Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Everyone went out of their way for us, recommending restaurants and sites to visit, being extra careful when we ate there with our group and their allergies. Best mattress and pillows I ever slept on.
Excellent hotel all around.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The reception and all the staff were incredibly helpful, and the service was amazing. I will definitely stay there again.
Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel with great staff, comfortable beds and a perfect location. Everyone has been incredibly helpful when needed and made the stay feel special.
Immaculate hotel, beautiful stones and marble throughout. The staff were incredibly attentive.
Staff was very friendly
Nice property. Very accommodating and helpfully.
Great hotel in Rome
The building was beautiful and the location is fantastic. Breakfast was also excellent. All the staff were friendly and very attentive. Having the patio was a great addition to the room.
Nice hotel, food is a bit overpriced onsite but that’s normal. Great for walking to tourist attractions and lots of shopping. If you are there for a few nights then be sure to book a time slot at the spa- use of the sauna, pool, hammam is complimentary but you have to reserve your time. The lady down there wasn’t very nice but we found the actual hotel staff to be incredible.
This hotel is staffed with wonderful people and is perfectly located for exploration of the ancient parts of Rome. Pool on roof and wonderful dining in multiple areas
Beautiful Hotel, spotless everywhere, friendly and helpful staff and spacious room and bathroom
Beautiful, clean, very centrally located hotel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and the rooms were comfortable and very clean.
Great staff, helpful and interested in making the stay great. A rooftop pool is rare in central Rome. Great value
Nice property. Great location.
Beautiful property
The staff was exceptional. The property was beautiful. The food was excellent. The rooms were extremely comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.
Great hotel, upscale, friendly staff
It went exactly as planned, I recommend it
This is a great location, 12 min walk to the spanish steps and 10 min walk to the gardens. It is very beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The breakfast is a must!! We had the best time and highly recommend this hotel. It feels like five star hotel for sure.
The property was easy to get to and the staff was very friendly.
First of all the service was incredible. My computer broke during the trip and the staff were able to help me with alternative options. At check-in they provided free drinks while we waited for our rooms to be ready. David upgraded my room which was also super nice. The location is great, 12 min walk to the gardens and 10 min to the Spanish Steps. Overall really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely be a returning customer.
Great property, staff & location.
This was a fantastic hotel in a great location. The staff were very attentive and nice. The only thing I would say is if there was a way they could open the pool for more hours in the day would be fantastic!
Great place to stay and amazing staff!
Wonderful stay and staff
Amazing stay at Aleph Rome hotel! We were on our honeymoon and the hotel surprised us with fruits and a cake and a letter. Amira was the go-to in everything we need. She helped us in all our requests and needs and was the best concierge we ever had in any hotel! She made us feel like we were at home. She gave recommendations on restaurants and coffee shops and helped us navigate any issues. Also Muhammad was very helpful and accommodating in all our needs and was very nice! Wonderful stay thanks to Amira and Muhammad, and we will choose this hotel again.
Due to the high temperatures in Rome, we decided to remain along the coast (Sorrento) for a few more days, and spend just 1 night in Rome before returning home. That said, we spent the entire 1-night stay at this luxury hotel. The service was great, from the bellman Mohammed, and Stefano(?) in reception, to the fine service we received from Alessandro (?) who served us in the lobby bar and the rooftop restaurant for dinner. Everything was top-notch. Oh, can’t forget to mention the very comfy bed in our lovely room. Thank you Aleph Rome Hotel. Arrivederci
Nice pool, quality hotel
We chose this hotel because my family wanted a pool. It turned out to be a good decision because it was about 100 degrees every day we were in Rome. The people who work there are very helpful and friendly and they all speak English. The hotel has some general service quirks. There's a bar in the lobby but in 4 days I never actually saw someone working at it. There's a cigar/whiskey lounge off the lobby but the one time I tried to get a whiskey they called a guy over to help and he said the whiskey was up on the roof at the pool bar and he'd have to go check what they had in stock or something like that. It seemed like a big hassle (European service is almost universally slow and definitely noticeably slower than anything in the US even at its best) so I said to forget it.
