The suite was nice. The only complaints are the trash can is very small and the AC unit in the room didn't work. I was so hot.
For the price it was decent
Pictures are misleading. The hotel is dated and in need of a makeover. Our toilet was stained with rings, the tub faucet was coming out of the wall with the pipes exposed. The sofa and chairs had an odd smell and were in desperate need of cleaning. That said, it was quiet and a nice reprieve from the strip. It’s close enough to be near things but far enough to get away from the craziness. For the price it was decent
Amazing experience
Amazing room, amazing view, slept like a baby.
Great stay
Great place to stay, not far from the Strip. Clean, comfortable, and safe. Free parking, fridge, coffee maker, and microwave make it a pleasure!
Overall a good place to stay. Very clean. House Keeping was great. Close to Miracle Mile Shops and Strip.
<3
great place
Not too clean. Smelled like cigarettes
Wonderful place
Absolutely will be staying here again on my next trip to Vegas! Affordable and only 1 mile from the strip
Beware of the “resort fee” that you will not get back. You’ll have to pay it even if you’re staying for one night. This is not disclosed until check-in even if you prepay online. Also make sure they put you in the room you pay for. They will try to scam you any way they can. We had to get moved to the room we payed for.
We booked a king suit got a queen during check in As they overbooked . lady passed out on ground outside room window. Demanded a move to a king loft had to pay extra ???no stove small fridge terrible microwave hide a bed was nothing but a set of springs worm through. How is this a suit!!! You didn’t have our room?? pool and lobby was the nicest area. a lot of sketchy people in parking area and In cars ( working folk for a hr fee) People walking around smoking pot cars booming and loud at 12:30. Not a place for a family in our opinion.
Good price
Good.
It was great for the price. Clean and we liked being away from the strip.
The resort was quiet, well-maintained and free of casinos. My only “complaint” was the 2 very flat pillows. I found a spare pillow in the closet that was a little fluffier.
The resort is older and the rooms are retrofitted with modern amenities poorly.
Old hotel with a new lobby. Insulation is insufficient for the air traffic in and out of the airport. AC Units insufficient for Las Vegas heat.
carpet tiles on room we’re coming up about 2 or 3 of the the shower sprayer was broken
Great experience very quiet. Nice change
This is my third time staying at the Alexis park resort. My husband and I love our There. It still close enough to the strip, but away from the hustle and bustle at the same time very clean spacious condo like rooms. The Staff is very courteous, friendly and welcoming. I would recommend everyone stay there at least once.
Pretty quiet with decent pool and parking. $12 or so Uber to the Strip. Rooms are big with fridges &;microwaves but are a little run down. The beds and pillows are merely okay. We consider it to be a respectable bargain for Vegas.
.
Very convenient location close to the airport. The courtyard and three pools were very well maintained. The landscaping was nice with lots of spaces for people and pets. The bed and couch were comfortable. The price point on Expedia was excellent. The room could have been vacuumed better and the shower could have been cleaned better. You may want to call and confirm your booking after you book with Expedia.
Clean, service is nice.
Traveled with kids, property was clean but used, it didn’t bother us much. We got a room with the bedroom separate from the “living” area which made it feel less cramped. The spot was easy to navigate to and we always had a parking spot close to our room available. We would definitely stay again!
I paid for and booked an upgraded Suite and the staff put me in a lesser room then told me they wouldn't put me in the room I paid for that I had to contact Expedia because it was their fault which was not true!
Huge property. Felt like a little home away from home.
Great stay!
Not impressed
I stayed in a Deluxe Double. Called a Deluxe because it has a wall that separates the sitting area from the beds. This is a nice option. The other bonus is they have ample places to plug in devices foe charging. Other than that its very average. The bathrooms was starting to grow mold in the wall there was no screen in the bathroom window nor a fan. The bathtub grout lines had mold. The fire sprinklers has dust growing on them. One had the cover plat missing so you could see into the ceiling. The vinly flooring in the bathroom was starting to lift up. Oh and the fiest night I left for a few hours and returned to the parking lot bein restricted with yelloe tape ans police cars. The staff couldnt tell me what happen said thata handled by security. Given the option I wouldnt return here unless the other rooms are better maintained.
The room pictured on line was nothing like the room I booked. Living area had a sofa one person could sit on and no other furniture. No side chairs, no end tables and no coffe table. I can understand a omission but nothing. The door between rooms was falling off hinges. The room was not bright blue decor room I was expecting. The restaurant and bar had great food and service. Grounds were also very good.
Just okay.
This hotel is right by the airport and the planes are very loud! The main pool was closed. A small cup of coffee is $5.00 at the restaurant. I had to call the internet company to connect to WiFi. The heaters are hard to use.
The reason I rated this property so highly is because I got the two bedroom upstairs loft. My two teenage boys loved it!
