredibly noisy. The big walls with windows were nice for aesthetics; but they did little to nothing to keep the noise from the busy street below out. Also, it sounded like there was construction going on in the hallways or something - loud banging and clanking sounds until after midnight; which isn't exactly how we wanted to prep for the next day's return trip home. I do not recommend staying here.

Nice hotel let down by poor service and rude staff

Room was clean and modern, good location near Kennedy Park. Let down by very poor service from beginning to end. Staff are rude and have a poor attitude. Unwilling to help with even basic requests (can you book airport taxi pick-up? is there anymore orange juice? Is the manager here?) all met with flat, rude NO. If paying in soles cash, beware they convert from US dollars at an inflated rate. When we checked out, even though we had paid for the room up front at their request, we were told we had to wait while they "checked the room" - they acted as if we may have stolen something and we're very rude. On top of this, our room was right by the stairwell and all day/night staff were moving in and out and leaving the door to slam - causing our room to shake! Add in the street noise and constant car alarms and you can forget a peaceful nights sleep.

Nice hotel in safe busy neighborhood

Great hotel. Close to Kennedy Oark and shopping/restauants. A little far from the beach but a cheap taxi ride. Good neighborhood, very active neighborhood

NEVER AGAIN WILL BOOK THIS HOTEL!!

had a horrible experience . NEVER AGAIN !! stayed for a night and had my brother arriving from Miami and had suitcases with him at 5am. I asked the receptionist to accommodate the language until he was ready to check in at his hotel and they denied .We wanted to take the suitcase to my room and they stopped us and said it was against "their policy" ... BS !! I had to leave the hotel right away because my brother couldn't come up to my room and wait for a couple of hours until it was time for me to check out and he was able to check in at his hotel . The front desk lady and the door attendant were awfully rude and incompetent. If yopu are american or traveling from somewhere else were customer service is good , I recommend not to stay at ALLPA hotel in Miraflores. They are horrible !!

Close to markets

This hotel is centrally located to local Peruvian souvenir markets and major malls. We found there is choice of 6 different markets all with in 2 blocks of the hotel. Restaurants are near by and offered a very good selection of food and great service. It is only 20 minutes or so to the ocean and Malecon De La Reserve street where there is another mall for shopping and several good eating establishments. Access to the ocean is a short distance from the mall down several flights of stairs.

Good location... but very unfriendly staff

The service is not friendly overall. I asked someone to take a look at the washroom toilet sink, and stuff was reluctant to send someone to look. Staff do not smile at all. Besides from location, I would not pay for this hotel. Check out casa bella. It is much better price and staff is more friendly. Don't waste your money here.

Parking gardé. Petit déjeuner correct. Robinetterie vieillotte. Personnel sympathique. Grande chambre. Ascenseur. Quartier sympa.

The only issue is that we can hear nosy from next property, so loud until 11.in the night, also the room was too dark form me, but the rest was very nice

Cómodo y con excelente ubicación

Muy bien ubicado. La habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa. Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes (el aire acondicionado era muy ruidoso y había un problema con la cerradura electrónica de la habitación) pero ambos fueron resueltos rápidamente por la administración. El desayuno correcto, la conexión a internet funciona muy bien tanto en las áreas comunes como en la habitación. El personal muy amable en todo momento.

Bom hotel em Miraflores

Staff muito simpático , prestativo, hotel bem localizado ( a 1 quarteirão da praça Kennedy ) quarto muito espaçoso . Café da manhã simples . Não poder jogar papel no vaso é desagradável, mas não prejudicou a estadia . Internet sinal fraco, mas na mesinha para escrever , e no lobby do hotel funcionava bem . A localização ser uns 3/4 quarteirões da praia, faz com que os restaurantes nas imediações sejam mais autênticos, frequentados pelos locais, e não “pra turista” Um bom hotel .

Péssimo. Cobrança em Duplicidade.

Não recomendo! Fiz a reserva com cartão de crédito para o dia 20/09/2019, porém, paguei em espécie no ato do check-in e, após retornar ao Brasil constatei que o valor que fora lançado no meu cartão apenas para reserva passou a ser cobrado em definitivo. Entrei em contato com o banco emissor do cartão e me informaram que somente o hotel podia cancelar a cobrança. Mas o hotel recusou-se terminantemente a fazê-lo, alegando que eu é que tinha que contestar e me recusar a pagar o valor ao banco, de nada adiantou argumentar. Conclusão: paguei 2 vezes e fiquei com o prejuízo.

Estadia agradável

Gostamos muito da estadia no hotel. Ele está muito bem localizado, no bairro de Miraflores, a duas quadras do parque Kenedy. Há uma grande variedade de restaurantes, bares, etc. Recomendamos!

Pésimo, mi reserva fué por 3 noches y con un mes de anticipación, después de la primera noche me dijeron que no había disponibilidad para mi y me pidieron que saque mis cosas inmediatamente, ni siquiera una disculpa, la persona de front desk con pésima actitud.

Bastante bueno. Sería bueno cambiar alfombras en habitaciones. Personal muy atento. Alojaría nuevamente.

Hotel razoável

Embora todos estivessem realmente interessados em resolver o acesso à Internet do meu andar (3 andar), não houve como resolver. Tive que comprar um chip para meu celular para rotear meu computador.

Bueno sin embargo mal administrado

El hotel cuenta con buenas habitaciones, así como servicio de restaurante y atención. Sin embargo, la recepción fue atendida por una persona con muy poca experiencia y manejo de cobros, paso mi tarjeta más de 10 veces y decía que el problema era mío, cuando no era paciente en el cobro. Además abusan en el cobro del taxi con un cargo de 45% a la cuenta.

Malo.No tiene bar. Sólo comida japonesa.

Deplorable servicio de wi-fi. El servicio de mi piso no funcionaba y en 2 días de reclamos nunca lo solucionaron. La excusa del personal era que la gente lo usa para whatsapp, no con notebook; sin comentarios. Pésimo desayuno. Tuve que solicitar cambio de habitación porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba.

Buen hotel con espacio para mejorar el servicio

Muy bien. Pero hay espacio para mejorar. Tuvimos que pedir jabón, toallas, champú porque no lo reponían cuando limpiaban la habitación. Nunca nos repusieron las bebidas del frigo bar de la habitación. Detalles de servicio que se pueden mejorar solo con algo de gestión y supervisión.