Amazing hotel!! All the staff are incredible nice and helpful. Definitely coming back
We were treated well and enjoyed our stay.
A great place to stay in Rome - it’s walking distance to the Spanish steps and fountain of Trevi. One minor complain is the pool is very small. We had checked in so the kids can go swimming, but instead we just ended up sitting in the water.
Excellent location near everything!
Magical Rooftop
Our junior suite was so comfortable and we slept so well in the bed after traveling from America. The staff was friendly, the breakfast buffet was amazing, and last but not least-The Aleph rooftop pool was so beautiful and relaxing after long days of exploring. We will always dream of having an Aperol Spritz on that rooftop! Can't wait to visit again.
The Hotel is beautiful! The Staff were ALL incredible! They made me feel welcome and at home in Rome. The Narducci Spa was definitely a wonderful experience. Rooftop lounge is a relaxing place to hang out and have an aperitivo and appetizer. Again, I cannot say enough about the hardworking staff who were so attentive and fun. I will never forget my experience or The Aleph Hotel! AMORE'!
Christian and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our son's nut allergy. The staff is friendly and happy.
Great hotel
Great service and very comfortable clean rooms.
Good location and good service
Very good service, excellent staff. We had lunch at the restaurant and that was disappointing. Other than that everything was excellent.
The room was just an average size room that looked out at other buildings in a courtyard. No view at all. I feel when you book on Expedia you get the hotels least popular room in each room category. Better booking direct and spending more money. The roof top area was very nice and staff were friendly.
Loved it!
Almost everything was great. Upon check in, the staff welcomed us and took care of everything. They walked us to our room and explained the various perks of the room. The room was comfortable; however, it was facing an alley where trash was stored. It seemed every night from 2130-0100 the trash was being collected...very loud and made it hard to sleep during those hours. The breakfast buffet was great with a vast variety of food items. One of our days eating breakfast the scrambled eggs were extremely soupy and no one was eating them. Other than that still a great experience. Room service was fantastic! We ordered the pasta Bolognese(tasty), lasagna(not bad) and chicken/fries(great), hamburger/fries (good). I appreciate the care the staff took to make us comfortable and feel well served.
Not quite really but exactly what you would expect no surprises. Everything very easy and lovely. The staff were WONDERFUL though. So helpful!
its not a premium shopping area but plenty of convenient bars and restos
Una fantástica estadía junto a mi familia! Broche de oro para nuestro viaje por Europa. Lo mejor de Roma, el Aleph♥️
World class service - highly recommend!
The hotel itself was exactly what you’d expect from a city 5 star hotel, well looked after and clean. The team (in reception, the spa, concierge and room service) were exceptional - every interaction was a pleasure and any issues we encountered were resolved immediately. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.
Hotel was very comfortable. Service was excellent. I will definitely stay there the next time I am in Rome.
Will not return
Bathroom terrible . No place to hang anything including towels . Poor quality toiletries.Spa is an extra charge- a disgrace at a supposedly 5 star hotel
Five star hotel make you feel special from the doorman to housekeeping and everything in between. You get what you pay for if you have the means no better hotel in rome for location amazing have been there twice will be back next time in rome brilliant.
Is not a luxury hotel. 3.5 stars at best. If you are seeking upscale keep looking.
We liked the location with short walks to restaurants and stores oh and attractions!
Fabulous hotel! It was clean, modern, and the customer service was superb! This hotel is within walking distance to many tourist attractions and close to a subway station. It was lovely to return to after a long hot day of site seeing. There is a lovely fragrance throughout the hotel. Subtle, but refreshing. The food in the restaurants was great, and there are also many restaurant choices in the area. From the moment we arrived, the service was stellar. Our room was upgraded to accommodate our family and a since we were celebrating a birthday, we were pleasantly surprised to see birthday treats in our room after we returned from dinner. Thank you Aleph Rome for such a pleasant stay! If you are considering booking this hotel - don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed!
