The bathrooms is not clean Mould as well

Most staff were lovely - polite, helpful and seemed happy, but some were just a bit confrontational & that surprised me. I don’t think those on the front desk represented the hotel well in general.

I had a fantastic experience at The Alisa Hotel! Dorinda, and her entire team were professional, authentic, experienced, friendly, and kind. Everyone was amazing, from the airport shuttle team, the property gate staff, the reception and lobby teams, the porters, the restaurant and bar staff, to the room staff and parking attendants. The rooms were clean and had a well-stocked coffee and tea station. The hotel staff ensured guests stayed hydrated by replenishing bottled water daily and as needed. The hotel has many amenities and is located in a secure central location. I look forward to returning for future visits and highly recommend The Alisa Hotel!"

Excellent on all fronts!

The hotel was nice and very accommodating. The hotel staff was also nice and very helpful. The restaurant was not the best when it comes to service. Everything you order, I mean even coffee, takes over 40 minutes before you get it and when you get your food it comes with things you didn’t even order.

Nature and good weather (wind , no Sun )

My wife forgot her wedding band and I was texted and told about it and collected it. That was cool, help me say thank to Dorinda, for that.

2nd time staying. Alisa has mastered hospitality. Workers go out of their way to make you feel welcome. From the guard at the gate to the bar tender by the pool.

Good price and decent facility. The standard rooms are located in another building across the street- one has to know as I didn’t. Excellent food options: breakfast buffet has a lot of selection so os dinner. Room service is also excellent. Gym is good so that is a plus. Airport shuttle available but although I registered they forgot me for a 3 am departure. Finally, staff is friendly and strive to provide good customer service.

Not great but one of the best options in Accra

This would be a 3-star hotel anywhere else but for Accra it’s a 4-star, options are pretty limited and this is one of the few hotels in the sweet spot between really expensive and really bad. This is the international NGO hotel, it’s very clear that it caters to government travelers and NGO employees. It’s dated and a little rundown but it’s also very safe and convenient. I stayed a week and there was no hot water for over 24 hours one of the days, but otherwise it was unremarkable. The staff is friendly and try to be helpful, and everyone means well. I’d stay again, but mainly because there just really isn’t a better option in this price range.

No longer value for money. Prices have increased but not the condition of the rooms and their cleanliness. Was disappointed in the condition of their bathroom in my recent visit. Soap from previous lodgers still left in the sink and generally not clean to the excellent standard typical of Alisa. Not sure what's changed but Alisa is not becoming my favourite hotel in Accra anymore

I loved this hotel!! It was close to everything. Also everything you need is in the hotel. We had a great meal, went swimming, full workout gym and we got a couples massage. I would recommend this hotel to everyone i know that's going.

Good value for money, and overall nice place. The standard rooms are in an older building though (three storey with no elevator so something to note). I really enjoyed the service, location and amenities.

Excellent service indeed!

Booked the Ebony Suite and we were treated with red carpet service. Clean rooms, nice and respectful staff, excellent buffet with lots of food selection. My twin son was ill the day before we checked out, the hotel had the curtesy to drive us to the nearest clinic which was close by. Really enjoyed our stay and thank you!!

Spacious Room

Spacious room and good food The staff was fantastic and Mr. Narh was fantastic in making the necessary accommodations. The only complaint was the slight odor in the room which was help with airing and air fresheners.

This is a great hotel overall. Staff is very friendly and welcoming plus the food is great! Wynfred (s.p) at the reception is the best! I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Nice suite

The suite was clean and spacious. There was a couch and eating area. The seven ce was good. The food was excellent but the price is COVID-19 high.

Leaking sink, water all over bathroom floor

I like everything about the place except their pillows were outdated. Too flat.

I have stayed at Alisha Hotel in the past and I will continue to stay at this property. The staff-Daniel (food service), Winifred and Ephraim (front desk)-remembered our group and accommodated our unique needs. My major complaint, the internet connection, is now vastly improved with the updates they have done! Alisa staff are professional and courteous and the property is clean. Barbeque on Friday night is awesome! Hussain in the spa gives an awesome massage! See you next time.

Had had bilateral knee surgery 8 weeks ago so I needed extra pillows to balance my sleep and for my spouse also to have pillows for her sleep when I called front desk they hurriedly brought 2 pillows requested. I appreciate

It was in a very quiet area, the breakfast buffet was off the chain and icing on the cake was my wife forgot her phone in the room when we checked out and we called hours later and they had the waiting for us to pick up. Awesome customer service 😀 .

Poor Communication

The hotel was clean and for the most part service was reasonably good, although at times slow and requests had to be made more than once. However communication is very poor. This hotel cannot be relied upon to pass on incoming messages, which is particularly important if you are a solo traveler or doing any form of business.

The room was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel makes good food at a price that is comparable to similar restaurants in the area. The breakfast that is part of the price is quite good. My only complaint is that the hotel's service was not very quick. I had to wait for a while at the counter for no apparent reason. I had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to show me to my room, and so on. Other than that, it is a very nice hotel.

It 's a good place to work from. It's central and generally has a good atmosphere. A lot of interesting conferences take place at the hotel and it's also easy to arrange meetings from here as everyone knows it. The food is good, but the service is too slow. Most servers are friendly, individual ones are excellent, and some are lazy and arrogant ones. In comparison to the period before Alisa, the hotel is less clean, less upbeat energy. What is particularly annoying and off-putting are the ladies in the lobby and bar at night (protistutes apparently) looking for a pick up. This really is most inconvenient and shocking and a reason not to choose the hotel anymore.

