Fantastic stay. Beach and water incredible. Staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. Drinks top shelf and definitely not watered down. Food was decent. Gotta get the jerk chicken (incredible). Rooms large and clean. Overall great stay. Would go back in a heart beat.

While the food / restaurant options are there, it was difficult to get reservations. The seafood and sushi places are fairly small and v limited food options. For the price, the overall experience didnt seem worth it.

Best staff ever!

Our stay at the Alexandra Resort was absolutely fantastic! The views are breathtaking and the food was amazing! The bed was a little more firm than I like but the room was spacious and clean. The customer service was top notch.

The Black Rock restaurant was excellent, the beaches were pristine, and the service was excellent. Silvie's Jerk Chicken was some of the best we've had anywhere!

Amazing place and atmosphere!!

Fairly small all inclusive. Food was very good, excellent beach with long walk options either way, very clear water and best sand I have ever seen. Facility was good but a bit dated. Staff were top notch and extremely friendly and personable. Alexandra has a sister resort, Blue Haven, located 15 minute shuttle ride away. BH is newer and more upscale, located on channel to the far eastern point of Provo. That resort is also excellent and would suggest spending time and eating there as well.

The food was excellent and many dining experiences were available with the option of going to their sister resort also. They provided a shuttle to the sister resort also. The beach area in front of the resort is very large and easy to go for long walks on the beach. An easy mile walk to the shopping district and walk to the local Thursday night Fish Fry.

The stay at the Alexandra hotel was a complete disappointment. Despite it being a high rated all inclusive resort, it felt more like a motel. The only saving grace was access to their sister property, Blue Haven where the food was better, the staff amazing and the exterior facilities meticulously clean. Our stay began with a leak over where we were sitting while waiting in reception. This, I took as a random incident but in hindsight, set the tone for the property. From dirty hallways to staff that never re-appeared when asked for something basic like a latte or a drink menu, it did not get better. The peak of this experience had to be the cockroaches in our room and the lack of urgency or attention by staff to remedy. We waited to complain until we saw our second the following afternoon only to be told that while they were not at capacity they couldn't move us until the next day. At some point that same morning, cleaning staff took our old towels but didn't replace them explaining that another team would come by an hour later to bring new ones. We left to their sister property out of frustration (unshowered by the way) but were there new towels in our old room upon return? No. I could go on with additional examples of the lack of care and detail at this hotel but the Expedia character limit doesn't seem to allow me to fit it all. All I will end with is: choose another hotel. I'm still in disbelief at how poorly this place is run.

My family and I had a good long weekend at the Alexandra Resort. The food was delicious, but wished more of the restaurants were open or there was more variety. Most of the staff was very friendly, however, during some meals it took a bit of time before we were asked about drinks or receiving our drinks. The resort itself was clean and the rooms were nice and modern. Worth the time and money staying here. Would definitely come back Again.

We booked a room that looked nothing like the bedroom that was publicized. We asked for an upgrade, the upgrade was 1.2k more than what was listed on Expedia. Reached out to Expedia, they did not try to match the price. Front desk gave multiple disinformation about shuttle time which ruined my bday since I planed around the time they initially gave. Everyone was just not customer service oriented. I’m very disappointed and displeased with the amount I paid

I booked this resort last minute as my original flights on Delta were to a different island and this resort had many great reviews. The resort grounds are beautiful and the hospitality is outstanding. All of the staff make your feel welcome and at home. The beach is amazing and the restaurants have the best food that I have had ar an all-inclusive (and I have been to plenty of islands and all-inclusive resorts). I didn't give 5 stars because I've have not had a solid 3 hours of sleep since arriving. I booked a king suite since there were not many options when I booked the day before arriving. The bed is one if the worst that I have ever slept on. The king size mattress was basically 2 twin mattress stacked horizontally. I discovered this when I pulled back the covers to see why there was a dip across the whole bed. The only way I have been able to function is because of the beach naps a and the naps I take on the balcony in the chair which is more comfortable than the bed. I'm not sure if all of the beds are this bad at the resort because I would really like to visit again in November. If they are all like this, I will visit another resort because not having a good night's sleep for several days does not make a fun trip.

Relaxing

Clean with all necessities. Friendly staff. Smaller property, not as many restaurant options as other places. It was a relaxing stay. The staff are friendly and provide excellent customer service. The room was a good size but dated. I would not consider this property to be a luxury property. Food was good, as expected. No room service. We spent most of our time on the beautiful beach. Lacking an indoor or covered bar area.