The reception manager, a true gentleman
Fantastic area and great customer service. Loved the rooftop lounge.
Highly recommend. Very friendly staff and fun rooftop pool.
Great hotel and service. Thank you for the great memories, taking care of us and providing excellent service.
The property is exceptional and the staff was amazing. Great gym, spa, rooftop bar, restaurant - just great.
Really great place, GO for it!
Beautiful and extremely clean hotel with the most amazing scent when you walked in. Close to lots of shopping and sight seeing. Concierge was very helpful in getting us reservations and everyone on the front desk is pleasant.
I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in my lifetime... mostly 4 or 5 star hotels. The service at this hotel is the best I have ever experienced. From the front desk to the concierge - they go above and beyond. The hotel is located in a great area and is a 15 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. Also - all the attractions are close by. The rooms are modern and well kept. You will not be disappointed.
I have stayed at many properties including many 5 star hotels. The staff - front desk and concierge - are absolutely the most helpful staff you could ever deal with. Whether it involved any issue - they were so helpful.
We loved the hotel, the room, the staff and the location.
A place to feel at home. Fantastic service. Always ready to please and assist.
Superb service. Always helpful with a smile. Utmost contribution to comfort and wellbeing
Lovely properties with friendly staff. Only complain I had was the spa was not open. Other than that everything was perfect
Very good location and comfortable
Every thing was good, the staff was so friendly and helpful
excellent hotel
Door men and entire staff was Amazing..great American breakfast buffet!
Fancy for a Few Nights
This was our splurge hotel for a family trip for five, and it was delightful. Rooms were great, two connected beyond a single door, and the kids felt like they were royalty for two nights. The rooftop pool was beautiful and would've been great if it wasn't already fall, but the two hours we spent in the spa area were delightful. Expensive, but it lived up to its billing.
The hotel was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and historical sights.
Great hotel with wonderful staff!
I absolutely love this hotel from the moment I walked in the hospitality they treated us fantastic anything we needed they had right there for us did not need to ask twice the staff was wonderful I would definitely come back to this hotel at any time when I'm in Rome It would be my only choice
For the most part everything was great, didn’t appreciate staring at a construction site out of the window. We were really there just one night for transit
Disappointing Stay
Totally disappointing stay, though the facility is great, management of the hotel is really poor(payment duplication). House keeping is really inconvenient as they intend to barge in at different times!
Hotel was beautiful, staff always cheerful and helpful. Mini bar of soft drinks (free) on arrival was lovely touch. Perfect location for walking around. My only slight negative was that coffee cups were taken away to be cleaned (very nice touch) but not always returned.
freindly staff
Room was interior looking, no view but clean. Too expensive , I would give it 4 not more.
Beautiful hotel in a central location to every thing, it was very warm during our stay and the air conditioning was very good and the pool was wonderful to swim and relax in
Sadly lacking
The hotel was beautiful. Immaculate. Staff at front desk courteous. The immediate surrounding area was not an upscale neighborhood. No nice bars/restaurants. Which was the big flaw and why I would not recommend this hotel. It advertised a bar. But it did not open until 8pm. No place to have a relaxing afternoon cocktail. They suggested we try the pool bar upstairs. It was May 6th, windy, misting, and no bar/bar tender. Awful. And no apologies from the concierge. We tried to find one in the neighborhood. None. I’ll go back to my hotel across from Harry’s Bar. The Flora always serves!!
Great location
I loved the property and the staff were very helpful. They have promised to give me the name of the manufacterer of their pillows. Very soft and comfy. The food was lovely and we had breakfast twice. Everything was great but the hotel next door decided to start drilling and using an pneumatic drill at 6 am on the Monday morning. This woke us all (party of 5 on seperate floors) It was dreadful. The hotel kindly arranged free of charge a private transfer for us to the airport as a way of apology. This was out of their control and the noise was nothing to do with the hotel. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.
