Nice place to stay Clean :)

We like the privacy of the hotel and it's walkable to other areas. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Every room should have an iron. There is only 1 iron for the hotel.

They do not have Vip Acces,please remove from that list.

Basic for the price

Room was reasinable size. Floor was dirty. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom door would jam. Proprty was a little far from most areas of interest but overall my expectations were not high for the price

Very quiet and good breakfast!

Because the room wasn’t available. In the advertisements there are some breakfast menus and they only have one. The WiFi doesn’t work. When we were allowed to enter the reserved room (business class) they did not do the daily cleaning properly.

Was realt good.

Nothing was really unique. The pool was out of service which is false advertising. There was no hand soap. No tissues or a small garbage bin in the room. No hangers in the closet. The front area was dirty and full of abandoned stuffs and so unpleasant. I was so disappointed right at the moment I arrived there but there was lack of communication while no one could speak english. I would never go back to this place.

Good room size, comfy, quiet and private. Felt safe. Lack of cable/tv and weak wifi was an inconvenience. Other than that, it was alright.

Great place to stay in San Salvador. Conveniently located, very private, small but has everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Only thing I didn’t like… the AC went out twice and 2/6 nights I had no AC. Big No No in a hot humid country. Some staff was friendlier than others. Even noticed only one lady offered juice with my breakfast and the other two didn’t even mention the option. Sometimes they closed the front gate a but too early, discouraging from going out late. Other than that, DEFINITELY recommend.

Dirty

The staff was amazing and quickly accommodated me when I arrived. It's located near the stadium so if you're going to see a concert there, this is the spot to stay at.

it was ok I got there late 10pm and it was a quiet Night sleep I was able to rest! went to take a shower there was no shower head it was weird but i made it work. In the morning, I got the complimentary breakfast. it was ok coffee was a little watery I expected a good coffee since El Salvador is known for their beans, but I was happy and grateful to be able to visit. walking distance, it was farther than I would have liked but again I made it work streets were pretty walkable probably will not stay there again.

From the moment i arrived, the staff were ery friendly and helpful. Always greated with a smile.when i had visitors they were made feel welcome

This hotel is located in a really nice residential area where you can walk to the main street to get groceries and good food. The staff needs to be recognized by the owners for their exceptional work. Management needs to give better maintenance to the hotel, some of the rooms have humidity issues. The first night we stayed in one room that had a terrible smell and everything looked old and makes you feel uncomfortable. However, we were moved to another room on the first floor that is in great conditions. The quality of the breakfast has to be improved and should have more variety. Every day you have the same meal, eggs, bread, beans, sweet plantains and sour cream. The cable service does not have good channels for children or CNN Internacional. Hopefully, management will take this review into consideration to make the stay at this hotel more enjoyable for the guest. A bunch of thanks to Ms. Jocelyn, Ms. Sandra, Mr. Angel and Mr. Oscar for making us feel at home.

The staff was very friendly . The room I stayed in , the bathroom smelled really bad like sewage , there were two dead cockroaches on the bathroom floor… it was already too late in the night to look for a different place, so I had to stay.

The employees were polite and respectful. I didnt get to try the breakfast. The only things i didnt' like was my bed, the mattresses were hard as a pice of wood and I could feel the springs sticking out, the toilet was diry...it looked as though someone had just defeccated, toilet was not fully cleaned and disinfected, the drain in the shower was clogged

We arrived at 11pm the doors were closed. We waited almost 40 mins outside. The night guard had fallen asleep he was so upset we woke him up

The property was clean and had a safe vibe. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The garden is beautiful and perfect to take your breakfast. Ubfortunately the room I was given first had major damage due to water leaks and this impacted my stay, the second room barely had Wifi signal which is a major inconvenience to me.

The property was fine , the no towels , no soap and smoke detector beeping at 2 am due to low batteries and no way to contact staff were not .

Breakfast was boring and simple but they still made mistakes with the breakfast. As a chef I was very disappointed with the breakfast. As we were waiting for our breakfast they were more worring about outside delivery. I dont think they understood the meaning of VIP, that the guest in the hotel comes first, and you can not serve bad fruits to a guest. All of the rooms were the same from what I would see. The staff was very friendly.

El lugar es muy desente y limpio, desayuno muy bueno, el servicio muy amables. Un unico detalle es que el jacuzzi si estaba muy sucio al llenar lo con el agua suficiente prendimos el jacuzzi y salio mucha tierra y basurita la cual desafortunadamente no se hizo uso del mismo y pues despues de un largo viaje me era muy conveniente un momento para relajarme pero no fue haci el simple hecho de tener reservacion en esta lugar era por la tina hydromassage (jacuzzi). Se que es algo que se podia solucionar sin embargo solo estaria hospedada por una sola noche. De antemano gracias y procurar revisar sus habitaciones del todo para que no les pase lo mismo con otros huespedes.

Honestly the room was nice but we found a bugs in bed and weren’t able to sleep okay. Made us pay extra for guest they said for breakfast and personally breakfast wasn’t that great. It was limited and portion were so small. Very disappointing if I’m going to be paying extra for something not worth it.

Staff was very nice, room very clean and in a secure location. The rooms are small but all we are doing is sleeping so it was great. No amenities but great breakfast