Overall Alexandra is a great place to stay. Some things that I would comment on is my room had a smell like a damp wet smell the pull out couch was very worn and kind of gross looking. My bed had a smell too. I went in my family members room who were staying in the other building considered delux and there was no smell so maybe just some upgrades are needed. But my fridge was always stocked and housekeeping was great. Forty on the beach and cheeky were great. All of the restaurant hostesses and servers including Kimberly and Gloria were so wonderful and kind. Some staff are not as friendly at the bars especially. I know it was very hot so I understand. Overall the food was great except that the buffet was closed 3 out of five nights we we were there and if you didn’t have a reservation you were beat. More food availability would be helpful and maybe room service especially for tired kids after the beach in the evenings. Better dessert options too for kids. But we had a really great time and it was truly a beautiful place.

It was my Anniversary and I was supposed to get an Anniversary banner on my room door I didn’t get that. I was as supposed to have a nice elegant dinner on the beach the day of my Anniversary, my wife and I got all dressed up looking good dinner on the beach only to get there and the staff and managers state that they didn’t have any knowledge of dinner on the beach for that night.

We had a great stay at the Alexandria Resort in June '24. We were hesitant about an all inclusive resort as we normally stay in a vacation rental, but we wanted to try a turn key experience. Alexandria didn't disappoint. The Staff were very friendly and cheerful. From the very first lunch while we were waiting for our room, our son was a little grumpy from travel and Jodyann turned him completely around and had him smiling. Garniel and the beach staff work very hard serving great drinks and jerk chicken. They were such a joy to get to know and they were always having fun activities on and off the beach. Our room was beautiful, clean and updated. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and it was nice to have a fridge which was stocked with water soda and beer when we arrived. The oceanview and balcony was gorgeous. The grounds were immaculate. The fitness room is small but well equipped. Overall, food was also good to great. There are many choices from reservation restaurants (steak, fish. sushi) to walk up table service, to buffet. Our favorites were the Sushi and Steak restaurants. You make reservations same day, and if you do it early you can get the times you want. Service at the restaurants is also really good, keep in mind that you are in the islands! Overall, you can tell the management really cares about the staff and guests. We would definitely recommend and return to Alexandria

He had some issues with the restaurants but overall we had a great time, the common areas were clean, and the bedroom was spacious and clean, the air conditioner was unbelievably loud, but beyond that, the bedroom was really good! Food super good!

All inclusive resort on beautiful Grace Bay Beach. My friends and I stayed in a large 2 bedroom villa overlooking the ocean. We had a large balcony with a gorgeous view. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Some of the units are being updated so I would recommend you request a unit that has been renovated. Upon check in you receive a schedule of the restaurants. It takes a day to figure things out. The buffet was plentiful breakfast was excellent . Dinner was a 4/5. The reservation process was difficult to navigate. You can only make reservations the day of. We recommend taking the shuttle to Blue Haven their sister resort which is more upscale. Fire and Ice restaurant was 5/5 We would definitely return

Great family vacation

We were on a family trip and everything was wonderful! Everyone was kind and helpful. Food was very good in all restaurants. My only suggestions would be there could be more planned fun activities for children and adults.

Alexandra resort had the perfect beach front. Dining options were limited though. Only 3 to pick from. Made the best of it and the food was great. Would go again. Staff very nice.

Horrible treatment there: stay away

There were some great staff members and there were low IQ idiot staff members. We had multiple issues, but the biggest one by far was that there was a wedding at the property and the hotel pampered them, but screwed the rest of the guests in doing so. They closed their #2 restaurant for a "private event" and they only booked about seven tables per half-hour at their #1 (steak) restaurant. They tried to tell me that I couldn't get a table at 6pm and would have to wait until 8pm which is ridiculous since I asked early in the morning. I finally got their front desk to make a call and they called me an hour or two later telling me we had a 6pm reservation. We relied on that, but then when we got there at 5:55pm, the hostess looked at her sheet and our names weren't on it. I told her they messed up and showed her the call time from their front desk when they told me we were in. She looked away from me and acted like I wasn't standing there. That's how they treated a guest staying in an expensive upgraded suite with a beach view at what's supposed to be an all-inclusive (i.e., where they allow you to eat their food!). And to make it even worse, I was standing there with my wife and our four-year-old daughter. We were turned away. She did that to guests with a reservation! I complained to the GM (who was pretty nice, but that's his job) and they gave me a teeny $120 discount after ruining our day and wasting our time. I recommend that people stay away from this hotel.