Great service. Everything feels very new and clean
Customer satisfaction, Front desk personal are the best, I'm very satisfied, all services are excellent and the rooms very confortable and modern
It was beautiful! Premium king suite was spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was gorgeous with robes and slippers and heated towel rack. Stocked fridge and comfortable beds. We slept very well. The onsite restaurant skyblue was lovely. And breakfast and lunch in the 1930s restaurant was very healthy and to our liking. Staff was very helpful courteous and kind. However except for the one fellow who gave am air of being in charge and quite authoritarian in his approach. Making clear that if we didn’t agree to spend above and beyond he was no longer interested in any conversation with us as we had no value to him. Other than that it was a lovely hotel and staff were caring and friendly.
True 5 star hotel in central Roma.
Aleppo Curio is a fantastic true 5 star hotel located in central Rome close to everything. Very clean, great food and service.
Really nice hotel close to everything
Really nice hotel close to much of Rome attractions. Able to walk to almost everything. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was great and handled every need. Excellent room!
BEST experience EVER from our recent trip to Europe. The staff was always ready to help with whatever we needed! The hotel cleanliness was AMAZING and their cleanliness standards are like above and beyond clean.
Great rooms, spa and rooftop pool. The ONE thing I would change is the food in the roof top bar needs to just be simple… the Carbonara is a Roman classic; simple, few ingredients and easy. Guests want to experience typical Italian cuisine… not the 5-Star version with extra ingredients and garnish!
Amazing beautiful Aleph in Rome!
WOW!!! The most beautiful hotel we’ve been to!!! And we have traveled a lot! Amazing location and Super helpful friendly staff!!! Would recommend 1000%
Loved this hotel. Excellent service and rooms. Definitely 5 star boutique hotel. Would recommend without reservation.
All was great
Amazing hotel i would come again
BEST hotel in
From check in to check out was amazing! Service was great! Valerie at the front desk was absolutely wonderful!!!!!
Excellent central location. Easy access to metro and a number of Rome's important sites.
Excellent service! Staff is amazing! Breakfast delicious
Amazing place!
Amazing place! Clean and luxurious, everything was just right. Friendly staff and a wonderful smell throughout !Will stay here again and again! Grazie!!
Probably the best hotel ive stayed in
I often travel for work, so im no stranger to hotels, and more often than not they are places that are fine, nothing particularly good or bad about them, but then, every so often you find a hotel that stands out and the Aleph Hotel in Rome is one of those hotels in fact it is the best hotel ive stayed in. This is a fantastic hotel. The facilities are very good our room had both a spacious showe there is a swimming pool/spa in the hotel and a further outdoor swimming pool on the roof, which is only open in the warmer months. Breakfast is served on the 6th floor by a great team. There is both a buffett option, included on our stay, and there are several cooked options availble in addition. I was staying here with my 6 year old so the buffett was perfect for us. Every morning, after the first morning, we were met with our coffee and hot chocolate! The whole hotel is kept clean and tidy. If it ended there you would be happy. But there real beauty of this hotel are its staff. In all deparments they are welcoming and friendly and kind my son was genuinely upset to be leaving. There is a really nice vibe at this hotel. Which makes the stay so nice. We will definitely be back. Thanks Aleph.
Excellent location, excellent amenities. Well worth the price!
Centrally located. Very short walk to Barberini metro stop. 10 min walk to Trevi Fountain. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Hotel was clean and neat, all service was good, beds were comfortable, breakfast eggs (over easy, sunnyside or the Benedict) ordered from menu in 1930’s were always over cooked and the Benedict was marginal.

Very good hotel, well maintained and in convenient location for main sights in Rome. Room and breakfast very good. Good choice of restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