It was a great location, 15 minute walk to the strip. Parking was free and easy with many options. The pools were nice and warm. They gave us the wrong room based on my reservation but were very quick to remedy it. The room was clean. The room was spacious and I loved the kitchenette. Only draw back was the constant sound of planes taking off and landing, but that was expected for the location, but it WAS loud.
Amazing, always Amazing especially the staff are very hospitable.
This property is incredibly old. I feel like the staff is doing their best, but hard to keep up a building that was fully functional during the JFK era! Cleanliness could have been better
Clean and spacious loft room.
It is clean and the loft is spacious.
Good for the price
One nighter
Great room sizes, property shows its wear. The room was without a functional air conditioner and no wash cloths. Lots of foot traffic through out the stay if you prefer a quiet location.
Good location and big rooms
Beware of planes and fix the shower
The room was big and comfortable, but there were some significant problems. The hotel is very close to the airport, so there was a lot of airplane noise in the morning. And the shower was plumbed backwards so it we could not get a decent stream of hot water.
Close enough to the action of Las Vegas, far enough away to have a break. Comfortable rooms; kind people.
Get a vending machine, warmer blankets, and clean the bathroom.
A simple hotel outside of the strip without the temptation of gambling. Kind of reminds me of apartments or college dorms
At first our room was outdated, old and baby cockroaches in the bathroom and sofa bed. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. AC was not functioning properly. We talked to the manager in charge that night and he was very nice and moved us to a newer room, way better. Location is not that good, wouldn’t recommend if you have young kids. We didn’t use any of the hotel amenities so I can’t comment on that.
The room was clean but very old. Updates are needed. The AC/heater was impossible to figure out (the instuctions didn't match the remote). Expect to hear flights coming from the airport every 20 seconds. (I didnt look at the airport location when I booked). There was no water pressure in the shower and the walls between rooms and the outdoors were paper thin.
Great lication
Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Having a 1-bedroom suite with a desk was nice since I worked from the room. I could work and not disturb anyone sleeping.
There is a large group of people "living" in the rooms above our. During the day it looks and sounds like a day care center, without adult supervision. This evening, the aisleway above our room entrance served as a meeting area for several loud yoing men arguing and yelling. Room: great. Neighbors: awful.
Beautiful and spaciou rooms
Place should just be small studio apartments. They charge a resort fee higher than they do on the strip but they have far fewer amenities and services so the price you get quoted doesn’t include that fee which almost doubles the price in the front desk is pretty indifferent to anything
Property was a nice throw-back to yesteryear. Can hear planes take off in morning. One large pool under construction. Other pool available. Friendly staff.
There was no elevator. The cleaning staff didn’t not speak or understand English. Otherwise the room was clean and spacious. There was an anime convention going on when we stayed at the resort and so parking was hard to find.
Very nice spot to have a convention, hoping they pick this location again!!!
Very clean
I enjoyed my stay. Felt clean and will definitely book here again
Great off the strip stay. We will stay here every time we visit.
Traveling Care giver
We stayed an extra night the best part is the housekeeping they are so friendly and will gladly bring the thing you need. The only draw back is the $100 a night for a deposit.
Clean, and up to date
It was a little rocky as we did not get the room we booked but they accommodated well.
It’s cheep and close to the strip. I like the small kitchen. Fridge was handy. The scratching in the walls leads me to believe there was likely mice in there. I’ve stayed in this place at least 2 1/2 months over the past 18 months and the staff clearly has no system of knowing how often I’m there
Nice staff
Hard beds. Weird Smell. Airplanes passing every 5 mins. Thin walls, you can hear everything outside. Paid for 2 beds and I got a crappy pull out UNSAFE couch bed, my son hit his head and his leg and foot on the hardware surrounding the bed. Toilet was dirty. The staff was rude and not helpful.
Hotels.com lied about room booking, cockroach
We booked a suite 2-bedroom through Hotels.com. Arrived at Alexis and they gave us a single queen. Alexispark wouldn’t do anything and said call hotels.com. On hold with hotels.com for 45min at 1:30am and got nowhere. Had cockroaches in bathroom. We were here for an 5-day archery tournament & bday and bday girl had to sleep on couch bed first night. Next morning hotel still wouldn’t help for the wrong booking and said call hotels.com again. On hold with hotels.com for over an hour and got nowhere. Will do a chargeback on my card for a refund. Alexispark let us upgrade for another $300 so we did that but for that price we would have stayed on site at the tournament. When we went to upgrade after talking to the manager, the new attendant said they didn’t even have 2-bedroom suites…I pulled up the website and asked and he said, “oh actually we do have that, I just saw the note.” Will not recommend this place to anyone. Some other review complaints: the sound of planes, we live next to a major airport and train station so that didn’t bother us, but it would if you’re not used to it. The upgraded room was pretty comfortable, but the single queen felt like cardboard over springs and had cockroaches. The cleaning crew left our trash in the sink and kept taking our opened soap! We had to buy soap from CVS.
Home away from home
This was our second time staying at this resort. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff are all friendly, courteous,.and super helpful.