Best trip I’ve ever been on. The hotel is better than I even expected - we rented an oceanfront suite and were blown away by the views every morning. The resort, and all of the amenities, are clean and well kept. Every meal we had was better than the last. Of all the employees at the resort, Trishauna working the pool bar was by far the BEST and sweetest. She is so personable, attentive, and gave us great recommendations. Mustafa, who welcomed us, was also very nice & helpful as we settled in. We will absolutely be back to see the beautiful water and say hi to Trishauna! I can’t say enough good things about her.

I normally never leave reviews, but we were very disappointed with our stay at the Alexandra Resort. The bottom line is that the quality of this resort did not come even close the expectations based on the amount they charged. This is not a luxury resort. Our room was not nice and did not come close to the pictures online. The food was so bad that we opted to go to a restaurant in town the last night of our stay. I cannot emphasize enough how bad the food is, which defeats the purpose of an all-inclusive resort. It tasted cheap. If the price was cheaper, in the $400-$500 range, then the beach alone makes the stay worth it. But we paid over $1000 per night. Nothing about this resort was luxurious and we wished we payed the same amount of money for one of the 5 star hotels on the island. I have no idea how this resort has 4 stars to be honest.

Not worth it

The food and service are not great. The drinks taste like gasoline with cheap liquor. I’ve been in roadside gas stations with nicer bathrooms than the one next to the buffet. The servers are unmotivated even when we were tipping cash. I got an annoyed look when I asked for a latte at breakfast. It was a very expensive all-inclusive. I wish we stayed at a 4-star and paid for better meals. However, the room was large and very clean. The cleaner made sure we had water bottles daily.

The property was good - we enjoyed ourselves. The amenities were not exactly as described - there were not snacks set out and the staff, for the most part, was not super friendly.

The Alexandra was a great place to stay. Sits right on the beach, nice pool, great staff that took care of things promptly. We had a hard a garden suite that was on the ground floor. The suite had everything you need including washer and dryer. There is a sister resort called the Blue Haven which we had full access to. Shuttle service is available to and from. Food options were good and quite tasty. The is a fitness center, however quite small. I think they should expand the fitness center but overall resort was awesome.

Beach was beautiful and had options for motor sports right on the beach but not too busy to enjoy the swimming area and non motorized water sports

Terrible experience . Never going back .

Attitude of 90% of staff was terrible . They hate their jobs and it shows . The Fish deck was the only restaurant where the staff were friendly . WiFi is poor and the food is below average .. lunch choice is fast food only.. no lunch buffet that you expect in an all inclusive . We spent a fortune for a 5 start luxury experience and we refined 3 star at best . We were ripped off . If it was a quarter of the cost it would still be too expensive .

I never write reviews but felt compelled to write one on our stay at the Alexandria resort. We stayed for 6 nights and from the moment we checked in we felt we were in Paradise. Clawdy who checked us in really went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He assisted us throughout our stay with recommendations and was very thorough from assisting us with dinner reservations ,room amenities, excursions etc... Even the General Manager Priseila got involved on the guest level to make us feel welcome. Bottom line this resort is Paradise. We stayed in an ocean view suite with a gorgeous view. The food was great. Every staff member always greeted us to make us feel welcome. We even visited the sister property Blue Haven which was part of our package. In closing I did not anticipate to return to the Turqs anytime soon but we had such a great safe time we are considering going back soon. Kudos to Alexandria resort they have what it takes to be a 5 star resort!!!

Our overall stay was pretty good. We enjoyed it. The gentleman that checked us in was so kind and polite and made us feel extremely welcome. During our stay, we very much enjoyed Farrah (at the beach bar) she was nice and accommodating to our needs, it was good to have a friendly smile. The food was good, favorite place was the Fish Deck (great service and food). On our last day, we called the front desk 4 times (starting at 10am) requesting towels because we had NONE in our room, not even our used ones - we NEVER got the towels, no one came to our room, so I went down to the pool towel area (at 7pm) and got some pool towels so we could shower. We still didnt even receive towels the next day. The service was decent, mostly, however there were some people who just seemed to not want to be there at all. Believe me, I get it, I've been in the service industry for 10+ years, we have off days or days where we just don't want to be there, but these folks were just so unkind, and I felt like a nuisance.

