Rooms were great amount of space and very clean, but outdated. The lobby store, restaurant, and main pool was closed during our stay. We were there from a Tuesday to a Friday. For the price it was not bad and the location was close enough to the strip were the uber and Lyft rides were super easy and cheap. Disappointed In the amenities being unavailable

Good on a budget.

The hotel was renovated a few years ago, however, they spent most of the money in the lobby. Back of the hotel looks patched up. Large pool was closed but 2 other pools were open. The rooms are spacious and clean, however, they can use more comfortable couches and bedroom pillows. Overall, good stay on a budget trip.

Although I had to call for multiple things missing, it was handled with professionalism every time. As a travel agent I expect a certain experience. The staff were very accommodating and I will definitely return. The multi level king suite was beautiful.

Unclean conditions

My worse stay thus far. The bathroom had left over urine on the toilet. I had bugs crawling on the floor the entire stay. This is after being moved to three different rooms. All with the same condition. The response from the staff was underwhelming and lacked any semblance of customer service.

A nice quiet resort by the strip. They had their own restaurant and convenience store. There’s other walkable places to shop at too. Room was fairly renovated. Internet access was free but slow at times. Early check-in was quick and convenient after arriving in the morning.

Doesn’t look anything like photos. It is older and place used by locals and tourists like apartments converted. Didn’t feel safe outside there. We left after 5 hours.

Good, but definitely not 4 star

Front office staff were very kind and accommodating. We needed ground floor for accessibility, and they were able to make it happen. However, there were tiny bugs all over the floor. I called to let them know and housekeeping immediately arrived to clean it up. But there were still more the next day. The bed was comfortable, and even though we were near the airport, it wasn't noisy. There were lots of available parking spots, and it was a very reasonable price so it was worth 2 night the stay.

Best hotel off the strip

Hotel wa amazing love the big rooms. For a big family it was perfect. Overall rooms were clean everything worked. City black out so can’t blame that on them. Overall the facility was clean. The staff were extremely helpful and always available. They have a lot of amenities, restaurant, laundry room, pools, snack bar. Close to the strip and F1 racing. Lots of dining in the area. Hotel had a lot to offer and will definitely stay again

Great place to stay off strip but still within a close walkable distance! Property has great rooms, plenty of room, nice breakfast and the pools were great!

The wiring for the fire alarm systems in our complex, were missing and not in proper working condition and not even installed at all in most areas. The pool was filthy. The televisions didn’t work. Bad smell. Wobbly dining table. Parking lot was a nightmare. Not enough room to park. The bedding had a bug of some sort in the sheets.

Overpriced, outdated, and barely maintained — avoid if you value your money.

Big room size when traveling with friends

I am a return customer to this location. These rooms are a great option when traveling in a large group or family. The rooms are spacious so no one feels crammed. Huge proprerty.

Everything was great except for the expensive coffee at the restaurant.

We checked into our room and there were little black bugs and red bugs in the bathroom. I can share pictures. I’d kill a couple and then more would appear out of nowhere. We called the front desk asking if someone would come check out the situation or if we could talk to someone about switching rooms. They asked if we wanted the bathroom cleaned which we said yes but they never came to clean. Housekeeping came in and took pictures of the bugs and that was it. They said someone would call us about the bugs and if we could switch rooms. No one ever called. It was so disgusting I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Hotel also claimed to be good for families but the people across from us were yelling at each other all morning, slamming doors, using the f word every other word. Not a good scene for my 12 year old to witness. I would not recommend this hotel and definitely will not stay here again.

The overall property is in good shape and is very pretty to walk past the pills to the rooms. There are no elevators, buildings are only 2 stories but worth knowing that you have to take your luggage up and down stairs. There are a few dining options. I only ate at the bar location and it was ok. I had fish and chips that weren't great. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was plenty of room in the room itself as I was in town for school and needed a place to study, eat and relax.

You hear aircraft all day. They seem to be renting out for short term living. The main pool was closed the whole time we were there. It was full and they were training lifeguards, they have two smaller pools that they could have used. Check in staff was short and not friendly. We had two story, really needs a ceiling fan, bottom was cold and top wasn't. No casino. That was a plus for us. Parking was a mess, just not enough room, two cars can't pass eachother in most of the parking areas.

Proximity to airport and the downtown area. Spacious room with amenities. We enjoyed our one day stay. Thank you!

first of all when we showed up we were next in line as soon as we got to counter the clerk just walked away without saying anything to take her break after waiting for 5-1o min a guy came from back and checked us in. then the power was shut off and it was very hot in our room so we had to go somewhere for a couple of hours because of the power.

Overall stay was good but the power went out for a few hours and it was pitch black, sucks with room keys not functioning. The pool next to our room was closed for a period of time and it's so hot you don't even want to walk to the next one. Offering smoking rooms would be a plus, smoking outside in 108 degree heat was exhausting. The gun show that was held over the weekend should've had better parking set up. People going to the event took up a lot of the hotel parking spaces and guests didn't even get in free to the event.

Check in and staff were great. We were told the room we reserved was no longer available even though it was confirmed by Expedia. They gave us a similar room. It was a loft with King bed which was good. The sofa double bed was horrible. The mattress was old and yellow. We tried sleeping on it with sheets but the mattress was so old we could feel all the metal parts of the bed dig into our bodies. I don’t recommend staying here if you plan to use the sofa bed.

Thank you all so very much for making this one of the best memories ever!! It made me cry and also made me realize I’m not alone, and that there are also great people like her and I that go above and beyond. We were welcomed with huge open arms and everyone’s hearts were filled with JOY! From the bottom of my heart thank you. I will always and forever come here.

There was a smell inside the room. It was like someone had been smoking there. The pool was also dirty.

My first time staying at this property and I thought it could have been more cleanly. There was a chair in our room that was filthy and it was disgusting. The bathrooms could have been cleaned better. The bathroom windows can be opened, but they don’t have screens on them. That is a severe privacy and safety issue. The AC units need to be updated.

Absolute thieves / con artist. Don’t give them your bank card they will charge you a deposit fee for EVERY NIGHT YOU STAY! Completely unheard of and if you refuse they report you as a no show so they don’t have to refund your money!!

Average. Room was dark and gloomy. Sink and tub were plugged. Pool guard was rude. On the plus side, the parking is convenient and good area off the strip.

I booked a room for the 4th and paid a deposit fee. The next day I booked the same room for another night since I can’t move my semi and was told I have to pay ANOTHER DEPOSIT FEE for the room I haven’t even left. While arguing with the staff about about said deposit, since I already paid for the room, I was threatened by security to not only leave if I didn’t come up with the money but that I, my wife, and teen son would be physically removed from our room! I have yet to receive my money back and we’re basically forced to sleep in my truck instead the room I paid for.

We are locals and wanted to have a staycation for the 4th of July. The staff were friendly, the room was really nice, and the pools were great! We will definitely be back!

Great stay. Upgraded room to King Suite gave me a better kitchen for the 8 day stay. Tv in the living room as well as the bedroom. Fireplace in the bedroom wasn’t used, but a nice touch.