Super noisy and dated.
Place to be
Amazing we love it
Rooms were spacious and clean. Outside was well lit and safe. Just far away enough from the strip to be relaxed and enjoy.
The area was close to the strip and very cost effective for our budget. Clean and spacious rooms. Would stay here again.
Upgrade your internet ahead of time
It’s a great place to stay with the fam. Although I hoped they were a bit better at attending our needs. Asked for room service and was told someone would show up and they never did. It was a busy weekend with an event going on so I understand that. I can’t blame the staff for forgetting a person or two. I didn’t like the fact that my wife had to work from the room and when I tried to upgrade the internet no one could help me out. It wasn’t until I asked if they can re set the WiFi in my room as a new guest to get the internet going on again. Other than that. The room and location was great. I’ll definitely stay there again
The pictures on the internet are very different than what the property truly looks like. The beds are terrible. Planes are going over the property every 30 seconds. I did not get the type of room I reserved. Would never stay here again!
Great budget stay!
The beds are uncomfortable and kind of old. otherwise not a bad stay
Not bad for a business trip
Great stay
Very convinient and secure location. Clean and felt safe for my family trip. Great spacious rooms.
No hot water no heat in the room dirty bathroom. I will never stay there ever again is disgraceful that they charge over 100 dollars per night that’s place should be close
Property is very old and deferred maintenance means a lot of things did not work. Amenities are lacking, equipment in that gym were broken and the room was not up to date with features such as bigger tvs or a coffee maker that worked. Only one restaurant the pool was closed. Not the best experience
1 tiny bottle of shampoo, body wash and lotion. Only 2 pillows, needed 4, room too far away from the main entrance, 1 wash cloth for 2 people
Lovely spacious rooms.
The rooms were not the cleanest and the A/C unit wasn't working great, then realized there were two so maybe it was the operator..... For the price it was good value. We were staying for business, hotel amenities were really good, rooms could use updating.
Very easy to get to
Very nice property; clean, quiet, friendly, upscale and great location.
Everything was great!
Good time there.
Came for Vegas experience, left with the Oakland.
We checked in on Thur and stayed through Sun. The rooms looked much older and rundown in person but it still was ok for us. The bathrooms do not have a fan and the window in the bathroom was screwed shut. So if anyone in your party destroys the bathroom, everyone gets to share in the experience. Saturday morning, I attempted to make coffee with the supplied single serve Kuerig. I poured the water in and plugged it in. I could tell the water was heating up and attempted numerous times to push the start button. The water was continuing to heat and was starting to boil. I pushed the button at least 10 times when the water exploded out of the top of the machine, making a huge mess on the counter but also distributing boiling water into my face. I tried to call the front to report the incident but I learned our phone was broken. I thought that had to have been the hiccup of the stay. Boy, was I wrong. Saturday night, we went to bed early since we had to leave early Sunday morning to go home. At 12:30 am, hotel security pounded on our door looking for the parents of teenagers staying next to us. I told him I had no idea where they were. At 1:30 am, one of those teenagers (looked 12) pounded on our door thinking our room was his.I told him to get lost. Then, at 3am, 6 gunshots rang out right next to our room. We were terrified. The police tape was still up right by our car. When we reported it to the front desk, we were told it was “just” bullet fragments.
Very clean, quite, smoke free, I will definitely come back.
Clean and nice
The Resort was Absolutely Beautiful. I would Love to Stay here Again Some Time Soon.
Property is in a great location not very far from the strip, dinning, or the airport. I definitely enjoyed having a suite with many dinning options both on and off site.
Love your facility!! Your staff, housekeeping, ground staff, security-ALL very friendly and helpful. Food was AMAZING and your bartender Christian gets 5 stars (thanks for the EXCELLENT camaraderie-Love ya Man!!)
Calm, budget friendly resort.
Alexis Park is right by the airport and has been converted from apartments to hotel rooms. We were on the side closer to the airport and heard lots of jets taking off. Other than that it was very quiet. The room was clean but one of the door knob handles to the bathroom was loose. The bedside lamps only worked if the switch in the kitchenette area was on. Toiletries provided were tiny bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, lotion and one bar of soap, no soap dish by the sink.
Overall good property with all the amenities you need to have a comfortable stay. Property had a Snack shop, dine in restaurant, laundry room, 3 nice size pools, vending and ice machines and a show room which they hold great shows nightly! Location is convenient with lots of places to eat near by. The Airport and Las Vegas strip are near by too! Price was definitely worth the stay. The only gripe I had was the Incidental deposit they held each night which was $100/night, maximum of $400 for your entire stay. Other than that, I would stay here again.
Amazing
The front desk was very helpful. The room itself was clean and perfect. The property was bigger than I thought so the walk from front desk to my room was long. The property is clean and the outdoors is great.
Ok
can hear plane all day and night
very old and unkept hotel.. kids running around and the airport was very close .. so loud, did not have a good time or peaceful time
It's old school and not glitzy