If you want to stay at the Holiday Inn without the price, this is the place. The service is fantastic. The location is perfect and everything that you need is on tje property. I will be staying there again.

My wife and I, was welcome by a lady named Awa, she was very polite and friendly, she really made us very happy and comfortable during our stay. She always went out of her way to find out if everything is okay and how our day was going . My wife and I, will like to say a BIG thanks to Lady Awo and the team. You all did a great job. Also, Mr Alex Kokomo Ametefe was very helpful and of great assistance when we ware leaving. We can’t stop talking about the wonderful experience we had at Alisa hotel. Not quite right

The hotel staff has been nice and helpful when possible however, the hotel itself is not worth the nightly rate. The mattress is completely firm and only a thin sheet covers it. The mattress is also very old and is not pleasing to look at, which is hard not to do because the thin sheet doesn’t properly cover it. The floors look very old and do not seem clean. The bathroom walls are also very old and do not look clean. The headboard had oily stains on it when we arrived. The bathtub has chips and small holes in the bottle, which makes it bumpy and uneven in those areas. It also is very old and doesn’t look clean, which feels bad too because it’s hard to see past how it looks. The rooms don’t come stocked with face towels/wash cloths so if you need them, you will need to request them, and you may not get the amount you need. The property itself is very nice and I would use that space for an event in the future however, overall the room is overpriced, outdated and not as clean as it needs to be therefore I will not book this stay again.

I stayed in four different hotels throughout my visit to Ghana with Alisa North Ridge being the last. It was BY FAR the best. The staff was so accommodating and dedicated to customer service.

The maintenance man was banging on something loud a day after i checked in for almost the whole day. I reported to the front desk most of that day but nothing changed

Located in Osu, a taxi ride from city center but in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are spacious and are kept clean. My problem was, whatever was missing whenever i asked for them i got the run around, and never delivered. Overall pleasant stay would return. The staff is great. George in the Patron lounge catered to my need for iced coffee which waz highly appreciated.

Wonderful location, good price, clean rooms, friendly staff. Very disappointed with the internet connection, especially from my room. Salad bar make me ill on the last day. I will stay again but will steer clear of the salad bar!

Downstairs lobby is very well presented and deceiving because the rooms are not up to their standards at all. Very poor WiFi, dirty tubes, dirty shower curtains, water in the room was coming out extremely brown to the point that I couldn’t take a shower at Alisa Hotel during my stay. I had to have my room changed twice. There was no flowing water in the evening. I also noticed how extremely pricey their food & drinks were. I was charged 18GH cedis for a can of coca-cola drink. Expedia said breakfast and everything was included in my stay but when I arrived I was asked to pay extra money in order to have breakfast. Very disappointed that I might have to cancel my following weekend stay at Alisa Hotel. I wish I could share my pictures from the room I started in.

It’s a wonderful hotel for your vacation. Respectful and serviceable staff. The rooms are neat and well clean. I would recommend this hotel .

Superb Hotel

I enjoyed my stay in Alisa Hotel North Ridge very much. The hotel is very close to the City center and easily assessible. The ambiance of the hotel is very captivating. The hotel and the room is very clean at all times. The services are top notch, and the workers are very professional and friendly.

Everythin was on point

Excellent & very neat place. Except for overnight stay, charged me US 128 without breakfast. That I thought was scandalous.

What was unique for me, is this hotel is black own... amazing services, great food. Friendly staffing. Live music whill enjoying the buffet... what else is left to say, but i was amazed and will come again...

Staff were pleasant but the condition of the room was very poor. The air condition made terrible noise whiles on. Bathroom in poor condition. Very poor WiFi connection. Outdated TV and lack of channels.

Not the hotel you think it is.

This booking gets you the property across the street from Alisa Hotel. It is more like an annex. The property must get its star rating from the main property, but it is not a four-star hotel. Our first room had a leaky air-conditioner and the toilet broke so it couldn't flush. Our second room had a whistling noise from the water heater so we had to close off the water flow when we were not using it. Our keys had to be renewed on a daily basis as they kept malfunctioning. The breakfast was not really that nice but had options. The staff, however, were super nice and always attentive.

fan stay, good service and value for money!

Originally planned to stay for 2 nights, had a great time and I extended my stay but a night. Clean. Breakfast was very nice with loads of options. Hotel toiletries are great. They even have an ironing board in each room. No mosquitoes! They give you free water every day they clean your room. It’s super clean, all the staff were helpful. The pool and gym are great however if you have children and they want to swim, this pool is not good for them as the height starts at 3 feet. The TV has DSTV channels but not a lot of them. Aircon could be improved, needs an upgrade. Beautiful place to stay with everything you need. The menu and room service also good, however a little expensive. Overall: Beautiful place to stay with everything you need and I’d stay again!

Basic and Clean

I'm staying here second time and this hotel is quite basic but clean with good breakfast and service. Wi-Fi was not stable but it works.

Lovely stay. Centrally located near all of the major attractions making Ubers very affordable. Nice staff, particularly Ann Marie who gave great recommendations and directions.