Front desk personnel was nice, waiters and waitresses was blah, watwr pressure was horrible. Place was clean and had plenty of food choices but dont expect a lot. Not a luxury hotel but ok.

Average stay at Alexandra Resort

The restaurant options were limited. Although they list several different restaurants on their site, be aware that the same location houses a different restaurant depending on the night. At most, you have 2-3 options for dinner and the same day reservation booking system limits your choices. Wine by the glass options were very limited. The beach bar also ran out of vodka on a Sunday and they had customers go to another bar for vodka drinks, rather than restocking. That’s poor customer service. We stayed for 3 nights and I can’t imagine staying for a week and eating all meals onsite. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The sand on the beach wasn’t nearly as nice as it was further east on Grace Bay. It had debris in it and I stepped on 2 thistles that were painful. Beach chair cushions could definitely use a refresh. The staff overall were friendly.

This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos. The convenience of being on the beach can’t be overstated!! The room was very clean and spacious. The food options were amazing and the free shuttle to Blue Haven, the sister property, was amazing. The staff was all very friendly. The pool was clean and the pool bar was so nice. We are absolutely going back to Alexandra Resort.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was nothing special about it. Staff were sometimes great but sometimes not friendly at all. The beds in our room were very uncomfortable. Pool is pretty cold. Beach and location are beautiful. If you come here you'll enjoy it as long as your expectations are not too high.

I would describe this property as good, not great. The staff were very nice and helpful. The food for the most part was good however, it was very repetitive. The black rock steakhouse was the best and the breakfast buffet was very good. The snack and lunch options are very ordinary like Pizza which you could tell was frozen, cheeseburgers, hotdogs, and french fries. This is a nice resort, but it only has one pool and we felt the dinner reservation process was confusing. The best part about this property is the beach. This is definitely not a high-end resort but if you’re looking for a quiet getaway it’s a good option. The nighttime entertainment is very minimal and pretty lame. Only one night they had karaoke, and that was kind of fun but the rest of the nights it’s just someone sitting there playing live music which was very amateur. My biggest complaint is if you are from the United States and are used to great dessert choices, You will be very disappointed. Most of the restaurants only offer one dessert and it is very small and not very good. This is definitely not a five star resort but probably a three I would not give this resort a 10 out of 10 rating, but more like a five or six out of 10.

Paradise 3 hours away

It was amazing, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and fresh and the beach was beautiful.

The staff is lovely! The resort itself does not have the amenities of your usual 4 star resort; I would say a more accurate description would be 2 stars, max. The pool is nice but there isn't any service on the beach.

Beautiful resort, well maintained, good dining options at the Alexandra Resort & sister resort Blue Haven. Vino the manager takes the time to make rounds & speak to guests, Vanie in reception was helpful with checkout & transportation assistance. Judy Ann made our dining experience special with her pleasant personality, always smiling. Ace & Lettuce kept us busy & entertained. All the staff is friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Would definitely stay at The Alexandra again & would highly recommend to friends.

Good Stay at Turks

Resort property is beautiful. The room we had was considered an ocean front suite. The view was great. The interior of the room was just OK. Nothing fancy. I'm not sure I would call it a suite. The area where the fridge, sink and microwave was just on a plain countertop. The food was good, especially at the sister property - Blue Haven. Service from staff was excellent. Overall can't complain. Everyone was helpful and beach is amazing. Location is great. We rode bikes into town one day.

Great hospitality. Resort is fairly small and events are done by 9:30 pm which makes evenings a little boring. But overall great place for facilities.

Vinod (GM) and Priscilla (guest services) were unbelievably attentive and accommodating! The property was very safe and clean. It wasn't terribly 'grand' like other Carribean resorts. It is relatively small so you aren't waiting in lines for food, but there are enough food options. They also have multiple filtered water refilling stations and coffee/tea available. Fortunately, there weren't many kids like at Beaches. There were daily and evening activities, but it wasn't a frat party so if you are looking for late night partying, this isn't your resort. The gym was awesome- one of the best I've seen in the Carribean. The room was cleaned daily and there were always clean towels in the room and for the pool/beach which is something to commend. The beach was beautiful and the padded lounge chairs and umbrellas were free of charge. The pool and beach were not overcrowded and were very clean and safe. Additionally, you get access to the 'sister' resort Blue Haven which is very modern. The food there was definitely better, but the service was not. There is a free hourly shuttle between the properties so you basically get 2 resorts for the price of one. I would highly recommend this resort and would definitely go back!

Everything here was great. The food was amazing, every time. The drinks were made well, and tasted great. Each time we encounter anyone who worked at the Alexandra they were very pleasant and always asked how we were doing. The resort was clean, plenty of room at the pool and beach. The bed was comfortable, the room was kept very clean We had a really amazing time and highly recommend the Alexandra.

Excelent beach site. All you can drink and eat but food is below average. Drinks are ok. Service is average, most foreign workers are great and friendly while local staff can be quite rude and unhelpful (to the point that I had to move tables arround myself at dinner to accommodate my large party). Best thing bu far is the beach.

Small scale resort with top tier food

This was our third trip since 2019 to the Alexandra Resort in Grace Bay. As usual, we had a fantastic time. The water is crystal clear, the soft white sand on the beach is always clean and free of seaweed and the smaller scale of the resort is more appealing to us than some larger resorts we have stayed at in the past. Despite the smaller footprint, options for food, beverages and entertainment are exceptional. While this resort welcomes families with kids, the resort is not centered around entertaining them. The attraction for us and most adults is the pristine beach, though they also have a nice pool and a small jungle gym on the interior of the resort. We've only stayed in the one bedroom ocean-front suites, which are spacious and completely equipped with full kitchens; large dining table (seats 6), dishwasher, washer/dryer, 1 full bath with tub and separate shower, 2nd half bath. The full balcony has another large table (seats 6) and 2 cushioned chairs with ottomans. The views are stunning.

Currently very unhappy with this resort. Remember to check any charges on your credit card before you leave! I was charged erroneously for a tour that we did not go on. I have attempted to contact their manager / reservation staff by phone 3 times and via email twice over a span of 3 weeks without any serious inquiry or reversal of this charge. I am now reporting to my bank to dispute.

This resort is so beautiful and brought so much peace to us. The beach is immaculate and the staff made us feel extremely welcomed! Every area of the property is so well kept and the views from every corner, simply to die for. Our favorite day was a private dinner by the Fish Deck restaurant. Our waiter, Jordan was great and made our special day even better! Thank you guys for the very best time.

The staff at the resort is absolutely incredible. Each one of them including the room service staff always had a smile on their faces. Run away from this place. It badly needs new management. We stayed (2 adults and 2kids) for 1 night due to our flight being rescheduled to the next day. The rooms are nice enough and the beach location is good but the food is reprehensible, and I mean the worst I’ve ever had at any AI or any other place. The drinks are gross unless you just want beer. There is an awful sewage smell in the morning on property - so strong they must have a sewage leak. And waaaaay too expensive for what you get. So many great places to stay on the island I have no idea how they stay in business.

Staff was incredible. Food was great. Not a large site so easy to walk to anything you needed. Quick walk to coral gardens or the fish fry’s on Thursday. Absolutely going back.

The beach was fantastic! The staff made the resort what it is. We took our 2 year old on his first beach vacation and the staff made it less stressful at mealtimes.

Service staff was excellent. Property is in need of updates. Rooms need renovations. Very limited dining. Paid for all inclusive but restaurants were closed most of the days. Wish they made the timing of restaurants known on the website so you can make informed decisions before booking. Pool water not clean- littered with flies and leaves. Saw a bandaid one day. Beach was very nice and clean

Overall we had a great time. Blue Haven was nice also. A couple items to mention. The service at the Food Truck restaurant was very bad. Maybe it was just a bad night. Also there were ants in the fruit at ASU. Major problem. I want to point out two people who were excellent with their service Alayla in ASU and Keysha bartender at the pool. Both were phenomenal. 4 out of 5 stars

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The resort offered a shuttle to its sister property but it would have been better if the shuttle allowed stops at the Salt Mills shops on the way to, or coming from, the sister property.

This is not a 4 star resort, 2.5 at best. The actual resort rooms do not look like the pictures on Expedia. Myself, my 5 yr old son and my mother all experienced food poisoning. We lost one day do to physical illness. We then did not eat or drink anything on the resort and felt fine. We ate all meals at the neighboring Palms Resort.

I wish I had paid extra to stay at Blue Resort . The food here was sub par and the rooms were dirty and filled with mosquitos . Never again !

Loved the location of this property; the beach is absolutely stunning and so clear, easy bike ride, short cab ride or walk to shopping centers. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the drinks were great! I will definitely return.

The resort is not promoted accurately. They promote themselves in a grandiose and “luxury” manner but it’s far from that. Facility is average. The service is less than desirable. The resort is quiet. No music, staff doesn’t stick to the regularly scheduled programming or activities. The servers are so rude and over the tourists. Servers on the beach don’t go around asking for orders, you get hit on by the employees as if it was a singles resort. The food is average but it can’t be enjoyed because of the massive amount if flies everywhere. They are constantly landing on your food and you’re swatting them away from your body/food. They dont have fans or food covers to ward them off. Shuttle drivers from the resort are beyond rude. They barely acknowledge you even if you tip them. The beach is their saving grace but not enough to make me come back here again. Stay at Beaches resort if you have kids. Blue Haven, their sister resort, is even less than desirable than the main resort.

Visited with 3 kids (all under 5), and we were happy with our experience. The beach and the pool were the favorites. We also loved the fact that we were able to visit Blue Heaven resort being a sister property, and had fun there. One could argue for more (& somewhat better) food options, but then again it's probably preference. For those traveling with little kids, it would be worth packing a few boxes of their favorite Mac n Cheese and other items they like. Other than that, it was a relaxing affair overall.

Overall we enjoyed our stay because the beach was so beautiful but for the price we paid, we were disappointed. The beach chairs for one were extremely uncomfortable and the cushions kept sliding off. There was constant confusion about if staff ordered food and drinks on the beach and it felt odd to ask because it wasn’t specified that they do that. The smoothie bar but almost always had no one working there, so I had to ask staff at the bar. When getting a smoothie there were only 2 kinds and they didn’t have any other ingredients to switch out which was strange. There wasn’t consistent music playing which made people play their own music- pretty annoying. We were expecting more activities and entertainment especially at night. There wasn’t anything to do after dinner, couldn’t even play pool because there weren’t any lights to see. The hotel lobby was very sad-looking. We expected a glamorous lobby to walk into and it was just a big room with seating, very empty and bland. The rooms need serious updating. We got a room on the first floor which was disappointing but regardless not only are they very small but everything was so old fashioned. No nice long mirror to check outfits, just an old mirror overlooking the bed. The shower is so tiny, the plumbing is terrible- I almost slipped because the soap just gathered by the drain. The lighting is terrible which made getting ready hard. The AC is set at 69 which is ridiculous for a hotel on an island. Sadly, expected better.

Ocean front rooms (above the first floor) are stunning. Front office staff were difficult to work with.

The service level was very high, it is a small but beautiful resort with a nice pool and a very very beautiful beach. Perfect stay and would definitely come back.

When we checked in with Claude on our first day at Alexandra Resort, we knew we were in for a treat. Claude heard me exclaim over their orange pens & he gave me a velvet pouch with two of these Turks & Caicos pens inside! What a touch after a seamless check-in. Our late lunch at the Food Truck was exceptional with spicy conch ceviche & delicious jerk chicken skewers served by Christina who is super friendly. It all greatly paired with our first cocktail of many - a Pina Colada! We had missed the opportunity to make a dinner reservation for our first night but we were assured that if we just went to the restaurant and asked a host staff person or manager to get us in that they would do their best. Rebecca at Black Rock was so kind and assured us she would get us in at our requested time of 7 pm so that we could enjoy the sunset as we dined. We bought a nice, fresh rose wine to accompany our dinner. Our meal was GREAT. One of the best filet mignons I have had in years. The sides of veggies & potatoes are fair. And dessert could use some help. But what a VIEW! We headed over to the main bar after dinner for a beautiful starlit night and cocktails from Skyers. At Fish Deck the next night the food was exceptional and the setting was even more beautiful than the one from Black Rock. Our host staff of Sandra and Therema were so kind, so accommodating. The bartender Franco is a great ambassador for Alexandra Resort. We loved Disco Night one night and a saxophonist the next.

We had the greatest experience at the Alexandria! Our condo was clean, spacious and had amazing views of the sunset. The food was great and fun activities. Highly recommend

Beautiful beach

Overall, beautiful resort. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only issue was the availability of local foods not being available. Also the food could use some improvement. The food at the sister resorts was extremely delicious, just wish it was closer.

I think we had higher hopes for Alexandra. The resort isn't large which is a plus for families with small children, but the food was ok. I wish we knew about the dinner reservation requirements before booking. Essentially, not every restaurant is open every night and you can only book a reservation the morning of, so you need to know what's open that day and book pretty quickly in the morning. That was definitely a little annoying with two small kids and being constrained with available reservation times. The food during lunch was ok as well. The dinner options were certainly a lot better.
